I’ve stayed at this hotel before and there was no major issues when staying here. I came back again and everything kind of went downhill after. Like the rooms themselves aren’t bad, but the staff is very rude, dismissive, seeming like you’re in their way but they block literally every entrance with their carts, etc. The owner i suppose who is the lady that usually does check in was very rude, seemed to have had an attitude about everything. We asked for extra coffee and she said we had to “wait until 9 when housekeeping did their runs” and we had to check out by 11. We had a faulty fridge that froze all of our foods instead of keeping them cold and our AC kept making a clicking noise all day and night.

With laminated floors, they should be clean but my socks were filthy so I had to request for them to come and clean the floors. There was also a weird spot on the sheets on one of the beds so it’s good that there were two because I slept in the other bed. The television was super small and the remote had sticky tape on it which was gross. They should get bigger tv’s for the big wall they are mounted on. The air conditioning worked great for the hot weather too and the staff was responsive but they didn’t answer calls from the phone in the room as many of the buttons were missing on the in room phone.

Parking is OK rooms not good. Microwave refrigerator is not working. Floors are Dory and old and stinky and sticky.. noisy neighbors always smoking weed. The price they’re charging it’s not worth it even half .

Beautiful and clean hotel near Carson and Torrance. Very accessible to everything. Spacious room and stand up shower is a great touch. Will definitely book again.

Outstanding every time I come back!

My room smelled like smoke. The A/C unit worked fine but looked grimey. Seems like they updated the flooring and bathroom. Not one decorative picture on the wall. The sheets were not what I would call crisp and clean, though I can't say they were dirty. There was a dead fly in the shower and in the morning I saw 2 baby cockroaches. So it creeped me out and I didn't stay the second night. I felt relatively safe, but not comfortable.

If I need to go here again I will book asap. Happy with the hotel

This motel is close to restaurants and grocery store and bank. So convenient and walkable so you save gas

Horrible homeless outside, trash and dirty, unsafe people around doing drugs and ransoms looking inside cars. Felt so unsafe and scared. Also rooms are very dirty and says “non-smoking” but it smelled like cigarettes really really bad. Linen was dirty as soon as we walked in the room and trash on the floors like it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for an immediate refund and the front desk said yes we will but texted them called them and they don’t answer!! NEVER AGAIN DONT BOOK!!! DIRTY, UNSAFE, HORRIBLE

Room was definitely neglected. It was clear the room was dirty, there were splatter stains all over the walls (every wall), carpet stained, shower leaking with a huge puddle on the floor. My friends in the room over found dirty underwear on the floor. The sheets don't even cover the mattress (exposed) all the way and there were stains on the bottom mattress box that clearly had bedbugs at one point from all the stains of blood etc. It felt gross to just be standing in the room honestly

The staff is nice. It doesn’t feel safe at night especially on the weekends. People bumping their loud music from their cars and smoking weed. Not a family type of hotel. You get what you pay for.

Room was good. Area was noisy since it’s close to street. Check-in guy took a long time to check us in. Not friendly. Sounded like he was talking to someone via wireless earbuds (checked in from outside via a small window) and we were interrupting him. Lady next day was friendlier.

Hotel had beg bugs, crack heads in and out the hotel, rooms were dirty, pillow cases was dirty, sheets were dirty, he moved us to another room with carpet the carpet had rips and was dirty all around from wall to walk. Worst experience ever from a visiting person, I got to the hotel @11 at night couldn’t check in to no hotels till the next day I had to sleep in my car, they also wasn’t trying to give me a refund the hotel is a scam and also click bait, do not recommend to anyone

Don’t stay there, not safe to live and bad area, spend little more and stay in good hotels, regret staying there people were shouting all night smoking all night and no body was there to stop them.

Staff was very friendly (helped with making neighbor guest turn down music/blasting music when trying to sleep, etc.), clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, a lot of space, etc.

I rented 2 rooms. Parking was easy. When I locked my key in my room lady at the window was nice and replaced it. Bad neighborhood. Lobby was not open at any time, had to use night window only, man working there was not helpful at all. Pool was empty, room had previous guests' underwear on lamp, in room coffee maker broken, water ran directly out of it onto the rusted-out microwave. Rooms smelled very bad. Would not recommend. Shower appeared to have recently been upgraded, it was nice.

Room was fair. Lobby is closed to customers. Only window is open. Staff at check in and check out were not personable. $100 incidental charge is excessive. People in parking lot playing loud music and smoking pot (we couldn’t hear it and smell it in our 2nd floor room). We will find another place if we are in the area. Thankfully it was just an overnight stay.

The property manager was drunk, refused to give me a room and I am requesting a full refund!

Leftovers sock from prior guests, which means they didnt vacuum but if you walk on the floor barefooted your feet become black from the damp squishy floor. Only gave us 2 towels and the door had major space around the doorframe. The atrendant was not even remotely friendly either. No "do not disturb" sign so they came in our room everyday and made beds.

