Why charges por parking my car ?

Central location

HATE having to ask for daily housekeeping service for extended stays. Attended morning events in addition to evening events and would have appreciated having housekeeping service in the morning so we could rest before the evening events.

Everyone was spot on! From maintenance that replaced our ice maker to the kitchen staff who prepared breakfast. The dining room was always clean. House keepers were friendly and efficient. The desk host and hostesses. Were friendly and took care of our needs in a quick and efficient manner. Definitely plan on staying again!

It’s a very nice place, the rooms are clean and spacious. I left my shampoo, conditioner and body wash at home. I washed my hair and there was no conditioner. I have long hair so it was difficult to manage without conditioner. We will always return, we love it there and across the way is another favorite hotel.

Friendly staff, greeted me when I arrived and allowed me to check-in a few hours early.

The staff was wonderful. Greeted me upon arrival. Very helpful and flexible, especially the manager Jen. I thought the breakfast staff was awesome and so was the food. Grounds and room were in great shape. Love the environment there. This was one of my best stays at any hotel! Truly!! I look forward to returning and staying here upon my arrival back to AZ. Mark

We were there for a one night stay and the staff at the front desk were lovely. Asked about our plans and about events in town. The suite was perfect and slept 3 people comfortably. Breakfast was good and fresh, overall a great stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in Glendale!

Our flight was very early in the morning. We stopped by the hotel to see if there was a possibility of an early check in. David was amazing. He allowed us to check in many hours early which gave us the opportunity to get some needed rest. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. We will stay there again if we come to the area. The only thing I would suggest is that the lighting in the bathroom sink area is not sufficient for a woman to put on her face.

One of the workers stole my work computer and the assistant manager was very rude and told me that the only people swiping into our room were my husband and me! The beds were not made when we left our room to go to a baseball game at 2:30 in the afternoon, but our bed was made and the bathroom was clean with fresh towels when we returned around 9:30. I am very angry for being made to feel like I misplaced my computer. Going to corporate to get a refund for what was stolen. They have cameras.

Breakfast had plenty of great quality options. Welcoming staff was super friendly. The suite amenities are nice, but we were only there for a night so we didn’t use much. Great shower and bathroom area.

This place was horrible. The staff lied said that things were available, and when you arrive, they were not the amenities were not available as say the main reasons of why we came to this specific property things are broken. It looks like for years, never been thought of to be fixed

The room was very spacious, nice bathrooms and kitchen area. The hot tub seemed a little rough and bubbles were all over the place. Breakfast was very good and nicely set-up.

nice place, clean, hot tub didnt work and you need to be signed up as a member for wifi so that was a little frustrating for my son and i both trying to do work on laptops.

Staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with a noisy fridge but it taken care.

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that not only was outlr room ready, but we had also been upgraded. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a TON of stuff nearby.

My stay was great. The rooms are clean and had everything that I needed. Staff was friendly and the breakfast and pool are great. The hotel is close to the outlets, the stadium and surrounding attractions. Super convenient location.

From the time we were greeted by Charles at the valet stand to when we checked out with Morgan at the front desk; the staff here is amazing. Charles let us know about the hotel shuttle so we didnt have to Uber. He also had suggestions for places to eat while we were in town. One afternoon at the pool we had went up to the restaurant to get some drinks and appetizers. Kodi, the bartender, let us know that the chips and salsa would be about 5 minutes.And so we told him we would be back in to pick them up; about 5 minutes later here came Kodi with our order. Hotel is remodeling their property. If you book through Expedia they don't send a email warning you. All of their bookings get warnings and an opportunity to change to another hotel. E offered a joke credit

first of all there was a manager David at the front desk that was extremely rude not professional tells me who cares even if i write a bad review about the Hotel i take he must be the owner are act like he is one which i know he is just a worker of this place. he is just a real funny guy laughing at my situation which i think. its not funny at all i lost time and money he should not be not fired just be demoted i don't believe in leaving him homeless if this is his only job times are hard but this guy just has a real smart mouth. he should just be working the lowest part of that hotel work this is not a low end hotel with junkies on Van Buren . he definitely is a big kid in the inside i was promised not that i Demand a refund on my room cause being charged twice for one room on hotel.com i guess when one hotel is full they kick you out to the next one. a nightmare like David the next one with out you noticing so please check your booking people. the girl was really professional an understanding at the front desk said she would waive one room off cause we tried getting a hold of hotel .com but David the big kid wants to over ride it says no after hotel.com says they will waive it off cause i only had use one room they charged my card for two rooms i said to my wife this is a really nice place but ripping me off i cant see myself there again . i don't want the money just a apology its sad when you deal with people in charge like this

We’re happy we chose this property in Glendale. It lived up to the images seen in line. Liked my room on the second floor overlooking the pool. Morning breakfast had ample options. Highly recommend staying there.

