    The sheets and bed were nice but the bathroom shower was full of flies. The water didn’t get hot, just warm. This is my second time staying there and the previous time, it wasn’t like this. This time However, Their system went down so we had to wait as the staff went to check out our room in person and we later paid the deposit. Last time I stayed here, I actually really enjoyed it, so I was surprised at how much stay went.

    Staff was rude, I had booked a room for my husband and son that were traveling to Cali for a funeral and they weren’t able to stay because I wasn’t there, the lady who helped me over the phone had said it was ok and all my husband had to do was have a pic of my ID, when he got there the guy who was at the font desk turned them away and said they couldn’t stay there because I wasn’t present… he was rude about it and was careless of my refund when I told him I needed my money back, the hotel is outdated and doors look like they’re falling apart… by far the worst experience ever. Especially for those of us traveling from out of state for a very unfortunate event such as a funeral. The hotel charged my account and my husband wasn’t able to even sleep there. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY OR BE TREATED RUDELY.

    Good experience. I wish there was a personal safe. Door lock looked like someone tried to break into the room prior to my stay there. A bit worrisome as the wood hinge looked broken. It was close to lots of good restaurant if you’re a foodie. Would stay again.

    A really great hotel located in a fabulous location. The staff was very helpful. I also appreciated how clean it was. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to check out breakfast, but I will be booking again the next time I’m in town and will be sure to check it out.

    Hotel stay was great for 1 night for a 2 bed bedroom , but the only issue i had was that when my family and i woke up the next day to head out and check out. We removed the bed sheets to look for a lost phone, and while doing so we found a dead roach on the bed and as well the sheets were yellow stained.

    My experience with this MOTEL—because, in reality, it is a MOTEL, not a HOTEL—was terrible. The listing they have on this app is deceptive; the room shown in the photos looks nice, BUT in reality, it is horrible—nothing like what they display there. It claims to include breakfast, and that’s where I said to myself, “You’ve got to be kidding me”; it consisted of nothing more than coffee, cereal, and bread. The place smells truly awful. The staff was fine, but aside from that, everything they show is completely misleading. I do not recommend this place for families.

    I cannot believe that I got to this room and it looked absolutely nothing like the photos. They have completely Photoshop pictures into this motel. It is not in. It’s not a hotel. It’s a motel. I have said bug bites on my arm. There was roaches walking on the floor, even though this has nothing to do with the hotel the people above A stomped and drug furniture all night long and kept us awake. Do not stay here.

    The staff was rude, and mornings were very loud, making it difficult to sleep or rest comfortably because of the constant noise around the property. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and very short hours from 7–9 a.m. Most hotels offer breakfast for a longer period, so this felt inconvenient. Parking was also difficult, as there were very few available spaces and it was hard to find parking. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not match the way the property was advertised online.

    I arrived late at night (around 1 AM) with a reservation expecting a clean, recently renovated room based on the listing. Before checking in, I even asked the front desk to confirm that the rooms were clean and updated, and I was told they were. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The room I was shown smelled strongly of smoke, had torn curtains, and was clearly not clean or renovated as advertised. I went back to the front desk within minutes to let them know I would not be staying, at which point the staff changed their statement and admitted that only a couple of rooms had actually been renovated. Instead of resolving the issue, I was sent to another nearby property under the same ownership. That location was even worse. The lobby area felt unsafe and unprofessional, there was visible damage (including broken glass), and the overall environment was concerning. The room offered did not match my reservation (I booked two rooms with two queen beds each but was only offered rooms with one king bed). At that point, I chose not to stay at either location. I left immediately and continued my trip. I also attempted to resolve this through customer service and the booking platform, but the property refused to take responsibility or issue a refund despite acknowledging that I did not stay. Overall, the property was misrepresented, poorly maintained, and did not meet basic cleanliness or safety expectations.

