When we got to our room, one of the beds had no sheets or blankets on it. There was no shower rod or curtain for the shower, there was mold and the ceiling looked like it was collapsing. We let the front desk know and even talked to the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING. We asked if we could switch rooms which they did allow us to do and that room was better, except for the ROACHES. We told them about the roaches and they didn't seem to care about that either. We filed a report with the BBB, called Corporate snd even filed a report with who ever handles the mold, and roach situation. I do NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone.

The front desk staff was courteous and responsive to the request for more towels as well as a stopped toilet. We noticed in the morning of our departure that our smoke detector was missing its battery. Breakfast was poorly stocked, running out of milk as well as serving partly frozen eggs. We ate out the second morning. Though the hotel was giving a run down appearance, our beds were comfortable and and our room was clean.

There was nothing I liked about it except the picture on the website. The pool wasn’t working and there was no mention that it was under renovation. I arrived at my room to find the bathroom had not even been cleaned. There was still toothpaste from whoever was there prior on the countertop the doors it just looks so dingy and dirty and old. Nothing like the picture.

This was not a good hotel at all. We literally were stuck in our room because we could not open the door from the outside. The door was off the hinges. They did give us another room for the next night but they should have never put someone in a room that cannot be shut.

Not impressed with this hotel at all. I booked a room with a wet bar, that I did not get...which I paid extra for. The room smelled horrible and the door didn't lock. I asked for another room, that one was a little better, but not much better. Room still smelled musty. Comforters had visible hair on them. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, not sure what that was about. Shady people coming in and out of the parking lot during the later hours, with questionable people hanging around the desk clerk at night. Would not recommend and will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

We wound up not staying here and I would advise against booking this hotel. The reception staff was not helpful and actually nasty. After checking in, we discovered one room door already opened and another kicked in. The staff told us they were undergoing renovations, however it appeared someone broke into a room to get access to the adjoining room. The staff was uncooperative in helping find us another hotel. We felt unsafe. Hotels.com did help me recover the fees after some back and forth. If this location is available to book, that is a shame.

Need repair

I booked a room with Comfort Inn specifically because it has an indoor swimming pool, which my young grandson was looking forward to using. The swimming pool was advertised as open when I made the booking earlier in the week, but when we arrived we were informed it was closed due to renovations, an inexcusable omission by Comfort Inn. Room was dirty looked as if someone was already staying in our assigned rooms. Had to wait around for orher rooms to be cleaned which was half as, staff just was making excuses about being short staffed and seem to disregard the fact that we had prepaid for 3 rooms and only 1 room was acceptable and the others had to require a refund (which took 3 weeks) to go to another nearby hotel because the wait was getting entirely too long like 5 hours pass check in. No discount was applied, no genuine apology. The breakfast buffet was gross only the juice and coffee was acceptable. Everything was cold like it had been sitting for a long time despite us arriving only 10 minutes pass the start time. When it was time to check out there was no staff at the front desk. They were also doing renovations at all hours with random equipment littering the hallway at all times.

My room when I checked in at 6:30 pm. The bathroom sink was dirty the bathroom toilet had pee all over it. They don't clean your room. The elevator was really dirty, trash on the floor. I used to stay there a long time ago and it was so much better. I will never stay there again.

There was no fire detector in the room, it was ripped off the wall. More than half the light bulbs were missing. There were roaches in the bathroom. I turned the light on in the morning and multiple bugs went running. We were there 4 nights and room service never came once. 10 out of ten would not recommend to anyone

Staff was in experienced and took a while to check us in. The room was out dated and the lights didn't work properly. The tv didn't get half the channels. The shower never got fully hot water and the tub and sink were not fully functioning. Very noisy breakfast was missing beverages selections as advertised. Overall a very disappointing stay.

It was awful the bed comforter had cigarettes holes on the comforter, it smell and it was not a good stay.

This hotel stay was horrible door locking issue water leak, stained tub, and they didn't refund my stay the room was dirty. The blinds the bed sheets literally bought blankets to lay on. Terrible experience then we went for the pool and it was closed down just ridiculous.

