Well. The room was very loud! AC was so loud when it clicked on! Toilet flushed scary loud! So I had to go get earplugs so I could sleep. The front desk staff was great!!!

The breakfast changed every morning which was a great surprise. Plenty of food and nice facilities. The pool and hot tub were well maintained.

We stayed one night and went to the comedy vault. The clerk at check in was very nice and helpful with local directions. We reserved a king room, standard and got a handicapped room. We really dislike the bathroom set up in those rooms and weren't happy about it. The room was clean. The breakfast area was close to disgusting. We got down there about 8:30. Food on the floor, food on the counters, coffee machine broken and tables dirty. We will never stay there. again.

Lost my bag, front desk was very helpful and had toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant for me. Very much appreciate the little things.

Sadly, not a great experience. During the night throughout the night, there was an intermittent loud noise of a rush of water that was very loud in the room and woke me up. The water pressure is also quite poor. Lastly, and this is not the hotel’s problem necessarily, but other occupants were very loud and playing loud music until about 2 AM.

The hot tub did not have the jets working. I adjusted the timer, but nothing. It could have been user error.

Everyone is very friendly and the hotel is a great deal. The refrigerator in my room was a bit noisy and difficult to ignore. It would be quiet for a while and then start making noises. The breakfast is good, but pretty basic.

Wanted to get away for the holiday weekend and this hotel was perfect. Very peaceful around, clean room and very comfortable bed.

The hotel was very clean and efficient. Continental Breakfast was great everyday. I stayed 3 nights. Staff were kind, competent and great customer service. The reason I only gave 3 stars for use of amenities, was the fact that there was a children's softball league staying there with their families so during their stay, they took over the pool hot tub and fire pit area for 2 out of the 3 nights and they were loud. But I guess it is tot be expected. Just bummed I couldn't enjoy the pool and hot tub that much

Arrived two hours early asked about a early check-in was told the room was ready, but there would be a $75 fee for early check-in just two hours before the normal check-in time. I thought that was a little ridiculous but everything else was fine.

The location was close to the venue where I was attending a wedding Too expensive for the amount of time we were actually staying. At check in and check out there was no yay the front desk so we had to wait for someone to come up. The shower door squeaked every time you would open or close it. Pillows were not comfortable and reminded me of throw pillows.

THIS property does not deserve the “exceptional” rating on the website. Shower head was too restrictive. Toilet could not flush simple toilet paper without clogging. Mattresses need to be replaced, both had swales on one side.

We had a Jacuzzi in our room. It worked perfectly, but one thing to note: there were no grab bars to get in and out of the Jacuzzi, which is difficult for older people.

Everything as described with excellent service and a clean room and jetted tub in the room was clean.

Bathroom was not very clean soap scum on the doors of the shower the jacuzzi in the room had to wash it out before using it because there was a film in the tub lighting was horrible liggt above the jacuzzi did not work at all during eating breakfast most of the food was burnt and cold not very happy about that

The breakfast attendant shuts down food 25 mins early and good luck trying to get anything from her when she’s closing early. Staff will tell you No for everything. You will be nickel and dimed for everything. Way better options out there. When reported to website recieved an email from AGM… more of an excuse letter letter rather than an apology or let me go above and beyond for you. For spending 1k for 4 nights on two rooms…. Feel like they would have tried harder considering occupancy was low. When in Geniva stay at the Hampton Inn or stay in St Charles. Not here

Our room had no remote for the TV.And I had to go downstairs twice to the front desk to pick one up, Because the first time I went down the batteries in the remote were not working so I had to go down again. It would have been nice if someone were to bring it up to the room.

They told me they were going to contact you guys, but I had to move rooms midnight because there were us a roach I seen come from under the microwave so I asked him about a discounted room or free night and they said because we booked through hotels it had to come from you guys. My lady was extremely disgusted about the fact, moved her purse all clothing, so no roaches got in contact with it.

I’ve travelled to the area a couple of times now for a conference and this was by far the best stay!! All of the station were exceptional, very courteous and welcoming. The room was spotless, inviting, and the bed was so comfortable. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again!