    When checking into the room the shower had obviously been left on for hours. The entire room had condensation on it the bed even felt wet. The floor was flooded and it was 80 degrees in the room. I picked up the wet phone and called the front desk he came up and turned off the shower and told me we could just lay some towels down and it would cool down. I asked for a new room and was told there wasn’t any. I said whatever and he left. Also the tv didn’t work so I had to call down again and he came up and restated it with a whole different remote and told us we couldn’t use the buttons on the remote 🙈

    Bathroom door had no handle, just indent to slide and didnt even close all the way. Air conditioner blowed in weird smells from outside. Safe had a piece of it, detached and left inside. Breakfast was just bagels, bread, waffles, and cereal. Muffins were nasty

    The location was excellent for my needs. The room was clean and mostly updated. The continental breakfast was simple but a nice perk. The hotel room was clean. There was a missing light bulb in one of the bedside lamps, and neither of the side table reading lamps worked. The remote control needed batteries. When asking for service from the front desk, they were unwilling to give us a bulb for the side table, or send someone to install one, and took the remote and tried using it on the lobby tv to demonstrate it worked fine, but when it didn't, they reluctantly put new batteries in. We also asked for another roll of toilet paper because we had a 2 night stay and only 1/2 a roll in our room. We were told we would have to wait until the cleaners came in the morning, despite us telling them we wouldn't require room cleaning, and them having a shelf full of rolls behind the front desk. We were unable to catch a cleaner to get a roll the next day either. Both of our keys stopped working after the first day and we had to get them reprogrammed. The water in the shower had a strong smell of sulfur, and despite having a neat rainshower with a handheld... water pressure only stayed strong if left on the rainshower setting. The ice machine was broken. The strangest thing though, was the bathroom light would randomly come on in the middle of the night, stay on for a few minutes and turn off again. Both times, we tried to manually turn it off when it came on, but the switch had no effect.

    What I liked is the spacious and nicely appointed breakfast room. There is also a patio with tables and chairs. You can bring your own food, as the food provided will not fit most high-protein or low-fat diets. What I didn't like was that the parking fee was not mentioned until after the booking. And there is a $100 deposit against damage to the room. Which makes me wonder, what goes on in that hotel??? That aside, the shower is clumsy to use. It's a shower room with the showerhead in the ceiling and a handheld near the controls. The shower idea is good; its execution is dumb.

    The parking was awful mainly because of the hooka losing it shares property with. The employees from the lounge park in hotel parking so does the customers. Power button on the ac was gone so it was either freeze or unplug it. They could use an extra waffle maker as the line gets long and akward. Room was very clean and updated but we had no table or chair to sit and eat when there was plenty of unused space in room 221.

    Needed just a clean room for one night, not a luxury resort, and that didn't even meet that low bar. Awful. Got in and the room smelled strongly of disinfectant. Apparently just the smell, since the shower had brownish mold on the corners. When I woke up next morning and the cheap pine-smelling spray was less strong I could instead smell the faint stink of marijuana... The pine spray was just a bad coverup.... Shower might have had a sliding glass door one day, but now just a folded plastic curtain covers the shower entrance. Why folded? Not sure... To grow mold? And who needs a hook for towels? No one, since it's unlikely you'd stay there long enough to reuse a towel. And there is a desk, but no chair for one to use such desk. AC was louder than a jet engine. Since it was a nice cool night I just turned it off, but still could hear the room next door's AC when that turned on!! When I got there the reception person looked from the back room and kept doing whatever he was doing, not even a "be right with you". Came in a few minutes later and simply said he was on his break, I felt like he was doing me a favor to check me in. Oh, and I should have read the fine print, there's a $7 fee to park (first time ever I'm charged to park at a right-off-the-highway motel). Breakfast was ok, they had waffles, as long as you don't mind hearing the news in some random language while you eat.

    The staff was nice, though I did not like having to pay with a credit card the $7 parking fee because the front desk rep did not have cash (2 separate charges on my card the deposit for $100 and parking $7)...that is just dumb. My room of the second floor had a leaky toilet (hope it doesn't cause water damage to the room below and my TV's cable didn't work at all. Reported when I checked out the next morning.

    Toliet was leaking all night, the shower was disgusting full of orange residue as if no one scrubed it for months. 7 dollars for parking on almost the street. On hotels.com it is described as inn but its clearly named motel on the building sign. False advertisement, overall i had a horrendous nightmare staying there! Needless to i will never be coming back to this dump again.

And it was nice to have found a place that still has Breakfast in the morning, since so many other low-cost places no longer do so. The only issue I didn't like was that the parking lot was really tight and the spaces were small. Everything else was really good.

    I got a room online and when I go to the property they told me I had to upgrade my room because my room I booked was only available to disabled people . I guess I didn’t read the fine print .     The condition of the room was extremely unacceptable. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the room, and I was constantly bitten while trying to sleep. The situation in the bathroom was even worse, with a large number of mosquitoes flying around. Because of this, it was almost impossible for us to take a shower, brush our teeth, or wash our faces comfortably. The level of hygiene and cleanliness was far below what any guest should reasonably expect from a hotel. In addition, we were unexpectedly charged extra fees for parking, we weren’t parking our car, at the time of booking or check-in. This was very frustrating and felt unfair. Furthermore, the staff member who assisted us during check-in had a very rude and unfriendly attitude. Instead of providing proper customer service, the behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Overall, the environment, service, and unexpected charges made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I hope your management team will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly with a fair resolution.