Nothing Everything was awful,I already had a reservation and when I got to the hotel from my 6hours road trip with my family I got there and that there was a problem with the rooms and all and the staff just kept on apologiesing and they looked like they even care one bit so I didn't even stay there because they canceled the hotel room they didn't even give me a heads up about the cancelation of my room

Employees had zero interest in doing their job or being any sort of assistance, room was nasty. The elevator had cigarette butts everywhere. Stayed 4 nights, room was never touched nor restocked, called to front desk (took about 20 minutes to get anyone to answer) they informed me for the first time that the rooms only recieve housekeeping upon request. This was night 4 of my stay, the sign in the bathroom states anyone staying multiple nights will have housekeeping service every 3 nights. Overall awful, front desk stunk like weed as well

We booked a room a few days prior to arrival. When we arrived for check in, they didn’t have a room available for us. Said they were fully booked. We had to frantically look for another hotel to accommodate my group of 6. Very disappointed with the lack of planning and communication!

THE NASTIEST EVER. WHERE DO I START. MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, WALLPAPER PEELING, CARPET LOOKS LIKE IT HASN'T BEEN VACUUMED IN WEEKS, FLOORS STICKY, BREAKFAST WAS NASTY AND THE DINING ROOM WAS SUPER DIRTY. WHEN YOU SEE THE STAFF EVERYONE IS ON THEIR PHONES DOING NOTHING. WORST STAY EVER!!!!

No one mentioned the pool was under renovations and the hallways and outside the building ( beer cans everywhere) were filthy. The staff at night seemed very lackadaisical, I’m not sure if this review really matters, but I feel like I deserve a partial refund.

The bathroom was filled with mold. The room smelled like something went bad in it. Everything was dirty. The floor was sticky. The tub and shower had cracks and was filled with dirt and mildew. Upon asking to change rooms because of how disgusting it was we were told that they were full. Even though it was 10:30 pm and the parking lot had maybe 5 other cars in it. We ended up cancelling our second night we were supposed to stay and got another hotel.

We get to the second floor and it stops before our room #. We look around confused and i see a door. It says exit. I said "I'm trying it!" Sure enough, it leads to a hidden hallway. We walk, and our room is still missing. Well, lookie there; another door. We enter our second hidden hallway and BAM! our room appears. I already have a weird feeling about this place but open the door anyway. After getting inside, the room smells of something I can't describe. The lamp shade has a stain & busted, bed sheets have stains, couch is gross... It's just awful. I said out loud "it looks like it has bugs.." And in the bathroom and low and behold: a roach. On the toilet seat. And it's a baby! It was one of many. I go downstairs and tell the lady, " yea, we aren't staying. There are roaches." She does not seem the least bit surprised. She says "everywhere, or just one?" Then tells me we will get a refund that they are now refusing. DO NOT STAY HERE.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Bathroom walls and ceiling were falling down as you shower. Sink faucet would not turn off. Towels still had make up from previous guests. Electrical plugs didn’t work. Refrigerator temp was 50. Air conditioning did not work. Lamps had blown bulbs. Carpet was filthy. Beds were falling apart. Pool closed with what looked like a demolition- with no mention when you book the room. The smell of the entire hotel was disgustingly unpleasant, almost like spraying something that smells like baby powder to cover mold. Very unpleasant stay.

Canceled my trip due to receiving someone else's room and for the second room given, dirty!

Tub had a big crack in it. An attempt was made to cover it with black tar but poor choice. Carpet soaking wet in room on other side of shower. Told front desk at check out and didn’t seem to care.

First, check in was easy but the two young ladies at the front were not in uniform so I couldn’t tell if they worked at the hotel. If they were not sitting behind the desk I would have not known. The TV barely catches any channels. I tried to call to the desk but the phone in my room did not work so twice I had to go downstairs to the desk just to deliver a message. The hallways were visibly dirty and trash on the floor. You could see the wear and tear on the hotel. The wallpaper had started peeling as well. What really got to me was what I found the next morning. I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and there were three cockroaches crawling in the sink and counter. Gross!!!! Never Again!!!

