Very close to Disney, Very clean, staff was very nice. Zero complaints. Our original hotel had cleanliness issues. Changed over last minute, so glad we did. They have a terrific team.

I lowered my scored due to noise: A Sunday night stay - my two rooms were both next to the elevator. Occupants in both rooms were woken during the night by doors banging and people talking in the hall. My room was also on the street side - what sounded like street cars or motorcycles racing up and down the street went on until at least 2 am. I would likely recommend this hotel to friends - as long as they were opposite from the street and also not near the elevators.

Clean Rooms. Only one thing Parking is a little Tight

Our room was very spacious for a 2B. AC was very strong and kept us cool during our stay. The beds were comfy, but the pillows a little flat. The tv had good apps on it but would occasionally shut off when flipping channels. The bathroom was pretty standard, but I did notice some hair left from the previous stay and discoloration on the shower ceiling (idk if mold). We’d definitely stay here again because of its proximity to Disney, although I probably wouldn’t walk there.

The property was well maintained and the staff friendly. The only 2 issues I had are when booking through a 3rd party you don’t get the same amenities as when you book through Hilton. The second issue is there was a lack in ventilation in the bathroom. There’s no way you could shower and dress in there. It got so steamy as if no air was entering. You have to shower with the bathroom door open

Had a shuttle bus that took me to Disneyland that was great. Beautiful room. One funny thing was me trying to pull down the curtains just to find out it was automatic 😅. The front desk had text me once I settled in to make sure everything was to my liking. Great job and thank you.

I have stayed here on multiple business trips and each visit is the same wonderful service! Staff here are so helpful and friendly! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and taken care of with quick service and a location that is clean, safe, and easy to find. I will be staying here again every time I am here for work.

Everything was great! Parking could be better as there is not to much of it. But everything In the hotel was amazing! I would recommend super affordable as well!

Decent price, good value. Rooms were clean and pretty renovated. Shuttle available for a fee but it did not run early enough for my liking (rope dropping) so we Ubered instead (about $8-$10 in the AM). Free coffee and cookies in the lobby. Paid parking lot was always full and sometimes hard to find a spot. Target with Disney merch across the street. Would stay again.

Everything was great, check in was very seamless and the offered amenities were great the pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The hotel is in a nice central location with restaurants and fast food chains in walking distance. Disneyland entrance was a good 25 minute walk and I felt safe walking the distances during the day and night.

The pool is nice, "free" breakfast but we had to pay $19 which is fine, Food was okay but you had to pay extra to bring it up to your room. You also had to pay for waffle/pancakes where I never had that experience. Our room in particular had a pink stain on the ground and yellow stains on the roof of the washroom. Other than that it was a good quick stay for disney.

I felt safe in this hotel due to the fact the front doors are locked after hours. You can only enter with key card. Staff was welcoming. They also have a shuttle that takes you directly to Disneyland making it very convenient.

We live in Northern California and when we come here to go to Disneyland, this is the only place we stay. It is very clean comfortable and you get a buffet breakfast that comes with everything that you’re gonna want for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, sausage sometimes bacon potatoes, muffins, all kinds of juices, etc., etc. it might cost a little bit more to stay here, but it is well worth it compared to going to other places are gonna cost the same price and you get no breakfast that is one of the main things for me is to have a good breakfast in the morning because if you’re gonna pay a lot of money for a hotel, you might as well get a free breakfast the room is always clean. The bed is so comfortable. The pillows are amazing. There’s just absolutely nothing wrong with this place. The only thing I don’t like which I guess is everywhere but you have to pay $25 for the parking. I feel that if you’re staying there and paying that price, it should be complementary parking but that’s just my thinking other than that it’s a wonderful stay.

The hotel was great! Very clean in a convenient place and they make the doors only openable with a room key at night for safety. The only thing I would note is that the shuttle is not complimentary.

A few of the staff members are clueless about the happy hour special they have at the bar right next to the front desk. They have a sign listing the happy hour specials, only to confirm later that their kitchen is closed. This happened a few days during my one week stay last week. This one staff member I asked at the front didn't really care to check to confirm if the kitchen would be open or not.