    When we checked in an older gentleman in the office told us there was only 2 rooms left in our type. We looked at the downstairs room right on the street and was a bit horrified so we took the only 1 left upstairs far left corner. After coming back from errands I went to take a shower to only the cold working and the shower fixture literally falling off in my hand. Completely Unacceptable PERIOD! We called the office and now a young lady was working and gave us another room upstairs which proved to us the older gentleman lied about what was available. We had to move our things late night to the other room and we were completely exhausted. The next morning we asked for NO HOUSEKEEPING and left for the day. When we returned we discovered they had changed the towels and emptied the garbage. That made us very uncomfortable because we had personal belongings out and did not expect anyone to be in our room. Let me also mention the breakfast was very lack luster and can be so much better with a little effort from the hotels part. I did send them this same review and asked that they consider refunding me for 1 nights stay due to the unprofessional and unacceptable situations that occurred. I feel that is a very fair request.

    When we checked in an older gentleman in the office told us there was only 2 rooms left in our type. We looked at the downstairs room right on the street and was a bit horrified so we took the only 1 left upstairs far left corner.     Very easily accessible, straight forward telling us to be protective of our surroundings by locking our cars and rooms with a the safety lock. We found some hair on the beds, went to go shower and there was fruit flies all around the shower, the shower handheld sprayer was the only one that worked but was dirty and moldy.

    Not as advertised! Parking was for very small cars. This was a MOTEL. Definitely not worth the money. Room was not dirty, but also not as clean as it should have been. If you are looking for an old motel feel, this is the place for you. The only plus was we missed breakfast and the restaurant next door, The Corner, was fabulous. It was very good service and the food was awesome. Won’t be coming back to the motel, but definitely on the list to come back and try the restaurants brunch. Was decent priced.

Not sure if all rooms have a bathroom designed that way. So, great for people who have difficulty with mobility. Third, free continental breakfast was lacking. I only saw toast and waffles. The coffee cups were 6oz and tiny. The lids for the coffee were not the right lids; the cup needed to be squeezed in to lock the lid. It does have a nice retro looking lobby though. Has potential to be a real nice retro place. The vision is there but some of the corners are being cut.

    Love the aesthetic and how clean everything was. The location for this place is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. There was plenty of hot water, the Continental breakfast was top notch. Especially the staff is constantly on standby to assist or help in any way.     I stayed here many times over a decade ago. They have done major expansion and remodeling since then, taking over an apartment building on the left side of the property (those now have red doors). I contacted the property through Expedia to request a first floor room for a disabled guest. They replied with info on the parking fees. I called them directly and the man updated my checking fine. When I arrived, I had a hard time finding available parking space and they did not have any handicap spots. I temporarily parked to check in at reception and ask where my room is to repark so the disabled person would have short distance access. The man at the desk was a bit unprofessional and kept interrupting my check in to focus on another desk who had lost a room key and was irrationally parking outside the lobby. I asked what side the room is on, and he said it was the side with red doors (farther away) so I said I will need to repark my car. He said not to, but I had a disabled guest with me. When I moved the car there was no space on the other building so I had to drop off the guest. There was also no ADA ramps anywhere and all first floor rooms have two steep curbs to go up before you can step into the room. I don’t remember this prior to the remodel. In addition to the inaccessibility of the property for guests with disabilities, the interior beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. The sink had a stench coming out and the ceiling fan cover was dangling open, exposing the inside.

    The bathroom even though renovated had issues. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. The shower drain has drainage issues and the water retained in the shower and I was stepping in a lot of water. The toiletries were minimal and seemed watered down. Just found it a little in need of a spruce-up, a bit better housekeeping (corners weren’t clean, cigarette butts all over the bottom of the side stairs, and the room we were first put in wasn’t made up and we had to move). However, the price was reasonable, the linens were clean, the breakfast was decent, and it was very quiet. Overall, we’d stay there again.

    The place felt relatively safe, although we still didn’t leave any valuable items in the room. In general, the room was fairly clean: the walls, floor, and bathroom were clean, but there were noticeable stains on some pillows and on the bedsheet. The biggest inconvenience was a large gap on the side of the door. It was so big that you could see the door lock mechanism from outside, and it made me think that the door might be opened from the outside without a key. Cold air was coming through this gap, and I had to stuff toilet paper into it every time to keep the room warmer. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely loud, making it almost impossible to sleep. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly.

