Were there little flaws? Yes. Were they tolerable? Absolutely. Read all the information about the place before you book. Go to their actual website and it’ll say that the pictures are staged. It says they only clean the rooms once a week. Etc. The staff at the Gilbert location were awesome from the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping. Our floors were dirty but we asked the housekeeper to clean it and he did. We did see a couple bugs but the maintenance guy explained that they had just fumigated recently so they were seeing some come out more but we only saw them when we checked in and never again. Our room did smell like it used to be a smoking room, and I’m sure if we asked to be moved they would have, but we loved the location of our room so we stayed and just bought an odor neutralizer that we used every day before we left. They also don’t give you new towels. You get one set and you have to wash them. They were a little small for my fluffy figure so I just went and bought a couple $7 towels for myself from Walmart. If you go in knowing you’re paying less than any other hotel so there are going to be a few things that may come up, you’ll love the place. And yes, I will absolutely be staying there every time we go to Arizona!

It wasn’t remodeled and druggies and low income people live there I brought a baby and had to stay in a dirty smoked in room where the smell of marijana wafted in from the unit next to me where the resident offered my grand daughter marijuana and housekeeping smoked in the room while they cleaned it with the door open and I had bugs let in to my room

The pool is cute the room is not as shown in the picture if you stay longer you have to buy your own toilet paper and you are required to wash your own towels and wash clothes and bedding there is no place for snacks they have a laundry room that sells soda for $2.30 I work over night and then once a week they do a required cleaning which you can’t refuse and which is during the time I should be sleeping because I work overnight on the day they clean. Don’t get me wrong everybody is nice just think if I’m spending almost $1,000 every 2 weeks they should have a snack vending machine and provide toilet paper and clean towels and change the bedding also once a month they spray for pests which falls on the day I work that night which keeps me up even longer

Room was good, but the kitchen was basically unusable because there were no utensils, cutlery, or pots/pans to cook. Most travellers won’t carry these items, so calling it a “kitchen” is misleading unless basic cookware is provided. Please add essentials (pots/pans, plates/bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils) for guests.

Cons: shower water lukewarm at best. Furniture worn and shabby. Bedding thin. Bedding, furniture, and curtains have cigarette burns. Limited office hours.

So my fiance and I have been staying here since October of last year doing weekly's and every other 2-3 weeks we've had to switch rooms. This week from the 12th-19th is the first time we had an issue with the person in the room next to us, he started pounding on the wall at 7:30pm last night until 2:30am this morning

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet. We didnt experience what the others are complaining about (i.e smoking, noisy, dirty) Crystal is an amazing manager. She made sure our room is ready and prepared when we checked in. We had a few bumps in our trip on the way to AZ and she accomodated our late check in. Shout out to the emergency maintenance guy who gave us our room cards. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again.

Staff excellent! Room "renovation" included only LVP flooring nice and white paint. Drapes old and hem falling out the bottom. Vinyl seats of chairs was split/ cracked . Counters original. No kitchen amenities at all . Such as coffee pot or cooking equipment. Refrigerator fairly new and clean. Over all it was just fine since it was clean, but they should not advertise fully renovated. Pillows very flat I have pictures if there is a place to submit.

The room is very small, but doable. The colors inside were white so made it seem brighter. Very clean. The lighting with the lights in the room were very dim. The bathroom lights were good. The upside is there were many roaches in the place and just scary to be around. You also have to wash your own sheets and towels and they do not provide extra toilet paper or soap. You get to keep the towels when you leave but they are very thin almost like paper so not very nice on the skin. Overall was not a bad stay and for the price I guess you get what you pay for.

As I have been here for a few weeks now, I wouldn't change a single thing about my decision to stay here. The room is perfect, and especially having that kitchen has saved me quite a lot of time, energy, effort and money. They don't need to change a single thing!

When I came to the office to address this, she was rude and unprofessional. She locked us out of our room, told us to leave, and refused to refund our payment — even though we had paid for seven days and had been there less than six hours. Completely unacceptable experience. Guests deserve respect, privacy, and professionalism, and this establishment failed on all counts. If we broke any rules, it is the established responsibility to call us and give us a chance to fix it. Instead, we were locked out of our room and then laughed in our face and stated there will not be a refund. Thank God, I am financially stable and this did not hinder my vacation.

People upstairs let ur child run around all night. Then when I checked in the person at front desk said he will put my deposit towards the stay. Then on the 17th we had to leave because they meßsd up. So now me and my family are on the streets. The rooms were small and the whole stay the kitchen sink was stocked up and the water wasn't running in bathroom. Then when housekeeping came they had no towels for us. I have never known a hotel to not have towels for guests

It was good overall! I think I would stay here again. It smelled a little like tobacco smoke but other than that it was clean, the service was good, and I didn’t have any issues with the unit or parking my rental car on site.

The pictures on the site are not the rooms you get. Very outdated. Bed was a steel frame with an old hard mattress that massaged you with the springs. Mold around the vents and throughout the room. I did have the pleasure of company from the couple of cockroaches that I named Ned and Gina. The aroma of weed was everywhere at a place that I was told it was not allowed, guess it just wasn’t enforced. Was very happy to checkout and be on my way.

Definitely not the best or even close. I mean if you are on a limited budget be careful as you have to pay for your own toilet paper. Also, the light in the bathroom was out when I checked in and I was told it would be fixed by the next day…Well that never happened…Just not a nice place and it highly saturated with the smell of drugs. Front desk staff was not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care about any issues I had. 0/10, would not recommend.

I had to use febreeze, air fresheners, wipe down the walls with vinegar to get rid of the smoke smell. I don’t smoke pot and the smell got on my work suits. The man who was at the desk on 8/30 didn’t discuss the check-in process and then, knowing I paid premium tried to get me to take a cheaper room. He then asked if I was between places or jobs and we could work something out! I was told I’d have weekly cleaning. After no housekeeping coming by for 9/4, holiday, the manager said my room would be worked in. By Tuesday 9/12, no housekeeping. I went to the lobby to ask and the manager insisted I leave. His approach left me uneasy so I left. A few days later I get a note on my door on Intown suite letterhead that there won’t be any housekeeping. I then had to buy cleaning products. Management also told me my room rate was going up after I was already paying the premium. I can’t believe Intown Suites would even be on an Expedia web site. I messaged with an Expedia customer service person on Monday Who told me the agreement on your site states no housekeeping. I read it. There is no mention of it. Not happy with Expedia.

I had a small kitchenette room for 12 days. Never had maid service, that could have been a misunderstanding on my part. The shower was either extremely hot or cold, no sweet spot. These issues were never brought to the office attention because I was always off on business during the posted office hours 11am to 7pm. The staff was nice when I had interactions with them.

The only thing I liked about the place was the fact that it was next to a killer restaurant. I couldn't imagine staying at this place again even if it was free.
