    Overall the room was comfortable. The bed was nice and the pillows were great. The shower had no pressure. Also, our refrigerator was not working our first night. We told the desk in the morning and they replaced it that day. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working so we had to go to another floor to get ice.

    Front staff member was not helpful in the least bit when the battery pack died on our room, so we could not get into our room. This event lasted about an hour before a maintenance worker was able to help us out. Long story short lots of work is needed at the front desk in management, decision making, and customer service. I wasn’t disappointed in the unforeseen problem of the battery dying in the room key reader, it was the lack of responsiveness that I was deeply dissatisfied with.

    The property was great including the staff, valet and the breakfast team and bartender. My only complaint is that the pool had some maintenance issues and was closed during our stay.

    Bathroom sink clogs up and have to wait till all water etc. goes down. Shoer water came out very slow. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not have breakfast at hotel and Bar was always closed when I arrived in the evening.

    Overall facility was nice. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. No water pressure. AC unit did not work. We called to have it fixed but after being “fixed” it was still not working. Thermostat set to 65 degrees, actual temp never dropped below 72.

    I called the front desk to ask if there was an issue with the machine, and while maintenance was sent to check it, the noise continued. No one offered to move us to a different room. When I mentioned the issue again during checkout, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, nor was any gesture offered, such as complimentary parking. The staff was not particularly helpful or welcoming. Overall, they seemed unhappy, and it showed in their interactions with guests. The hotel is fine for a one-night stay, but based on our experience, I would not recommend it for a longer visit.

    Quiet. Room was okay. The elevators worked. My main complaint, and this may really be a booking. com issue, is that the parking is an extra $34 dollars that isn't mentioned in the booking. Parking is listed which I should have learned from past experience doesn't mean anything. It should say "parking fee". Also the pool is being service, so no swimming, also not mentioned in the description. Lastly, when I asked for a receipt they wouldn't print one. I have yet to receive the email that they promised. The dark dank parking facility has been paid off years ago, so i don't understand the charge. It's not lke the hotel is in a big city. I recognize I should have called the hotel to ask if parking was extra, but I was busy.

    I only stayed for one night and enjoyed time there. Lobby was beautiful. It had its own gift shop with genuinely everything you could ever need (toothpaste, toothbrushes, sweaters, candies, ice cream, souvenirs). There was a bar and a lot of different areas you could sit at in the lobby. I didn’t see the event/meeting rooms but there were many! Just 2 downsides from my visit: the windows were dirty and sticky, the tv only had a few channels and had no other options besides maybe 20 live channels or paying for the premium movies. Some channels also had the audio delayed and was unwatchable. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and easy. If I visit Glendale again, I would consider rebooking.

    Cheerful and very helpful staff may our stay comfortable and secure. My sister and I were in town for a family emergency and picking this Hilton was based on access to freeways and area was very nice.

    In general, the hotel was good and everything was fine. The only downside was that after the first night, our room was not cleaned. We came back late at night and the room was still not cleaned. The next day, we had to ask them to clean our room.

    The hotel is close to Glendale downtown which is great to get to great places like Porto's or Panda Inn for breakfast or dinner. It's also close to Universal that you could get there in 20 minutes. The rooms are big and nice. They have a clean bathroom and beds. There are charging stations at the bedside. The price is moderate for the location. It is a bit dated in decor, but that isn't that bad. I am more concerned with the elevators being very slow. We came in on a night where a high school class was traveling so waiting for a whole class to get to their floors was a bit of a wait - longer because the elevators are slow to work. Also, it would've been nice if we would've had vending machines and a working ice machine on our floor so we didn't have to go all the way down to the lobby to the store.

    Had an amazing stay at Glendale Hilton Los Angeles. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and upscale. The location was perfect with everything nearby, and the service truly made the experience stand out. Definitely a hotel I’d come back to and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

    Room was not cleaned sewer curtain dirty, shower did not drain, previous guest food was left in fridge. Shampoo bottle was almost empty I washed my hair nothing left for my husband and hair conditioner was empty. Extremely disappointed.

    Nice hotel, lots of self parking available, clean room. Only downside is no available drinking water on the floors and the elevator lobby in the parking structure being incredibly stinky and funky as if they mop the floor with dirty water or something, it smells incredibly moldy.

    What was that shower, wish I took a pic. You had to hold the shower head like a water hose lol. I always choose Hilton but this one was a major disappointment , water damage to the walls & roof. Pool looked rusted? Employees are great tho!

Beds were super comfortable and parking was convenient; however, at an extra charge. For the most part- my family and I enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back and again. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There had a gift shop as well as ice machines available on every level. There also had an exercise gym that was very convenient. And front desk customer service were very friendly and professional! Wish the swimming pool was bigger but it was good enough to experience.