    The only good thing about this place was the location. It’s located by numerous businesses, restaurants, and retail stores plus the freeways. Now the cons…the room looked nothing as shown. The main door paint was coming off with huge water damage. Walls were white. Bathroom door had an England Austin Powers look to it. The shower was HORRIIIBBLLEEE!!!! Shower head was so high and shower head kept pointing to the wall that you had to hold it in one hand while you washed up with the other. Bring water shoes to shower in because the shower could use a deep bleach clean. The sink was loose so when you turn it on the faucet moves. There are no towel racks in bathroom so we had to hang it on the shower door. The beds were okay… the TV had lots of channels but if you like to sleep with the tv on just know the lowest the volume goes to is 10. They had free breakfast but you only get waffles, bagels, cereal, muffins. Juice and coffee. They have a $100 deposit and charge $7 a day for parking WHICH they share with a restaurant so parking is frustrating. Long story short… this is not somewhere to stay if you want to relax and unwind. It’s only good for sleeping and that’s it.

    There was a chair in our room thay was massing bolts and my wife almost fell through it. The restroom rolling door was clearly broken and wouldn't close properly and the rainfall showerhead didnt work properly so we didnt use it at all. Noce property but those overlooked issues made it inconvenient to use the restroom and the desk area.

    The room was clean. The staff were helpful. The breaker popped a few times with the AC so had to push reset so it would start up again. The parking is available with a cost. The spaces are a bit small and gets full early on. There are many shopping options around, so location is great. The breakfast has a handful of options. Overall it’s a good stay if you’re going somewhere near by and need a place for the night. Wish breakfast hours were extended a bit more (only avail 7-9 am)

    For a budget motel this place was way better than i had expected. We stayed there over Christmas for 3 nights while going to universal studios hollywood. The room was clean and smelled good. The man at check in waved the parking fee for me since it was Christmas. The tv renote stopped working and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Its only a 15 minute drive to the park so not bad and there is a nice restaurant in the same parking lot for convenience. I will definitely be staying here everytime we visit!

    The bedside lamps were broken, the toilet took forever to flush, there was a hole by the side table and on top of all that we could barely sleep because the person below us was blasting music at 1p, 1am, and 6am.     Okay, These reviews in the beginning scared me because a lot of people had negative things to say about the area being safe, the room being dirty, and them scamming you your money. It was actually the opposite, the rooms were clean, could it be cleaner yes! but way cleaner than expected. The area was safe and have someone in the lobby for 24/7, i think some cons i would say is walls are a little thin and you can hear everything from outside. I was most concerned about them scamming since the reviews said they do(does people didn’t read the description of what the hotel charges you for. I stayed for a night and it wasn’t bad whats so ever, i think the people who made a negative review highered they expectations or truly had a bad experience. BUT I didn’t and I wouldn't lie because now i know what its like pre anxiety from hotel due to these comments.

    this was my first stay in a motel so I was a bit iffy but it was good for a last minute overnight stay. breakfast was average, bread waffles & cereal. our bathroom was clean for the most part, we found a few hairballs around the room floor. parking looks a little crowded but we got a spot right in front of our room. not bad property.

    However the first night of my stay, police were trying to bust down the door to another room. My partner and I were fearful we would be shot. Additionally, I felt catfished by the photos in the ad. While my stay wasn't terrible, I wouldn't recommend nor stay, again.

    The room was not what was pictured. It was broken down, the outlets didn't work, the manager was rude and disrespectful. The soda machine was down a dark alley and there was no toaster for the bread at breakfast. Someone pointed and laughed from the staff while my mother and I ate. This was my birthday trip and I was sorely disappointed.

    It was great for a last minute trip, but it could of been better. The bed was so hard my back hurt so bad by the end of the 6 days. You could tell they don't mop the floors, the shower had a sewer smell to it and the toilet would run all the time. The parking was rough, the spots are tiny and it's hard to get in and out of the small parking lot. I loved that breakfast was included, but disappointed on what was provided. They only had bagels, toast and cereal. I saw that they had waffles but they never offerred them in the 6 days I stayed. It was nice they had lots of coffee and water. The staff was super nice and accommodating. They let us check in early and fixed the air conditioning quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

    For the down sides 1st night back we find a cockroach in the bed but was immediately accommodated to a new room, that said new room was great but then a night later someone was getting arrested right outside, overall experience is 3/10 food is good.

