Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place

location and cost The staff initially rejected our check-in, stating that only two guests were allowed in the room I booked. However, I had booked a room for three people through Booking.com, where it clearly allowed three guests. The staff then argued and collected $10 in cash and gave us a room with two beds. Such an experience in the middle of the night was completely unexpected. The hotel needs to correctly update its room categories on Booking.com instead of creating a poor customer experience. The room was also not clean, and the quilt did not feel washed.

This was my second stay at this Brentwood Hotel. My first stay was...underwhelming, to say the least and there's another review floating around out there with my negative impressions. This stay was a 180 from the last one. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no lingering odors of cigarettes or marijuana. We had a little problem with the TV and staff was on hand to solve it within minutes. The beds were comfortable and the check-in/check-out process was effortless. I was very happy with this stay at Brentwood and now I will definitely consider them again for future travel plans. The TV remote control was sticky. Charitably, like somebody dropped it in a puddle of sweet coffee and didn't wipe it off. Uncharitably...well, use your imagination. But really a fairly minor issue overall.

Parking was fine they said they had hot tub or jets in the tub there were none the hotel needs serious repair needs. The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen.

You get what you pay for is the lesson here I guess. It is one of the most economic hotels in the area but you pay in other ways for the economy. Our room reeked of stale marijuana even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a layer of grime and dust on the appliances like the fridge, the hair dryer, the back of the tables that you could write your name in. The smoke detector was missing. Small roaches on the walls. There is a sofa in the room that looks like they used it to film adult movies about 90 times. The packets of coffee were open at the small coffee station. Very weak wi-fi. It was disgusting but we arrived too late to bother with changing rooms and spent very little time in the room except to sleep. The beds were comfortable, I'll give them that. Noise was not bad. The housekeeper was nice and responsive but there was only so much she could do. So a couple points for all that but if you or your travel companion are even a little fastidious about cleanliness this is not the place for you. You get what you pay for is the lesson here I guess. Room condition was ok. Furnitures are old. Fridge was toi much icy, old, sounding bad. We didnt use microwave. Sofa was dirty: never sit or kept anything. Customer support was not great. No water and difficult to contact at night, we reached. Pushed me for extra charges to non m-smoking inspite i called expedia to change to non-smoking, talked to hotel before reaching twice fir non-smoking that tgey agreed. Need to check any extra was charged by them. Good they put new towel, 2nd day, when we weren't there but i think no personal items were taken. Rating 3: needs courtesy and improvements for atteacting more people.

Man at desk that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was a different story. The first room we were given was not cleaned. So he changed our room to another. It was semi clean. The beds hard but everything was old and outdated. Housekeeping at this hotel leaves a lit to be desired. There was dried on denture adhesive on the sink. Cigarette burns all over the edge of the tub. I will never stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

First I was not able to check in when I arrived. They were not able to get me a room key. Secondly when I came back after getting dinner and was able to check in there was a heavy smell of marijuana in the area. Then when I got into the room it looked like a room that had been used heavily by anybody and everybody and not maintain well. The water pressure was not good. The air conditioner in my room worked poorly and the room was hot. Even though it was a good rate on the room it was not a good rate.

Hotel is an older hotel. Yes there are stains. Yes everything could use an upgrade. But this place was super cheap, especially on Memorial Day weekend. It’s was also very quiet, we literally heard NO outside noise at all. It was clean. I always bring my own cleaning wipes just to be safe, and they did not pick a speck of dust. And the people working the front desk were amazing! I had to book this room last min because my other booking fell through, and even though they had not received the reservation yet they still let me have a room so I could get dressed for dinner with my dad. Absolutely wonderful people!

I was tired and late for an appointment to be able to cancel and go look for another place to stay. I didn't feel safe at this place. Room was beat up, smoke detector had no battery, and I thought I was getting a non smoking room, smelled like a chain smoker was living there. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty and smelled bad. The coffee maker was broken. This site is not allowing me to attach pictures to show the problems. This place needs to close and remodel completely before charging $85/night.

I don’t understand why there were bunch of van’s backseats inside the lobby for sitting inside of usual sofas to sit on. The check in guy was gruff in his demeanor. The motel had vibes of low budget trucker/prostitute hangout pad. The room was already wide open when we checked in. The towels had stains and I was scared to sit on the couch because it looked like I might catch something. We used the place for only 2 hrs because I needed to do some online business. Regretted booking the room. Should have just paid $20 extra and booked at a better hotel. Saw bunch of cop cars next door. Lord help anyone stays at this dump.

Room was decent, food within short distance, staff was friendly and professional, and site seemed safe. However, the sofa was very stained and I had to put a bath towell on it to feel safe, and I'm a 62-year-old male who is not a knit picker or germaphobe. They should replace the old stained sofa that one must sit on to use the coffee table.