Accessible to lots of different places to eat. Website should also list a $100 refundable deposit is required when you check in.

It was dirty, smelly, outdated and everything was broken or just missing from the room. There was no telephone in the room to call the front desk, no lamp beside the bedside, i had to take a coffee maker from another room and couldnt even use it it was so dusty inside. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out

Second time staying here. The staff is nice and moved our rooms when the TV wasn’t working. The floor was slippery in the new room and the bathroom had hair in it from the previous stay.

Carpet in the hotel was sketchy, no microwave in room, Alarm clock broken/not turning on. Phone very dirty. Dining chairs sticky, requested for house keeping not to enter my room or clean it. There was no do not disturb sign to place on door. Management made aware. Came back to my room with a long hair on my tooth brush, beds made etc. I never have ppl enter my home or hotels where I am keeping my stuff. First time this happened. Last time in life I will ever stay at their hotel.

You have to check in at the window at 730pm is not a safe place. Even during the day. Being told it’s unsafe is a joke. Where would I run to if anyone tryed to rob us.

Not good supper dirty

Any property that checks you in through a jail small window is not safe staying in. First night I was cold with my kids standing outside looking around who may have worked around the corner. Agent telling me it’s unsafe to open the lobby or not opening the lobby even during the day in my 5 days of staying there is a major issue. Imagine if someone tryed something and the doors are locked! Where would I run for help ?

Worst property ever never book here they canceled my hotel threatened to take my money and left me stranded in la after working 15 hours at a concert driving from Vegas on a fully booked night I had Expedia contact property for a late check in then at 10:18 at night they canceled my hotel never never stay here they are extremely unprofessional and a unsafe place to stay or book with u may be left with no room

The remote wasn’t working so I walked downstairs to the receptionist . All that was done was that he restarted the remote. After walking back upstairs, I still was having issues with the remote and tv. Shortly after I noticed a leak from the mini fridge. Had to put down a towel to keep it from leaking more. Also to top it off The AC wasn’t functioning properly either, it was throwing air as if it were a fan. Stayed because we didn’t have other options but definitely don’t recommend coming here.

Fire alarm would not stop beeping. Couldn’t sleep. Battery was dying. Front desk lady RIBA, said nothing could be done until next day in the AM. She then suggested I work on the fire alarm and try to remove it myself. Just unbelievable! Horrible stay.

Towels were still dirty when I arrived. There were dry crusted nostril drippings on the wall that have been there for some time. Very dirty and worn furniture. I guess I got what I paid for…

Generally clean, but not well-maintained. Basic room with basic amenities- coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Fridge stopped working for 2 days. No safe. Lobby was never open and all transactions conducted through a night window. Not very professional. Had to request soap and cups before they were replaced. Not my first choice for accommodation on my return.

Standard motel style room layout. The room was a bit tired but perfectly fine for a night.

Price was cheap but so was the hotel. The front looks modern and nice but the rooms look old, run down and the room was not clean. There were hairs in the pillows and eyelashes. Staff was average, not bad but not great and we were served through a small window because the lobby was closed even though it was 2 pm.

Honestly, I wish I could give this a good review but I cannot. I checked in, both my rooms I booked had stains on the toilet. Thank God I brought my disinfectant..carpets are so nasty and dirty. On Saturday, there was some commotion going on from 4am-6am and they let it continue for that!!! I couldn’t sleep people were running and arguing until the cops were called. It’s just an honest 3 for me…

The front desk associate was very sympathetic about the situation but the room are disgusting its a literal HOtel! I came with my babies and expected better. There was pee on the toilet. Makeup on the pillows and towels. The mattress literally had a hole in it. I was showed 3 different rooms and settled for the last one because I wasn’t able to book somewhere else in the timeframe i was looking for. Do not booking here its disgusting.

I went to the ice machine and there was a huge sign on it which stated BROKEN OUT OF SERVICE, so I had no ice. I have frequented this place a few times and that sign's been up for over a year now. It's ridiculous at this point to have an establishment that offers rooms with no ice and janky locks. This must improve immediately. I went to the front desk to check out around 9 AM, no one was there. There was a sign stating BE BACK SOON. I waited and after 5 minutes. I knocked on the counter. No one came and I knew for sure that the door next to the office was the door to a room office staff accessed. I knocked on that door. A man opened it and yelled at me "DON'T KNOCK ON THIS DOOR! THIS ISN'T THE OFFICE THAT IS!" AS HE POINTED ANGRILY TOWARDS THE OFFICE NEXT DOOR, LOOKING DISHEVELED LIKE I'D WOKEN HIM UP FROM SLEEP. HE WAS BREATHING HEAVILY, AS IF HE WANTED TO HIT ME. HE CONTINUED AND YELLED "AGAIN DON'T KNOCK ON THIS DOOR FOR ANY REASON!" AND SCOWLED AT ME AND SLAMMED THE DOOR. NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE OFFICE TO ASSIST ME WITH CHECKING OUT. I LEFT. And for that reason, I'll never patronize this establishment again.
