Never ever ever stay here. It is filthy throughout the building and rooms. None of the kitchen items were available.

People hanging out outside til late hours , staff was nice but room was absolutely disgusting. Hair all over the bed , roaches in bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area - left over crack paraphernalia. Told front desk multiple times .no offer to get a different room or anything.

The first thing we understood that you had to buy your own toilet paper because they wouldn't have any more until Monday the next thing the room had roaches the next thing the microwave did not work and light bulb was needed for the lamps. Please see the above note this was the second room

The cockroaches. There were babies every where in the kitchen. We tried to get another room there but they were booked. They were nice enough to hand us a can of Raid. ? very disappointing. We want our money back!

It was close to my tournament venue The secured door was unlocked. The hallway leading to my room smelled like weed and black and milds. This smell went into my room as soon as I opened the door. I checked out immediately on 13 Nov and checked into another Hotel. Front desk explained I would have to pay for that night and reimbursed the rest. I never received my receipt in my email, as promised and business will not answer my messages.

Noisy, filthy, uncomfortable beds, reeked of cigarettes. Asked for a non-smoking room and was told all rooms are non-smoking. I was given a different room, but it smelled the same. Horrible experience. I slept maybe one hour after a 12 hour work day. Very disappointing.

The security lock on our door was busted. When my husband took a shower, water came out from under the tub. The smell of bleach was very prevalent when we came into our room. Our sheets were stained on our bed. There is little to no grass on the property to walk your dog in. We were in this hotel less than 12 hours and I’m thankful it was just that long.

I had to wait 3 hours to check in after 3pm check in time. Bathroom door was broken, sofa bed could not be used as a bed because wire frame was coming through matress, smokers at the hotel threw cigarette butts out in mulch in rear of hotel that caused a fire and FD response had to extinguish.

It was more a problem with Expedia. I booked with Expedia for a housing service and the hotel stated they couldn’t honor the booking. So there was never a stay with that booking. Expedia failed to refund my money back saying they couldn’t reach the hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall condition of the property and my room. Clean, quiet - no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this Extended Stay site.

The bedding had layers of dead skin on the sheets, unfortunately I didn't find out until to next morning. Looked like it was being used to house the homeless. Twenty people setting in the court yard in the morning at a 9 am check out. Plus, they required a $50 deposit for any possible damages. Without letting you inspect the room before hand. I found 3 area that was damaged when I walked in. When I reported them to the clerk she wasn't aware of them. So, they could have changed me for those pre existing damages if I haven't reported them to the clerk.

The room where I stayed was close to an exit building door, people come in and out at all the time , the front desk should make u aware or the noise coming when the door slam the frame , it was a rough night sleep . I did probably sleep two hours total

I made a reservation a week ago thru hotels.com. I even call the hotel direct on Aug 8 to see if they had another room in case my friend wanted her own space. They were friendly on the phone and confirmed rooms for Friday night still available. BUT on Friday afternoon at 5p.m. I got a voice mail stating that my room was no longer available. They had over booked and would not be honoring my reservation. I could reach out to Hotel.com to get my refund and book another room elsewhere!! It was 8p.m. Friday night that I heard the message. I was driving the 3 hours to the hotel. I called the front desk to see if anything could be done at this late date. She was not helpful at all. She said they could not honor my res because they had no rooms at this time. When i asked about another hotel close by this hotel. She informed me that she only worked for Extended Stay and was not familiar with any other choices. !! She Didn't seem to care that I now no place to stay at this time of night after a long day. I informed her afer 12 years working for Marriott, I had always offered another place to stay for my quest in this situation. I don't understand how I got bumped over someone else. But I can assure you, Extended stay has lost my business forever. I chose this location because I know at one time it had been a Marriot property. Obviously, it does not have the Marriot standards of decent customer service. I did find a Hotel at the Hampton Inn down the street behind the Silver Diner.

Arrived at Extended Stay America and room was not available even though made reservation months in advance. First, offered us a room with a queen bed and pull out couch for 5 people. Told them would not work. Showed them initial reservation. They then agreed to give us 2 rooms at the close to the same costs that we were originally going to pay ($20 more). Rooms we received were okay but on 2 different floors. Would have been easier to get family ready for wedding had we had the reserved 2 bedroom room we had reserved.

I was given a handicap room on the 2nd floor. WHY would you book me a reservation. I am not handicapped. The people over me stomped on the floor. I saw roaches. They have 5 dryers and 3 washing machines but only 2 washing machines work.

Guests are violating the no-smoking policy and not much is being done about this! I have allergy-induced asthma and I use medically necessary contact lenses, so this is a serious health hazard for me.

