    If you need a cheap place to stay that is safe, this is fine, The check in was quick, and that was the only time we saw the staff. The hallway was hot and reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms appeared to be clean however upon closer inspection, there were some kind of fruit fly on the beds and there was a considerable amount of dust, crumbs, and food under beds. Bathroom was fine. Free coffee in the lobby but that’s it. We will not be back but it is a serviceable motel if in dire need.

    It was a very nice and clean place. Very nice area and conveniently across the street from a Wawa. The room I gotten had a private hot tub in the room which was clean and was very nice to have. Quick check in. Would absolutely go again.

    Convenient for us for sightseeing. Plenty of food and shops within 2 or 7 minutes drive. Had a channel guide on the tv. There is a concrete divider between both sides of the road opposite the hotel but if you turn right and go over the bridge there are shops and food outlets. To the left there is a McDonald's and further on a walmart but you have to go further up and do a uturn. Only got 2 pillows for each queen sized beds.The reception guy gladly gave us 2 more when I asked.

    I had an issue with my Hotel.com (Expedia) reservation, after we drove 2-1/2 hours. The nice lady at the front desk took charge and provided all the details of the online issue. She was professional, understanding and kind. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. Because of the service provided at this Days Inn/Wyndham, it will keep me coming back.

    The air conditioning unit racks were very dirty. There were holes in the lamp. The room was presentable for the most part, there were paint dryings on the floor, like paint crumbs as if the floor wasn’t vacuumed well at all. There was trash behind one of the bedside dressers. The shower head had molt on it. The comforter had cigarette holes on it and the bathroom door had a punch hole in it. It was a quiet visit though.

    Non smoking room clearly had been smoked in. Water was quite brown for some time when we first turned water on. Smoke detector has been removed from the room. Deadbolt on the door did not work. Safety lock (either a chain or a locking bar) had been removed from the door. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. There was no coffee in the room when we arrived.

    The room and facility was clean. The water pressure was good and the water was hot. This is a no frills hotel. There are not any amenities but we did not need any. The ice machine worked. The bed was softer than we like but that its a personal preference. The staff was courteous bit you do have to ring the bell for service. I would stay here again. We spent 4 nights here visiting family.

    It was clean and nicely put together, the staff made sure we had everything and was comfortable We had an jacuzzi suite so they explained how to work it and what the flows were It’s nothing that we didn’t like about it because it was a great stay but we are smokers so if they can include certain to smoking they would make so much more money because people like to smoke in rooms instead of going outdoors in the cold winter

    I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel room. The bed linen had dirty spots on it, and it was clear that the toilet had been used, which shows the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. The microwave was covered in dust, and the sofa was visibly dirty—you could literally see the dirt on it. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their housekeeping standards.

    I got a king suite with hot tub/jacuzzi in the room. The room was really super small. There was only one light switch to control all the lights and it was at entrance door. No kitchenette. And some shady looking characters coming thru the parking lot like they were scoping out vehicles. Just an uncomfortable stay for me and my sweetheart S.A.A.

    Overall, the facility was very clean and inviting. However, the king bed in my room didn't have a fitted sheet on it, just a regular flat sheet, for what looked like a queen bed,thrown across it. Then as the actual sheet under the comforter, it was the same thing.

    The room itself was adequate. The bathroom was nice except the bathtub had dark circles on the bottom(?). The bed was OK, but the bedspread had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes in it (I was in a no smoking room. There was a love seat in the room that had several holes in the upholstery showing batting beneath. I was the only occupant of the room but shared it with a mouse who I named Mickey. The only reason I stayed for the full 7 days was because it was pre-paid.

    The room was disgusting. The sheets and the pillows showed terrible stains. We had a non-smoking room and there were burned marks on the walls in the bathroom. The TV was extremely difficult to use and not user friendly. The screen did not completely open up on the display and we could only see these small portion of it. There were no USB hookups and there was only one left on one side of the bed. It was a king Suite. Only had three tiny pillows on the king size bed thank you. The sheet and the blankets were extremely thin. Felt like we were sleeping under tissues. The microwave has crusty food on the inside of the door. The appliances will outdated. There were no comfort measures in this room whatsoever. The hallway smells like marijuana. Again we were in a no-smoking area.

    One of the rooms was not cleaned throughly. There was a wig under my mattress as I was checking the room. Only had 4 towels and bath cloths for 4 people had to ask for extra because their was a party of 8. Breakfast was only coffee. The air conditioner half worked.

    Absolutely nothing. It smelled of marijuana, both in the corridor and our rooms. We could not even stay, as a few of us have asthma and refused to sleep in such conditions. Also, there were bugs under the mattress which were apparent immediately. Lastly, I requested a room for five people and received only two queen beds. How is that even an option in response to my request. We had to leave and go to another hotel with more respectable conditions. Please contact me as I wish to receive a refund.

