Very clean, modern, up to date, smart tvs and good breakfast It's remodeled and some room locks have issues I had to close it hard for it to lock but the most important part to me was that it was clean and it was !!

The staff was very kind, professional, and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast it was very good. Loved the extra drinks, coffee, and cookies very nice added touch. Rooms were a nice size, and the beds were comfortable and very clean. I enjoyed my stay. Loved they had cable tv. Can't think of anything.
- 3/5
Aesthetics could be better. There was a loud party of Spanish people. Shouldnt of been allowed to go as late as they did. Disturbing to other guests.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff is helpful, location is very convenient. The breakfast isn't the greatest.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Everything was as describe on their website. Room and staff were friendly and helpful.
- 2.5/5
Convenient and guest service was accommodating. They told me it was none smoking and when I mentioned how bad the room stitched and reeked of cigarettes, like it was embedded in floors and furniture they insisted that it was non smoking. I mean even the towels had the smell which I figured if they were fresh towels then why they too have the prominent smell. I feel like they knew exactly what I was complaining about and never sent anyone to investigate the issue. They should take room 400 off the reservation list until the issue is resolved. I for one can’t take 2nd smoking or the lingering of it. I was forced to stay for 2 days because of a system glitch on my end I’m sure but most certainly got out of that room the first chance I got. Please look into this, at least for kids sake.

I think the location was good. You have to do a little U turn, but it wasn't anything crazy. The bathrooms were well stocked and the room was bigger than what I thought it was going to be. The eggs were terrible. But everything other than that was great.
- 4.5/5
The breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and room was very clean. The water pressure was a little lacking for my taste and I didnt like that one of the workers tried to touch my infant daughter.
- 1.5/5
Limited breakfast items but they were good. Placed us near the main exit, space open under door and could hear everything, people coming and going, every time the main exit door opened and slammed shut. People in the parking lot that we had to walk through to get to our vehicle smoking weed, even though I had a disability parking placard the handicapped parking was in the middle of the parking lot.

The front of the building is dilapidated but it looks like theyre in the process of fixing it? The staff was super helpful and we had a pretty good time there and parking was secluded but pretty safe.

Nice weather, nice staff. The only issue was that the pool was not available.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful! Facility was very clean.
- 2/5
Staff nice. Rooms clean. I give a bad review for several reasons. No coffee pot ( free coffee is terrible) , no clock and the biggest let down was the breakfast. All that was there were stall bread an bagels and some cereal. The only other were cold sausage. Will never recommend this hotel. Greatly disappointed.
- 5/5
The room and all common areas were very clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. Parking was easy and safe. The hotel was quiet and the bed & bedding clean & comfortable. After checking out I realized I left my classes on the bed. I called the hotel and the retrieved them and mailed them to me. I received then within a couple days! Excellent customer service! Breakfast was good too!

The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast would’ve been better with real food instead of powdered eggs.
- 2/5
Everything seemed okay. The smell was just horrible, we walked in for 5 minutes, got a headache, and went to book somewhere else. We could not imagine staying in the room with that “covered up smoke” smell. Smelled like somebody smoked a 12 pack, then spray an entire bottle of febreeze right after. Not a pleasant smell and we were not going to inhale that throughout the night. It looked clean, but if I get a headache from a hotel room, I’m not staying. Unfortunately it was non refundable, but that’s how bad we didn’t want to stay. The front desk person did offer an upper room, but we all know that that smell carries onto every room, so that was not a solution. 2 stars

