We had little worms all in our room. The floor was black it was so dirty. The pool was shut down indefinitely.

Location is great close to restaurants & shopping mall. Place could use some renovation & breakfast area could be better with more sitting area. Otherwise for a one night sleep, it serves the purpose.

I was just there for four hours. I was passing through.

Liz the night clerk and Opal, the morning manager, were amazing! Very helpful staff! The breakfast was delicious! A full hot buffet! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room faced the freeway and since I could not sleep with the noise, they switched me to another room. I had an interview the next morning so I was glad they made the change. I found the floors were very dirty though, the bottoms of my feet were black from walking around barefoot. I came back from my interview 30 minutes after 11 which was checkout but they did not charge me the extra 25$. Overall the staff were great but I felt the cost was too high.

Hotel room was clean, a bit old but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is the guy helping front desk on the day i checked in, one can tell he wasn't want it to be there at all, not friendly, no customer service at all.

The room was pretty clean, there was a sticky spot on the floor near the wall but that was only thing. Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking can be a little tight.

The room was clean and comfortable. Had one maintenance issue, but it didn’t affect our stay, so it was reported to the front desk to be fixed after we left. Second time staying here, definitely worth the price!

The front desk clerk (Mit) was incrediable. I am disabled and had a hard time walking in. Mit immediately came around to offer help. He took my id and got my phone number so I didn't have to stand. Then he carried my bag to and into my room. I was incredibly grateful. Please pass this on to his manager. The beds are too high!!!!

With a smell that I best describe as fresh must. It was strong enough to mostly over power the weed smell. And it made a terrible combination. We checked in at 1:30 am and we left to find another hotel at 1:45am

This hotel was okay for a night. Horrible mildew smell in the hall by the ice machine. They were using a fan to dry the area. Longest check in ever. I worked all day and its taking 20 to 30 minutes to check in. And then $100 deposit for this dilapidated hotel. Room was clean

When we closed the door it didn't close all the way. It did lock but you could see light through the door. It was not the cleanest place. Very old and dated.

I only stayed one night nevertheless it was a comfortable stay. At first appearance I thought no this is not the place for me. Nevertheless, the receptionist was courteous and kind. I am of age the only concern I had was there was no stairs and the second floor was booked completely.

The stay at the Best Western was good overall. The door to the third floor needs a new key card reader. It took almost five minutes each time to get it to work.

It was basic(ly) fine. Pool is closed indefinitely. Side door doesn't lock to public access. But, good food is within 100ft.

People setting out by the ac unit smoking pot and it blowing in the room. But you can't control everything.

The bath faucet never stopped dripping and the sink drain also was clogged if the water ran for more than a few seconds. The bed was really creaky and made this awful noise when you put pressure near the right side. Plus the highway noise. The whole place also smelled like a weed dispensary no matter where you were in the building.

Room was clean. Was surprised at the breakfast they offered. Wasn't expecting to see scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and even make your own waffles. That was definitely a pleasant surprise. Bathroom was small and shower didn't have hot water at all. Not even sure if it was lukewarm. The bed was comfortable but was on some sort of metal pedestal and when getting on or off the bed it made noises.

The manager that was on duty and some of the staff were very friendly but there was this one lady who was very rude to my husband.

Not much, it’s convenient. We had to stuff towels under the door to keep the pot smell out. The cheap carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night because the battery died, and the manager argued with us about everything. Mostly construction workers here. Which is fine, but not what we were looking for

It was just barely okay. Check in was slower than most hotels in my experience, there’s no elevators, the pool was closed, there’s no a/c in the hallways, all the vending machines were out of order, and there was no shower curtain. It wasn’t horrible but I certainly would not stay here again

We had a nice stay. The only disappointing part was having to carry luggage up stairs. There was no elevator in this hotel.

At first glance everything looked OK, but then I started noticing splattered drinks running down the walls, dusty corners, and areas that hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom counter was covered in a white powder & everything I set down had to be wiped off.

WE reserved the room like usually and this time was no particular room she just want give us a outside room because no have another left was so busy she sad ..,i dont no what thats mean but I no im not reserved those tipe..!Then i was told here i need to have a room inside the building so because of that she give us inside this room was smelling like a cigarette badly! They over charged my card over $500 for the deposit. Then want to enter my room for no apparent reasons. Act like there trying to get my deposit money somehow. Also, several of the electronic door locks we not working. If you have a trailer, the parking is not user friendly. There is really no easy way to exit the parking lot without having to turn your unit around.

I like that there are several dining options within walking distance with more in a one mile radius. The area around the hotel and in the parking lot has a lot of trash, glass and cans. The room was nice with comfortable beds. Bathroom could be cleaner. Some mold was present in the shower.

We needed a room for storm evacuation, and they provided a clean room for all three of us. The room was quite dated, but everything worked. The cleaning staff was amazing, just giving us what we needed.

It was terrible. The breakfast was inedible. We stayed for three days because of a hurricane and housekeeping was only done one time. The ice machine kept breaking and an alarm would go off and no one would do anything. i finally unplugged it so we could sleep.

Remodel of bathrooms would be nice. Breakfast bar was nice shoukd extend to 10am and offer bacon. Staff was friendly. Pool wasn't open and that was disappointing.

The rooms in this hotel are clean and nice. They have everything you need like microwave, coffee pot, blow dryer and iron and ironing board. There is a continental breakfast and the staff are friendly.

We were at breakfast one hour before the cut off time and found nothing ready. Waited for more food to be brought out, it was barely eatable. It appeared from seeing most guest in PJ’s that they lived at the hotel.

Should have read the reviews first but lesson learned. Upon waiting for check in, overheard an older gentleman ask if there were elevators he could take to which there was none. I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a room available on the 1st floor because I have a bad back. Once my daughter and I opened the door, the room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and the overall look didn't feel clean. So we quickly closed the door. Made our way back to the front and politely told the lady that we could not stay in that room because the cigarette smell was overwhelming especially having an asthmatic daughter. She was very nice and said it was no problem. Told me that she released the $100 security deposit and would not charge me for the room. We left and stayed at the Tru right up the road. Little bit more but so worth it

My main issue was that there was no hot water for the shower at 5 am. I did mention this to the front desk and they said they would inform maintenance but nothing was done and no one said anything to me. The stairway was dirty on the 3 days I was there. It put me off even before I entered the room. The bed had some plastic sounding item as a mattress cover I presume. It made the bed noise with any movement. The AC was very noisy. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep and endure a rather warm night. All in all it was not what I expected for the price.

I'm a plus size lady. Reserved a king size bed. When I checked in the room was 2 queen beds. When I called front desk they said none was not available. The manager switch my reservation earlier. I came to hotel earlier today around 1:00 to ask for early check in and was told at time it wasn't available to come back at 2:30. I went to a friend's and didn't check in until 7 and when ask to get refund to find another room with king bed I was told to contact Expedia to see if a exchange could be done but felt it was too late at this point. Was told I could speak to manager in morning if I like too

Not the cleanest facility in the world, and certainly dated-looking. But the staff was friendly and we were glad to find a safe place to stay for the night after American Airlines completely screwed us over with flight delays and cancellations. Better rated than other hotels closer to the airport. It was quiet enough on a Saturday night.

There were 3 other people staying in the hotel and he put me on the second floor and they have no stairs and I have alot stuff since i travel for work not gonna stay here again theres a nice Marriott across the street