Check in was smooth and quick and the room was clean. We had a room facing the street and that was pretty loud late at night. That is the only complaint.

There was one night I was harassed by some random guy while parking, a staff member walked me back to my car and allowed me to park closer to the main entrance for my safety.

Overall an amazing experience. The bartender and staff exceeded my expectations and made us feel so welcomed. The price was really good too. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the $20 breakfast because that is a little pricey for a hotel breakfast but it was nice that my 5 year old’s meal was complimentary. Will definitely be staying there again and telling others.

The front desk specifically asked us not to bring the bath towels from our room down and to use the pool towels. We had zero way to dry off so we sat in a not hot tub waiting for towels. My son asked the from desk for some towels the front desk lady rudely told him she would send some down. We waited almost an hour get towels. Very disappointing to say the least.

Great location! Was easy to get to the shuttle to Disneyland. Beautiful room! Updated! Loved having coffee maker, fridge and a microwave and access to snacks and frozen food at their little store. Great for traveling with kids! Helpful staff!

My hotel ac had a funny smell when activated i reported to the front around 8 pm when i came back around 10 pm from last min errands and food they had already fixed it . Our family will for sure be staying here again !

Very pleasant 2 night stay for my Disney Trip. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and although I could very clearly hear people in the hall, I didn't hear any of my neighbors through the walls. I was on the 2nd floor so I could still hear people outside in the parking lot, but otherwise it was overall quiet. Only a little over 5 min driving distance away from the Disneyland drop-off area and walking distance to a lot of places to eat. I would stay there again.

However, upon checking in at the property, I was informed that breakfast is not included. This discrepancy is concerning, as it directly influenced my decision to book this stay. The conflicting information between Expedia and the hotel feels misleading and has impacted my experience. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and a resolution, whether that be honoring the included breakfast as advertised or providing appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The text messaging system to inquire about amenities or to ask about the surrounding area was wonderful. The room was clean and very quiet, a wonderful stay!

Staff was excellent and room was nice. Not the comfiest beds or pillows, and it was sad that we had to pay extra for breakfast every morning. Location was good for convention going, lots of places to eat within walking distance!

Older building and the rooms have hard mattresses, and inconsistencies in amenities. They also milk you by charging for parking when they have their own lot. When I had an issue with scanning items in their shop, the staff member on duty did very little to help me out. I miss the old Hilton hotels, where they cared about having you as a guest.

The rooms were clean and comfortable , all the staff were friendly but honestly the bartenders and kitchen were the best . Great drinks nice people and the food was fantastic. I recommend the street tacos for sure. Would love to stay again on the future if we come back.only issue I had was the shower doors in our bathroom kept trying to open mid shower.please fix that :)

We were restricted to a small room on the first floor, which felt cramped and uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff repeatedly called us—sometimes every few minutes—whenever my dog made even the slightest noise. This included early in the morning when I briefly stepped out to grab breakfast. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially given that minor barking is to be expected in a pet-friendly environment. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The room and common areas did not meet basic standards, which made the stay even more unpleasant. What stood out the most, unfortunately, was the attitude of the staff. They were consistently rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. Overall, this was far from a welcoming or comfortable stay—for both me and my dog. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets.

This hotel is in a very nice location that is safe and with many choices for Disney and entertainment. Staff here are wonderful and so helpful with any questions you may have. The room was very clean and spacious.

Great and comfortable hotel. Not a far walk from Disneyland but a shuttle is available for anyone who didn’t want to walk. I took away one star because we asked for a pac n play in our room and were told at check-in that it was already in our room. When we got to our room there was no pac n play sadly. It was so late and we had just drove 9 hours so we didn’t bother bringing it up to the front desk. Thankfully we brought our own (we just were waiting on a family member to bring a piece we forgot to pack the next day- which is why we wanted one from the hotel) but we made due the first night by having my 19 month old sleep in one of the beds with me. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The location is a huge plus too. It’s really close to Disneyland Resort, so getting there was fast and convenient. There are also plenty of food spots nearby, which made everything easier. What stood out the most was how quiet and well-kept everything was, even with how busy the area can get. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and overall the hotel just had a nice, calm vibe. Definitely would stay here again—great value for the price and a solid choice if you’re visiting Anaheim.