My friend and I stayed while in town for a concert. The gentleman working the front desk during the day was very friendly and extremely helpful. The overnight front desk associate seemed very disorganized - I asked for a second make up remover wipe (2 women, 2 beds, 2 face wipes) - she said it wouldn't be a problem and spent a solid 5+ mins searching for the thing. I told her repeatedly not to worry about it that I would just use soap and water, no big deal and she insisted that she could find one... This at 12/1 in the morning after we had returned from our event. I had stepped out to my car to smoke and she made a nasty comment about the smell - it took everything I had not to remind her that I smell because I took it to my car out of respect for their rule. I attempted to use the coffee maker but when I did a water purge just to get whatever dust out, the water came out brown (individual use coffee grounds bowl was not used as I was intentionally cleaning it). The whole coffee maker was absolutely filthy and obviously wasn't wiped down in any intentional way in a long while. Sunday morning we went to the hot tub after breakfast and the whirlpool timer was missing but we decided the hot soak would still feel nice as I am recovering from surgery. After sitting for a few minutes we moved our feet in the otherwise still water, we saw small chunks of what looked like wet bread crumbs and other stuff shifting around the bottom. Would not recommend

Bed werent comfortable. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. Breakfast area is way to small for the amount of ppl staying there. House keeping didnt speak any English so always had to call or go to the front desk for anything needed for the room. Hottub was hot but had no jets to turn on so pretty much pointless.

Appreciated friendly staff eager to please. Definitely worth a revisit.

We immediately contacted the front desk, and they assured us that management would follow up before we checked out. Unfortunately, no one ever reached out during the stay or afterwards. The lack of cleanliness and complete disregard for follow through from management was extremely frustrating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

We got the jacuzzi suite and the room was amazing, the jacuzzi worked great. The bed was comfy, the pool was perfect. Breakfast was great. The staff were all so kind to us.

We were happy that we were able to get in our room early, although they charged us $40 extra to check in at noon. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a restaurant next door but it isn’t exactly fine dining. The location is in an industrial area with few other options. The WiFi was weak. Overall we had a very good experience.

Been staying here whenever i feel like taking a break from everyday routine. I also like to get a room for family visitng from out of state which was the reason this time. I love the indoor pool but the spa was out of service this time which was kind of disappointing but no biggie. I also love the complimentary breakfast but honestly the options were not the greatest this time around. Besides those small details my overall experience was great as always. Thank you! Also wanted to mention the kind lady working late at night who helped us check in went above and beyond and she was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely hope to see her again!

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was a pleasant experience.

The floor tiles moved when stepped on. The toilet flushed with such force that it scared each of us, everytime it was flushed. Bed linens comfortable, bed-not so much. Very hard bed. Hotel very clean! Rooms looked to be recently refurbished. Breakfast included, although we didn't have any. Hotel has a restaurant nearby, otherwise a little distance from businesses, food and bev choices.

I was extremely anxious and she just asked if I was okay, ended up walking me out to my car and hyping me up the entire time. She deserves the world. Thank you so much for the mentality change :)

The front office staff was absolutely incredible, this is our second time visiting this location, and it will absolutely not be our last. Other hotels can take tips about how to treat customers by watching what the kind folks here do on a daily basis!

Nice Stay but I saw 2 crazy looking bugs on the ceiling of the room and had to kill em so they wouldnt jump on us while we were sleeping, but besides the Buggy experience the Room was clean, bath was clean, No weird smells in room, Bed was clean soft & comfy, Hot tub was cool clean.

Clean, good staff service, only negatives were mattresses a little thin and hard, no exhaust fan in bathroom (don't eat mexican before going to the bathroom) so you either have to leave the door open so everyone can hear what's going on or suffer from a steamed up mirror and everything wet after shower (don't understand not having fans!). Water pressure could have been better. Only one restaurant in the area, fortunately it's a good restaurant and no need to drive into town.

Clean and convenient. The Wi-Fi was terrible. My room was near the front desk and could barely complete a Zoom call. Loading pages was slow, too.

Everything was fine except for being charged $40per room to check in 90 min early even when our rooms were ready. We left four hours early so I guess I should get an $100 refund per room.

We did not get enough sleep due to the noise upper floor.