Even though we had purchased breakfast on our booking, they kept asking and checking when you enter the dining hall and pretended to make a mistake. Inside, three different staff members kept coming over to our table during breakfast, and they indirectly forced us to pay a tip by repeatedly bringing a receipt to sign, which made us extremely uncomfortable. The worst experience was the morning we were checking out to head out. Due to time constraints, we respectfully asked them to provide us with one to-go box, so that my elderly mom could take a small bite on Uber to take her medication, and they refused very unprofessionally. After talking to their manager, they finally realized how poorly they treated us, and he forced them to comply. It seemed that the hotel manager was aware of this pattern of behavior, and he was very kind and understanding while clearly embarrassed about his staff's behavior.

The fridge made a lot of noise and woke me at night, the floors in the lobby were sticky, the bedding wasn't warm enough and there was no note paper in the room (which surprised me for a conference hotel). It felt more like a 3-star hotel, not the 4-star rating it has on Booking.

    It was a cross between high end as well. Instead of continental breakfast, there was a restaurant. I also had to pay for parking for every day we stayed. And the beds were full size, not queen. I'd try another hotel if i came to this area again.

    I enjoy staying at this property. Rooms are large and well appointed. I enjoy the bar and restaurant. I’ve had two meals that were very good. Good selection of wines by the glass. Generous pours. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay in the future.

    Great location, friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Housekeeping always did a great job. The gym could use some improvement—two treadmills wasn’t calibrated and no sanitizer spray was available. The AC also wasn’t strong enough despite maintenance checking it, which was noticeable with outside temperatures in the high 90s. Overall still a good stay. We would consider coming back .

    House keeping stole my friend's 1000$ glasses out of the case, took cash out of our bathroom, possibly took pictures of my credit cards that were in my wallet that was put away. I started to recieve spam codes to hack my social media and accounts right after the incident...too coincidental! We filed a police report and hotel management was not very compassionate; they did not make it seem like they understood the gravity of the situation. THEIR STAFF WENT THROUGH OUR BELONGINGS AND STOLE FROM US!!! And to top it all off they never took trash out....probably too focused on what they could take. We will NEVER stay in a Hilton hotel EVER again because of this experiance.

    The ice machine on our floor didn’t work as well as the floor below so had to go to different floors to see which one actually worked. The tv was not working so called the front desk and he was very short with us and told us to just flip the channels up and down and hung up but nothing was working so we did not have a working tv the whole trip. The cleaning was nice though as was the cleaning staff.

    Room was extremely hot and never cooled down enough. Worst part of the stay was the shower. Misters probably get you wetter. Not enough spray to rinse hair or wash well. Hot room and worst shower water pressure ever! No complimentary breakfast but paid $22 for breakfast buffet that isn't as good as the free breakfast at a Hampton Inn

    It’s a nice hotel and the location is amazing, many things in walking distance. There’s just things in the rooms that need updating and the room wasn’t 100% cleaned the way it should be, but overall it’s an average/nice hotel. The location gives it a lot of points and BEWARE!!! Particularly the blonde woman, whose name I didn’t see because she wasnt wearing a name tag. All of the elevators were broken or under repair but one, so we are thankful that there weren’t any emergencies or problems. Ice machines on several floors were also non- functional. The bright spot of our stay and the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was because of the breakfast kitchen staff. Juan was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we could want or need. Outside of that, this Hilton stay was shockingly disappointing.

    the toilet ran for a long time after flushing the phone to order a meal didn’t work the hallway to get to my room looked like it needed a refresh there was a light out in the hallway the mattress needs to be replaced very worn out the windows are aweful they need to be upgraded I asked the gentleman at the front desk did I need to pay for the self parking he said no but when I went to leave the parking lot, I had to enter my ticket and pay $29. Unacceptable. I’m never going to stay at this hotel again.

    I like the location! Burbank is a nice area. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. They were exceptional from the gentleman at the valet to the the ladies that checked me in in the very polite and professional staff at the breakfast, really outstanding. This hotel is in a great vicinity to a lot of really nice restaurants and some great shopping although my room was slightly dated. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall I would come back.

    I was there only one night, for a wedding. The property met most of my needs: location, comfort, affordability, safety. Just a few munor details would've made my stay most excellent. One, I couldn't get the TV to work, it kept asking me for an access code. When I brought it to the attention of the reception counter, the gentleman didn't know what I was talking about. The other issue that was a bit of a concern for me was that I am dealing with some back pains, so I need to fall asleep with a heating pad. I could not get the outlets next to the bed to work no matter what I tried, the lamps could turn on but there was no power going to my heating pad (I could plug my USB phone charger into the lamp, though). I really needed that heat, before my long drive home. Yes, there were wall outlets in the room, but none next to the bed, close enough. Finally, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, hmmm. But as I said, my stay was short and overall, very nice. I will say the gentleman at Valet parking was a hardworking employee, he moved quickly and was just so polite and courteous, a nice first impression to my arrival.

