Best Western Wesley Inn & Suites

Hotel was perfect for my one night stay. Plenty of parking, hotel had a cottage feel and was decently renovated for a 2 star hotel. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Breakfast included. Much preferred and better experience than prior local stay at a nearby 3 star hotel. Will return.

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!

A delicious hot breakfast that included pancakes, sausage, eggs, hash browns, fruit, and pastries. The room was clean and spacious with ample space for storing luggage and relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Cute property from the outside. Staff was friendly and there were cookies and coffee on arrival. The rooms are older looking and moderately clean. Typical continental breakfast included with stay. About a 5 min drive to the restaurants and shops by the water.

Staff was incredibly helpful! One thing that my husband pointed out about the people that were cleaning up after free breakfast, the helper asked every one individually if they were done or if they would like some more. before he started removing things. Warm cookies at the end of the day complementary was great.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here while visiting a friend. The staff is so friendly! The breakfast is excellent & the afternoon cookies are a pleasant treat. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great location and breakfast. Huge room - we were in an ada double queen- and great staff. They made us feel welcome and we loved exploring gig harbor!

The stuff was friendly, helpful and kind. I had never stayed in this hotel before so I didn’t know what to expect. I believe it was recently renovated. It’s a beautiful hotel from the outside to the inside and including the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet which made it easy to to fall asleep. In the lobby, there was plenty of choices for hot beverages that you could take to your room. The breakfast was outstanding for a hotel. Great TVs in the room. Their pool is heated to the point that when I took my two-year-old grandson out for a swim. He was not freezing in the water in May. The pool had just opened April 30th. As it closes for the winter. Parking lot had plenty of room, you didn’t have to pay for parking and I felt that my vehicle was going to be safe.

Breakfast was good, egg scramble was delicious! The grounds are immaculate, we kept taking pictures of all the beautiful flowers. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed.

The staff is top tier amazing. Management Blu, Chris and the entire front desk staff; Accommodating, friendly.

They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard

Staff was not helpful. Not friendly.

I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said

The warm cinnamon rolls were a treat. Breakfast was more than adequate. The coffee in the rooms and at breakfast was really good. Liked the water bottle filler off the lobby. Room was spacious and clean. I appreciate that they welcome dogs. Staff at the front desk was courteous and helpful.

The hotel has great service. But be aware of cars being broken into.

I was disappointed with the gym and no indoor pool, which I thought they had and why I chose this hotel. On the other hand the room, staff and wonderful breakfast made up for it. Would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed staying here. I spent three nights here the few days before Thanksgiving. Clean, neat, tidy. Laundry on site. Real breakfast too! Eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, cinnamon rolls, hot coffee, fresh water, it was great. Plenty of spacious parking. Food and fuel nearby. Plenty of touristy stuff down the road too. Will definitely stay again if. I'm in the area.

No central air; the first night we stayed in a room with an air con unit that was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Next day I asked to be moved and they were eager to accommodate my issues. The next two nights were much better.

Staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Our room had a sitting area with a sofa bed which is perfect for those traveling with children. There was also a mini kitchen with microwave and refrigerator making it perfect to relax with a snack or meal in our room. Our balcony was great and large in size with a view to beautiful large trees. This hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and tourism sites. Breakfast in the lobby is in a cozy large area offers and abundance of food for all to enjoy. My only wish is that our towel sets in our room were of better quality! We will return, highly recommend!!

We didn’t want to stay in the “city” and found this hotel and decided to stay based on the good reviews. It’s not far from good food options or shopping. We traveled to Seattle and Tacoma throughout our stay and we were so glad to come back to this hotel at the end of our days. We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff was friendly and helpful. The suite with 2 rooms and kitchenette was perfect for our family, and the pool was clean and fun. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

Great price! Close to waterfront. next time I would ask for a room away from the stairs and elevator. Very noisy with other guests using the stairs and elevator, and early morning noise from the lobby breakfast area.

This is a very nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. It’s within walking distance of the waterfront, and there is a cute little heated pool. We arrived about an hour before check in and just wanted to park in the lot as parking was very hard to find in the busy downtown. However, we were welcomed into our room and given walking directions. It was a very comfortable stay.

I was there for week to go to the Hanger Clinic. It's right by and nice.

We spent 3 nights with our young sons at the property in summer. We enjoyed the breakfasts, the outdoor seating areas, and the pool. The front desk staff were all very warm, helpful, and welcoming. We would come again!