The entrance of the hotel was nice and I was expecting the same for the room. Unfortunately, the room was outdated. The mattress was nice and firm on one side and dramatically sunken in on the other. Very uncomfortable. The windows did not provide any privacy. The only thing “covering” the outside, was a sheer, hard curtain. We had to stack pillows in front of the window to provide some type of privacy. I was expecting much more.

We went to Disneyland and it rained our entire trip. This hotel was so wonderful, stayed clean, and we were able to dry all of our clothes and shoes while there.

I think I just found my favorite place near Disneyland. We enjoyed the easy check-in, the convenient of the parking lot, and the swimming pool amenities. The checkout was very seamless. And the room was very clean. Will for sure return to this location thank you for the excellent stay.

Bad customer service . On my way out in the morning I asked the front desk if they had any coffee available for hotel guest and they said it wasn’t available. I can always buy one at their mini Mart that coffees were only available at the rooms it’s supposed to be a five star hotel.

The price for the room that was paid was overpriced because it was very small. They don’t give breakfast to everybody and it didn’t come with the package and nor could I add it when I was there so I didn’t really care for the accommodations. The service was very basic. This would not be a hotel that I would stay at again.

I loved the easy check in on there app. Also loved the gym they have right next to the laundry on the first floor so while your clothes are washing you can get a work out in. The breakfast was actually good in the mornings and the staff is very friendly. The Disneyland bus stop is right outside of the hotel so you don’t need to walk much and the day pass is only $6 for the bus and you can go there and back but it’s also close enough if you want to get your steps in.

Discovered room had black mold the day we were checking out. My husband is very sensitive to mold and over a year ago he had mold toxicity from a hotel in Mexico, confirmed by a dr. Anyway 2 days ago he started having the same Symtoms and just today we found mold are the window. I imagine theres probably In the curtains or carpets where it can’t be seen. If the hotel has visible mold I venture the room, isn’t be cleaned properly and there mold throughout. For that reason we won’t be staying there again.

A majority of the staff was very friendly, except for one person, Michelle. She was extremely rude. Upon checking in their entire system was down so at first they couldn’t check anyone in. They quickly figured out a system and got people checked into their rooms. I was impressed. Good amenities. The pool area is very small and old, but they have a nice patio area that lights up at night. The breakfast is way over priced at $20 a person. Plenty of better options nearby.

There is not place to hang the towels inside the bathroom except the one at the door. It's also not good because towel can fall (the hook is not deep enough to hang a quite big/heavy towel. Most hotels have the stainless steel towel hangers on top of the toilet. Might consider to install that in the bathroom.

We had a good stay. The staff were friendly, check in was easy, parking was great. The only things that were mildly unpleasant was our room smelled of dog and there no hand soap and the hallways smelled of weed on our first night (we were on the 1st floor).

That said, we had Expedia credit to use, so we booked that way. 1. Upon arrival, they couldn't find our reservation. Once that was sorted out, (apparently the system checked us in and shouldn't have?) our digital key wasn't working, despite the key request showing in the Hilton app. We were told it was because we booked 3rd party. But that wasn't what Hilton chat customer service said when we asked how to make sure the reservation was in the app. They said it was in the app and the key would work. The employee at the front desk, Bryan, said he'd look into it for us. When we came back by the front desk about an hour later and asked about the key, he looked at us blankly. You'd think, had he actually tried to fix the issue, he'd remember. Got it, no effort made. We always drink the water in the room. This time we were charged. I called the hotel to ask what was going on. First I was told it's because the room confirmation wasn't in their system so they didn't have our Silver status. Ok, so which is it? Either the confirmation is in your system to try to resend us the digital key, or it's not in the system so you charged us for the water. It can't be both. It can when the hotel staff makes it clear that as you booked third party, they are barely tolerating you. If you don't want Expedia bookings, don't allow them. But in this case, you treated an Honors Silver member like a nuisance.

