This should be accurately listed as a motel. The room was dirty and one of the main lights wasn’t working. Someone was sleeping on the ground just outside my door. If you’re attending an event and all other hotel accommodations are booked…do yourself a favor and just cancel your plans to attend the event.

The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed here was because our property manager send someone to put pesticide. And this hotel wasbour first option. We were really tired and all we wanted was to rest, which we couln't. And forgot to mention the shower from the other rooms was liud, we could hear everything.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was mold or mildew all over the walls and ceiling. Very poorly unkept and a lil sketchy

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The walls were dirty. Half of the outlet was missing. We checked in & checked right out.

The floor was dirty. Iron wasn’t working. It smells really bad.

The ceiling was peeling and falling down on the floor along with the cobb webs on the headboard. i had to call the front desk to have housekeeping come. They didn't do a good job with snow removal from the storm and parking was limited people had to park all over the place. This motel excepts pets there was dog poop all around the side walk etc. When i booked the room it was stated that they had internet i asked to use the computer and was told it doesnt work

The room had bugs in it ( roaches) it wasn't clean I am a supervisor for a cleaning company and it wasn't cleaned at all the sheets had cigarette holes in them there was people hanging out in the lobby the girl at the front desk had kids with her it just wasn't a great place to stay and I have stayed at alot of places we had a problem with the door locking also the sink was leaking in the room I will not be staying again

Tv didn't work, remote didn't work, fridge didn't work, outlets didn't work, phone didn't work, lots of bugs on me when I was in bed and crawling from behind the wall board by TV and cabinet, lights didn't work except for bathroom, spider in big web in corner of bathroom, guy at night sits out front smoking all night with other guests and didn't answer the phone for the front desk so couldn't get room changed or refund or nothing. Ms. Norma greeted me and was very cordial and we had a nice conversation. George was very helpful and took me to the Airport. They are not a fancy place, but they are nice, friendly, down to earth people who went out of their way to be helpful to me.

First room smelled like skunk (pot) and cigarettes. Next one , not so bad. Noise, loud talking, shouting outside until 3 AM. Transient people staying there, hanging around all day and night.

The elevator was unsafe, the building is falling apart, our room smelled so bad and was masked by an overpowering smell of cleaning products. The toilet was disgustinc and we didn’t even want to use the shower. We couldn’t wait to leave

This place is unsafe, bullet proof windows at front desk should of told me how this place was going to be. It was so dirty, I didn't even want to put my feet on the floor, dead bugs all over the floor, broken toilet seat, dogs in all the rooms near mine constantly barking. Crack-heads walking all around the place, dirty needles in the grass- this place needs to be shut down!

Stayed one night before going on a cruise out of BALTIMORE. The first room smelled VERY badly of skunk (pot) and cigarette smoke. The second was better, not very good. Chipped tiles, lights in the sink area not working. Bathroom not cleaned up very well ..found a wadded up sock on the floor, as well as paper. Seems as if the hotel was "guesting" some homeless, and transients. They were outside the rooms all night, talking, yelling, arguing, and kids running up and down, outside the rooms, until around 3 AM! The arguing got so heated, I thought there might be gunfire at some point. NEVER AGAIN!

I did not like anything. It stunk literally. It was dirty, moldy, plaster was peeling..Nierher my wife nor I got any sleep. We had to check out due to health reasons. It was totally disgusting.

Well let's start off the rooms I got 2 rooms they were both on the opposite side of hotel then curtains were show sun through some areas fuxers fall off wall bathroom door was damaged anything I ask I about I was told so no no extra pillows 2 towels for 3 people would not give extra all in all I will not be going back to that one

This Is a motel for homeless and drug dealers. I had to go look for another hotel to stay in. Don’t think they’re gonna reimburse my Manny, They deceive lie to people in the pictures. It looks nice. But it’s horrible.

Check in staff were excellent. The hotel not so much. Needs updating and lives up to the no frills status. People definitely live there. Very pet friendly.