This was a great place to stay. We walked every day into Gig Harbor and had dinner on the sound. A wonderful time.

We liked that it was close to the freeway but not too close. We like how well kept the property is. We like how they are bicycle friendly. They are close to bike paths and trails through Gig Harbor. We enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. Our suite was conveniently located on the first floor with entry and access comfortably located to convenient parking. The staff is considerate and friendly. We needed items during our stay and they were quickly taken care of.

This place was top notch customer service. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had in a hotel. The music played was soothing and pleasant. A wonderful change from a TV playing loud. Front desk amazing. Would recommend to everyone.

Came for our granddaughters gradulation from Pininnsula high school. Tge young man that checked us in was fantastic. We had a problem with tge tv not working and he walked to our room and fixed it within 5 minutes. He was very polite and helpful.

Very nice. The room was spotless. Bed comfortable. The walls are a bit thin so be prepared for noisy guests. The breakfast in the morning is nice and glad they had things I could eat (wheat allergy). Staff is super nice and I will return because of it.

I left my info for the manager and called repeatedly, management avoided my calls an never called back. Backup manager Ashton did a great job while real manager hid! Absolutely failed at Hotel 101! Did NOT provide a Safe and Secure room for the money given and except for Ashton, who was awesome, completely failed at customer service on a management level! If the Safety of you your Loved Ones and the Security of your Valuables mean NOTHING to you, and if you would like that to be followed up by being completely ghosted by Management, except for Ashton, then this is the place for you! I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. YOU HAVE MY INFO!

Loved this hotel! We stayed here before a soccer game in the area. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy. Great staff and wonderful breakfast. Really loved the french toast.

Everything about them stay was lovely. The first thing I noticed when I came in was the choice of music that was playing. I really appreciated walking in to a TobyMac song and hearing Christian music playing throughout my stay. The breakfast was yummy too. Well done Best Western!

This property is great for visiting the area. Clean and comfortable rooms. If you want a room with a fireplace I recommend calling the property. I thought the room I booked had a fireplace, it did not. Friendly staff, overall great experience. 10/10 for Wesley

There wasn't anything to dislike.

There were small bugs along the sink in the bathroom. There were two loud barking dogs down the hall from us. While they didn't bark all night, it was enough to be a disturbance. We could hear every step the people above us took well into the night. The beds were the hardest, most uncomfortable beds I've ever attempted to sleep on. The shining light was the staff- very kind and courteous.

Decent facility but a bit old and worn. On checkin, we unfortunately weren’t informed you have to request maid service/change of towels. Gym was limited

We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location of the property. The staff were all very nice and helpful, and the room was a great size and we liked the fireplace feature. I would definitely stay again.

We had noisy neighbors the first night, but the staff resolved the problem quickly. We were then moved to a quieter room for the remainder of our stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

We could not allow our toddler to walk on the floors as there is a ink coat over it all and stained clothes and feet

Safe and quiet, little dated

Excellent breakfast and the staff are all so wonderful. We had a 1st floor room this time and it wasn’t as nice as the 2nd floor room we had last trip. Very hard, springy beds. Great, safe location.

Rooms serviced only once during four night stay. Did receive small discount for one night, but unfortunately problems repeated. I mistakenly booked an assessible room (we have no mobility issues) when asked for a quiet room. Assessable room has no nightstand on one side of bed so electronics end up on floor. Moved to room beside parking lot on first floor so my request for a quiet room was unfulfilled Smaller clean pool, depth from 3 1/2 ft to 4/1/2 feet. Great for toddlers or small children. Hot breakfast rotated. Enjoyed hard cold boiled eggs, cheese sticks and loaves, Rooms spacious, just not cleaned or restocked. Free parking and WiFi. Easy access from hwy. Gig harbor has few options, but didn’t feel the love here.

The hotel is a nice property with a pool in a quiet, wooded location. The room was large enough and clean, but maybe it was our location on the first floor close to the lobby and right by the pool that made it too loud to sleep well. The staff was nice enough and the breakfast above average.

This is a decent hotel. Nice and quiet. Nice rooms and great breakfast. However the pool is a very small area and there was a very large family who left food all over the grounds and didn’t pick up. Maybe the pool could get better attention and a reminder of rules to those staying at the hotel eveb the monthly long stay guests.

The highlight though was the staff. So very professional and helpful. I had several questions about the area and each staff member was patient and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend!

Upon check in staff was friendly, easy access, wish we coukd have stayed a bit longer, we were in and out quickly.