Overall, the property and room was fairly clean, but the first thing I found upon entering the restroom was a pubic hair on the toilet seat and no hot water to wash my hands. There was hot water for the shower though. The room was spacious, but lacked amenities like USB chargers and in-room coffee accouterments. Complimentary “grab & go breakfast” was served in the morning and at 7AM all I found was 1 granola bar, 3 packages of instant oatmeal, coffee & hot water. If you’re looking for a basic and budget-friendly hotel, you will be very pleased. The area is off of a main road and is very quiet and the landscaping looks nice and well-maintained. There is a small terrace with outdoor seating and barbecues available as well.

No issues as far as noise or bad service, but the room was less than desirable and stunk really bad. Looked like Wrestlemania occurred in the room. See attached pictures.

The clerk came back to the office in about 10 minutes and told me that there was a problem with the room and the door could not open. I asked to another room and she stated that there were no more rooms. You think the door would have been repaired earlier in the day. I ask for a refund which I hope to receive soon. After a long hard day driving, I had to return home. I do not recommend this property.

First off the receptionist was lovely, there was no issue with service. Within an hour of being in our room we found six cockroaches. We asked to be transferred but there were no other rooms so we were given a refund

Kitchen light didn’t work, sticky dirty floor beside the bed, bugs smushed against the wall. The staff said they didn’t have any available rooms for me to switch and offered me a $20 discount. I couldn’t find anything else somewhere else because other hotels around was booked. I will never go back there

We decided to make our Valentine's day over the weekend instead on the day of because we wear to busy that day. Well when we got there, the first thing we noticed was the oven not working because it was hanging off the hinges and it was unplugged. We were going to cook. The fire alarm was in the drawer. We called down to the office and they said that a repair man would be up to fix the oven. We waited. And waited. I don't know if the oven has been fixed yet or not. Because my honey connected the owner of the hotel and we got moved, to a better room. I am sorry but we didn't get any pics, it was our Valentine's Day.

Checked in went into second building and the entire space smelled like smoke. Daughter felt super uncomfortable so we cancelled our stay.

One of the worst hotel experiences. Elevator light out, rode up in pitch dark. Security doors not working so anyone can roam the halls (it is an extended stay). Smelled, filthy, drug activity on the property. Awful.

Well had trouble with checking in. Had to call hotels. Com to take care of my issue. Then little noisy outside around 1230 am. Then we had a little fire alarm issue. Not their fault. But I have stayed here a few times and it just doesn't feel secure to me.

When I reached the 2nd room they gave me the door was ajar, and when I entered I could see why - it wasn't centered in the doorway. There was a half-inch gap between the door and the top hinges. I had to push forcefully against the top of the door for it to close properly. In the hallway you could smell food cooking. In my room I could smell smoke, I guess from the smoking units (not sure where they were). Once in the room it wasn't too bad. It was bare bones but spacious and pretty clean. No shampoo in the bathroom, just a couple of small bars of soap. Given the above, I'd say the room rate for this hotel is twice what it should be.

Entering the room the floors had an oily application that made them very slick. During the stay we noticed there were no kitchen utensils, plates, cups, paper towels... There was no coffee maker and no hair dryer. This room was stripped of everything but the basics.

The room doors are hard to close and there are a lot of dust accumulate around the a/c vent

It was tidy only 2 towels in bathroom. No extra pillows or sheets for pull out sofa

We did not stay at this hotel because we didn’t have a room due to no A/C and there were no other rooms. We were not notified before arriving. The hotel didn’t make an effort to help us find another place to stay. Let me make one thing very clear….this was NOT hotels.com’s fault! The fault falls directly on the hotel. Hotels.com was amazing at helping us find another hotel in Richmond, Va. It was more expensive, but we paid the same amount as the original hotel and hotels.com paid the difference. Without their help, I don’t know what we would have done.

Dirty, blood on wall, broke lock on conjoining door, remote battery back missing, stove door hanging off, dirty fridge.

The room was not cleaned the day of check-in. Food was left in refrigerator, no fresh bedding. Saturday saw a roach and some other kind of bug. The room was not clean until Saturday with fresh towels, clean bedding and wiped furniture. Poor management skills. I would not recommend this hotel nor stay here anymore. There is no sense of ownership. TY Anita M.

Not real dirty but not the cleanest. No wash clothes.

We were driving in from NY, PA to VA for a funeral. Holiday weekend traffic put us behind so we called the hotel to confirm we were still coming. The person we spoke to had our names and confirmed stating "You're good!:)". We got there at 2AM but the lobby was locked and the lights were off. We used the night phone to alert someone we had arrived only to be told their computer system was running an audit and our bookings would be cancelled. WHAT?? REALLY?? At 2 AM and 6 hours from home we have no where to go. After the clerk showed herself she still would not let us in stating that we were yelling indicating we were a threat. Suddenly we were acutely aware that we were far from NY and race relations may be different in this confederate state. We tried to rebook the trip as the clerk advised us to but the hotel came up ALL SOLD OUT. Either they gave our rooms away or our key cards were on the desk and she didn't check. Plus they charged my credit card for the entire trip anyway. All day on the phone with Amex and Expedia.com. Never again. :(

