    Our trip had to be canceled due to a sudden medical emergency with my father. Because of the crisis, I missed the initial cancellation window. I reached out to the hotel the following morning to explain the medical situation, but management completely refused to cooperate or offer any partial flexibility for the unused nights. Unprofessional management that lacks basic empathy for families dealing with a health emergency. Look elsewhere for a hotel that treats people with decency.

    I stayed three nights while I worked at the strawberry festival. The staff is very friendly and the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet the bathroom fan worked. And I got to take a hot bath, which was very nice. I stay at this motel every year when I work the festival and I’ve always been very pleased.

    I will never return to this establishment the female staff has terrible professionalism she has a bad attitude she has poor managerial skills to deal with customers with impeccable record with expedia im a valued customer and was treated with the utmost disrespect she refused to accommodate me not with a upgrade but with a downgrade i was paying the highest price per 4day holiday weekend i requested to let me stay in the regular room which is cheaper than the premium room i was paying for she refused to accommodate me even after i shared with her the reason why i was requesting this and had to do with a medical condition i had just got spinal surgery on my lower back she screamed at me and mentioned she wasnt gonna accommodate my request because i woke her up they have a memo posted the office opens at 8am i rang the bell at 9am she quickly took that memo down so i wont see it but it was too late i had already seen it she had a terrible attitude screamed at me like i was her child im a 50 yr old man and i decided to pack my stuff and check out if that is the accommodation im going to get just for asking to stay on the room i was in and offered the deluxe room i paid for to upgrade the stay of the person whom paid for the cheap room and this can be done because shes done it before she was upset cause she got woken up so she does her job.this situation is being addressed separately so it can be investigated why she refused to accommodate a preferred expedia customer w medical i

    I get into my room the toilet paper was not clean, remote was sticky, none of the lights worked except one. After working until midnight I hop into the bed, the bed is broken. You can't move on the bed without making so much noise, it's after midnight I couldn't go ask for a new room. The bed was beyond horrible, I almost slept in my car

    I call confirm my request 3 rooms next to each other for big group family, on the phone the owner said yes . But by the time we check in he said he give one room to someone else. That make I’m not happy about it and then the room wasn’t clean the pillows have hairy all 4 off it also the blanket dirty and have the whole on it too , I call and ask to change different one .     The parking wasn’t great our room was absolutely disgusting the floor was dirty. There was hair in the bedding dead bugs and the room had a funny smell the only reason we stayed is we already spent so much on our trip we didn’t want to lose out on more time and money. Definitely won’t be coming back. They also never returned our deposit when they said they would.

    Those little details are not important to me. I go more by the atmosphere and character of a place. These old motels are relics of a different era in the USA. Now, we have the Indian motel/hotel families, such as the well-known Patel network, to thank for the preservation of these old structures. They know how best to keep the rooms affordable to working class folk while still maintaining hospitality and comfort. I enjoy imagining the ghosts of past travelers hovering in the mist. Man, it's all about the vibe! But, yes, it was clean and tidy and fresh-smelling, too.

    The room was ... Decent. There were some damages to the comforter and other room items. We did have an issue coming back to the room and our key was deactivated and I had to call the hotel (because reception was closed). The house cleaners did straighten up our room when we left (but we didn't have the option to request they didnt). They seemed to have a small pool area but we didn't use it (not sure how we would have accessed it). There were some walkable places in the area - wish I could've explored more.

    I’m extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my reservation. When I booked through Expedia, I specifically chose the option to pay at the hotel when I checked in. Despite that, the hotel charged my card the day before my arrival without my permission! Since I had planned to pay at check-in, the payment didn’t go through. Immediately after, I received an email demanding payment and threatening to cancel my reservation. I had to call Expedia, and the representative had to personally call the hotel to fix the situation. Even after that, the morning of my check-in, the hotel called me again demanding payment or they would cancel my stay—while I was at work! To avoid losing my 3-night reservation, I went ahead and paid in full before even arriving. When I finally checked in, they told me I had to pay a $60 deposit that was never mentioned anywhere during booking or when I called earlier to make payment. They also insisted it be paid in cash, which I didn’t have, so I had to use my debit card instead. After checking out, I didn’t get my deposit back until five days later, and that was only after calling the hotel twice to ask for it. The only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean and the location was convenient.

