Quiet stay and any staff member I encountered was friendly! The property was very well kept, I have booked a 2nd stay for business and will definitely be back!

Be wary when booking the 2 bedroom suite. I booked the 2 bedroom, 3 months in advance and was never told the 2 bedrooms were overbooked. I found out on my arrival date. My reservation was split into 2 studio rooms. Also there are no adjoining rooms, only "adjacent" rooms. I opted to wait for my other room to be adjacent since the whole reason why I booked this hotel was for my family to be together. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours for the room to be ready. I ended up waiting till after 8pm, over 2 hours later. The complimentary breakfast helped salvage the weekend. Breakfast was fresh, lots of options and tasty. The hotel is within walking distance to a few restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. We will stay here again when we’re in town.

The location of this Inn is really close to downtown which works out very well for tourists. It also has a kitchenette, which is great, especially if someone likes to cook and has young kids traveling with them. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to the mark and the staff cleans the room rooms only once in three days. The cleanliness of the room was a concern for us.They do serve daily breakfast in the lobby, however, the staff in the breakfast department is very rude and very unwelcoming. We did not have a good experience with the complementary breakfast options.

It was close to so many areas, was able to walk and enjoy it’s surroundings. Me and my kids had a great night’s sleep and breakfast was great. I will 100% return to this location. Loved it!

All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. There were a lot of choices at breakfast and the breakfast lounge area was nicely appointed. Very clean, both lobby and the room. New hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always greeting us. I loved the photos placed in the lobby of all the pets staying at the hotel. Only complaint was the circuit breaker issue when I was styling my hair. It was really an inconvenience to have to constantly adjust the breakers in the room. They told me they were working on that. Robes provided but not slippers. There was no cafe or restaurant on site but cafes nearby.

The room was nice...enjoyed having a fridge that actually made ice so we didn't have to go to just 1 floor for ice. We had a problem with the hair dryer. It blew the lights out in the bathroom. The AC did not get the room to 70°, which was needed since I have to be on a heated pad for my broken back. Other than those two things, the room was nice! Oh, and the walk in shower would have been nice... but we couldn't see in the dark (had to be at CHLA at 6:am.

First Time staying at a Marriott and it was beyond amazing. So many amenities and friendly staff available at any time, housekeeping was phenomenal as well! The rooms were well equipped for long stays and beautifully decorated. Definitely will be staying again!

I have been staying at Marriott hotels quite a bit recently. They are consistently a good hotel to stay. I feel safe when traveling alone. The staff is always courteous and helpful. My only regret is that this property does not have a restaurant but there a ton of options within a block or two and very walkable. You can also order Uber eats.

Our room smelled a little off, and had an air conditioning unit on the floor in the room with the window held together by duct tape, kind of weird. The location was great, the breakfast was really nice, the kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Raffi’s Armenian/Persian restaurant is right behind the hotel and the amazing Porto’s Bakery is a short walk away. The AMC theater is on Groupon, too. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Our daughter lives nearby, so we've stayed in several different Glendale hotels, and this was our best stay so far. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking is particularly easy (if not inexpensive).

Good sized room and good amenities. Poor housekeeping. Walked in one morning at 8.10am whilst still asleep on room. Other days had to call at 4pm as we had been forgotten despite asking for housekeeping every two days.

This property sold me a room that didn’t exist and was advertised on their website. They apologized for the error and offered me only $100 per night after I paid $2,000 total for 4 nights. The room I paid for had a large dining room table for dinners and board game playing for a family reunion. We were given a room with no table at all only a kitchen counter with 4 chairs for 7 people.

Large, comfortable room, good enough kitchen e we ll designed bathroom Comfy king size bed, quality bedding. Perfect location Nice patio with jacuzzi and pool off the second floor. You can choose between onsite parking ($40 a day), or public parking just across the street ($9 max). $6 a bottle water in the room. No tea kettle- we boiled water for tea in a pot. Not a big deal.

New clean large room with lots of storage, comfy bed, the kitchenette and not to forget the modern bathroom. Limited breakfast, prefer healthy options.

I didn’t try the breakfast as i cooked in my room. The location was perfect - easy access to shops and also to the freeway to get around LA. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and plenty big for me. Quiet location too, didn’t get awoken by traffic. Some way of getting food in the afternoon/evening, even if just sandwiches.

The location of the property was close to everything.

The room had a full kitchen with cookware and dishware. The complimentary breakfast included both pork and turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and diced potatoes as well as a waffle maker. He did it all with a friendly, professional, positive attitude! I didn’t notice the price tag on parking while making the reservation so that came as a shock. I did not notice a safe in the room. There is a small sundries market by the Front Desk. The sink faucet in the bathroom was sticking. One electrical outlet by the television was not operational.

Everyone at the hotel was super nice! The place was clean and the area was quiet. It was a quick pick up (Uber) to go to Tam O Shanter's (7 to 10 min away!) We will be back. We liked the room and how it had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and pull out sofa bed.

The staff went above and beyond especially the manager ! Made the transition of changing rooms so perfectly smooth. Anything you request they remember and follow up. I stay at 5 stars like four seasons and I would say the standards are stellar! Ty so much

This hotel was very clean and well run. The bed was very comfortable and the location is fairly quiet. The location is very convenient to shopping, both for groceries and nice stores. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and was included. The fitness center was adequate, but could use some mats for stretching. The room condition and cleanliness was good. I was also satisfied with Breakfast. But the overnight parking fee was so expensive. It was $48 even though self-parking. That's too bad.

Wonderful place to stay. Family friendly, clean, safe , amazing breakfast, organized and clean. Rooms are perfect for a great get away. Staff was also amazing, room was not ready and they upgraded us to another suite. Can’t say enough about this hotel, will definitely stay again

Staff was excellent. We checked in at night time and Christina was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. Portable AC unit in our room made a bit of noise and at one time tripped the breaker to the main room. I would stay here again, but a bit pricey for a room with temp portable AC that is taped up exhaust to window.

Its is DEFINITELY a Negative issue for a proper face vue... Also a lack of toiletries - Q-tips - tooth brush - tooth paste... etc...

I asked for my room to be cleaned and it was not. The earliest they were able to provide fresh towels and toilet paper was the next day; the day I was going to check out. The towels and tp were not delivered.

Loved how clean the space was. We enjoyed the walking distance to the delicious cafes and restaurants nearby.

Disliked that room service was only on request basis and within certain hours.. other than that this is one of my go to hotels from now on!