The check in was fine but from there went downhill. The room was so unkept, dirty walls with marker and dirty, the stucco was chipping off. The bathroom door handle barely hanging on. The air conditioner sounded like a jet trying to take off. I get that the hotel is used for transient housing but don’t use the same nasty rooms for guests who are only there for one night. I’ll help you with your choice DO NOT STAY here. One plus was no bugs were seen and only one pillow was dirty with an unknown stain

People live in this hotel. Kids run all over the place. They ride their scooters up and down the walkways in front of the rooms sounds like a train coming through. Very uncomfortable to walk through what seems to be a family reunion up and down the walkway to your room. Room was ok needs updated. Don't like the floor to ceiling front window 👀. If you need quiet keep moving.

I was woken up in the middle of the night by crackheads and then police for face accusations

It can be loud at times. The floors and ceiling could be cleaned a little better, also the sink was clogged.

This place needs a lot of work. It's rundown and they have people living there all the time that are questionable at best. I do believe the front desk was the only redeeming quality.

The only issue I had with the room was the amenities I needed and that can primarily be the website. I am disabled and I usually find out that after making the reservation I should call the hotel. I am always traveling with my daughter and grandson. We need 2 queen size beds, a walk in shower and a room close to the lobby. We were booked on the 3rd floor, a distance from the elevator and a bathtub. I wasn't able to take a shower and even though I checked off for mobility, the toilet area didn't have hand bars.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The front desk staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and they guy communicated with me unprofessional. When I checked in, they gave me a room key that didn’t work. I called for assistance, but no one came. I went to the front desk twice, and instead of helping, they told me to wait for the maintenance guy. It was cold outside, and we were left standing in the freezing weather for 30 minutes before someone finally arrived to fix the issue. Completely unacceptable service—I would not recommend staying here!

This property is convenient to everything you would stop in Glen Burnie for. Travel arteries, airport, shopping dining, the works. The buildings suffer from deferred maintenance. The bed was great. The staff was terrific, but, if you leave your stuff on the floor, you will be taking roaches with you when you leave.

The outside property was nice. I saw cockroaches on my bed

Do not stay here. The bathroom was dirty and the tub had a slow drain and the shower made a loud sound when turned on. The one staff member when i checked in was amazing but the night staff was rude and lied about being able to print a receipt because i complained and left early. There are people hanging on the balcony being loud all night bumping into your door. Definitely don't stay here if you are by yourself!!!! You can hear through the walls on both sides.This place is awful. Major hwy in front so ambulances and fire trucks all night. Residents smoking weed in the courtyard where we take our pets to relieve themselves. No breakfast whatsoever. Tiny bath towels, And had the nerve to charge $108 a night!!!! Stay away from the is place!!!!! Not family friendly, not single person safe, and def not a relaxing nights stay. Don't even think about a refund. Not happening!! Run! There is a perfectly good Red roof inn plus in Linthicum. This was a last minute choice due to a reservation change and i would have rather slept in my car!

Low budget hotel dated rooms with dated lobby and dirty

Rooms are not properly cleaned. There is a lot of homeless people wandering within and around the property. Each time you exit your room, you have to visit the front desk to have your key card activated! Some of the beds are squeaky!

The place was not as nice as I thought it would be. Checking in was a hassle! There were a lot of homeless looking people in and around the hotel building.

The room was nice. Its a dog friendly hotel so there was a dog barking all night. Alot of kids in the pool yelling and screaming. A kid was riding a skateboard up and down the walkway past my room. I seen roaches in my room.

The place was dirty, there was a needle in the heating vent in the bathroom, there was paint or wax splattered on the wall and the door to the adjacent room door it was red at first I thought it was blood then the floor was scratched badly the Tv remote was missing the back. I should have asked for a refund.

The property was beyond rundown. The room smelled bad and should not have been rented. Only one light worked and almost nothing was clean. I wish I could upload pictures. I took several.

Did not like the shower curtain about to come off the wall / the surround material broken, the front curtain track about to come of the soffit / wrong fasteners used, the coffee maker (1 cup) didn't work / blew hot water all over out the top, the toilet wouldn't flush until I went onto the tank and freed up the flapper. The pool is closed, etc.

