    I booked a king size bed, but the front desk person signed me a room. When I got there it was a queen size bed. I went back to the front desk, the staff had left. The third shift staff said there was no more king size bed room available, and didn’t explain the reason. I asked if the manager was available, she said “no”. I was shock that there were no body care for the customer at this hotel. There was no apology or refund. That was terrible!

    Website said check in was until midnight, we arrived around 10:30 PM and there was a sign on the front door that said the building was not staffed after 10PM. Thankfully there was still someone at the front desk to check us in, but if we had been any later we would have been stuck without a hotel for the night. We stayed 4 nights total and every night we came back, our hotel room keys would not work and we would have to ask for new ones. Because of this we had to make sure we were back every night no later than 9:45 or else we wouldn’t be able to get into our room. The room was fairly clean but one stairwell smelled like pee and the trash can in the front of the building was always over flowing. Early one morning around 7AM there was someone running down the hallway banging on everyone’s door. The morning we left staff even banged on our door around 10AM to tell us we had to be out by 11.

    We got to the hotel around 3:30 AM, but because of the reservation problems, we didn’t receive our room until 4:00 AM. After finally getting into the room, we only stayed a few hours to get some sleep before checking out and moving to another hotel as soon as possible. The condition of the room and the overall experience were completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone!!!

    The non-smoking room was previously smoked in, had to change rooms. Second room the floor was so sticky we couldn’t walk without shoes on. Front desk was not overly helpful. We arrived late at night and if we had arrived earlier in the day we would not have stayed. I would not recommend this to anyone.

    It was not a particularly "bad" stay....just the bare minimum. Room, power, shower...thats about it. Never saw a cleaning lady, never got clean towels or sheets. No real "service" in the customer service here, but there IS a bed and roof, with a locking door. So it functionally works as long as the price doesnt mysteriously increase out of the proper range for the level of care provided....

    The attention to the guests was awful, we asked for clean towels three times we never got them, we stayed there 6 days. The tub and shower is leaking the toilet has a leak, the refrigerator has a lot of condensation water was coming under the refrigerator, no one cleans the rooms.

    I chose this because it was close to where I would be visiting . The price was on the cheaper side , but checking in was charged an additional $50. (Was told it would be returned but it hasn't been) and charged $10.00 for housekeeping although i did not receive or request housekeeping. So adding $60 to the "low cost" made the room as expensive as a better brand name hotel. Front desk person always had the "I will be back" sign up at the desk.... & was very unhelpful for a number of people ahead of me. Very excuse driven. But it is what it is. Will not ever stay or recommend family to stay when they come to town.

    Had to ask for pots and pans, no way to clean them. One of the stairwells smells like rat piss. I would never bring a corporate retreat there. Hidden cleaning and electric bill fees. The hood range for the stove top did not work. Price was right though

    Room had musty smell , but wasn’t dirty! Out dated and needs some TLC . It was doable for a night. It was half the price of other hotels so I couldn’t expect but so much ! Marijuana smell throughout the hallways . Next time I will probably pay more for better hotel !

    Staff was nice never had an issue with anything I will say the pictures are way different than in person. When we walked in we noticed 2 roaches and the kitchen burners weren’t working in the room. There were hairs in the shower and on the floors. It looked like the only cleaner was just the sheets I actually had to go buy a mop and broom to clean up because it made me crazy to walk on that. The room is super spacious where I stayed in but they just need better maintenance on the property as in fixes of paint, appliances and as well are better training on cleaning staff. If you’re looking for an extended stay I would recommend just because the price and location if you don’t mind cleaning up a bit then it should be fine. Also great location for door dash it was non stop.

    The common spaces and rooms are in serious disrepair. The shower was moldy, the towels were damp and covered in someone else’s hair, and I didn’t want to use any of the surfaces in the kitchenette. I didn’t want to sleep on the bed or stand in the shower. As soon as I checked in I instantly regretted all the life choices that lead me to wanting to save a few bucks. Just don’t do it.

    The pictures you see online are very old and the place needs a big makeover. There are human trafficking signs in the lobby, which gave me pause. I have never seen signs like that in a hotel before. This hotel is cheap and I see why. You get what you pay for. There needs to be an inspection of this hotel by the county and it needs to be observed.