    Took over 15 min to get the tv to work. Everytime you turn it on it goes to a input/setting channel. Half the buttons on the remote don't work, couldn't get rid of the settings that blocked your view if the show. I can't believe for the first time in my life i rented a hotel/ motel and there is NO SHOWER RACK for your towels!? How are you supposed to take a shower and safely reach a towel if there is no hanger!?

    The room was dirty. I have pictures of the room and shower. The water temp is warm not hot. When I called the front desk he said it’s just the way it is. It isn’t like the pictures at all. When you check in the front desk will tell you breakfast is limited to coffee, juice and bagels. No protein or hot foods were his exact words. When we requested more towels we were told we had to get them from the maid who was gone for the day. When we explained we have four people and two towels he gave us two more and said make sure you done steal them. The towels are stained and thin. No one is stealing these towels and I found this very offensive. We also found out this is a rent by the hour motel so don’t stay here. Especially with children.

    staff was a little rude and too non-chalant with how they speak to guests. the guy who checked me in thankfully let me check in early after being there a few hours in the little lobby, however would say something very monotone and I didn’t hear so he pointed to the terms and conditions list (20 rules or so) so I wasn’t even sure which one he was talking about. AC and water had strange smells; there was small stains in the bathroom walls; shower pressure definitely needed an upgrade as the faucet was half working; body soap and conditioner in the shower dispenser cubby’s were empty so no provision. the pricing wasn’t bad but I felt it could’ve been a little bit lower.

    I stayed here at Glenn Motel on a sunday night. Nice area Yes! no homeless or trash around the property. what i didn't like is that they charge for parking $6.99. Also, i was quiet in disbelief with the room ( rm 117) we got because even though it was a smoking free facility it still smelled like smoke. the room just had a weird smell. the restroom roll holder was broken the sliding door in the restroom was missing the handle. and the AC will turn on and off all night. will i stay here again yes! due to the safe location & no homeless ppl. that was a big one for me because LA isnt the cleanest lets be honest.but overall a 7/10

    I have stayed here numerous times since I discovered it. Always clean and comfortable. Close by anything you might need from Walgreens to IKEA, McDonalds to great local fare. Easy freeway access to boot. The Glen is the absolute best value in the area by miles.

    This was one of the worst experiences. The free breakfast is not a breakfast but a few stale bagels. Everyday it’s bagels and some fruit. Considering the cleanliness of the premises we never ate breakfast since we were there 3 days. The rooms have strong smells and it was unbearable the first night. We were offered another room and that wasn’t any better. Washroom doors were broken and the toilet seat was shaking. Shower was not working properly. There was no body wash or decent soap in the hotel. We bought our own soap bar. Overall we do not recommend this place to anyone . The room pictures are misleading and it’s a motel with poor cleanliness and overall condition of the property is very very poor.

    The property was ok. There were no towel hooks to hang up or towels when we were done with the towels. Needs another small trash can in the room not just the bathroom. The breakfast was very minimal. Not too much choices to choose from. The towels were very small and thin. Needed 2 towels. One to dry myself and the other to dry my hair. Usually one towel is enough. Had to ask front desk for couple extra. The staff was nice and helpful though. The ice machine was a little inconvenient. Gotta go through the lobby and put the patio door to get ice. No machine closer to the rooms.

    I stayed from Friday-Monday. Housekeeping did not clean my room not once . Seen a bug in my bed and I have pictures . Spider webs around the bed dust underneath and behind the bed frame. I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and more towels . The guy at the front desk when I requested more items argued with me about giving me supplies that if he gave them to me housekeeping won’t come even though they didn’t . So I’m really disappointed in this overall stay .

    Owner was super rude… on site, it didn’t mention that they required an extra deposit of $100 plus a $14 fee for your one person car and they asked for that upfront. They do not reimburse you for the deposit after your stay. It was also stated that for our personal car, we didn’t need to pay a fee, only $6/ day if we had a guest but no, they charged for that as well. We didn’t end up staying here because we just got overall bad vibes from the place and it was not clean at all.