It was very dirty and there were nails in the hallway by the door. It did not smell well. I have pictures, but for some reason, it will not let me post them.

The location seemed to be the only redeeming quality. There were plenty of options for dining and shopping within a very short distance. When I arrived I immediately noticed a smell in the lobby. There was a sign for 'wet floor' and it seemed the smell was from mopping with an old dirty mop. Once in the room I found the refrigerator wasn't cold, the cable tv wasn't working, and the bedding was covered in stains and holes. I reported everything to the front desk. I was told housekeeping would bring up new bedding and maintenance would come up about the refrigerator and cable tv. After close to two hours of waiting for new bedding I went and met with housekeeping directly. They gave me a new comforter (hooray) and another torn set of sheets (boo). I asked the front desk about the cable and refrigerator. I was told that maintenance was notified but the cable channels below 25 had been out for a couple days. I returned to my room and looked at the problems myself. The cable wire was stripped at the end and hanging out of the wall. At least I got some channels then. Next I looked at the refrigerator and found the door couldn't close because it was too large for the opening in the wooden cabinet. So I pulled the fridge out onto the floor. Not much comfort at Comfort Suites.

I booked only because of the pool party my daughter was having and get there to check in and they didn’t have a pool pool was under construction but it never said that on the check in

this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches in our room. There was a hairball underneath the bed. The hallway smelled like weed, and the ceiling was falling down. We felt unclean and slightly unsafe the whole time we were staying at the property when I told the front desk that there were bugs in our rooms, she said I’ll take note of that strongly. Recommend against staying here.

We have reported this to Expedia and the hotel and are currently awaiting resolution. We hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly to prevent harm to future guests.

Had to leave part way through the stay due to bedbugs and SO many other deficiencies. NEVER STAY HERE!

-Booked 2 rooms and we were only able to check into one -tv's did not work throughout the entire building -continental breakfast was not served and the excuse given was simply "the breakfast people didn't show today" -advertised as having a separate bedroom which is 100% false. It's a cramped studio with no separation of rooms. -sockets were quite literally hanging off of the wall not fastened and some outlets didn't work at all. -ripped bedsheets and no blanket or cover for the pull out bed I don't know if this building is on its way to being decommissioned but in either case I would recommend booking your stay elsewhere if you want to avoid inconveniences and people who simply don't care. I paid full price for amenities and space that I did not receive.

The room had roaches, and the shower had no working hot water; the sink was leaking, and the bathroom floor was soaked. The doorknob mechanism on the inside was rigged not to lock after the guest leaves, and only locks when you're inside the room. An open condom wrapper was left between the mattress and the headboard, along with cigarette buds in a non-smoking hotel. When trying to cancel or switch rooms, the front desk was unaccommodating.

Do not stay at this hotel if you want a clean room. It's to much to tell. Everything from carpet not vacuumed to the room smelling like pee. The bathroom floors not cleaned. I decided to look at the room before I completely checked in. I never had the chance to bring my bags in. I looked at 3 different rooms. All were supposed to be cleaned. NOT.....

When I got there, the staffing was very polite, but I was notified that my room is on the fifth floor. The elevator is broken so I had to climb up the steps as I’m walking through the hallway to get to the steps. A nasty smell is coming from somewhere in the hallway then I get to the staircase and there’s cigarette buds mud, ripped up Amazon packages in the hallway just smelled really nasty as I get to the fifth floor a stronger nasty smell like mold as I get to the room and everything was okay I checked the bed. Everything was good up until I got to the towels and they had brown stains on them. There was a hole in the bedsheet. Then at 7:30 in the morning there’s construction going on in the room next to us.

