This property just recently renovated. It was done with detail to quality and is exceptionally clean. The staff is well trained and very friendly and helpful. This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Germantown Tennessee.

Great stay in a very nice hotel.

Proximity to Methodist Germantown Hospital We were very disappointed in the size of the room and its lack of safety/handicapped accommodations. The desk chair could not be turned around completely because there was too little space between the desk and the foot of the bed. The shower had one safety bar - on the far side of the tub. One had to reach across the tub to grab hold of it. The toilet was a child's height toilet. Most adults need an adult height toilet. Especially those with arthritis or other handicaps. We had asked for a handicapped room, but this was definitely not one.

Loved that the hotel as well as the area was pet friendly. My 12 year old husky enjoyed the stay as well. It is a safe area to visit and close enough to drive to downtown. Breakfast included was a great bonus to our experience. N/A

Very old dirty room, cramped and filthy carpet, worst Hampton inn ever!!

Nice and clean, we also like that you can also serve dinner Monday thru Sat. Rooms are kinda small other than that it was very nice.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the overall ambiance of hotel was calm and very pleasant.
- 5/5
We had an excellent experience at the Hampton Germantown. It much better than when we previously stayed at the Townesuites across the parking lot.
- 4/5
Parking was safe and secure. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Only downside to room is that the temperature controls were either unresponsive or inoperative.

Premium prices for an average at best stay. This hotel looks great from the outside and has nice public areas and is in a great location, but that’s where it ends. The rooms aren’t anywhere near as modern as I’d hoped for, the showers were luke warm when the hotel was booked (improved on the last day when half the hotel had checked out), the rooms were musty and took two days to air out (Memphis is humid all year around and you have to keep air running), I could see through the towel made to be the shower mat, the hair dryers were not properly cleaned, and the breakfast eggs would have left my plate with a light breeze. None of these items would have been a big deal if they weren’t charging 30 percent more than the other side of town. There is simply more bang for your buck in Germantown for the same experience. I booked two rooms that were equally mediocre and the other shower was even worse and the room even mustier. I was trying to treat my family to a nicer spot than the alternatives and instead paid extra for absolutely nothing. I feel very ripped off by this place. Not because it was bad, but because it simply doesn’t live up to its own pricing.

I paid for a room at this hotel only to be told at check in that I had been moved to a different hotel without my knowledge. I was still charged for the more expensive hotel.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 1/5
I wish I’d had breakfast. But since they gave my reserved room away to someone else, I was forced elsewhere
- 5/5
Easy check in. Clean and quiet. The area surrounding this hotel also has great shopping!
- 5/5
Very nice. Highly recommend.

All good. Only negative was heating/cooling unit fan wouldn’t turn off. Too breezy and noisy in the room from it. Minor complaint.

Air conditioner is loud Sink does not drain well
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, and the hotel very nice. It’s central to most everything. My only issue was the mattress was terrible, too hard.
- 5/5
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like about it was the pillows. They were awful, but other than that, the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Loved that they had shampoo soap and conditioner in the shower is ready for you.
- 5/5
I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

Staying at this Hampton Inn was nearly perfection! It was quiet, non-smoking and the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and cozy. The only complaint about my room was my having to unplug the refrigerator because it was rattling so loud to where I couldn’t stand it anymore. Lastly, on my second day there, I had the breakfast in the lobby. It was okay. Lots of choices. Only I immediately became sick upon reentering my room and felt bad for the remainder of the day. Imagine taking a 4 hour trip home and having to stop to vomit every 20 miles. I loved the stay, but I probably won’t have the breakfast again.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
We will stay there again as it is the closest hotel to our family in Memphis.
- 5/5
Fue muy buen hotel. Sencillo pero bueno
- 3/5
Th rooms and bathrooms are dated
- 5/5
Absolutely gorgeous and clean. Dining area clean and specious. Very quiet and restful atmosphere. The food was delicious and so much variety. The beds very comfortable and especially loved the pillows! 😊 Thank you.
- 5/5
We would definitely stay here again. Very nice and convenient to many stores and locations
- 4/5
The hotel rooms are dark. Walls/ decor/ drapery so it made the rooms feel dark.
- 5/5
Plenty of professionalism and care
- 5/5
My experience there was beautiful,! Excellent professional, running over with kindness Flavored water daily, free breakfast, and their signature cookies after 5pm. Clean rooms were kept with an abundance of towels. Their love kindness was kindled with the warmth of our heavenly Father. Thanks from a Hamptonite. Lol 💖🙏🌹
- 5/5
Very polite, helpful. Brought things to my room sometimes due to pain in my leg. Kevion, Lyndsey, Ms. Monica were great and very professional
- 5/5
The location was close to our relatives for a family meet and greet event. We enjoyed our breakfast on both weekend days for a good start.
- 5/5
Came in town for a family gathering for the weekend. Enjoyed the hotel! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

- 5/5
Very nice Hampton Inn, great area of town with plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc
- 5/5
Such a nice hotel! When you walk in, the lobby smells so good and the staff are very welcoming. The hotel is clean and a great place to stay if you’re in the area.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast made for a very pleasant stay!

