Good hotel for events and near westgate. Amazing location!! Hotel staff is super nice and helpful, they helped me with all my needs with no hesitation. Would definitely come back again.

The customer service was above and beyond amazingly excellent. Everyone was super courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this location anytime we are visiting the area again.

I booked this motel on Hotels.com. My husband had to be flown out, due to a medical emergency---pulmonary embolism. He was having to be hospitalized, when we should have been staying at this motel. I called over TWO days in advance to cancel my reservation. This Hotel would NOT refund my money. This was an emergency. I will not ever use them again. This was something completely out of my control. These are greedy people.

This hotel was super clean!!! The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was a nice surprise everyday with so many options to choose. It always smelled clean! The pool was nice and clean. Our room was enormous with two queen beds and a pull out couch. Three of us stayed comfortably. Right next to Tanger Outlets so you can walk there. Texas Roadhouse is also right next door. Very close to Desert Diamond Arena and State Farm Stadium. I also liked that the hotel was at the back of the property, more set off from main road.

My favorite part was how convenient it was to nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I also appreciated the unlimited complimentary water. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is located right next to an outlet mall and lots of entertainment. Our room was clean and had comfy beds. The only downside was the noisy stomping of guests. Be ware that they charge for parking with no guarantee that your vehicle will be safe. We didn’t have a problem except the party birds pooping all over our car. Don’t park under the tree.

I didn’t have time to use the amenities so I skipped it. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. Big kudos to them. Breakfast was good. The kielbasa was a nice surprise. The rooms were very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my son. My only negative is the pet fee is extraordinarily high. $75 is not pet friendly. You have my credit card that you can charge if my chihuahuas cause damage in excess of $30. Also, most pet rooms are either all tile or laminate so if they have an accident we can clean it. But yes, I get some pets can be destructive. Bill them and let them fight it. Don’t lump every pet owner with an extraordinary “fee” to buffer the destructive pets. I’m not fond of punishing the majority for the few bad actors.

Everything was great. Staff was understanding that our flight was delayed and allowed us check in late. We even got a room upgrade. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

We were really impressed by this hotel and it's staff. The room was spotless and all of the furnishings were well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with resolving an unexpected travel challenge that was not related to the hotel at all. The pool area was really pretty, clean, and safe. The breakfast had a lot of variety, was well cooked/prepared, and the whole breakfast area was kept spotless.

The gentle men who checked me and my wife in was really helpful and nice. He asked what had brought us un to town and I explained it was our anniversary and wanted to go out have dinner and celebrate. He congratulated us and 15 min later he dropped off a basket for us with a wine bottle snacks and a card. This man went above and beyond. I just can't remember his name, But thank you for your hospitality

The location is perfect—only about a 10-minute walk to State Farm Stadium. It’s so convenient if you’re attending a concert, football game, or soccer match because you don’t have to worry about getting an Uber. There are also plenty of restaurants and a nearby shopping area, which makes everything super accessible. The coffee was great, and although we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, everything else about our stay was excellent. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!

Getting in to the hotel was a little tricky. Overall, a nice place to stay, especially if you are attending a venue at Staye Farm Stadium. We were traveling with our small dog and were quite shocked at the $75 charge for one pet. 99%of hotels we stay at charge less than $25 per night. It would have been nice to know that fee before booking.

Quick trip with my 10 year old daughter! The area has PLENTY to do. Walk to outlet mall! The pool was warm (hot tub was a plus). The breakfast was great! Our room smelled so good- I really want to know what it was to bring to my own home. The room was clean. The fans (air) was loud and the beds were just alright. I'd return!

The hotel is recently remodeled so everything is new. Location is very convenient as it is close to shops and restaurants and the stadium. Breakfast was good and staff are nice.

The room was not ready when we went up, the staff could not fix the tv after two hours of trying in the room. We had to move to new room. In the new room the hair dryer was broken. The lotion bottle was missing. Then in the morning at 9am the breakfast buffet was missing half the food and the coffee was empty. It seemed they were short staffed.

The greeting of my name on the tv was really cool! The dining room was under construction and we ate in a conference room. It wasn’t that big of a deal.

The location was just fine, across the street from convention center, next to mall. Comfortable room, nice bath, TV worked and the basics. Good value for Phoenix area and lots of parking. Basic breakfast, but had coffee and OJ plus other things. Bed was a small King and coach a bit outdated. Construction ongoing during weekend was surprising and messy - no place to sit in lobby. No real security on a Saturday night, getting in door was easy. Small entrance no chairs. Could clean carpet and floors a bit and dust.