- 2/5
It was clean, staff was friendly although they wouldn’t let me check in early even though a room was available. Interior paint job felt DIY, bathroom was tiny, Door to hallway was ill fitting light showed all the way around it.
- 5/5
Will definitely be back again 🙌
- 5/5
Perfect stay! from the light lavendar fresh painted walls to the fluffy white bed pillows, it was an excellent choice of hotels to stay. The breakfast room has plenty of room to enjoy the morning freshly grinded and brewed coffee and the variety of breakfast items! Loved the whole hotel experience!
- 5/5
Nicely remodeled rooms. Still smells new !! Love the color scheme!
- 5/5
I did not stay for breakfast.
- 4/5
The room is very comfortable and clean
- 4/5
I've been staying at this hotel for many years back when it was a La Quinta. With the renovations they did away with overheard lighting. Now when you enter the room, you have to make your way over to the bed to turn on a lamp. Absolutely terrible design!
- 5/5
Quiet, clean stay. Will definitely be back.
- 2/5
So everything was clean in my room. The only thing that bothered me was the TV would not stay on a couple on changing channels it kept cutting off the lights kept flickering on and off. It was a very scary situation.
- 1/5
Clean room, deposits were not refunded
- 5/5
everything was very professional.
- 1/5
Unless you are checking out no room service. No daily room service. It’s in their hotel policy per staff.
- 5/5
Lobby was beautiful. Every hallway looked freshly painted and clean. Our room was clean and fresh. Linens a pillows felt brand new. Breakfast wasn’t great. For the price we were pleasantly surprised. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent! Ample parking, every staff member was helpful and friendly, the hotel itself overall was clean and nicely decorated, but the best part was the super comfortable beds! The room was perfect size for our family, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and very tasty! The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!
- 3/5
There was hair from the previous guest in our tube.
- 5/5
It good
- 5/5
Very clean and the staff were very friendly!
- 5/5
The cookies at front for everyone were so yummy! The breakfast was yummy too. Everything was great.