- 5/5
Hotel was clean, beautiful, and staff awesome.
- 5/5
Very clean great
- 5/5
You can never go wrong when you chose a Hampton.
- 3/5
I was surprised that for the rate we paid, and the fact that there was an in room Keurig that there was no caffeinated k cups, only tea and decaf. For the money we spent for one night I would expect a cup of real coffee. I will say that the hospitality suite had coffee very early but I had to wait to get dressed to go downstairs to get coffee.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and professional. There are several restaurant options within in a very short walk.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, easy check in, good parking with trailer.
- 5/5
Accessible
- 3/5
Hotel was too expensive for its quality. I paid around 300+ per night, but the quality of this hotel is around 80 to 100 per night.
- 5/5
Great property all around
- 5/5
The scrambled eggs are lackluster but everything else was great
- 4/5
Nice, but none of the baseboard or any of the furniture had been cleaned in a very long time. Thick on baseboard in bath in particular.
- 5/5
Nice facility in a great location.
- 5/5
The mattress was very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Would stay again!
- 2/5
I stayed for two days and shower curtain was missing. Informed the clerk when I checked out there was no apology she just inform me she would let house keeping know.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Property was easy to access. They let us park our motorcycle under the covered area. Our room was big, comfy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Calming - very calm, quiet. Bed could be softer for my liking … but I know there are others that prefer firm; however, it didn’t affect my rest and comfort. It’s my new go to hotel in Memphis- Germantown.
- 5/5
The room was nice and big and clean! Slept well!
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Good stay.
- 4/5
The stay was great. The rooms are a bit worn but still clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were bathed in water. The chicken sausage was tough and overcooked. The potatoes were tough and tasted like they came out of a microwave. The pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable. The refridgerator would not kewp our drinks cold. These types of things make it hard to justify paying over $200 a night.
- 5/5
Will stay here again
- 5/5
Our visit to the Hampton Inn Germantown was exceptional. We received an upgrade to a king suite room. What a spacious comfortable space. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. We will choose this hotel for our next stay.

Great place to stay!!
- 5/5
friendly staff. easy check in . room was very clean and quiet. breakfast was delicious.
- 4/5
The location was great and the staff was wonderful. The overall condition of the room was average at best and could use some touch up-mis-matched paint, worn couch with stains.
- 4/5
Really liked the hotel and location. Breakfast was ok. The room was clean and comfortable except that the drapes wouldn’t close properly and light would leak in. Outside of that it was a good stay!
- 5/5
STAY WAS ALL GOOD. FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM AND NICE AREA SURROUNDING THE HOTEL. HARD TO GO WRONG WITH A HAMPTON.
- 5/5
Quiet, comfortable and clean

If looking for somewhere to stay in Memphis, this place is great for families. It’s safe, clean, and the area and town are beautiful.

Solid 8/10. No hand soap when we arrived, but they brought it up right away. Only gave us 1 roll of TP, so had to ask for more. So some things to work on. Staff was polite and nice. Breakfast was okay.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay. Friendly Staff. Great parking! Safe location.
- 1/5
I have asked for a copy of my bill or invoice to put on my expense account all day today! I still don’t have it. If I don’t have by in the morning I will never stay in a Hilton owned hotel!
- 5/5
Needed a safe quiet place for work downtown. This was perfect.
- 3/5
Property was very average. Would probably look for another option in the area
- 5/5
Beds were great, pillows were good, we were in for a volleyball tournament and were happy with the breakfast times and quietness of hotel. The walls do seem thin though, so we could hear people (maybe kids) walking down the hall while we were trying to go to sleep but nothing that woke us up with the AC fan on.
- 1/5
We had numerous issues. First, we were given a room close to the desk on the first floor. Our window looked out onto the parking lot. I was never able to open the blinds because there were cars and people constantly moving in and out of the hotel, so our room stayed dark and unpleasant. I tried to upgrade, and was willing to pay any fee, but I was rudely told I could not change rooms since I booked through a third party. This has never prevented me from changing rooms or upgrading, ever. I then had issues with basic supplies. The coffee pot was terribly dirty and unusable. There was no shampoo, conditioner, and no body wash in the shower. I discovered this while showering - totally inconvenient. I called the front desk and was told these items were on back order. I asked why no one informed me of this when I checked in, for which the front desk had no response. I had to use hand soap for shampoo that resulted in a rash on my forehead. Lastly, the front desk person was incredibly rude to multiple people. I witnessed her speak rudely and sharply to many guests, unnecessarily, not just me. Over the years, I have stayed in Hiltons across the country and across the globe. I have never, ever experienced such poor service at any Hilton nor at any other hotel. I expect Hilton to do better. I will not return here.
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
Clean hotel and safe location
- 5/5
Staff very polite and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
The location 😃
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel, ONLY reason I gave a 4 star is because there was an empty bottle of hair soap in my shower. I would think housekeeping would check them in between reservations. Other than that, GORG.
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay. Would recommend for convenience, easy access to businesses in Memphis, and close to some walkable restaurants.
- 5/5
Would have loved an option for early check in but the stay and everything was lovely. Will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Very comfortable. Hugh spa Like bathroom. We had a hiccup with the thermostat and they had a person up to us right away. Breakfast was great!
