I stayed here overnight ahead of a hip replacement, as the hotel is very near the surgery center, and I didn't want to fret about rush-hour traffic on the morning of my procedure. William at the front desk was very accommodating, and gave me a room near the elevator since my walking was so compromised. He also gave me a couple of breakfast snacks for the following day, since I would be leaving ahead of the breakfast service, and he thought I might be hungry when I emerged from my anesthesia. He was very intuitive and compassionate. The chickens wandering around the parking lot were a fun and charming amusement.

I always try to stay at an Extended Stay when I’m away, they are usually very clean and safe, but this one is by far is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever stayed at ! The rooms in the property are in immaculate condition.

Breakfast - Ran out too quickly, totally understandable several workers/companies during my stay. Biggest issue - The elevator broke down 2 days into my 4 day stay. I don't mind using the stairs but that had to be resolved quickly for anyone with disabilities/mobility issues. When I left it was still broken.

Pros, the staff was kind and professional, check in was smooth, parking was convenient, and the exterior property was well maintained. I travel with my pet and appreciated that the grounds were clean with no pet waste in the grass. For a pet friendly hotel, that stood out. Check in is at 3:00 p.m., and while I was hoping for an early check in after a long drive, the room was not available until just before 3:00. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The moment I opened the door, the smell was overpowering, similar to a boys locker room. While the room appeared neat at first glance, the odor was immediate and strong. The bathroom had visible black residue and hair in the shower. It was clearly not cleaned to standard. Because I was on a tight timeline for a funeral and had already unloaded my luggage with my pet, changing rooms was not practical. I purchased cleaning supplies and sanitized the shower, toilet, and all surfaces myself. The next morning I spoke with management. I acknowledged possible staffing challenges, but this felt like long term neglect of cleaning standards. I was offered a complimentary future stay, which I appreciate, but I am not confident the experience would be different. Professional staff, but housekeeping standards need serious improvement.

The room was not clean as clean. There was dust everywhere and especially under our beds. I woke up with my nose stuffy and sneezing nonstop. The breakfast area didn’t even have fresh coffee made and there’s really nothing about breakfast. Just a muffin and granola bar.

The breakfast was horrible no fruit 1 yogurt left in fridge One choice of breakfast bars didn’t even like them, but only had one choice and the creamer for the coffee was out so I really didn’t even get a chance to have breakfast there. It was horrible and then you had to deal with all the drug addicts that walk around the hotel back-and-forth all night long sleeping on the picnic table. It was horrible very unsafe will never stay at this hotel again. The room wasn’t too bad but outside of the room, it was horrible.

The floors are vinyl which in essence would be cleaner but the bottom of my socks were so dirty that I ended up wearing sneakers while there. And with vinyl floors? This means you hear EVERYTHING above you. I listened to someone pacing until 2am. The next morning with a 11am check out, I stepped out at 10:50 to take my belongings to my car and came back for one last check and was locked out. Then had to wait for 10 min until the front desk attendant could reprogram my key card. While relatively convenient and cheap, I don’t think I will be staying here again, and it has been a complete turn off to other extended stays for me

Minimal breakfast- explected more from the description. Wish there had been more food and that's from a person who doesn't eat much. The coffee was pretty bad and there was no non-sweetened creamer.

Also didn't have a do not disturb door hanger to put out. Also didn't idnt have any extra blankets

There were roaches in the room, hair, and one used contact lens on the night stand table. We left immediately and had to pay for a different hotel.

Floor not clean, greasy area probably from previous guest not properly cleaned. No shampoo. Website says "fully equipped kitchen" All cabinets empty.

Even though our EMS dogs are registered, I was charged a fee. This is against HUD and Americans With Disabilities laws. I was in a rush so I didn't argue with them. Stay away from this chain of you are traveling with Service animals.

This place sucked. There was no one at the front desk to check us in, the room is almost barren, and the maintenance person woke ua up early to repair the shower, and then realized it was the wrong room. This hotel is a disaster DON'T STAY HERE!

First credit to the front desk (Diaphone)? However the room we were assigned had zero amenities not a coffee pot wit coffee, no glasses, cups pots or pans nothing to eat or cook.in. Did not complain because it was only for one day. I have stayed at extended stays before but never one that did not have basic amenities in it VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I did not stay there. Customer service was not good. Refusal to accept cash payment. I had to go to another hotel to keep from sleeping in my car. The new hotel made an exception and took a cash payment, otherwise my daughter and I would have had to sleep in my car and I would not have slept for worrying about our safety; so thanks for your unkindness.

It's not about the internet, the floors in the room were sticky, the hallways had very very bad strong mold smell. Unusual characters in and around the area. This place needs to shut down and remodeled with new floors everywhere and better cleaning in the rooms. Should have security at the area.

Well there was someone gunned down ans killed in the parking lot here recently. The arae has streetwalkers coming in out of bushes and scoping vehicles. They put a do not rent on me and i literally have been living on there properties y months unfortunately. Ive given them a lot of money. I had an accidemt had to be hospitalized and have surgery. I booked my stay on expedia per usual and all was good. I leave hospital to go to my room where they refuse to let me check in. They say it was from an incident on one of there properties which ive never had any issues at any of them except one. And the management was outside deinking and druging and acting very crazy. And i reported this. So if this js the incident extended stay u will be hearing from an attorney

Convenient to local area, full frig in room and overall decent room. Would have liked coffee in the room but they do have grab and go breakfast every morning which includes coffee.