- 3/5
The breakfast was not that expressive. Not many choices. Juice machine was out of order. There was no coffee maker in the room. In the room lacked cups or glasses for drinking. Had to go to front desk to get an ice bucket. Wasn't in the room. Was not informed that the only ice machine working was on the 4th floor. This was after I went to the 3rd and second floors. Went back to front desk then was told. TV did not have local channels to watch. Only option was to watch varies news across the country. Some shows were in spanish and English was not supported. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not available. That was one reason I chose this hotel. The staff was nice and understanding.
- 4/5
This hotel is no longer a La Quinta. The same staff is there, and they were wonderful as always. The hotel has been renovated and is very nice.
- 1/5
The entire property was under renovation, everything smelled of paint strongly. There was constant banging all through the day, hallways were closed off, forced to use elevators that sounded like they were going to break down. The room AC had a terrible time regulating temperature so I had to set it super cold to even keep it cool through the night and even then the moment it stopped the room immediately heated up. No bar soap provided for the bathroom which made showering a challenge seeing as how this is the first place I have ever stayed that didn't give a soap bar, so I didn't pack one. THe webtsite shows you can extend late checkout to 3 pm which I needed because I had a meeting that was going to go until then, but when I asked about it they said 1 pm was the max, so I had to move my customer meeting. To even get to the property you have to make this blind uturn with traffic coming over a hill which is extremely dangerous as those cars are coming fast. Cannot recommend this property at all to anyone, or at least wait until the renovations are complete and see if the property is any better.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
We booked this hotel because of the pool. Come to find out that after checking in the pool along with the first floor. Very disappointing.
- 3/5
The hotel has been renovated, but the rooms are very nice.
- 4/5
Only downfall is that they didnt have cups in the room and the phone didnt work and when i called down to the main desk from my own phone , no one answered the phone . I called atleast 10 times
- 5/5
Only issue i had was the internet waa down so no tv, other than that I have no complaints
- 1/5
Hotel going thru construction on the first floor, there was no dust control, just had 2 bed sheets hanging from the doorways, you wouldn't know until they take your money before you see the mess, but once you get to the room, those are clean.
- 5/5
Excelent service!!!
- 5/5
The renovations are good. They're still doing some work on the hotel, but I think it's going to be great when it's completed.
- 3/5
Under construction. Wish we had been told of before booking.
- 5/5
Should be very nice when renovations are complete
- 4/5
The renovation were all over the place and we had to walk directly through it. I didnt receive advance notice of the on-going renovations.
- 3/5
Although fully explained floors were being renovated it was very disappointing to see or even smell the conditions of the first floor renovations. What mean of this one usually use plastic to keep all air-born elements concentrated within the site. Another issue high concentration of mold visible and smell was horrible walking to and from elevators.
- 4/5
Better to have drinking water facility . Not everyone can afford to pay $2 every time when water is needed
- 2/5
Also, they are renovating the entire hotel. The construction starts at 8:00 am, 7 days a week & it's loud! They also do not pay attention to who shows up for breakfast. We had to fight some of the locals to get our food.
- 3/5
Sonya and Martha were great. They are remodeling so the areas that have been remodeled like on the 4th floor are amazing!! The first floor is horrible,
- 3/5
Hotel was okay. Under construction. Door numbers written on pieces of tape stuck to the door. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom had great shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was horrible! No waffle machine as pictured, food was terrible. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
was clean, very nice staff. easy to et to cruise port.
- 1/5
When I had a family emergency and did not cancel in time, I was charged the full amount even though I had deal with a family medical emergency. I think this is very unfair
- 1/5
The room we received smelled musty even tried to spray it down but the smell didn’t go.t. Was also told we might hear construction near by around 8-8:30am … the construction was right above our room and started at 7:30am. When asked to switch rooms was told we couldn’t. We booked for 4nights and only stayed for 2. When I went to ask the girl had an attitude and unfortunately was the only one around. The room itself had very poor lighting but we couldn’t open the curtain either since being on the first floor the view was the parking lot. For the first time staying in Maryland wouldn’t go back to spot. Would ONLY recommend as a last resort and no more than 1 night maybe the other rooms were better and once construction is done but not now.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. Absolutely filthy!
- 2/5
The woman who checks us in is unprofessional and rude. She doesn't know what she is doing. Every time we stay there there is always a problem.
- 3/5
The ladies at the front desk were so nice!
- 5/5
Very clean. Breakfast was good. Nice stay
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel.
- 1/5
When I walked my dog I could see piles of cardboard boxes piled up in the adjacent rooms, like somebody is going to move out. In the night I had some entertainment on the parking lot, 2 police cars with their colorful lights flashing and a guy in handcuffs. Too bad I had no popcorn. The location is also inconvenient, the only place within walking distance (if you dare crossing a six lane highway on foot) is a Denny’s I was eager to leave
- 1/5
very ugly property, room was dirty and the place stinks
- 2/5
The second day Sonia and Achmad both worked very hard to move us to a new renovated room which they accomplished so the room was clean but lacked the coffee maker, plastic glasses etc. I know that was just an oversight because they had just completed the renovation on that room. The room itself lacked proper lighting and they were still working on some finish work so not sure what the actual new rooms will be like but we would not stay there again. The staff were really the only positive aspect for this property.
- 3/5
The stay was ok.
- 5/5
Nice clean roomy room
- 1/5
This had to be the worse hotel and shouldn’t even be on this site. From the check in to the terrible breakfast to check out. I’m not one to ever post or respond back to these exit responses. But this one, for sure needs to be reported and closed. Bad customer service, bad smell in hallways, construction going on. Just a waste.
- 1/5
The thermostat wasn’t functioning - The temperature in the room hit 83-87. RUDE manager - The manager was rude and tried to flaunt his authority, and did so by mistreating his employees in front of me. except this ONE-GUY, everyone else were extremely courteous and supportive.
- 5/5
The entire staff was friendly and helpful our reservation was mixed up and the front desk lady quickly accommodated us.
- 4/5
the hotel was in the middle of remodeling during our stay, looking forward to seeing the improvements on our next visit.
- 5/5
Property is old but for the price we paid was fine and was only one night