Not one to leave bad reviews but this was not a pleasant stay. I had seen the brand before and was a great price in a convenient location I thought I would be ok but regretted that decision as soon as we checked in. We had 8 people in out group so had two rooms, one which had obviously been used by smokers previously and had hardwood floors that were sticky, the other with carpeted floors and an overpowering smell of cat urine. We opened up the fold out couch which had the previous tenants soiled bedding on it, which, after removed, revealed a stained mattress. The trim around the interior of the doors and n the bathrooms was all scratched, obviously by pets who had been left inside. The sidewalk around the property had fecal material on it in several locations. We were there one night and was one night too many. The area seems safe and nice with lots of shops and places to walk although mostly quiet on the weekends. This place is obviously geared for longer term tenants who would be willing to put some time into cleaning their own space but we will avoid this brand in the future.

The place was spacious and reasonably comfy especially for the price. The cleanliness was not good. My room looked like it hadn't seen a deep clean in years if ever. There was also cockroaches in my rooms bathroom.

There were bugs running all around the kitchen area so we didn’t want to prepare food there. It wasn’t that cheap really so we expected better cleanliness than we got.

Checked in late 11:45p, proceed to room, door already cracked open. stepped inside the room was still dirty (bathroom towels all used, bed not stripped/made up with clean linen and there was trash/food on nightstand). Immediately went back to front desk, no apology just issued keys to new room. new room was on the 3rd floor- elevator was broken. Morning of checkout housekeeping started knocking at 9:45a- I requested they come back later. Every 30 min there was a knock from housekeepers, I kept saying “come back later!” A housekeeper attempted to open the door but the extra lock stopped door from opening all the way &yelled in “check out is 11am” I replied “it’s not even 11am and the back of this door states check out is 12pm noon”. She said “well are you checking out or staying?!” I said “I’m staying until check out by noon.” She leaves & few minutes later the front desk calls room phone to ask if I’m staying or checking out? I again state “I’m staying until check out by noon.” They say checkout is 11a and I state the sign on the back of my door says 12noon (see picture attached) he states signed in my reservation checkout is 11a. He says he will give me a little more time to get ready to leave, I hang up & pack my belongings and head to the desk where I ask for proof of signing 11a he says he doesn’t have record. So I go off what’s on the door he states that’s wrong, I ask for manager he states he is manager. I would like someone to rectify the unsatisfactory experience.

They decided to let someone extend their stay and cancelled our room. We did not receive a call and only found out when we arrived at 11pm. They offered a smaller room to which they didn’t have any pillows. We had to go get bedding for the sofa also and had to sleep 3 in the bed to not be on the floor. The employee had no care in the matter and we were charged for the room we booked not received. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

According to the manager, this property is going through a transition. There were no supplies in the kitchen even though there was a note inside a cabinet listing what should be included(and a reason we stayed here). When I asked for them, they had a a couple plates, mugs and knives to give me. That's it...no cookware, forks etc. I got the impression they left the towels that were still on the rack from the previous guest, so I asked for fresh. There was no soap to wash hands or dishes. The curtains and couch had stains. The sign in the room said bedding for the couch was in the closet, but it wasn't there. I had to go down to the front desk over and over again. The elevator was broken and the dry wall was cut out on the first floor hall about 10" off the ground. But the staff was friendly and tried their best with what they were given.

This shouldn't be a 6.5 out of 10 rating. The girl who checked us in was fine but from that point on everything else was no good. The whole place smells, our door was open when we got to our room, windows were open ( I know why now, they were trying to hide how bad it smelled), the room was not clean, 2 towels for a suite that sleeps 6, trash still in the trash cans, no comforter just thin blankets, trash and stuff left under the beds, water only got luke warm not hot and most everything was broken or had nasty stains. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. This rating is so misleading!!!

This hotel is disgusting. They should not be on this site for anyone to choose. The staff is extremely rude, the hotel itself smells and is dirty but the rooms top it all. There was blood on the floors, complete filth under the bed, hair in the sheet and sinks and the kitchen area was covered in grease. That is just the highlights of this disgusting location. Oh and do not forget the roaches.

Key didn’t work on door and the lock wouldn’t read the key the only way into our room was to be let in every time my the person at the front desk . Didn’t have a trash can anywhere in the room.

Woke up to see roaches in kitchen area and bathroom checked out early had to go outside shake out all my belongings just to make sure I didn't have anything in my bags

Desk person, Precious, was very welcoming, courteous, and friendly.

We checked out as soon as we checked in. The door to the room was open upon arrival, a smashed television was on the table, a very chewed pen in a chair and no blankets on the beds. The bottom of the walls in the hallway on first floor were missing. Staff however was very friendly and helpful during the few minutes we were there.