    It was in a beautiful location, we felt very safe. The bathroom was a little dirty behind and under the mirror so you can tell they just clean around the items on the counter and we had a leak somewhere so they came and placed a really loud fan in the room. Other than that, everything was great. If you get a chance check out the cool car collection in the parking garage.

    Hello, my check in was incredibly quick and fast to the point where the agent left me standing at the front desk as she did not let me know we had concluded the process. She was super rushed, was not welcoming, more robotic, and literally walked away to another desk to do something else. There was a male agent next to us and I can overhear him telling his guests he had upgraded them, giving breakfast info etc etc. I had NONE of that type of service and felt SUPER unwelcomed. I moved along to finding my room since I was NOT in the mood to complain or provide feedback. The facility smelled very foul in the parking garage like sewer water or dirty mop. The elevator area leading to garage from lobby smelled like a hospital cafeteria. I would definitely invest in some air fresheners or plug in to set the ambiance for "comfort". The room was very comfortable. There was a tall floor to ceiling window that would unlock and open at 6 inches wide, felt weird about it but was locked to where an entire person could not pass through. Thank you for your time.

    Pros: The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel is in an easy to find and access location and also feels safe. There is a trader joe's and coffee shop within easy walking distance. Cons: parking costs $29 and the person checking us in made it feel like we were not worth his time.

    It was a very good experience, in fact so good we are going back next month. The breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. Check in/ out was quick and easy. Thevroom was good, the bed comfy andvthe only problem (hairdryer] was fixed quickly. Overall very good.

    Hotel is nice and clean. Room had a lot of space and beds were comfy. The hotel is right next to the freeway with tons of eating option nearby in downtown Glendale and downtown Burbank. No issues trying to find parking on a Sunday night. We definitely would stay here again.

    It was centrally located which meant we needed to take an uber everywhere we went. Beds were comfortable, pool was lovely but needed a little more attention than what it was getting. Bartenders concierge and restaurant staff were excellent...can't say enough about them! Food and bar drinks were very good! Air conditioner in our room wasn't working. After the 2nd time they assured us it was 'fixed', we asked for another room. They gave us keys to 2 other rooms for us to check out. The 1st one smelled of marijuana but the 2nd one proved satisfactory. In a rush to get into our new (cool) room, 3 large bottles (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) were left behind in the washroom. Of course they disappeared and of course no one knew where they went. We had tipped our maid quite well before our room move since she was going to be off the next couple of days. Cleanliness in our room could have been better. There were 2 long black strands of hair on our washroom floor that did not belong to myself or my friend. Do they not use vacuum cleaners or brooms anymore?

    Was very rude and racist! I would NEVER stay here again. She should be fired! Also I booked a deluxe double bed room. Was told they had no double beds available . Went back and forth with her then finally she found a double bed room but it was a standard which is smaller than the deluxe! I never stayed in the type of room I paid for.

    The room was very comfortable except i couldn’t get the thermostat to work. It was clean. Had great service at the bar. I paid for breakfast, but never got to eat. On the 2nd morning, i was in the restaurant at 6:27am & i was stopped by a lady that told me they weren’t ready. I told her i missed breakfast yesterday, was going to the Price is Right & had to be there at 7am so wanted to take something with me. She said they didn't have it ready .

    For the price point, extremely disappointed in the general condition of the hotel overall. The hallways smelled like weed, walls are super thin and very noisy, no luggage cart or service??? The bathroom was dirty and there was a used washcloth in the shower, found drywall screws around the bed in the carpet??? Seriously? Peeling wallpaper, noisy toilet that kept flushing by itself. I could go on- one bright spot the valet guy was super nice upon checkout and very polite. Rest of the staff, not so much. Expected more from a Hilton property.

    Most of the staff was up to snuff. There's some issues with troublemakers posing as protesters between about 11:00 at night till about 4:00 in the morning. The night auditor didn't have the slightest clue what to do, he refused to move my room even though there was plenty of vacancies in the hotel, myself and my two kids were kept up all night by these idiots outside which neither the hotel nor the police would deal with.

    It’s a food desert! The breakfast is miserable for the price unless you get it on the room. There is no proper restaurant or dining. By 10pm even the bar is closed. You’re left with an ugly little shop to buy water bottles and snacks. It’s like a Holiday Inn.

    Great location, great staff! The hotel has everything you need. We arrived on Friday, after dinner out we came back and enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar. Delightful servers and very attentive to everyone. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Will stay here again next year.

    I don’t like to write bad reviews but from the get go we had issues. We checked in and the room was around 90 degrees. The thermostat or air did not work. Called maintenance and for the next 3 days we had to either have ot super hot or cold by manually putting it on. The outlasts did not work. The blow drier barely came on and the refrigerator did not work. On the good side, the pool was nice and the gym was very nice.