    Unpleasant smell in the room, almost like a disinfectant or cleaning chemical. In-room amenities (microwave, refrigerator, cabinets, stovetop) are all extremely old and in poor condition. Lobby was dirty and run down. Pictures in listing are not representative of rooms or common areas. Appear to be people living here indefinitely.

    THE WORST experience in my entire 40 plus years of living. They money hungry the property is disgusting, the Rooms are disgusting, it smells like cat piss in the lobby. Unfortunately we made a reservation before knowing what the place look like and we got there pretty late at night. The room almost felt like a horror movie. We didn’t get no sleep, dead bugs on the floor, Bes was hard as rocks pillow flat like a cardboard. The next morning I requested a refund because the entire stay was horrific. The Manager told me No she could only refund me for the night I wasn’t staying ( because I paid for 2 nights) and give me my security deposit back ( THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT) don’t stay Here EVER. ITS WAS SO BAD IM REPORTING THEM TO EVER HIGHER UP I can reach.

    This was a wonderful surprise. I was on a trip for the week for work; and having searched for awhile, I chose this motel. The kitchen was fully equipped and designed so you have maneuverability in and around it.The king bed was comfortable, along with the reclining chair.The heat/ac worked great.A MAJOR plus was the fact that I could walk to everything from this motel. I do mean everything. Fom Aldi's to Walmart. Great quiet location, except for a few minutes of dogs whimpering or barking.But that's expected since they allow pets.

    We got there and there were dogs everywhere some of them looked aggressive front desk guy couldn’t find our reservation we contacted Expedia they took care of it we go back to the front desk a young guy that didn’t know anything told us there were no rooms that eventough it showed online they had rooms available in reality they didn’t.     i did not stay; entrance and parking areas including the handicap spaces were covered in ice; I use a cane to walk and there was no safe way to get onto the lobby--even the sidewalks were covered in ice.     Worst stay in a while! Got stuck in the elevator for 1hr and then whole thing was deemed out of service. They didn’t even attempt to fix it. Mind you we were on the top floor! Fire alarm went off 3 times in 4 days, each time because someone was cooking something… doesn’t surprise me because even in our room the Good fan wasn’t working in our room’s kitchen. Sheets were torn and stained… overall just a horrible stay. Won’t be going back here ever again!

    I arrived late, but when I finally got here, there was no pillow on the bed and the shower curtain was not on the rod. The rod actually is bent and now the curtain is hanging on the ground. The whole place could use a new coat of paint.

    The person that checked me in was extremely rude & unprofessional , just when I thought things could not get any worse , the female that checked me out got confrontational , even came outside to my personal car with a male employee . the police were called.     I really enjoyed my stay, didn't want to leave. It was comfortable, quiet and I slept peacefully. The area is beautiful and within distance of shopping and dining areas.     Run down. Not clean. Coming apart. Remote for tv didn’t work. Trash all over the ground around full and over flowing trash cans. Water never got hot. Side entrances didn’t lock correctly.     SUPER dirty and gross! There was cookie crumbs found in the bed from previous visitor. Nothing was clean! The doors to the outside didn’t lock properly. Air Conditioning in the room didn’t work.     It wasn’t a five star hotel, but it was great for what it was. I felt safe and the bed was super comfortable. The room was neat and not super dirty. The pet fee was the most reasonable (only 25 dollars) and the location was perfect. Super close to everything and surrounded by lots of trees and grass. It was very quiet and calming there. It did smell like smoke outside and near the stairwell, and some things just looked worn and old. But again…it provided a good place for me and my dog to spend one night. The breakfast options were really limited…but there were other places close by. I’d recommend the cafe Tous Les Jours in the Rio shopping center nearby.