    The cleanliness was not good at all. I always check sheets amongst other areas of a room before I bring anything into a room. The both sheets had these spots on them. The bathroom floor had what appeared to be coffee spill on the floor, as if no cleaning had occurred in this room. At the front desk, I showed him pictures of my findings, and his response was we’ve be sold out all weekend, and the maid may have been rushing. So this is your justification for it not being cleaned. Got it. Note taken. Run me my money back. I’ll go somewhere else.

    The staff was extremely difficult to work with and very rude. when we arrived, they had tortillas laid out on a pool sheet in their parking lot. It was giving very dirty. we arrived about two hours earlier than our check-in was supposed to be and they wouldn’t even let us sit inside the lobby so we had to walk to Waffle house. We came back and they were still refusing to give us our room while it was 90 degrees outside with currently no car and luggage to roll around.. They also have empty carts all around showing that homeless stay laid up over there. after we had to call a third person to help us get into our room whom wasn’t staying, they made us pay an additional fee for it as well. DO NOT STAY HERE!! You’ll have better luck at best western plus. That’s about 100 ft away from days inn. these people just showed how unprofessional they are.

    Burn holes on the bedding which was a turn off and the lock on the door did not work which is a safety issue. The room was clean bathroom could use some extra and no tissues were placed in the bathroom and one small roll, carpeting had an iron burn in two different areas upon entering and the additional cot was a 25 dollar charge and they didn't even try bringing it up to the room and gave it to me for me to do.

    There was one little bar of soap. No lamp on one side of the bed or at the desk. Only coffee. Constriction materials still taped to walls in room. Rather bad neighborhood.

    Great bang for my buck! Great customer service, great/safe location (near restaurants), right off of the highway, clean rooms (no bugs), comfortable beds, microwave and fridge in your room.

    The bathtub was peeling on the inside. Really low water pressure in the shower, the walls where the fridge and microwave were needed to be wiped down, the shower curtain was a bit moldy, and the comforter on the bed had rips and cigarette burns. The room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke.

    The bed and pilliws were comfortable. Strange entrace, thought we were coming in the back door. Bathrooms near entrance were not labeled. Had to ask again and open all doors to find it. No breakfast. Bathroom was good. A few miles to I95. But a Wawa was near by for breakfast and gas. Questionable if we will be back.

    We were in town for the NASCAR race in Richmond. It was exactly what we needed - a clean, safe place to sleep and shower at a reasonable rate. Will definitely consider again if we’re in the area.

    The hotel room was clean but the bathroom has definitely seen better days. We were really disappointed that there was no breakfast, despite the website specifically saying breakfast was included. We chose the hotel largely because of that—thought we could grab something g quickly and head out for our day.

    Was met by a young child at the front desk upon arrival. (Mind you he was very polite and efficient). No breakfast provided as advertised....so I was very disappointed as I would have stayed elsewhere had I know that Days Inn has discontinued breakfast (or that's what I was told by the boy at the front desk).

    I booked a room from Friday- Monday. I had some things to do Saturday and when I returned that evening they cleaned my room and threw the things I had in the room away! They refused to refund me for the items housekeeping threw away. They were extremely rude and told me I was lying about the situation. I wont be going there again.

    When we first arrived, I noticed that there wasn't anyone at the front desk but there was a doorbell. It didn't seem very welcoming. The security door never locked preventing anyone from entering the building at anytime during the night. You can walk right in and since there is nobody actively standing at the front desk, nobody would stop you. The room was well worn down from basic wear and tear. No basic maintenance had been performed to our room in quite some time aside from what you'd expect the daily room service to provide. The biggest issue SUBPAR AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE!!! It was so hot in our room! We turned the AC on high and it never fully cooled our room even through the night. I slept completely on top of the sheets and sweat during the night. Overall, the conditions we experienced were NOT WORTH the $130 they charge for the room. Think long and herd about booking this location!

    My check in took long because it took the front desk person at least 10 mins to even walk up to the window. There was no breakfast, even though the website advertised it which I thought was a bait and switch because we only choose it because of breakfast. The room is covered in surface stains and the entire building has an odor. The bed was comfy at first until I noticed the dip in the middle, my mattress has a permanent dip in it.

    Not a good place to stay. They advertise breakfast but only offer coffee...no food and continue to blame covid. Charged my credit card multple times. My toliet was clogged and when I told the "kid" at the front desk he asked if I wanted a plunger so I could plunge it. Found roaches in the room. Overall...The place seemed old and in need of updates. Not a place I would stay at again!!

    I booked with hotels.com and felt that I received a fair price. Unfortunately I left in the middle of the night after finding bed bugs in my bed. The lady at the counter did not seem surprised or concerned when I showed her the bites on my arms and told her the issue. I missed the last day of my event sin I have nowhere else to stay.

    Staff was pleasant and accommodating. There was no lid on the toilet & it was close to the shower. I don’t think that’s sanitary. Also, the towels weren’t clean, as they had stains. The beds were hard. I only stayed for a night while driving long distance so I wanted something inexpensive. It was ok for the price and length of stay. The area was good.

    It was very nice but I order a room with a spa it's says online when I got the room don't then it had it sad don't know why online said that but they do have two rooms that had those so they give me what I didn't ask for but to whom they give me was still nice part what I asked