- 5/5
the staff was very helpful and courteous
- 5/5
We truly enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
The breakfast was a joke really nothing really there the whole place has a weird smell to it homeless people taking baths in the lobby bathroom sink overall dirty place I’m being generous by giving this place 2 stars
- 4/5
Employees were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy. It had everything I needed and I would stay here again. Good value.
- 1/5
Dirty surroundings
- 5/5
Great place to send my birthday weekend!
- 1/5
The girl working front desk has horrible customer service she lied would not let me speak to a manager first he was too busy then he wasn’t there they she said he had just left we had issues with 2 rooms last night we had to be moved and yet she kept my deposit saying there was ashes on a towel no it was black make up and then she said there was ashes on the floor then she changed it and said there was ashes on the table mind you none of us smoke then she called the police because we asked to speak to a manager I have stayed there numerous times and she is the only one who gives a hard time this has been the worst experience ever also she would not even tell us the managers name
- 3/5
The hotel smelt like tuna fish upstairs there was mold all in the bathroom. The staff was very nice. It’s just a hotel that needs a lot of work. Carpet was ripped holes in the blanket. I’ve stayed there multiple times but this time it was extremely stinky and a lot of mold.
- 5/5
Very restful.
- 4/5
The room was pretty and clean. Every other staff member I dealt with during our stay was wonderful. The free hit breakfast was GR8 !
- 3/5
Not the worst but could be cleaner
- 5/5
Was a nice experience.
- 4/5
Generally good place
- 2/5
Breakfast was overcooked and I really missed juice as an option. That being said, it felt safe on property, the room itself was clean even if the bathroom failed to meet my standards, night staff at check in had a good personality, and the price was good. They do allow pets on 1st floor and those rooms had been remodeled (I didn't see them, but they were there.)
- 1/5
Were dirty the restroom was clogged and it was so hard to get help the hallways smelled so disgusting
- 4/5
It was a nice stay. Quiet and safe.
- 3/5
Not room I paid for
- 2/5
There dirty sheets and a big hole in the bathroom my girlfriend was scared to shower because we thought someone would look through the hole .
- 1/5
When I arrived to the hotel, there were people standing by the front door smoking cigarettes. The young lady that checked me in was very nice. I went straight to the room to shower and get ready for dinner once my boyfriend arrived. When he arrived he went into the bathroom and found a cockroach. He killed that one and then there was one crawling up the wall. This was around 730-8. We went to the desk and let the staff know with pictures, and said we were leaving and I would like a refund since we were not staYing. She told me she could not approve it. Called the next day was told the manager would be there monday.. I called monday.. was told there was nothing they could do. I contacted expedia.. they contacted the hotel who told her no they were not approving a refund. They finally agreed to the refund. Read the reviews people! The hotel was also “under construction”… the whole hotel stunk.. it smells like an ashtray.
- 1/5
I tried to call several times to cancel this and was always told they couldn't hear me. Service was terrible and I ended up not checking and got charged after trying to contact the company
- 5/5
Staff was not helpful
- 4/5
It was quiet, convenient and comfortable.
- 4/5
Property was nice
- 2/5
There was a lot of things I didn’t like the bathroom was horrible the tub was stained and the sink was leaking it looked like the wall had been leaking as well. The furniture was all old . The here. Reds to be completely renovated.
- 1/5
I booked A king suite the night of Jake Paul and Mike Tyson’s fight. After a busy day and disappointing fight, I finally got to my room to take a shower and the tub was clogged. SMH. I felt so disgusting taking a shower in a tub filled with bath water. I’m don’t with them. Never ever will I ever stay with them again
- 3/5
The staff were very helpful but the building needed lots of maintenance
- 4/5
😊
- 4/5
The staff was very nice, location great, updating an repairs needed. They said they were in the process. Cant wait to see once done.
- 3/5
The service is acceptable
- 4/5
Pleasant first impression
- 1/5
Parking lot has a lot of trash, it reeks of urine. Sketchy people hanging out outside, it looks like some people live here. The Hispanics don’t bother you much given you know they work and this is simply a place to sleep. The staff is nice and service is decent. Lobby is good. It starts to get dark in the hallways towards the elevator. The bldg def needs a cosmetic makeover. It needs Fresh painted walls, not some dollar tree circle mirror decor, very tacky. There’s a lot of pain touch ups that did not match the paint, in and outside the hotel. Room: The room, didn’t know these were full size bed. Air conditioning cords are stacked next to air conditioner in disarray. The tub was dirty, my infant is going to have to take a bath when we get home cause I refuse to put him in there. The curtain is broken, tv was unplugged. Overall it was dark and gloomy. Our faucet leaks, so if you’re a light sleeper and have hawk ears.. the water droppings will bother you. Rooms are also yellow painted walls, if they can repaint these modern light grey and replace lightbulbs to daylight white, it would change the ambience to positive. Our fridge is missing a foot so it hobbles when you try to open and close. Breakfast was bland, I chose this hotel solely for the waffle maker which wasn’t available. (Even though it was there in review pictures.) Not a lot of selection on breakfast.
- 2/5
Never again.
- 5/5
The hotel was is in a very quiet area, close to plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was great, pancakes and Captain Crunch. (Perfect for my picky eater.) Some reviews stated negative thimgs, but although you can tell the tub, etc are older, everything was clean and smelled great, not a spider web or grain of dirt. We absolutely will be back.
- 5/5
My stay was good.
- 4/5
Close to Bingo World. Didn't like that I completed check in online only to discover the hotel doesn't use the system.

