My stay here was actually perfect. I loved it! Breakfast was complimentary as well. They also give you 2 drink tickets for the bar! The time is 5:30pm-7pm. It’s on the back on the breakfast tickets. The bed wasn’t comfortable but the rest of the stay was really good. Parking was $28 a night

The breakfast was great and housekeeping did a wonderful job. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub was dirty and literally turned our blonde hair green and it has been over a week and we still can't fully get it out. Supposed to be able to feed the fish "all day" on Tuesdays and Saturdays and we were there 7 nights and unable to feed the fish because they had given out all the available food for the day before breakfast had even ended. Paid for parking and still got a notice on my vehicle that they were going to tow my car for unauthorized use. Went to the front desk and they just said "you are fine". When asked for validation for window they seemed put off by having to do their job and give it to me.

The evening reception is always such a nice touch. And breakfast is always excellent with Embassy.

Staff was king enough to switch our room to one with a view of the mountains. Much appreciated. However, one reason we chose this site was the "made to order breakfast omelettes" which they had but which were very disappointing. Eggs cooked on a grill with chosen ingredients plopped inside the eggs, uncooked, and cold. The other hot buffet wasn't hot at all, cold eggs, bacon, and sausages. It appeared they had no heating under the pans. The other draw was their pool, which it turned out we couldn't use because it appeared it was never filtered and had an ugly scum on its surface. So they have some important issues they need to address to get a better review.

I had an excellent experience during my recent day over the Memorial Day weekend. The staff was very polite and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy. The elevators are very fast. You never had to wait more than 10 seconds for an elevator. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. There were lots of options and the made to order omelettes were a bonus. This hotel was also very quiet. Other than the occasional neighbor entering their room, I never heard anyone above or below me walking around or talking. Overall great is a great hotel.

Slightly older hotel, but it is in a great location with ample parking. A car is super helpful in LA, and you’re close to the highway and other easily reached places.

The room was very noisy at night . Couldn’t sleep. When we mentioned to front desk , he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Not even offered to credit us for anything .

My three daughters and myself stayed in the king suite. There was plenty of space for the four of us. I’ve stayed at other Embassy Suites, this one is my favorite. Clean environment, comfortable beds, breakfast is always good, and helpful and friendly staff. I also really like the parking garage. My favorite stays are always at the Embassy Suites!

Hotel needs a facelift. Indoors was dark and dreary, replace ceiling windows with natural light, there’s no windows in sleeping rooms to receive fresh outdoor air, window blinds are old.

Everything was great! Rooms were clean and spacious, the free breakfast was such a great perk and the property was very clean. Only reason I gave it four stars was that the shower was super slippery and the pool was disgusting. They should’ve said it was closed because the filter was clearly not on and there was a ton of dirt, hair and even bandaids in and around it. We took the kids to the pool and I wouldn’t let them in, it was gross. They should’ve just closed it for maintenance rather than keep that disgusting cesspool open.

The person at the concierge talked to me rudely when I inquired about the wrong water charges charged to bill. Further when I asked about why the room was not cleaned he told that housekeeping said they cleaned the room. I had to go to the level to ask him to get the back end details of room key access and at the end it was confirmed that I was right and they did not cleaned the room for one of the day of our stay.

The hotel itself is really nice . The highlights I really love/like was the cleanliness and security of the hotel as well as the included breakfast. I was really disappointed that the ice machines were not working. I was on the 6th floor and I went to every single floor and the only one ice machine was on the 8th floor and apparently the staff was not even aware of the issue. My stayed was for 5 nights and the issue wasn’t resolved. The pool is shaded but it was not heated so I was not able to used it , and the jacuzzi was out of service ( it was a bummer). Overall I enjoyed my stay but I feel that could be better since that was my second time here.

We had a spacious clean room with separate bedroom area with views of the mtns. Parking garage was well lit with easy in/out access. Walking distance to restaurants. Staff at check in was friendly. I would stay again if in the area

The pool need attention.

Bathtub was rusted and had stains. Living room felt small when we pulled out the sofa bed. Location was good for our Universal Hollywood trip.

The room, staff, reception hour, full breakfast with made to order omelets, exercise and lap pool all met our expectations. The location was walkable with a 7-11 across the street. Nearby is a mall, Target, Papa Johns...within a short drive.

Second time staying here. Thia time was on the 8th floor hallways and room clean. Beds and carpet clean. Spacious room and convenient parking as well. Waters are $3 and parking is $28. Someone in our floor decided to party until 1am. Yes thin walls.