The rooms are in poor condition, the mini fridge did not work, the microwave did not work, when plugging in items the outlets the plugs were loose, the curved shower curtain rod was broke. And hanging down so that the shower curtain would not stay closed. The toilet paper dispenser was rusted and falling out the wall. The vent in the bathroom allowed you to hear what was going on in the next room and vice versa. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible and while there were hand rails there was a tub instead of what was pictured in the photos that had a high side you had to step over only to find the bottom was several inches higher that the floor. Would not stay again

The front desk was extremely courteous, however the conditions were out of his control. Roaches were everywhere unfortunately. The pool was open and the place seemed clean but the roaches were terrible.

The only good thing we can say about our stay was the beds were clean. Elevator was broken, first floor was flooded, bathroom was dirty, sink leaked, keys kinda worked. It was a mess and we'll never go back again.

The front desk gave me a key to a room with people in it. When I got a new room the ceiling was falling in, wallpaper falling in the bathroom, holes in the wall, and a filthy couch.

Upon entering our room I found a broken toilet that had been attempted to be repaired with tape, a broken floor lamp, and a very badly stained L shape couch. Honestly, the couch appeared to host a Diddy party recently it was stained so badly. Had to kill a couple roaches, and this supposedly 100% nonsmoking hotel had very active marijuana smokers inside. Apparently this hotel caters to the construction crew as the inner lobby and staircase we used was constantly covered in mud. Also, it was quite a noisy place late at night which made sleeping a little challenging.

Upon entering our room I found a broken toilet that had been attempted to be repaired with tape, a broken floor lamp, and a very badly stained L shape couch. The hotel needs to be cleaned thoroughly and maintained in many ways. Dirty elevator, dirty hallway. The bathroom above ours had a leak that was coming down through the ceiling to our bathroom. After informing of the problem they fixed it, but there was still a nasty smell. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Never experienced anything like this, even in a motel. Forget about the breakfast, I won’t even touch them, not that there are much choice’s anyway.

We checked in and were immediately APPALLED by the condition of our room. I wish I would’ve taken a picture. The bed was just the mattress, no sheets, and the room looked like a party had happened in it. Wood was splintered all over the floor and was in shambles. My husband and I immediately removed ourselves and our pets from the room. The hotel wreaked of weed as well. The front desk worker said no other rooms were available. We ended up going to a hotel across the street which was MUCH more pleasant. This was our second time staying here-we will NEVER be back again.

The pictures of the room online didn't match the room. The showed pictures a walk-in shower but there was a bathtub. There was a photo shopped doorway showing a kitchen in the room. There was a hairdryer holder in the bathroom but no hairdryer asked for one took almost two hours until I got one. Iron holder in the closet wasn't there had to request one. It is not the Comfort Suites standards that we have been used to over the years. Will definitely reconsider our investment in Choice Hotels International in the future. Just wished that someone cared like they used to.

The hotel has an awful smell as you entered through the doors. My room #130 smelled as well. One of the couch cushions was missing. The curtains were broken and the desk chair’s arm was hanging off. I had a 3 days reservation. I debated on checking out, but was out most of the day. The next night I returned, the smell in my room was worse, they allowed pets and I realized the heat was on. At 2 am I got up to turn off the heat hoping it would help and noticed something on the floor, at a closer look I saw that is was a bug, then I saw one in the dust ruffle of the bed. I got phone and turned on the flashlight and bugs (probably) cockroaches started moving everywhere. I went down the the front desk, Dale was nice, and gave me another room. I went back to get my stuff. I saw one on the bench my suitcase was on. I grabbed my purse and I came out of my purse, I dumped it on the tile floor and there were 4-5 in my purse. There were several in my suitcase as well. I tried my best to get them out of my stuff. I went up to my new room, 2:30 am now, immediately saw one on the wall and then another by the TV. I took my stuff back down to the desk and said I can’t do this. I checked out, Dale did refund that night and cancelled the next night. I will write Comfort Inn as well, but what harrowing experience.

I am disabled with copd and everyone on the floor I was on smoked Marijuana constantly. It was very hard for me to breathe. I told the front desk and it seemed to get worse. The carpet in the room smelled.

