The personnel was excellent and very accommodating and especially Mr. Yianni (the owner) was going out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The entire facility (room and common areas) was perfectly clean and updated.

The place is for a real family vacation. The accommodation is modest, but you have everything that you need. Only 10 steps to the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The place has positive energy. Yanis, Michalis and Manoli are very hospitable. Food is extra in the restaurant. It is very clean. We had birhday party and we had a surprise from the house. Psakoudia beach it's very near to Yerakini, only 5 min. by car and it's very good with many beach bars. We would definitely come again.

Great location 20m from the sea with free sunbeds and unbrella, the staff is very nice and helpfull, the food in the resturant is very good. The room and the whole hotel in general are very clean The internet in the hotel is slow,they should do something about it.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the fact that the hotel has its own restaurant is a big plus. The food was really amazing and the people very warm.The owner of the place was indeed a very helpful person, giving you details about the place, the culture and tips about what to do to make your vacation more interesting if you are visiting the place for the first time , as it was in our case. We will definitely come back here!

Small family run hotel, super clean room and other facilities. Very kind hosts and also the employees. We didn't have a breakfast, so I couldn't write anything about its quality, but we had a lunch in the restaurant on a la card basis and everything we ordered was delicious and very fresh. An extra was free umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach for the guest of the hotel. We'll come again for sure. Only small suggestion for the owner to put some hangers for hats and similar things. Everything else was perfect.

A wonderful location, with welcoming hosts. Close to the beach, clean, not crowded. Chef Manoli cooks perfectly at the restaurant!! Without words !!!!!

Location of the hotel ( not more than 50m to wonderful beach). So clean and the rooms are equipped with everything needed. Owners are very intelligent and helpful with information about history of Gerakini and Psakoudia region, about good restaurants and also private needs. All this made our trip to Chakidiki a short but joyful trip and vacation time. No remarks! Everything was perfect!

Everything was great! Very nice hotel just a few steps to the beach. Cleaning was exceptional. Towels and bed sheets were changed every 2 days. I would definitely recommend to friends. Food at Cook Art restaurant is delicious! I have nothing to complain about