We had a 6 hour drive wishing we could check in early but was told no, disappointing. Came back in 2 1/2 hours still a little disappointed only 1 room of 2 was available.

The reception staff was very friendly, the security was 10/10, and the price was great. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower water felt incredibly soapy; I thought my husband was joking, but he wasn't. I don't know what's in the shower water, but it feels like soap, and because of that, my husband had an itchy rash all over his body and couldn't sleep. We thought it was the bed, but I think it was the water.

Great water pressure and late check out option I didn’t understand there is an Anaheim garden inn AND a Anaheim garden in “GROVE” So this one is about a 30 min walk to Disney. It’s not a bad walk but the Hilton Anaheim garden in not grove is only a 10 min walk. So I was bummed but it was not bad so we stayed. There is a shuttle but you have to fold the stroller and it’s packed so we walked . The beds were very tiny they were supposed to be queen but were very Tiny like a double and they were so uncomfortable. There’s no bathroom fan! The hotel is HOT! bathroom is HOT we had good AC in the room though but not the bathroom. I loved the staff and the pillows.

We would stay there again anyways. You can get the bus to Disneyland just make sure you track the buss on the website and your good.

Great hotel and location, mins to the Convention Center, Disneyland and Stadiums. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was professional and courteous, very helpful. Breakfast was basic American fare for a flat fee.There was a very well stocked mini store for food, snacks and toiletries. I highly recommend this hotel for your SoCal visit.

We refused to pay $40 on top of our room fee for the breakfast which was no better than the Super 8 hotel in Yuma. The hotel did not clean our room in 4 days--we took out the trash, brought towels up to the desk. They had staff that were sick--it was overwhelming and one of the not a good experience.

1. Elevator Odor: The elevator strongly smelled of marijuana. 2. Room Quality: While the room itself was clean and met basic expectations, the walls were extremely thin. We could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms, including children screaming and other sounds. The stay ultimately served its purpose, but I wanted to make you aware of the soundproofing issues and the odor in the elevator. I appreciate the friendly service from the staff.

Great stay!! Downstairs was very welcoming and the small cafe area and bar looked inviting (but we didn't eat here). Fresh coffee, water and cookies were available throughout the day. The room was clean and quiet. There was a faint smell in the hallway, maybe bleach. Area was great, we walked next door to a restaurant and one night, walked from Target at midnight and felt totally safe. It was a $15-20 Uber ride to Disneyland (with tip), I definitely wouldn't walk despite reviews saying it was walking distance.

The parking is a complete disaster. Will NEVER stay here again. AVOID!!!

I didn’t know I needed to pay for parking and then had to put a 150.on the card and was told it was for parking and if anything went wrong. We stayed for 2 days and asked for fresh towel probably 3 times once from reception twice from housekeeping. I was never delivered. We specifically asked that our washroom drain cover is not present and it stinks from the drain, we requested to send someone to fix it. However our requests were neglected multiple times during our stay, this is not what we expected or paid for.

We called our bank and are filing a police report due to this being a fraudulent and criminal action. The hotel apologized and said they would refund us, which has not happened. This cost my company a ton of lost time and income.

The atmosphere

My room was very clean and comforting. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel itself was also very clean. My only complaints would be a broken towel holder on the door of the bathroom, sewer type smell from the sink and the daily charge for breakfast.

Everyone was great, especially loved the fresh baked cookies At Night. Beautiful property all the amenities, just when I went to have a soak in their jacuzzi it was like warm and no bubbles. I went inside to share my experience and they replied, it should be working. I was disappointed. Other than that, slept great and enjoyed my time!

Beds were old and mushy. The carpets were dirty. $25.00 per day to park, crazy. All of the furniture in the hotel was dirty also.