Opened the door to a spacious room with dirty mirrors, stained couch, and a carpet that hadn't been vacuumed in a while. I went to the bathroom to take a shower and spent at least 10 minutes trying to find the hot setting on the shower control,(I'm a retired plumber with over 30 years experience in the building maintenance field) the shower control shouldn't rotate 360 degrees! We settled in and went to sleep. I woke up and went to the bathroom to wash away the night, and waiting for me on the counter was a nice sized cockroach. Looking around I could see they were in the shower and crawling up the walls. We packed our things and left the room. Reaching the lobby to check-out, there was a bowl with a sign to leave the keycards. I had to enter the "employees only" door to the office to tell the young man with an attitude that I wanted a receipt. A really hard look should be taken at the management (or lack of) of this property!

The room was dirty. It had roaches and the initial room the toilet didn’t work. They moved me to a different one and it was roaches in there too

Breakfast was scarce. Coffee was thick. Don’t bother just go to one of the many restaurants nearby. Room had ants, spiders and other bugs. Mostly in the bathroom. Hotel is in need of a renovation. Peeling paint, stained carpet and black grease looking smears on the bathroom door.

Only had 2 towels for 3 people. Took over 24 hours before we got more. Kept being told housekeeping was doing laundry. Most of the staff sat on the patio smoking. Also door from pool to outdoors had to stay propped open because room keys didn’t work in the doors. Only positives were the breakfasts and was quiet in our room.

This place is so run down- I'd not go be surprised to find out that they charge by the hour.

The lack of cleanliness in this property was appalling. A brand Hotel chain of this caliber should be ashamed to offer accommodations with these conditions.There was a plumming access panel in the closet that was left open. There was peeling wall paper, dust and dirt covering the bathroom exhaust fan that didnt work, the bathroom door was covered in dirt, the basboards in the bathroom corners were filthy, and the shower stall barely drained leaving rings in the tub. The conditions are well reflected in the attached pictures. I will never recommend a stay in this property.

Water was not enough hot to take shower, overall it was so dirty and I had to change hotel immediately and moved in Holiday inn. Never recommend no one.

Lady at desk could hardly be bothered. Phone charger station did not work. No iron in room. Phone did not work. 3 light bulbs were out. There were pubic hairs in my bed. There was a flood in the bathroom. Other than that it was great.

The bed was comfortable, but the duvet cover had a couple of decent size holes. There were 2 light bulbs out, only 3 towels, 2 adults in room. Carpet was dirty in room AND inside the main hotel area and staircase. There was either coffee or soda splashed on the wall behind refrigerator.

The hotel had a big sign that said 100% smoke free and the halls and run was full with the smell of smoke. I told the desk clerk and she didn’t seemed to be interested. The first floor and the second floor was Aweful with that smell. The hallway carpets on the first and second floor was filthy. The elevator smelled like smoke. The smell actually got my granddaughter sick after leaving there. The room wasn’t fully clean. The bathroom floor was dirty as well as the tube. I am asking for a full refund.

The hotel is definitely not a 3+ star. Room was ok. It had strange smell . Neighbor room people were load. Floor lamp and one of the lights were out of order. Bathroom floor had hair on the floor.

There are stains everywhere, even just walking up to the room. The room itself was pretty dirty. The toilet was running nonstop when I arrived. There were cockroaches on the walls stains on the walls bathtub with stand and dirty ended up canceling and getting a full refund.

Do not stay here if you value your peace of mind and safety, or if odor sensitive. Rank, damp, nasty, bugs in couch bed, stale cigarette odor mixed with weed throughout and filthy grounds and parking infest this property along with filthy carpets, linens, walls, elevators, hallways-the lot. Just the worst hotel. Paper with feces in the disgusting parking lot. Went across the street to get a room at another hotel, like night and day. Vile place with shady people hanging around, staying there. Would sleep in my car instead of rebooking at Choice Suite. Still have the nasty stench of the orange bug couch I slept on in my nose. I was scared to be there alone. Beware, don’t make my mistake and book here. Go across the street. Pay the extra.