Staff are very rude, especially Monica at the front desk. She was eating while speaking with us. Food everywhere and so rude and unknowledgeable. Couldn't provide manager name or phone number. Pool closed since Memorial Day. This is not a family or vacation friendly spot.

Through the course of the night, the yelling outside and the stench of skunky weed from the next room, plus the heavy cough of the guy who lived there did little to get us any rest. Although advertised, there was no breakfast. Everyone likes to save money but what we went through was not worth saving $30. We fled very early.

I did not like the safety of the hotel. They rent to the most unsavory of people. Majority people are long term. There is mice, roaches and rats.

The website said free breakfast and a pool. Pool still closed and no breakfast. Also there is shop to be coffee but you have to get the condiment packets that only have one creamer in each. So you can only imagine how it taste. The one thing that they have going for them is that the young lady at the front desk is amazing. Anytime I have to wipe down the walls and doors in my room because there is dried up mystery liquid on them there is a problem. If I’m paying to stay somewhere I don’t expect to have to clean it up first. Also this is supposed to be a non smoking room but there are cigarette burn holes on everything. And I mean everything. I would not recommend anyone stay here if you can avoid it. It’s definitely not worth the cost.

Staff was rude and nasty. They had computer issues and after serval minutes found our reservation. Then stated I was rude and refused us the room?! Was told to leave premises. They put through the charge instead of processing refund. I had to spend several hours to straighten it out

My stay has been quite good I'm actually staying here as my residence because I have nowhere else to go at the moment I'm in between places but they have been very accommodating and because I've stayed so long sometimes my payment baby a little late and they are understanding of that as they know they will be getting it and instead of harassing me for it they ask if I'm staying I tell them yes they may come by once more an hour or two later to make sure the payments going to be made but that's it for the most part I've enjoyed being here I would definitely recommend it

Absolutely ridiculous. Its drug infested and guests are actually residents!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible. Allow my review so actual travelers can find other relaxing accommodations.

The room was "clean", but the sheets looked very dirty and there were roaches in the room. Our front door didn't shut all the way either, we had to put the coffee table against it.

This is a budget hotel, however the rooms we stayed in were clean, and comfortable. I liked the hardwood floors. The staff was friendly and helpful. If smelling weed bothers you than don't stay here, but if you just want a no frills room because you're working out of town it's perfect

Horrific, I booked four rooms for four workers, and immediately after check in they are sending me pictures of filthy rooms and crawling roaches, never again.

Please take some serious consideration in having these accommodations properly maintained, sanitized and renovated. The mold in the bathrooms are beyond a detriment to others. Have you no concern about your guests health? This place can not be for real to actually advertise it's services. DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

I requested a simple refund and out to the next hotel where the manager “Andy” refused the refund, had a horrible attitude about it and only offered another room. I stated if one room has mold he’s probably unaware if other rooms had and the medical risks to me, so just a refund. Still refused refund. Had to get my bank involved and wasted time and resources. Not to mention the constant smells of weed throughout the premises, hearing people walk outside the door… Spend the money and go someplace else. Trust me.

Some parts of the room was falling apart, the guests in the next room were very noisy. The door in the bathroom had to be lifted to close it. Over all I should have paid a little extra to stay at a better place.

It’s my home town I’m from the glen Bernie Pasadena md area ……

1. The non-working refrigerator in the room (I specifically wanted one because I had things that needed refrigeration) 2. The ice machine on the 3rd floor (had to keep going down to the second floor for ice to keep my things cold) 3. I had a major issue with what I was billed by Red Roof Inn and kept being bounced between Red Roof Inn and Expedia to receive credit for the over billing. The staff had no knowledge on how to handle this situation and as of today I am still looking for my credit.

The fridge did not work we had to get a new one. It smelled like smoke, the walls were dirty, the sheets had holes and the shower did not drain.

Hotel is located at a very convenient area. However, it was not clean and the ceiling was dropping old paint in the bed and the floor. I asked the cleaning services to look into it but they didn’t.

Room was a little bit dirty but not terrible, just some leftover dirt in the bathroom. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
