Loved staying here! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked the pool but I loved the breakfast more! Great breakfast options. The mall is right across the street and there are lots of stores and restaurants in the area (very near). Convenient location.

The outdoor pool was perfect for my daughter. The breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable. There was a stain on the carpet, that was unappealing, but overall the room was clean.

Impossibly clean hotel. Recently remodeled and shows pride of management. They literally thought of everything! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is small but not bad on a warm day. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Free hot breakfast. Water machine. Tons of free tea and coffee options. We were very pleased and would stay again.

We wish the refrigerator in the room would have had a freezer to keep our ice packs frozen.

Our stay at Springhill was awesome. The hotel is immaculate inside and out. Rooms are spotless & very roomy. Beds are super comfortable. It's quiet nobody bothers you. The staff are helpful, Breakfast was one of the best I've had from a hotel. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.

It was in a perfect location. Right by the freeway, shops and restaurants. I arrived pretty late however the staff was helpful and courteous. My room was large. I wish I would have brought my family Nope. All was good.

The room was very small and poorly laid out. There were two TV's next to each other. My room was a king bed + sofa bed and it was a tiny room. I'm not a big guy but the bathroom was so small, there was barely room to get in/out of the show. The whole hotel was smaller than the pictures. Way over priced for the quality of the room.

the beds were comfortable, and the small sofa is more like a trundle bed, my kiddos said it was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and it had a nice flow to it.

Everything was very nice and clean. Convenient walk across the parking lot to Arrowhead Mall. Also across Bell Rd is Target, strip mall of stores & Many restaurants like Olive Garden, Applebees, Chilis etc... Costco, Traders Joe's etc... Awesome & Convenient location!! Breakfast was great every morning w Fresh Hot entrees along w oatmeal , waffles, bagels, yogurts and more...

The rooms are very nice and the bed comfortable. Nice seating area and desk to work. The elevator needs update. The pool is out in the parking lot and very small, it’s good if you have kids but it’s not to relax and lounge as an adult … staff is friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome and safe as a female solo traveler.

I stayed in a room with a king size bed and sofa with a second tv. The room looked new and felt clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast each day. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

They even had a laundry so I could wash clothes after being on the road for almost 2 weeks (though it would be better if it took credit card or something instead of quarters). I don’t have plans to be in the area again, but I’d stay at Springhill Suites again. I guess the only thing that could have made it a better stay would be to enable connection to Netflix or something on the TVs. But I really don’t have complaints.

Our room was clean and very comfortable King suite. Breakfast was perfect. Eggs toast and turkey sausage and the next was egg and ham croissants coffee and tea and juice oatmeal and waffles! Great way to start your day

Roof smelt like cigarette smoke, very minimal breakfast options. Paid for a suite and was a normal size room with another bed crammed in.

We stayed here for 9 days while supporting a family member going through a medical procedure, and we were comfortable with our stay the entire time. The entire location is consistently well maintained and simple services like ice cold water and tea was available all day and night. The laundry room was so convenient. Pool really nice and warm. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was filling with warm and cold items. We will always stay here for any future visits! Thank you for making our visit so stress free!

We were down in Phx for my daughters surgery. I didn’t want to have to drive around in the car for a few hours after she was done waiting for check-in so I called to see if it was possible for early check-in. The front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating! We got to check in as soon as she was done and able to leave. So thankful.

Very convenient place to stay. There’s a shopping mall right beside it where you can shop and eat. Very comfortable clean room. Breakfast was good . There’s a variety of food but had to wait in a line to get the food as there was a team of players stayed there and was no room to sit and eat. The whole room was occupied for good 70-75 minutes by the team. Other than that everything was good.

Didn’t report it again as it was our last night but ac was no good. Construction early. Staff our first two nights was nice. The staff helping us check out on our last day was less nice

Comfortable beds, room could have been designed better. Room with 2 queen beds had only a narrow pathway to the bath and closet space. I hit my shoulder on the flat screen tv because the space between the bed & wall is so narrow. Bathroom vanity is small. Nice shower, full length miroor and workspace.

We had an issue with air conditioner and they sent a maintenance man up immediately to fix the problem. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Amenities for cost was a deal. Very satisfied.

We had a great room with high ceilings and plenty of space. The AC was great too. It was under construction for a remodel but it didn’t seem to interfere with our stay at all.