When I booked the room, the remodel construction said they would be done by December 12. Clearly when I checked in the remodel was not even halfway done.

The only hiccup came win there was a miscommunication between Expedia and the Hampton and they did not have our reservations, but the Hampton stepped up like champs and gave us foru premium rooms at a great price.

Great hotel, the front desk lady is very nice and professional. Room is clean and comfortable. The only little thing is the walls are thin, I hear baby crying and people talking at night. Other than that, everything is very good here.

The hotel location was great for an event my wife and I were attending. The room prices almost doubled on the weekend of the event, but I guess that's the way of industry ( supply and demand). However, everything else were great.

We booked through a 3rd party, but the person i talked to said to called 48 hours to confirm roll in shower handicapped room. She sent us a email n said she called, my husband is fully paralyzed and they gave the A discoonect betwee the attendant that gave our room to who know who. Just not just or right. Angry

Amazing stay only complaint to be made is the paid parking is as bad as they say and I made the mistake of giving two license plates even though I only used one car the majority of the trip and was never informed by staff they would take a fee for each plate so instead of the 36 it should of been I was charged 72. And for anyone confused on how the parking works you give the license plate and it’s 18 per night and they take it from your security deposit which is 50 a night. Amazing hotel, very clean comfortable and quiet but the parking is annoying, would def stay again.

The hotel is under "remodel". And construction starts very early in the morning. So don't try sleeping late. The breakfast was limited selection, not that great and you had to pass construction to get there. Our room was clean, apparently recently remodeled because there was a slight hint of paint.

I booked a king size suite and i got a room with 2 queen sizes because they are remodeling and no one told us till we got to the room

We were shocked when checking out that there was an $18 parking fee. Nothing was mentioned at check-in about any fees for parking. They asked for our vehicle information and a credit card for incidentals. Didn’t feel we should have to pay for parking when paying for the room.

My wife was in three thirty nine.That's the room we had, and alex gave that room to another couple, and my wife was in the room, and people were coming to the room while my wife was laying on the bed. It looks like the room was remodeled, but the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The tiles were not straight and the grout was missing. The shower had no pressure. The sink had no pressure. The rest of the room was good love.The air conditioning, the way the bedroom was set up with the king bed.It was very nice.. The $100 incidental fee is ridiculous. I still don't even have the money back in my account yet. That's totally unfair....

We had a great stay at this property!

I had a severe medical episode (stroke,blood clot) which enabled me to fly. I am thoroughly disgustd in Hampton for not refunding my stay. Its not like it was the day I was to travel. It was 5 days prior to my stay. The utility comapny I work for using Hamptons alot. I will not be using them for business travel moving forward. Expedia said you wouldnt even return their phone calls??

I understand it was under construction but trash and debris from workers made the place look dirty. Rooms were good but surrounding the property was a little rough.

Our stay is always nice. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help make the stay nice. I appreciate I feel safe and it's walkable distance to the stadium and Westgate entertainment. If anything, the carpet needed vacuumed but overall the hotel was clean.

The only perk was proximity too stadium which was why we booked. Price was astronomical and room was dirty and falling apart.

It was Charlie Kirk's Memorial and it was hard to get to the hotel afterwards and so they upgraded us to a beautiful Suite when we finally arrived and their service was beyond spectacular and I highly recommend anyone going and staying there and it's worth every penny

When I returned to my hotel room in the evening, I found traces of wastewater backflow in the sink. Although the maintenance team responded promptly, the cleaning was not thorough.

Great stay. Close to many restaurants and stores

Our issue was really only with the cleanliness of the room. There was a red jelly bean on the floor of the room when we checked in and the kitchenette there was a twice wrapper in the cupboard. The refrigerator was especially gross, there was spots under the door of the fridge. I let the number that text me about my stay know about the issue, just expecting them to give the room a deep clean, but the response was kind of dismissive. Raeven decided my complaint was just a "discrepancy" "Great to hear, we take great pride in our overall service and cleanliness. However, I will inform management in reference to the discrepancy for the room you stayed in" Other small complaints that I don't usually dock the hotel for, especially at this price point, but is worth noting: -The water pressure was weak -The water didn't get that hot -The toilet didnt flush right -The beds were hard -The room never could get cool enough

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and it's very close to the WESTGATE Entertainment District!!!

The location is great. The front desk has had it with guests at 3:00 check in. Busy weekend I get it. Guy helping with luggage was awesome!! The cleaning staff were awesome, very kind and friendly!

Stayed on the 3rd floor. And we could hear every footstep of the people above us. Very loud hotel.