The lobby/breakfast/sitting area had a worker sanding drywall on the ceiling. There was nothing-no plastic put up to isolate the area where the work was going on, therefore drywall dust was getting on the tables and the food in the breakfast area. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

Is embarrassing when you can’t get your room cleaned in the morning with new towels, new sheets and then when you go to the front desk, they tell you you can only get two towels. What about the bath cloth? We’re about to hand towels what about other necessities that should be in the room? How would you rate debt poor I hope I’m not acceptable at all. You make the decision.

My family always stays at comfort inn whenever we travel for football tournament. But this year we made our reservation early for an upcoming football tournament as always, then my son suffered a major football injury doing football practice. I immediately reach out to both Expedia and comfort inn to let them know that we would be able to make it to the tournament this year due to my son injury. They refuse to refund my money. SHAME ON COMFORT INN FOR STEALING MY MONEY 💰

Food was normal and ok. Some is bioengineered. Bed was comfortable. However, I would not recommend this hotel. Our room was dirty, had black mold on the ceiling and air conditioning, and layers of dust on the bathroom vent. Our friends had to request another room because their carpeting was wet.

This is by far the worst hotel that to stay night in. To start, the smell of mildew and marijauna will hit you in the face like a ton bricks when you walk through the deceiving doors. The foyer area is what made it deceiving. The filthy excuse of a hallway decorated with peeling walls, ambiguous stains, and trash lay everywhere. After navigating through the hallway, you’ll enter your room only to be met with something even worse. Upon closer inspection, you’ll find blood stains (or something similar to blood)cky substances caked on the walls, bed frames, and ground, strange brown goo on the walls, mold on the vents and curtains, missing/broken safety features (smoke alarm and door deadbolt), clearly unchanged bedsheets with human hair, furniture with chunks missing, grimy windows, a sofa even the bugs are scared to touch, outdated appliances like the microwave, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, grime in the toilet bowl, disgusting appliances such as the lamps, and rust dripping from water sprayers. There were smoked rolls of cannabis in the staircases as well as used plastic ware lay about. In the fitness area, you’ll see the tiny room filled with pitiful equipment big enough for maybe two people. The pool, filled with green, murky water that looks almost radioactive. Asked the front desk for extra towels, but was told they were out and gave me hairy pool towels instead. So gross. Beds were firm and not changed from other guests prior

Upon arrival our room was not ready. I understand that so we went out and picked up a few item then came back at almost 4pm because we had a concert to get ready for and we have traveled all day. Still people waiting on rooms. Our check in was at 3 it is now almost 4 and our room still is not ready and we cant be given a time when it will be. We told her to just cancel our reservation we would get another room somewhere. They still charged my credit card for a service that was not given. Very bad buisness.

The room was moldy and had a very strong odor of mildew. My wife, who has asthma had to immediately put on her nebulizer upon entering the room. We changed rooms and the same thing happened. We had no choice but to check out and go home. There was no way we could have stayed in that hotel.

There was a terrible mix up with the hotel and hotels.com which made our check in even worse the side door by our room was broken so any and everyone could just walk in people were smoking weed outside the property just all around not the best experience

Pubes in the bathroom upon check-in. Elevator barely working and not inspected since 2022. Smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Whole place was grimy and gross. The complimentary shampoo was opened and used. The tub was gross.

Room was clean but it was a dirty used towel hanging on the door in the bathroom and the 3rd floor hallway leading to my room smelled horrible and the people beside us smoked and you could smell in the bathroom so had to keep the door shut. It was also a lot of different type of people may or may not been on drugs. Our neighbors also had a fight at 5AM apparently someone stole something from him. The hotel itself was not bad at all it was really just some the people occupying it.

We had a small issue checking in. First room the door would not lock; second room had not be cleaned and no sheets on bed; third room was a hit. At night the room across the hall from us partied in the hall until 1:30. But I did not make a complaint because I did not want to cause any problems. Perhaps set some kind of noise signage to discourage that behavior.