Hotel is expensive with parking Wi-Fi being extra however, amenities are broken. Hot tub was broken down. Gym had no air-conditioning. Not worth the money and needs repair two out of five stars I suggest finding a a place with more value

If you're passing through for one night I suppose its fine. Beware of customers with dogs everywhere even around the food area and the constant smell of weed throughout the property especially in the rooms. No matter how much they spray the rooms the weed smell is in everything. The quality of this property has gone down. Will not stay here again

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in California! Was very family friendly and the staff were so nice and welcoming! I would definitely make this my go to hotel while traveling.

Rooms are spacious and the breakfast was great. Thy advertise laundry however it is coin operated, there is no change machine and there’s a sign that says to see the front desk.

Lobby. So there was no natural light. The bathroom shower was leaking and had poor maintenance. The breakfast area was awesome and the breakfast staff was very good. The gym was dated and only one treadmill was working. No water stations till you get to the breakfast area or the bar.

Anytime I travel to California, I take recommendations from one person and one person only, Devid Fillips. A connoisseur of the exquisite and fine hotels. When he recommended I stay at the Embassy Suites Glendale, I expected nothing less than the best. It is conveniently located from shops, food, and the freeway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is kept very well and the rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast and drinks in the evening were quite the treat. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

In the morning we went to breakfast and my granddaughter has dietary restrictions and we were trying to get a pancake for her. The menu posted around had prices for “Non Guests” which included pancakes. One of the cooks said there is French toast over there. We have never, never had a problem getting pancakes at embassy suites and never told as guests that we have to pay. She’s a little kid who wasn’t able to eat. The same man at the front desk said that is not my department so I don’t know there policies. Then he shouldn’t be at the front desk. I stay at Embassy Suites a lot since it is my preferred hotel but maybe I have to rethink this. Kelly B

Very surprised to find out I had to pay $9.99 to use internet! Despite being a Hilton Honors member, I was told that at THIS Embassy Suite I was being PENALIZED for booking thru EXPEDIA instead of booking directly thru the hotel by being charged for wi-fi! This should be stayed up front when booking. I wont be back Glendale.

We stayed 3 nights and the maid never came to the room. The pool was dirty, hot tub heater was broken, laundry was out of order. The hotel has one ice maker total and old dirty carpets. Several guests had barking dogs.

Nice looking hotel and clean however, food at the restaurant was very subpar. The shower head had no pressure even after I asked them to fix it (which they did) but remained the same. Honestly, expected a bit more for the rate that I paid.

The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, spacious, and everything we hoped for when booking. The hotel felt very safe to roam around, even late at night when parking the car after hours.

This is our hotel of choice. I love embassy suites. We love that theres a separate bedroom from the living room area. We are a family of 5 and our middle child always loves to stay in the living area on the sofa bed. My husband loves the breakfast. Love the 11am check out. We always sleep well.

Stayed at the hotel to go to universal studios for 3 days. Drive to universal is about 20 minutes. The location of hotel is good and felt safe. There was 3 levels of underground parking so plenty of parking but it was $27/night. It was close to the glendale galleria, target, shopping, restaurants. The hotel include free breakfast which was a plus. Food was delicious- made to order omelets was so good, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, muffins, cereal, oatmeal,etc there was mamy varieties. The room itself was big and clean. The only complaint we have is the water pressure. The sinks flood water when we turn it on so had to make sure to turn on slowly and use less. Overall it was a grray stay amd we would definitely stay again.

We called the day before to ask about the pool and jacuzzi because we wanted a hotel with a jaccuzi.hours. We were told that both were opened until 10. They did not bother to tell us that the jaccuzzi has no heat. Why would you not tell someone that when they specifically called to ask? The pool did not feel heated either. This was very dissapointing.We had a family birthday with a group of 10, and that was part of our plan. The breakfast snd evening teception were both nice, so we at least had that.

Short and beautiful experience. Brian and I went to go see the price is Friday and we need someplace to spend the night and it was beautiful. A lot of walking a lot of shopping stores in the area within walking distance.

However, the room conditions left much to be desired. The master bedroom had unfilled holes in the walls, and a cover plate was improperly installed, exposing a visible hole. Additionally, some small tiles in the bathroom were loose or inadequately adhered to the floor. Given the price I paid, I had anticipated a higher standard of maintenance and presentation.

The breakfast is the BEST complementary breakfast we've ever had in any hotel. This is now our new go to hotel for business and pleasure. We fly into Burbank sometime monthly for business or pleasure. I hope the service never changes.

we have stayed at this property many times in the past with no issues. However, this time we experience some. We choose this hotel in part because we like to use the hot tub after going to Universal. We were not informed the hot tub was broken until we checked in which by then it’s too late to choose another hotel. When I explained why we choose their hotel the Front Desk simply said oh, I’ll tell my manager.” Then we arrived at our room and the floor in the bathroom was sinking, and all of the tile had raised due to obvious water getting in there. As we were checking out, I explained to the Front Desk that if this water continues to get underneath there, they are going to have mold issues and the sub flooring was going to continue to deteriorate. Once again, they simply said “oh, I’ll tell the manager.” I’m not sure if those messages ever got delivered, but hopefully the manager will see this review. Otherwise breakfast is great and the afternoon reception is one of our favorite things and the bartender was fantastic.