Great stay. Loved the Poole and spacious room. The only issues were the pullout bed mattress was very lumpy and some of the linen had stains on it.

We did not stay. Tried to cancel our stay more than 24 hours prior and they refused . We could not stay as we are caregivers for our parents that both have dementia and our fill in caregiver cancelled so we could not go and they refused to refund our money

I stayed here with small children. The breakfast was tasty and they changed it up on both days we were there. The pool was perfect for the hot weather, towels outside so you don’t have to bring any down from your room. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable

Beautiful stay, nice fresh room, breakfast was also great. My downside pool was warm wasnt as clean as i would except other then that overall great.

The furniture in the room was worn and dingy.

On the first night One of the lobby works was really rude. She was very rude in her comments when someone was buying something and when asked a question she was not helpful at all and gave attitude.

From checking in to checking out everything was soo easy and fast. No hassle and worry free. As well as the communication as soon as we got into our room, they followed up to make sure everything was up to our needs and definitely fulfilled them. Hats off to Gisel for the communication and fast response to my questions. Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future

We only stayed here because we were going to a concert at State Farm stadium. I would recommend if you’re coming for an event there. The staff was friendly and it was quiet even though it’s in a busy area.

Nice room, just basic, clean. Staff was good except the breakfast attendant who made me feel it was my fault the waffle iron wasnt on and things werent set up right. Noisey hotel. Lots of kids at the pool. But hey its in a busy area.

The thermostat on the wall was a ruse, so slept the first night thinking the air did not work well. Adjusted it the next day on the unit and slept in confort on night 2. Overall a positive stay and will consider staying here again when in the area.

Liked the location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Didn't like paying for parking, and pillows were not comfortable.

Staff was very friendly! Pool was wonderful but after 3/4pm there isn’t any sun. Hot tub was broken but it’s too hot for it anyways. Room 432 A/C wasn’t working properly but the from office gave us another room. She was SO nice and understanding about it. Breakfast was very good and fresh. So close to everything!

It was for work. The room was great the only thing that wasn’t good was I think there was an event going on because I kept on hearing doors slam for a long time

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Pool area needs attention! Pool furniture not in great shape, could use more chaise loungers and definitely umbrellas!

Easy check in and check out. The pool was smaller than expected but still great (they could just use a few more loungers around the pool as there were only 4 during our stay). Room was clean, tons of things to do, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. AC was working very well which we appreciated.

Property is nice check was horrible. I had called for an early check-in. They said yes I arrived at 1:30. We didn’t get our room still past 330 and had a concert to go to. They were so disorganized.

Parking is horrible and costs $35/night, friendly and polite staff, and the pillows are awful. So flat and have no support. The room was not horribly dirty, but could’ve been more clean.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We had fun in the pool, the only set back is maybe having it open until 10pm. The breakfast buffet was good but not many options for breakfast buffet-was looking forward to bacon but only sausage provided. Also, the hygiene products that was provided smelled amazing!

It is an older hotel and seems worn out. I understand they will be remodeling it later this year. The rooms and hallways smelled like carpet shampoo. The TV in our room did not work well and required maintenance. Some of the furniture was chipped, and the plumbing fixtures were very outdated. The stay itself was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time the hotel was a fantastic place to stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with any questions or help we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Glendale.

3 bed suite was just 2 beds and a fold out couch, not what was expected. Breakfast was worse than most hotels offer.

Staffs are very kind. The smell of cleaning detergent was a little strong.

The convenience of that alone made this hotel wonderful, however, the staff were also amazing, and I really liked the free breakfast and laundry facilities. The front desk did say they will be undergoing a major renovation in the near future, which will really make a huge difference, but all that said, I would definitely recommend & would stay here again.

Our stay was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was huge and great cost for what we paid for, especially close to Westgate. We were their for graduation and location was very convenient.

The property was maintained. They are going to undergo a major renovation. So its understandable why the rooms were so empty BUT had clean comfortable beds, good working shower, tv plus air. Not much to worry on your stay. Staff was topnoch!

Raven at the guest service gave me my room key but I had to ask how to get to my room and hours for pool and breakfast as she didn’t tell me any of that. I felt she was in a hurry to get rid of me. And disappointed I didn’t come in with the rental cars plate number. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hot tube was not a hot but rather a cold whirlpool tub. The phone in the room wasn’t actually pulled and and there was no way to plug it into the way which was a bit concerning. The front desk didn’t seem bothered by this.

I liked the easy access to the variety of stores around the area. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the quiet and comfortable atmosphere of the property.