When we got to our room we were very impressed. It was a new room and everything was clean. Even the smell of the room was clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave as well. Breakfast was awesome as well. We are definitely coming back to stay here. It’s a 15 minute drive from the State Farm stadium.

The booking never showed this. Construction workers on site working from 6am-7pm. We would not have booked if we would have known. Breakfast area was jammed into two regular rooms, as the normal area was under construction. I understand renovations happen, but need to inform customers prior to arrival. Didn’t help the front desk was unwilling to assist in correcting the room booking . Never again here because of the service received (or didn’t receive).

Construction starting at 4am, it was an awful experience.

I had a great check in the whole time. Customer service was very friendly and accommodating. The property is very dated and was also under some renovation so it made it where I couldn’t do laundry which I had wanted to stay there for. My toilet was stocked up so That was a little bit of an issue. Definitely very dated so I don’t know that I would stay again. Seemed a little dingy.

Horrible smell, I asked the front desk for some odor repellent. I had to get it from the front desk. I sprayed the room and I went to have dinner came back and the room still smelled. I asked the front desk to switch me rooms and they said they couldn’t because I already had passed my three hours mind you I checked in at five.

We had to leave our home because the AC failed in the Arizona heat. Spring Hill Suites was just the answer! The staff was great, the room was excellent and affordable!

Awesome hotel in a great area right by the mall. Plenty of free parking in a a nice area of town. The only negative is the remodeling going on on the upper floors. But they do most of it during the day when most people are up.

Breakfast was good You overbooked and sent me across town to your “sister” location in Peoria You false advertised your location and availability for a booking unbeknownst to me. The amenities I had looked forward to were NON EXISTENT. Large pool, outside ambiance, 2 beds We instead got a tiny pool behind concrete walls with people having sex. Are you kidding me? No lock on the pool door anyone can just come in. For any disabled folks none of the equipment worked!!! Surrounded my construction equipment and construction starting at 7 AM!!!!!!! What in the actual hell??!!! I’m pissed that this happened as it took me further from my family visit and out of the way of where I was staying and needed to be. No transportation available This hotel gets 1 star And bet your ass I’ll be putting this review everywhere. Awful experience

It was an amazing stay! Super convenient as you are right next to the mall and various restaurants and shops. The room was great! The fridge was a nice addition to the room. Only thing that wasn't great...the room was missing an iron and the microwave wouldn't open. Everything else was great! Would stay again.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and although I did not get her name, the lady that checked us in was extremely nice. The room was big, plenty of room, beds were comfortable. Location was great. I would stay here again.

Location was alright, but as we checked in we were immediately notified no pool was available and the 4th floor would have construction every day. First week of 100 degree heat not knowing a pool was available would have been nice. The hotel is really outdated and I can see why they are doing renovations.

Property is nice and clean and quiet. All the staff is very friendly. Tons of dining options within 5 minutes. Only thing that could use an upgrade is the pool. While it is clean it is tiny. Only a few chairs and 2 tables. Literally in the parking lot.

The AC old fashion was very noisy and too close to the bed. Beside that and the limited breakfast choice, everything was excellent!

Book a room for 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. They deemed my 2 older kids as "adults" as they are over 12(14 and 15). So I was charged $20. When you book a room for 5 you must have kids under 12?

Room smelled of smoke. I am a Marriott member and the price was cheaper on Expedia. Staff was upset when I said I would book with Expedia over them. Just not what I expected from a Marriott hotel.

Nice room, but the suites do not have a door, so the tvs are right next to each other.

Stayed here with my daughter for a week and it was a graet experience!!

Nice rooms, the only suggestion I have, is to have a trash can inside the bathroom.

The bathroom had water damage and the tub surround is cheap and full of caulking... not a $150+/night property. The boxspring of our bed was shot and the heater/AC unit was too loud to run during the night, although I suppose we wouldn't have heard the flushing, etc! Overall, not impressed and the ratings dont seem to match what we saw. The breakfast was okay, the pool and hot tub are behind the hotel and are very small.

The rooms are very clean with ample space. Love the location because it is close to different shopping malls, retail stores and restaurants. Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Having easy parking is a plus. This is one of our favorite places to stay!

The rooms are a lot smaller than any other Springhill I have stayed at. The best part had to be a completely sound proof room. We couldn’t hear anyone else staying there, which was nice!

My stay was good, I traveled from El Paso Tx to Az with my wife and daughters. On check in I was given the choice if getting a handicap room. I didnt think it was a big deal but, it makes a difference.