We've stayed at this hotel before with no issues, but this time around was not the best. Once we checked into our room, we realized the carpet by the beds and closet was completely soaked. Called the front desk and they said we'd have to switch rooms. So someone comes up to our room with new keys and we grab our stuff and move. The toom we werw put in didnt seem like it was quite ready for guest cause it wasnt the cleanest. But we were tired so we stayed with that room. Come 6am and my husband is waking me telling me the toilet is over flowing all over and to call the front desk. So I call and they say they'll send someone. Well sure enough just as I'm getting ready to change my clothes here walks in a maintenance man. No knock, just let himself in. He apologized and stated he wasnt told that anyone was actually in the room . Ok, not his fault. He cleans the bathroom and says he'll have someone bring us clean towels. 15 mins go by and now we are all getting dresses and ready to head down for breakfast and the same maintenance man lets himself in again, to bring us towels. Now Im mad because he cant say he didnt know we were in there, so there shouldve been no reason he just let himself in again. Fast forward a few hours and I get a text from the hotel asking how is our staying going. I respond with not good. They message back asking when they can call and talk about it. I tell them to call me whenever. Never got a call. Last time we stay here

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property is very nice, and the room was both spacious and modern. We really liked the two-room suite, giving us a place to relax and hang out with our kids. The lobby was beautiful, and we enjoyed both the evening reception and cook-to-order breakfast. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner, with many options nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice hotel close to the studio where The Price Is Right is taped. We stayed 3 nights. Hot tub was closed and we didn't get a chance to use the pool. We did enjoy daily breakfast and evening reception.

Layout of the room wasnt good compared to other Embassy suites. The room was not cleaned and we found orange in trashcan which meant the person that cleaned the room did not clean it correctly. Found a sock on left side of bed.

Great hotel. Good vibes. Room was top notch and typical quality ES breakfast and manager's special. Nice neighborhood. We walked to dinner one evening and it was lovely. Staff was 100. Koi Pond was fun to look at as we came and went.

Overall, the property was nice. Breakfast each morning was great! Sheets were dirty in the bed the first night, they sent someone up to change. The Second day after being out over nine hours they had not cleaned the room. At 930 pm they had a guy hand us towels, toilet paper and plastic bags to change the garbage ourselves. This as not okay!

Such a beautiful hotel. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was very yummy, and we would always come back with new towels and clean room. Area was nice as well, overall one of the best hotels ive stayed at!

We love staying at this hotel when we go to the Dodger games. The location is conveniently located with quick access to the stadium. Its close to restaurants and they offer a nice breakfast. The one negative about our stay this time was the hallways leading to our room and our room had a strong Marijuana smell. At times it go stronger. We called the front desk and complained. They eventually sent someone up to spray deoderizer to help. The smell continued to linger until we checked out. It was disappointing to have that going on in a reputable hotel like the Embassy Suites. It was also disappointing that management didnt offer any discounts for the inconvenience. Hopefully this wont be a regular thing if we stay again.

So quiet and perfect for traveling with kids being there is a pool and complimentary breakfast. The daily complimentary happy hour was such a treat for us adult. Safe and secure parking was worth the price. A worker sought out the kids while we were waiting in the lobby for our Uber Eats to ask them if they wanted to feed the Koi in the indoor pond.

There were five of us and only three towels were supplied. I had to ask each day of our stay for two more towels. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper, as the holder had only 1/3 roll of paper and no other rolls in the bathroom. There was no bell hop service, so we were told everything was self serve! After being spoiled at other Embassy Suites with their great breakfast and Happy Hour, this hotel only offered the minimum.

Pool was a disappointment. It was only 3 ft 9 ins, but the real issue was the pool was dirty. However, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is nice and centrally located. The breakfast is excellent. Parking is convenient, but a bit expensive. Staff is nice, but the few times we asked for extra service they were slow to accomodate, although they eventually did complete the requested task. Would stay again and recommend for families especially.

If you bump into guests that take both machines you are out of luck. I wish the hotel had more washing machines. If you are not planning to have more machines, have some signals to appeal to the guest sharing and avoid this very inconvenient situation. This should be a solution and not a problem when you are on the go! Very displeased with this.

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was relaxing, comfortable and close to local dining with easy access to the fwy.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the room had a horrible layout. Breakfast cook just threw my omelette on the plate and waffles were really dry. Overall a very mid stay, not in a hurry to go back.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Very clean, just a little bit dated but nothing to be concerned about. The shower was excellent!

Have stayed here several times and will continue to due so.