    This is the filthiest property I have ever stayed in my life, and we travel frequently across many standards of properties. The linens were visibly stained, the under padding saturated and they refused to replace it. They refused our request for additional towels saying we needed to wait another day. The kitchen was visibly decaying and the counters separating from cabinets, which they attempted to conceal with regular paint. It was apparent that large groups of families were living long term in units, and there were large gatherings outside the property like they were having family BBQ's in their backyard. If I had to guess, there are many refugee families residing here and this property in NO WAY should be advertised as a hotel, or be offered with any level of respect by Hotels.com

    It could be better. First, they gave me a room that smelled like urine, making it impossible to sleep in. I asked if they could give me another room. Thankfully, they gave me a new room the next day. The staff told me I had to move to another room, which made me unsatisfied. The hotel should supervise whether a room is ready to rent.

    This place was literally so dirty and disgusting and smelled , when we first came in to check in no one was at the front desk and people were standing waiting around for the front desk person she finally arrived she was quiet and didn’t say much not rude but she gave us our room number it smelled like dog urine so strong and asked to be moved to a different room and that was even worse so we left and got a refund and went to the extended stay on 205 professional dr way better

    Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and Nutrigrain bars. Coffee, no juice. Price of the room was good for this area. For that reason I would stay there again.

    The room was run down. Furniture chipped, peeling off, and carpet was stained and disgusting. The air system had dust in it. Me and my son were congested all night. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are flat and small. Will NOT recommend to anyone or return to this place. Waste of money.

    I could hear the snoring in the room to the left and the dogs barking in the room to my right. The smell of food in the hallway was all over the place. The person who checked me in was nice. The pictures you see when booking the room are not at all what you get. Maybe the pictures are from the old days. If you cannot find another place it is OK, better than sleeping in your car.

    This hotel is no frills; all of my needs were met. The staff was decent enough, though I had to make an effort to get the clerks attention when I checked in despite there not being anything going on. The nearly full size refrigerator was handy; the furniture was adequate though it obviously had seen better days. The bed was comfortable. Shower worked fine. Grab and go b-fast was mildly disappointing but no worse than advertised.

    Check-in was slow. Check-out was unfriendly and basically unspoken. The grab-and-go breakfast was not out when we left at 6:20 a.m. The room had no amenities whatsoever except for 2 small bars of soap … not even a cheap paper or plastic glass to drink from. The smallest microwave I’ve ever seen. The property was generally old and tired. This will be our LAST visit with Extended Stay.

    Furnace and AC didnt work properly. Sheets and pillows had stains. Room smelled weird and looked dirty. (Dirt on the floor with what appeared to be gum stuck on the tile?) Breakfast was standard coffee with a basket of nutrigrain bars and some minimuffins. Not a great hotel to stay in sadly.

    I was offered three rooms which all were unsuitable. First one was under renovation, second someone was already staying in and third wasn’t clear or the guest hadn’t checked out. I went back and forth until I request from the first desk staff a refund.

    The rooms are shabby, but clean. The air conditioner/furnace was broken. I could not turn the furnace completely off. The initial setting was at 75 - MUCH TOO HOT. I tried to set it to 68 just to get the furnace to turn off. It would not reset. It stayed 75 degrees the entire time. The hotel REQUIRES a picture of your ID and everyone staying with you (including disabled children). I would have left if I could have figured out how to cancel easily with Expedia.

    The hallways on the 2nd floor and the elevator both smelled bad!!! The room was clean but all the furnishings and such were old and worn-looking. The room was small and dingy. It was one of the cheapest hotels and I can see why. It did keep my friends warm and dry, and they had a functioning full bathroom and lights. These things are a bare minimum, and I would probably not use this hotel again.

    Surprisingly in the middle of a residential area is this hotel and also a corporate building. Those two are up against the freeway, but the freeway noise is not intruding (not much anyway). Building on a hill. Probably also a sound barrier wall is in place (a guess). There’s good shopping about a 10-minute drive away on River Road. Just breakfast snacks and coffee. This is ESA. So buy light groceries if necessary.

    This place is awesome because it has a kitchen and you can save money by cooking. Also, there’s a Walmart, Giant grocery store, Wegmans grocery store and a Target walking distance. Although only one burner worked in my kitchen and the vending machine wasn’t working the place was super clean and staff was amazing.

    This place was absolutely horrible. We had to get a refund by the hotel after an hour of trying to figure out a room situation as the room above our flooded into our room. We were told they could not accommodate and refunded us and told us to reach out to Expedia to figure out the rest. Would never stay here ever.