Toilet seat broken, couldn't use the tub, door security latch broken, no smoke detector missing., you had to slam door to get it closed or hard to open, microwave didn't work. Morning breakfast worker rude, in the way, started put stuff away at 9:30

We get there and they don’t have the room we even booked for because of issues with rooms and now we know why. We get to our room and it smells horrible in the hallway and in the room we go to take our shoes off and my sock got soaking wet. We was going to another room but the guy said that the toliet was going to run all night and we left staying somewhere that didn’t smell like mold-floor was-dry and no bugs. Never will I stay in a Comfort Inn again!

Management wouldn’t do anything about the noise of a basketball team that was in there running through the halls and banging on doors and till 3am then finally offer for us to move rooms instead of asking the guests to just follow the curfew policy and be quiet. Trash everywhere. Pool was nasty. Real disappointment.

The checkin was easy. The staff quickly got extra towels when I needed more. They were helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were super nice and friendly. The breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and the condiments. Cranberry, apple, and orange juice as well as lemonade. Milk, coffee, tea. The breakfast was very good. The dining area was clean, comfortable, plenty of seats, and you could watch tv during your meal.

I was very disappointed staying here. The whole hotel was very dirty and falling apart. Our room smelt like old vomit, the bathroom door handle was falling off. The dirt and dust everywhere was awful and the ceiling was leaking in multiple places in the common area next to the breakfast buffet with no bucket to catch it in some areas. Our entire floor smelt like marijuana. We never made it to the pool because we were disgusted by everything else.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms

The room was dirty and smelled musty. The couch was missing a cushion. However, it was so gross I wouldn’t sit on it anyway. The phone had no cord. There was no iron. We couldn’t get a blanket. The front desk was rarely manned. Breakfast area was well maintained.

And the attendant could not care less. I will not stay with this hotel chain again. This was my first experience with this chain.

The hotel was absolutely filthy. Pool out of order. Washer and dryers had been removed. Towels stained and soaking somewhere. Broken toilet seat. No air conditioning.. it blew hot air.The manager said the the whole staff quit 2 weeks ago! And they're still taking reservations! I hope they give me my money back since I checked out 2 hours after checking in. Called Hotels.com. And they helped us get into the Hilton...much better!

When we got there, our original room had been given to someone else. The nice gentleman found us another room. We walked in and it smelled like straight animal urine and the doorknob was not turning right so it was hard to open the door. We went back down and got a 2nd room. It was filthy. The beds weren't made. There was pee on the toilet. Trash in the can. A whole doorknob was missing. The gentkeman moved us again. The room had a mildew smell but it was the last one on a holiday weekend so we kept it. The lightbulbs kept flashing so we had to keep most of the lights off. They also only gave us 3 towels for 6 people and they had no other ones. Then the pool was literally green. The first night they actually had people swimming in it. And to make it worse, my daughter and I woke up with strange bites

It took 4 trips to the front desk to get my keycards correct. Finally gave me a different room, that had hair in the tub

The clerk asked if I had pets with me, I said no. She gave me a room that smelled like wet dog piss and the air conditioner unit was broken, blowing warm air into the dog stenched room. I requested to be moved and she said it was "full house", called her manager and then I was put in a room with a broken tub that leaked out on the floor beside the bed there was a missing lamp fixture in the bathroom and the main rug had a large red stain on it, but luckily the air conditioner worked. The indoor pool was labeled "out of order" on the door and appeared to be out od use for a good while. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Never. Ever.

This had to be the worst Hotel that I’ve ever been to. Me and my family stayed for five hours and we had to leave. The AC didn’t work so the heat was unbearable. The hotel room smelled like dog urine, smoke and mildew. The pull out couch could not be slept on or even sat on it was so disgusting spots of God knows what all over it. The carpet side paneling was falling off the wall. Hand prints smeared all over the head boards. My wife is allergic to mold and pet dander so she couldn’t sleep and started having an allergic reaction.