    Room is very bad smoking smell, bathroom, bathtub, toilet are very dirty and smell really bad. TV is not working. It is very mobile noise when at night. All lights switches are very dirty. I never book a room at this hotel again.

    It was ok but I asked for a later checkout daughter had a late game but guy gave me a hard time it’s a small motel and there is no way they were fully booked for that night. Made me pay half the nights fee for an extra 3 hrs I didn’t want to never had this problem before but my daughter needed rest and sleep between games… the hotel needs updating for sure.

    The remote to the tv was difficult to use. The down volume button barely worked. It was a struggle. The buttons on the heater were rubbed off and also difficult to turn the heater down. I did like the fact that there was 2 pillows each for us and we both had a wash cloth and towel to dry off with. The area was quiet which I liked.

    In the bathroom, you could see the mold and mildew they tried to hide with paint on all of the walls, on the floor, and ceiling. Taking a shower with the fan on and the bathroom door open left the mirror and room windows fogged up. This says the ventilation isn't working properly. We checked out early because we felt we were breathing in mold filled air.

    Everything exceeded our expectations. Room was cleaned and bed was made every day. Check in was fast. Heater ran quietly. Bed is clean and comfortable. Floor, window blinds and wall paper look new. No iron, hair dryer in room. but you can borrow the front desk. Best of all is the location. It's close to all of our points of interest. We will be back

    The first night people above us were stomping around, slamming doors and running around. We went to the front and asked for them to see about getting the above rooms to be a bit quieter. By the time security went by they had settled down. Thin ceilings and walls. You hear everything! 2am, the light in the room popped on. I went to it and realized the switch had been taped down and the tape had worked its way up. I stuck the tape back on and went to sleep. 4am The tape popped off again and woke me up. This was very frustrating and I went to the front desk in the morning and mentioned it. They said they’d have maintenance come by and take a look. This never happened. I had to get creative and balance a water jug that was full of water to hold the switch down the following night so I could sleep through the night. The staff at the front desk was polite and friendly however, the responsiveness to our concerns were lacking. The area is pretty sketchy and dingy, I do not believe the rate justified the room or the area.

    The guy that checked me in was very nice. I didnt like that i had chosen the option to pay at the property but the hotel when ahead and charged my card anyway befor i got there.

    The framing/overhang/archway to the bathroom was falling apart. Wallpaper peeled off in several places, black mold in the bathrooms. Refrigerator barely worked.

    Great proximity to Disneyland and other local theme parks. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Room was clean and very spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. Great value for the price!

    I wish I could upload the pictures so people can see how sloppy & dirty the room is. When we just stepped in, we saw a huge cockroach on the floor between two beds. It was not totally dead, but it looked like it got sprayed with cockroach killers. You can hear people talk clearly in front of your door or next rooms. I was surprised that I had to check out with a housekeeper who gave back my cash deposit. No paperwork or receipt. I didn't feel comfortable to stay here at all.

    Ok stay for an inexpensive overnight. Room was clean but older fixtures and bathrooms had cracks in tile and worn grout. No ice machine on property. Refrigerator in barely got cold.

    I dont know what was going on around the hotel during the stay. Everything was "fine" but there was a lot of noise coming from other rooms, and it wasn't people living, it sounded like maintanance. It was early and late, and pretty disturbing.

    it was terrible, after a long hot day, and got into the hotel and found out the AC was not cold at all, I waited in the room for an hour to give the AC sometimes to cool off the room, but it just did not work, it's more cooler outside than the room. The room is also not clean and old, I understand it's not like a high-end hotel, but basic cleaning is important. After talking to the front desk about it, he agreed to switch the room for me, I headed to the room, but again the AC wasn't working well, I also found there was some blood stain on the window side. I requested to cancel the booking and refund, but the front desk made me check their third and fourth room. And again it's not clean, hairs on the pillows and bed, there is a stain on chair. I ended up having to contact Expedia to help me cancel it. Took me almost 2 hours to finally get canceled and rebook the hotel elsewhere.

    didn't like the check in process to much paper work on top of that they said i will not get my security deposit back for 14 days which is way to long i will not come back here for just that reason i feel that they are just using our deposit for there gain