- 2/5
The lobby and furniture was dirty. Breakfast was empty and the counters, floors, and near the trash were disgusting. We asked for sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa and were told they were in the room. (We arrived at 2:30 am and were exhausted). There was not any in the room… my husband went to The desk and asked for some, and there were only sheets when he got back to the room. Back down to the desk for them to say they have no blankets. Only one towel in the bathroom foe 3 people… bathroom had dried toothpaste and hair all over the floor and vanity. Hallways stunk like pet urine and filth. We travel often and i would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Only one elevator worked, and it was a sticky floor from spilled beverages
- 2/5
Hallways were dingy and smelly. The room had been smoked in.
- 1/5
The hotel smells all around. I hate leaving poor comments, but the carpeted floors everywhere are moist and odorous. The room wasn’t very clean, we found an earring on the floor of the bathroom. The bed was suspect and didn’t feel at ease getting to sleep. Sorry to say it’s an old building with a lot of work that needs to be done for improvements. Weirdos hanging out in the parking lot at night as well, talking and making ruckus at night past 1am
- 2/5
Toilet seat loose. Breakfast unsatisfactory, not much variety. Safe door would not stay closed so it was a trip hazard. Room fairly clean. Bed wonderful!
- 2/5
When we arrived they was some type of fight going on between the people living in the hotel, police and ambulance was called. I only stayed because I wasn’t there to sleep and it was for one night only! thank god
- 2/5
Mold in bathroom shower floors dirty disgusting
- 1/5
I didnt even get to stay. Was completly short staffed. They sold my room that I had booked in advance. Was only one woman running the front desk and she disappeared for over 30 minutes. Mutiple guest were complaining of dogs barking and people playing loud music. One couple came down to say their room had a bad odor and was asking for febreeze. There was someone who seemed to be under the influnce of drugs in waiting room tweaking out in the area where breakfast was served. The woman waiting on people announced that she had no more rooms and would have to give refunds to anyone who had a reservation as there was a full waiting room. It took roughly an hour to get my refund handled between guest who were aggervated and rightfully so. I had to contact hotels.com and have them call the hotel to verify that there was no more rooms and that they cancled my reservation. In a busy weekend at baltimore there was a football game a concert and pokemon event at the convention center so hotels were sold out up to 10 miles out of the city. So we drove about 20 miles to find another hotel. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for anything. The receptionist said that they had no one cleanning rooms throughout the day so id say it was a saving grace they were sold out. Sketchy hotel and no staff. Down right dirty. Pay the extra and go somewhere nice. Its well worth knowing your room will be clean and taken care of. I didnt take any photos but should have so i could post here.
- 1/5
When I arrived at the hotel with my confirmation number and reservation number they said they had overbooked and had no rooms. Horrible experience from both la quinta and expedia im beyond upset.
- 1/5
I don't know where to begin. The smelly carpet. The faded wall paint. The moldy bathtub was a bad look also. The worse breakfast I have ever had.
- 1/5
Bad

My friend clogged the toilet late at night so we called downstairs for a plunger they couldn't find one so we went downstairs and asked again and they finally gave us one. The lobby had a musty odor. Breakfast options were very limited and their toaster wasnt functioning well.