Only negative was breakfast. They were out of everything except oatmeal and some cereal. Requested items to be restocked & the server took forever, breakfast time was almost over by the time she started to restock. Then everyone came back to get food & it was all gone again before the line was down. She never. Brought anything else out. I would recommend eating somewhere else for breakfast. It was quite stressful.

The shower didn’t work, there was brown dirty marks on the walls and on the lamp shade. The ac didn’t stay on to keep the room at one temperature. It was not a good stay.

This could be a nice place to stay if management paid a little more attention to details. Like cleaning the tabletops at breakfast, stopping the tub faucet from leaking, cleaning that mysterious stain off the bathroom wall, hiring a front desk person who smiles, fixing the room door so it’s easier to open….

Staff was great. This property needs some work. Water stains in the ceiling, shower wallpaper peeling off badly, sofa in room very dirty and scratched up, floors in hallway dirty. Guy who was cleaning floors was using smelly dirty water. Breakfast was low quality compared to other CIs ive bern to. I only stay at Comfort Inns because they usually are clean, quality places. This one is not. Needs alot of work. The area is very nice.

Safe area, staff were very nice, and we had a big comfortable room. My only complaint is that the floors were really grimy.

The property needs to be updated. The Lady who checked us in and was on duty when we checked out were very helpful. But the property has older furniture and not as clean as I would like.

The fridger was over frozen i couldn't put anything in there

Light on the wall was broken and hanging down. I unplugged it due to exposed wires. Breakfast was not as advertised. No toaster, juice machine was broken, choices were limited.

It was nice that the hotel allowed us to check in early and kept us at the same rate booked, however we did not get a suite. I was told this when I went down to extend the stay one night. The bathroom toilet ran constantly so we had to keep turning the water off. There seemed to be a hole in the wall near the sofa bed. Water stains from water damage on the wall and all lamp shades. The light on the mirror had one light hanging like someone pulled it. One lamp shade near the sofa bed seemed to have black mold on it. You would only find it if you turned the lamp. The fridge was broken and when we checked in had to be thawed. So we had water all on the floor. The front desk didn’t keep track of who checked in or out and when they first checked us in gave us another persons room that extended their stay.

Owners need to invest more money in the property for renovations.

Hotel looks ok, but the hallways look cluttered, with some sort of furniture being used to hold doors open. Bathroom had sticky floors, and I killed a few cockroaches, with one already dead on the floor when I checked in. Made my stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Staff were generally apathetic. Elevator was dirty and interior property could have been in much better condition. Toilet in room was continually running (as if it had just been flushed); tank constantly filling.

My husband and his sister checked in for a visit to see a relative. They had to check out and go to another hotel. The rooms were filthy the water in the tub would not shut off and the sofas were missing the pillows. Not to mention there were some very sketchy people loitering outside of the hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel!!!!!

They told us that the entire 5th floor had damage from a recent storm - but there was no recent storm. The door to our room wouldn't open. I had to play with it for a while. Once opened, took 2 steps in and turned around. Smelled absolutely awful. Front desk said that our room had a leak that they tried to clean - so they knew about the leak but had no other rooms beside one that wasn't cleaned! Because I booked through Expedia, they couldnt refund me. By the way, this was all happening at 130am, and our 2 children were with us. So we were stranded with no hotel. We had to call and drive to hotels around the area until we finally found one that had a room available. This hotel should have never booked rooms if they couldn't guarantee that they were safe and clean. What a complete disgrace!

The room was clean and all the staff o encountered were very friendly. The room was comfortable but needs some fixing up. The breakfast was pitiful. No toast, muffins, bagels. No Splenda. I got a great price on my stay but will not return as there are so many other places to stay.

I was given keys for room that was still occupied.

The breakfast was simple, good quality and the staff service was great!

Needed to make a last minute change to my itinerary and the staff was more than accommodating and didn’t charge a cancellation fee for one night that was canceled. Also, there was a problem with the toilet in my original room, but they were quick to move me down the hall. Great customer service!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.