Overall the room was clean and in good repair, but I would not stay here again. There’s a different property I typically stay with, however I decided to give Hilton a try because their fees were lower, the reviews were good and the pictures look nice. Unfortunately, the experience was less than ideal. I was traveling with my dog and the hotel is supposedly pet friendly. We had just gotten in and I was unpacking and my dog gave an alert bark to get my attention to find his water, which caused the person in the connecting room to pound on my door sounding like they were going to break it down, causing my dog to bark more in fear/protection. I immediately got a call from the front desk stating barking of any kind during “sleeping hours” was not acceptable and threatening to kick me out if my dog didn’t stop barking. I explained I had just unpacked and we were going to sleep, so it wouldn’t be an issue going forward. I travel often and my dog is well trained. I make it a priority to not disturb other guests with or without my dog. As a “pet-friendly” hotel, I assume you understand to communicate sometimes dogs bark and occasionally barking would be expected. It was not prolonged in anyway, so the way that I was treated was completely inappropriate and there was no care or concern for how threaten or scare I was made to feel by the staff and adjoining guest. The front desk also would not allow DoorDash to deliver my order to my room like I asked Mid-Morning.

Very clean. Has a little restaurant and snack bar. Short drive to Disney or bus stop rig hut outside the hotel. Close to a lot. Staff needs some work. I went to check in and it was an unusual experience and to check out nobody was at the desk so I had to leave my keys on the desk. Work on better customer service

Stayed at the Hilton garden inn for three nights. The front desk staff was welcoming and made our check in process smooth. The room we stayed at was cleaned, beds where comfortable as well as the pillows, room service was also on top of cleaning the room or giving us anything we needed (extra towels,extra bed sheet)

Hotel was sufficient and clean. I was not a fan of the breakfast buffet and additional cost of a basic hotel breakfast.

Nice and clean and close drive to disney parking.

They are on the ART track although we had trouble with it in the morning to Disneyland. Coming back at the end of the night was no trouble but we did end up having to share an Uber with another couple to get there in the morning after we paid due to it not coming to the hotel until after open when we were trying to rope drop even though it was supposed to start an hour and a half prior to open. Not anything the hotel did wrong, but is something to note if you’re planning on staying there and utilizing the ART shuttle to Disney.

Room was nice, spacious, but if you are facing Harbor Bvld, traffic at times was quite noisy. Pool was quite empty during the visit - so we were able to enjoy time without dozens of kids running and splashing around. Overall the property is situated nearby many chain restaurants to include a Bucca De Beppo in the parking lot. Staff were friendly, and helpful, and seemed to go above and beyond for most requests (we really didn't have many) would recommend to others. NOTE: if you are paying via a Debit card they do put an extra $100 hold on your card.

Our AC in the room wasn’t working well. (4th floor) we turned the thermostat all the way down to 60 and the room never did get cool. We sweat the entire time we were in the room.

Was good overall for price. The shower was a bit dirty, there’s also no vanity to put anything in the washroom. Also no safe in the rooms at all. However we were there for a night and it was still ok.

Nice hotel, but don't book through a 3rd party. The room was very nice for the 3rd party price point in a four star hotel area and it is 12 minutes from Disney by car. We had to change rooms because an animal had stayed in the room and we have allergies. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us change rooms. The new room was perfect: clean, comfortable, with fun colored accent decor. The downside was, we booked through Expedia and lost $170. We needed to leave a day early and Hilton cannot refund anything through a 3rd party reservation. We didn't purchase the insurance and Expedia is impossible to communicate with, so we had to pay for the extra day. There were other hidden fees like $25 a day parking and breakfast is $20 a person (not $10 as listed in the Expedia booking site) unless you are a Hilton Gold or Diamond member. You will pay more here booking through a 3rd party. Just book through Hilton directly.

Hotel was great convenient area but parking was not. I had issues finding a spot. I had to drive around for about 30 minutes. I did let the Hotel know and they were very nice about trying to fix it.

They didn’t honor the rate that I’ve already got through Expedia. So what’s the point for me to use your business to book a hotel?

Joes Italian ice is fantastic and right next door (2 min walk). Property was good and close vicinity to Disneyland.

Convenient to fast food & Disneyland bus. A bit far to walk to the park since walking in the park all day too! Parking lot was packed though. Front desk attendants were always helpful and welcoming when we arrived back to the property. We will definitely be back and we do recommend staying here!

