Great location right off the freeway. Very clean, very friendly staff. Great breakfast, nice selection of food and eating area kept very clean. We did not use pool so can't comment on it but we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed there before and would stay again!

Staff was excellent, especially Michael. Facility was clean, clean smelled nice. Beds are so comfortable and sheets just beautiful. Except for the oatmeal, breakfast was hot, plentiful and tasty, especially the mini waffles! My husband was upset that at 900 am there was not hot oatmeal at the breakfast bar. Staff suggested instant. Staff advised the is a remodel in the future, my husband advised the air conditioner was loud and made knocking sounds. This was out second visit in two weeks. We would stay again.

Beds are uncomfortable, staff is not helpful, and beware the pool is not available to you if youre only staying one night.

Friendly staff, plenty of restaurants nearby, very nice fitness room, good breakfast with variety each day. There is a large apartment complex under construction right next door which makes the pool unusable unless you like a lot of construction workers watching you in a bathing suit.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the nicest front desk associate, Ken. He was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about our stay. He even walked me through how to redeem my Hilton points and surprised us with delicious chocolate cookies—Ken was a total rockstar! The room was nice, comfortable, and very clean. While it wasn’t anything overly fancy, it absolutely met my expectations. Breakfast was really yummy with a great variety of options. I had oatmeal both mornings, and it was delicious! The hotel also offers a filtered water system, which was very convenient for filling up water bottles—no gross hotel water taste. Overall, a great stay. I’ll be back for work in a few months and plan to stay here again. Thank you!

Until I asked to have one brought up there are no microwaves in most of the rooms, just a tiny one in the lobby.

The room was very nice. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was as good as any hotels. There was NO water in the shower. The girl at the front desk didn't seem to care or do anything about it. It was very important for my MIL to take a shower before her surgery. I was told by the front desk twice that they would call me back and maybe have us use a different room to shower. I never received a call. The manager said he would give us some honors credit, which I appreciate. I went back 3 hours later, after she went to surgery and there still wasn't any water. The room was nice, and clean. Just upset that the front desk didn't do ANYTHING to help us.

The room was clean and as were all the amenities at the hotel. What stands this hotel apart is their staff! Everyone was so friendly and kind with us traveling with our soccer team. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

My sister was in the hospital across the street so the hotel was incredibly convenient. It took 6 minutes to walk across the street and get to her room. The staff was friendly and helpful, the snack area was sufficient, and the room was amazing. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

The room was clean but needs to update the outlets for the newer iPhones. We were in Arizona for our daughter’s wedding and they were to provide shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. This was pre scheduled many months before the wedding took place. I learned that they took at least one group to the hotel but did not return for another group. My husband and I and others were left to find our own way back! They dropped the ball in service. We were there at the time arranged for pickup but the shuttle was not! What a way to end our memory! I even called the hotel and was told that there was no pickup scheduled for that night!!

The desk clerk was very courteous and friendly. We appreciated an early check in after a long drive. We did worry about having a room near the ice machine which seemed a little loud, but not terrible.

Very nice property! The staff were always friendly and smiling! Plenty of safe parking. Our room was clean and very spacious. Housekeeping is every other day, but anything we needed was quickly provided. Location is very convenient to anything in Mesa including many great restaurants. We will be staying here when we return!

The staff was amazing. Continental breakfast was lovely and we were surprised a couple of afternoons to have coffee and fresh cookies! Not expected but a great bonus. Really friendly and accommodating staff - including everyone on site, not just the front desk. Highly recommended.

The staff was super nice and very friendly. The issues I had was I had to DoorDash anytime I wanted food. Which wasn’t convenient and cost more than I wanted to pay to eat. They did offer a free breakfast in the mornings. But it was awful. The room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and very hard. It gave me huge lower back issues. That I am currently dealing with now that I am home. I could also hear neighbors at all hours making tons of noise. The door to my room had a huge gap along the vertical side when closed so light shown into the room because it was not sealed properly. The curtains did not close all the way. I faced an intersection and had street lights and traffic lights blinking into the room. Won’t stay at these properties again.

The amenities are limites considering what this costa per night. Our AC was making a loud squeling noise and they didn't fix it same day. Had to turn it off a sleep with a box fan. This was not what we were looking in a hotel.

Had a great stay. My son got sick the second night we stayed and the staff was very kind. The beds left a lot to be desired but it was a nice hotel with great breakfast options and customer service!

The only thing we didn’t like was that we could never get hot water from the bathroom sink tap. We felt like we were wasting water by running it so long and then only got lukewarm water. We didn’t use the shower for our one night stay, perhaps hot water was more available there. We will definitely stay here again.

Good stay, everything was clean. However, I spent extra to stay here specifically for their EV chargers. When I arrived, I was informed that they are for Tesla’s only. Not having a place to charge my car was massive inconvenience

Would be 4-3/4 stars if I could have. Only issue was the below window ac/heat unit panel controls were disabled (purposely) but run by a digital thermostat unit - no matter what I did to get it to shut off from cool or heat, it would quit cooling or heating however is kept cycling air at all times so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep but probably not bad for most folks.

Staff was extremely helpful. Not only was the room clean but all the common areas were well maintained as well. I would go stay there again!

The layout of my room was really great. The kitchenette was just inside the door and the bed and bath were around the corner so there was no light or corridor noise to disturb my sleep. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. The only missing item was a magnifying mirror. Breakfast was as expected but the coffee was meh. There are several nearby coffee shops to get the real thing.