With weather over 90 degrees we were looking forward to using the pool but we’re disappointed to find it was very dirty.

There was someone else’s hair in the shower when I got in it that evening. The pool was cloudy. The bed was beyond hard. And paying 10$ a night for parking is crazy.

All of the staff was nice and helpful and my son had a blast in the pool. The breakfast was always hot and ready and never ran out... I'm a late riser and it was always breakfast available until the cutoff.

I loved the stay once the hot tub was fixed. When I asked about it, the person in front, gave the impression that it wasn’t a high priority. I fussed out Expedia because it should have stated it wasn’t working. I chose the place and spent the extra money because of it.

The air conditioner heater was so loud I had to turn it completely off to get to sleep.

The hotel felt dirty. Our room there was hair in the shower and all around the bathroom floor. The towels also had hair in them.

We were in town for a wedding and spent 2 nights as a family of 5. We really enjoyed the 2-bedroom suite and loved that it overlooked the pool! Our kids greatly enjoyed the pool as well as the cornhole game. I used the exercise room and it was wonderful. The breakfast was good - pretty standard but wonderful to have it included. Gave 4 stars only because the rooms could use some maintenance - cracks in walls, flickering light in the bathroom, sink was clogged and sheets/duvets were thin. We did not receive any housecleaning services either (we were told our stay was too short which is odd since housecleaning used to be a daily thing?!) Overall it was good and we would return.

We liked the studio room with a couch and king size bed as well as a utility kitchen. Very comfortable, cool and quiet.

Front desk lady was very friendly, the free breakfast was great and so was the pool. Our room had a queen bed and a sofa bed only problem was pull out bed wouldn't come out because of furniture blocking it. So my son slept very uncomfortable on couch. But location was good near stadium and entertainment district.

My mom and I wanted to get away for the night and decided on this property due to the value for what you got. We ended up gettinf a suite which was a separate bedroom and a pullout couch. I loved having my own space as my mom typically snores and it keeps me up all night, so this was perfect. The rooms were clean and had a full kitchen which a stove, microwave, huge fridge and a dishwasher. The pool was big and clean as well as nice and theres a hot tub too. They have a 24 hour fitness center and their breakfast is big and plentiful. Every single staff memeber was so sweet and went above and beyond for us. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life but this by far was one of the best i have ever been in. We will be back for sure! Thank you again!

So first off, the rooms are beautiful. They are spacious and clean with everything i needs plus one. The only complaint i have is in relation to a problem i had was in relation to a problem I ran into that could have been way worse, involving my debit card. My 7 year old son and i drove 5 and a half hours to get to phoenix for an event. We arrived the night before , late because we had a flat on the way. The webight and a sign at the front desk say they accept debit cards.. but after i paid for a room on a debit card they inform me that the card used cant be used for my deposit, which is small. These are the cards i have that i tried that cant be used. Chime, dave, sofi, cleo, venmo, paypal debit. , cash app. I know alot of people use these. They were going to refund my room charge amd not rent me a room because i didnt have a debit card they accepted for the deposit. For my less than 10 hour stay in there hotel. And because i had paid with debit if they refunded the money i would not see it instantly, leaving my son and i with no hotel room because my money would be in limbo. And i didnt have that kind of spare money for this trip. So my child and i would have slept in the car. The lady was nice enough but also showed zero concern that i had no where else to go with my son. She seemed irritated by me. Strangers paid my deposit on there credit card. 2 ladies at the desk overheard and offfered . Im so grateful

The place was okay. The older lady at the front desk didn’t have a very great or happy attitude towards us. We won’t be back.