Dirty room upon check in. Tv kept freezing, front desk day staff are lazy. Don’t clean room daily when you ask for towels and coffee they don’t show up until you ask a second time. Doors lock you out when you hi yo lol and had to walk to the front of the hotel to get back in.

They accomadated us for an early check in - thankfully there was a room available and a nominal fee . Staff also spoke amd understood my language (tagalog)

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very clean. The only issue was the beds were not very comfortable, felt like sleeping on a box spring.

I stayed at the property but a week ago and the room was not the cleanest, and I stay at multiple places around there so far this one needs a little bit of attention to detail to make sure there’s no period pads left behind from previous tenants. I had called the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it.

The facility is very modern. Lots of areas to sit and work as well as meet with clients.

When we first checked in the front desk lady wasn’t very friendly and wasn’t for coming as far as shuttles or transportation. I asked for everything and seem to bother her .

I wish i could say our stay was good but it wasn't. House keeping came into our room while my toddler and i were fast a sleep and wouldn't leave. The front desk didn't know why they were even going into our room. It was very under staffed for breakfasts and the person took our order and we waited 45 min for him to say something happen and he will put a new order in. My toddler was left without food and they did nothing to make the situation better.

Parking was awful. It is $25 per day to park which would be ok if there was actually anywhere to park. 5 of the 7 nights we were there we were told to park in neighboring hotel or restaurant lots which were not close. Certainly not a big deal to walk a little bit but this was much farther and when I asked the hotel front desk they said, "we know, it's a problem." Everyone else working there was very kind and helpful.

I do want to thank house keeping and Marjoree P. for locating my daughter’s watch that she left in the room after checkout and shipped back to us. They went above and beyond to do that for us. Thank you!

After checking the mattress we found on the cover of the mattress what looks like bloodstained or poo stains on the mattress cover , all the front desk clerk did was give us another sheet , no mention of replacing , not even a apology , we went on a family trip for my sons bday to Disneyland this was disgusting , there was no plan of action whatsoever .

Close to freeway. Great dining options in walking distance. Not close walking distance to Disneyland park which is why most everyone stays for. The shuttle bus that comes and goes every 30 minutes, does not come and go every 30 minutes. More like every hour and this in February. O and it is no longer free. You pay to pay the guy who gets paid. All said and the facility was good staff excellent.

I booked through Expedia, and while the overall value was good, I do wish breakfast had been included instead of being an additional cost. That would have made the stay even better. However, the amenities and service made up for it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Anaheim area, especially for Disneyland trips. Great location, cleanliness, and safety make it a solid choice! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean property

The staff was amazing there. Very friendly and accommodating. The reason for the 3 stars is for comfort. They aren’t queen sized beds (although advertised that way) and they are very uncomfortable and hard. After walking 45,000 steps at Disneyland coming back and having a tough night sleep, it was difficult to rest and re energize to keep up with my young kids.

Walked in and it smelled clean! They had coffee and hot water ready right when you walked in. I asked if they had early check in and for $50 they checked me in at 10am which was great bc we drove in from Vegas and was ready for a nap! Lots of spots for parking and after 9 or 10 you can’t get into the hotel without a key. So it was super safe.. bathroom products were on point I didn’t even need what I brought! The shower head was amazing. The bed and pillows also were perfect. We rolled in on a cloudy day and there were kids in the pool so it must’ve been heated. All around a great spot! They even had a shuttle that took you to Disney if you needed for $6.. totally a great deal all around! I will definitely be back!

The Hilton Garden Inn was great. Close and convenient to Disney and Convention center. Art bus option was a plus for a small fee. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Not the greatest, the room was a little dirty and outdated. There was a huge spider in the tub. Beds felt pretty old too they weren’t too comfortable I was afraid they would have bedbugs. The only thing good about this hotel was that it was close to Disney. Will look for a better one next time.

After we complained that there wasn’t disabled parking available, we were told 3 hotels share parking. We paid for parking & I don’t feel we should have paid for something not available to us. Cleaning was only every other day & we were there 4 nights & only got cleaned once & not very well. We still saw particles & popcorn on floor.