Stayed at the property and had an emergency to leave early. Expedia was notified and I tried to get a refund for ONE night at the property because I had to leave. They declined. I will not stay a that property again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few weeks with our dog while we had some work done on our home. Overall, its a nice hotel. We had a king suite which was very spacious. I loved the large walk-in shower. I liked that the room has a full size fridge, 2 stove top burners, and a sink. There's room to store dishes and food above the sink. We brought our own, but I think for a fee they will supply you with dishes/pots/pans, etc. There's a trash shoot near the elevator. They also have vending machines and ice machines. The laundry there is a bit expensive, so we went to a local laundry mat instead. The room is also very clean, but could be updated. It was quiet. There's lots of restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. A Walmart is right next to it. Parking was plentiful. It's pet friendly, but the price they charged, $28 per night, was different than what Expedia quoted. The only thing I found odd was that I had initially booked 12 nights but they charge in 7 day increments and separately for the pet fee. We had to extend our stay a couple of times and were able to stay in the same room which was nice but the billing got a little confusing. I was able to work while there using their free wifi with no issues. They offer a free breakfast which is just muffins, cereal bars, and yogurt. I would stay again.

Also reservations less than 7 days have no housekeeping so could only get fresh towels if you brought the soiled ones back. Not expecting 5 star resort here but the room wasn’t cheap either. Also advertising having a “free breakfast,” is misleading. More accurate would be “free morning to-go snacks.” Yogurts, granola bars and packaged muffins is not a “breakfast.” There are viable dining options in walking distance though.

My stay was not entirely what i had expected. The property is very nicely maintained, has a wonderful staff and no pool. At a previous stay in the area in February, i actually went to this property and spoke with the personnel there. I explained my particular requirements, my not so pleasant experience with thei property in Brandon. The room i was shown and met my requirements, not the one i was in this trip. The breakfast stated as being offered daily, later changed to grab and go style, this was okay but for 9 days, a chioce of the same 5 items to eat and two drinks got to be a little boring. The rooms are a suite, refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave equiped however there is no pans, plates or utensil"s. Fortunately there is a Wal-Mart a block away to creatively shop at, items bought would be microwaveable and what you don't use is a waste. Showering, I require a hand held shower head which i explained and requested, the in room shower had no hand shower head. The rooms closet area had a free standing wall that was not square, it set at an angle. The door to the bathroom was set to open fully into the room, i found myself trying to catch it most of the time so it wouldn"t hit the shelf on the wall behind it, although it was designed to make that impact. Very nice place, with great staff, great food and a movie theater next door and very close to my event location. I am not sure that i would stay here again, being a yearly traveler.

Next, when we got the the room a towel had someone elses hair on it. The floor also felt sandy. The "breakfast" was terrible. More like a snack with 2 kinds of muffins, some terrible coffee, and hot water to make oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs. You could stay at a nicer hotel for 5 dollars more that served a full contintental breakfast.

The girl at the front desk was not pleasant. As a matter of the she want even there and we had to wait for someone to come to the front.Then barked of a few to does. I was surprised we were our on the third floor being we were seniors and are using a cane. Well, there was an elevator so off we went. we arrived at our room, all the way down the hall, which was a good job for a lady with a cane, and my husband needed to go out to take care of business to find the elevator was broken. He walked down the three flights of stairs, and returned an hour and a half later, to find the elevator still broken, and had to climb at three flights of stairs, I had to remain in my room as there was no way I was able to do the stairs. Thankful they did fix the elevator and the next morning I was able to exit the room by way of elevator. Then I sat on the desk chair and fell off of it. My husband was able to help me get back up but the chair is a accident waiting to happen. We did report this to the desk person, but she seemed unconcerned. I want to say I was surprised when housekeeping was on our floor and my husband ask for fresh towels. Then being told take your dirty towels off to the front desk and they will give you new ones. Breakfast was a joke and for handicap the table and high chair was not so good for a senior.

The lady at the front desk upon my arrival was very rude. She was in the back room as I was speaking with another quest. She then came from the back room and started slapping the door bell attached to the wall and pointing at a sign that said "Ring Bell for assistance". I found that to be very rude...Maybe she should have been out front working and helping hotel guests. The other guest I was speaking with at the time found her actions to be very rude and unnecessary. I will not be back! I will also move our company employees to another hotel! Have a great day!!

Wifi connection was not as easy as it should be. Trash needs to be taken out by customers. There was no ice machine on every floor... you must go down to the lobby on the first floor which is a major inconvenience. Free breakfast was just yogurt and breakfast bars.

After a long day of traveling and needing a shower (which was less than ideal little curly hairs in shower pan ) then two little yappy dogs fighting a couple times over the night plus another dog barking (all were in rooms at hotel) so i left at about 4:30 am i get traveling with your pets but maybe they should be in one area of property.I doubt I’ll be back

This property had everything we needed to make our stay go great.

Although the front desk staff was very friendly and professional, the facility itself was not very clean. The shower had hair on the shower curtains. The were other guests hanging in hallways and sitting on floors. Felt very unsafe. The frost desk stated that they're would be breakfast but nothing was offered other than coffee and vending machines. The heating system was not functioning. This is a non smoking facility however, smelled like cigarettes in elevator.

On New Year's Eve 2024 I reserved And paid for a room at this hotel. When I went to Check-in they refused me service even thou i had already reserved and paid for a room online. So I asked them for a refund so that I can go to a different hotel and they refused to refund me my money. I told them I had nowhere else to go and no money seeing as how they wouldn't give me a refund and i would be out on the street. I did not have a vehicle either so i couldn't go anywhere. The only thing they told me was that's not our problem over and over again. I had to spend the night outside the back of the hotel Where they have a picnic bench.