    Everything in our room was broken from fridge to safe to bathroom lights and light fixtures. Couldn’t turn of bathroom light at all or use or safe we went into office and person also couldn’t fix just start it was broken and we have to take to manager on Tuesday. Which we left Sunday so now we have to call and file complaint cause manger was never in. Not good parking at all over all was not a great stay we went for anniversary get away and had prior plans so thankfully we were at universal all day but still sucked for price we paid for room should have had a better experience and over all working room. We also heard other people complaining of similar issues tv not working things broken in room. Shower heads were dirty and toilet wiggled like was not to floor good. We showed worker and all they would say is we would have to take up with manger next time they were in.

    I’ve stayed multiple times and it’s quiet with no outside noise. Rooms are cold and upgraded. Got the jetted tub this time and it was so nice.

    Well, the motel is ok. Definitely a 2 star motel but in a really cute area. The room was “ok”. Not the best but also not the worst. It was comfortable and clean but a bit run down. What I disliked the most was at the end when I checked out, they charged me for towels. My daughter had spilled a cup of tea and used two small hand towels to wipe it up. They said they would have to trash those towels and charged me $20 for the towels. I think that’s a bit overboard.

    The tv didn’t work. The shower floor was calcified. The drawers had dead bugs in them. The chair had multiple rips in it.

    Room was decent- clean and spacious. Pull out sofa bed was horrible and king bed was ok. Stayed one night and it did the job. Location was great.

    I booked thinking the hotel looked kind of cute. On my way there I said omg this neighbor hood looks bad. Upon arriving I refused to stay there it looked like a motel 6. I reached out to Expedia and they tried to get a refund. Since I didn't even bother to checkin. The motel because I can't call that place a hotel didn't even bother to answer Expedia. I also tried to reach out to them and they never bothered to answer.

    The first room we were given wouldn’t open with the key, when we switched the room had a very nasty smell, the toilet ran all night, the room was full of mosquitos, the towels were all very rough, the floors were dirty, and the shower appliances were crusty, the faucet for the bathroom sink was also not fully attached.

    Check-in was a huge problem. The person who checked me in would not give me the WiFi code. The air conditioner was so filthy that I cleaned it myself. The bathroom had a raw sewage smell that never went away. The water pressure was awful. When I asked to switch rooms the man who checked me in had a terrible attitude, so I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean the air conditioner and its filter. I cleaned the mold and scoured the bathroom. They also didn’t have hair conditioner when I checked in.

    This was a great place to stay, except there is no iron to iron your clothes and no complimentary breakfast. There are tons of visitor's and it would be wonderful if they had a place to eat breakfast.

    The room was not clean and had a weird odor. The inside and outside of the property was run down and not kept. We only had 1 channel available on the TV. Overall terrible place. Do not recommend.

    Looking at this place and based on the reviews on here we thought it would be way better experience than when we arrived. The place is dirty, smelly and falling apart. The shower barely runs any water and has a stench so foul. There were also a variety of bugs crawling around. We asked for a room change due to this and they did apologize and do so. When arriving the desk receptionist was extremely rude and short. Breakfast was pitiful but I guess you get what you pay for right. Definitely won’t be returning.

    Alot of food within walking distance, Ralphs, Walgreens, and Trader Joe, less than a 5 Min Walking distance. Samir, works in the front office, very accommodating, very helpful, made the experience very smooth

    There was blood on the sheets, water and room smelled bad. There were no accommodations (pillows and sheets for sofa bed) and towels. This is a motel, not a hotel. Definitely not kid friendly!

    Staff was friendly, but room wasn’t clean. Some dirt smudges on the sheets and the bathroom had like a black smoke film on the floor and toilet, not sure what it was. Our feet were black after taking a shower and walking out of the bathroom.

    And the tv service; tv wasn’t programmed initially, they did come and program it but remote wouldn’t allow for entering channels, only up and down, and no menu function. But it was very clean, renovated, super comfy bed, good parking, decent free breakfast, convenient etc. Would probably stay again.

    I lost my drivers license on the trip. They wouldnt let me book in but told me to call hotels.com to cancel. while it was being processed I called hotel and asked if res had been cancelled. They assured me it had so my husband went in and made a res with his id and cr card. Week later called hotel as i had two charges now. They said they would take one charge off. Never happened. Not sure who to blame but very dissatisfied.

    The pictures as presented on internet is way different when you walk in room very disappointing . There were flies like in my shower believe from sewer the door to open the bathroom was a sliding door and very heavy to pull it fell off the rack on me.

    I'll stay there when solo, but I don't think I'd bring my wife there. Price is right, parking at $6.99 is reasonable, service was good, and the rooms were clean and modern if minimal. Location doesn't fit my needs (doing business in l.A.), but I'll travel a bit for a clean room at the right price.
