Location is great, near supermarket, Target, etc. Pool area clean and pleasant. Even though thhe cleanliness of the room was ok, the whole room needed a deep clean, walls, floors, switches and corners were dirty. There was a unpleasant oddor as soon as we walked into the room. It would have been great if it was cleaner. Door lock was broken.

It was quiet, close to Disneyland and had free parking! No carpet in rooms. The room was spacious and had a decent size fridge and microwave. Good value! It is not walkable to Disneyland. The bed seemed old and saggy. Interior a bit dated.

No elevator, towels with hair on them, bedding had stains and I asked to get my bedding change and it didn’t happen for like 2-3hrs, staff wasn’t very nice and very limited parking, definitely wouldn’t stay here anymore!!

Floors left our feet black when we tried walking barefoot after showers. People seemed to runout of parking at night.

I have to said the property needed some improvement in term on their decor/funitures. Perhaps add lighting in the seating area(there was none). Wifi was not working at all, even after I asked for a new access code.

What I like about the property is that the room that we got was really spacious, the fridge actually kept everything cool. Easy to find parking. For the price that we paid there’s really no major complaints to address specially if you’re just going to be out at the Disney Parks all day. If there are opportunities I would just say maybe remodel the rooms because some parts of the rooms paint was chipping & maybe replace the beds. It’s not a deal breaker for me but those are the opportunities that I saw with the property. I would definitely go back if I was traveling in a budget.

Check in was quick and the guy working the desk was very nice. Location was great for what we needed (across the street from Great Wolf Lodge). Park was easy and free. Hot water was great but that’s about all that was good. The room itself was very basic and could have been cleaner (base boards and walls were dirty). The worst part was the air coming out of the A/C smelled like mildew/mold so we did not use it and opened the window which was fine during the day but horrible at night since Harbor Blvd is extremely busy. We closed the window in the middle of the night and of course got hot and we were all up at 4 a.m. so no one got a good nights sleep. The beds were not comfortable, especially the sofa bed which was one of the worst we’ve encountered. The type where you can literally feel every spring. My daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa (thank goodness she is small enough to fit on it, an adult would not have been). I guess if you’re desperate, it’s okay for a night. We will never stay there again. Also, full disclosure that we did not bring any of the issues to the staff at the hotel. They may have been able to move us to a different room but I doubt our experience would have been any different and by the time we realized the A/C issue, we were already completely unpacked.

It was well taken care of and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom sink p-trap needed to be cleaned causing it to smell. Also not a fan of the auto lights coming on during the night when using the bathroom.

The room was clean, so were the sheets and the bathroom. The price is reasonable for the one night we stayed. The bed wasn't the comfiest but it also wasn't unbearable. It was clean and did the job for the one night we were staying. Also their was hardly any good lighting in the room other than the bathroom. The curtains were a nice source of light but definitely could not stay open cause they faced directly to the load. It had no separate lining for privacy

When checking in, there was no staff at the front desk, they had a bell to ring for service which I had to flaring twice and waited anywhere from 20 to 20 minutes for staff to assist with check-in. Housekeeping had just left the room as I parked right in front of my room but still the bathroom was not very clean and the room floor was still dirty, looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

When I was getting ready to take a shower , there was already hair in there as well . Towels were stacked nicely on the shelf in bathroom and the close you looked there was hair hanging from there . I walked around in socks and the next morning when I left I left my socks there because of how disgusting they were. Food on the wall where the microwave was . Just literal hair everywhere you walked you were dragging so much with you . Truly disgusting when it isn’t even my hair . I took a couple of pictures and videos as well . Room had a somewhat unpleasant aroma upon arrival. Shower in the room did not work at all, so my wife I had to bathe in the jacuzzi. TV barely worked. Jacuzzi was nice, but overall extremely rough around the edges.

I love the location super convenient close to many places to eat six minutes away from Disneyland The staff wasn’t very friendly. None of the guys in the front. My old looks so serious and rude. The rooms were not very clean and the bathtub had hairs and a used bar soap the air conditioner/heater was all broken dusty as hell when you turned it on sounds like it was about to break and it stunk so bad needs new filter

Hotel is very outdated, staff was not customer friendly when I checked out I gave him my key and he didn’t even look up from whatever he was doing on his cell phone. The bedding is very outdated and had a stain. I only used this hotel for a quick sleep and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were nice I was unable to connect to the internet, which I needed for work. I went down to let them know I wasn't able to log in and he was unable to help. He gave me an old password but it did not work either and he gave no other alternative. The room was clean but old. The tv was old and there were not many channel choices. My room was right on the road so it was quite noisy. I had booked 3 nights but had to leave after one night due to a family emergency. I checked out early and requested a refund for the unused 2 nights but was denied.

The room was old. The fridge had rust, and the bathroom sink was not cleaned. There was grime when you turned on the handle, along with broken flooring by the door. No USB outlets. Beds squeaked and you could feel the springs.

Price was excellent overall great for the price Bathroom wasn't 100% clean, specifically inside the bathtub, the toilet sit was loose and couch bed springs felt like they almost popped up jeje.

My friend came by in the am to visit before I left & since he had a dog, they kept my deposit.

I really like my room and I was treated well. My only criticisms would be the tacky touchups on the wall and make sure there's a control in place to make sure that sheets are properly changed between guest stays.

We found a couple of bugs in the room, but that can happen anywhere.

The room was filthy and the floors had not been cleaned in a very long time. Room was in need of a paint job. Furniture was very dated and not functional. During our five day stay we killed 6 roaches in the bathroom. The stay was unfortunate. With a little TLC and a good exterminator this could be a great option for guests coming to the area.

Outside streetview is great. My room was dirty, had mold in the bathroom and corner ceiling of the main room, and the walls and furniture were just beat to heck. Price was right though.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at Rooms were musty smelling, graffiti on mirror. Phone was dirty, ac broken and barely cooler room , curtains have holes. Drain covers missing and emitting the gross smell of sewer. Exterior was clean looking but rooms were gross. Never again will I stay on this property nor will I use this website.

Room was dirty and felt very old. Towels should be replaced, as ours looked grey and couldn’t tell if they were used already. Went back to our room the second night after a long day at Disney to our room door being open. Housekeeping didn’t close it after they replaced our towels on the first day. Luckily none of our stuff was missing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. All in all, I won’t be staying there again.

Property managers need to make sure that their showers are going to be up n running very well. So when people come, they don’t have to worry about calling for maintenance and not having any kind of water dripping at all.

The room appeared clean but when you looked closely there was dust and dirt on things especially the air conditioner. It smelled musty and gross. The running water smelled disgusting (like a sewer smell). So much so that we didn't want to brush it teeth. The bed was comfortable enough.

Quiet place and clean rooms

Absolutely disgusting. Mold in the bathroom, bold around the tub, broken tiles in the bathroom and around the tub. Mold and staining around all the baseboards. They literally used a can of Febreze to try and mask the smell. They refused to refund our stay as we could not stay there due to our own health and safety. I have never experienced such a filthy location. The onsite manager in her house slippers was just argumentative and refused to make the situation right. They offered a different room and it had the same issues. Furthermore the giant H they advertise on their site is literally the same H which is used by Hilton Hotels. We have notified Hilton of this as well as i am sure Hilton Hotels is not appreciative of such practices.

The check in was fast and easy. The room cleanliness is below average as the bathtub look very old and not perfectly clean. I am also very disappointed with broken hair dryer and worst of all, the shampoo and body soap were terrible they look so cheap I’ve ever seen. The soap is old and dry, I couldn’t feel the foam or anything came out, the shampoo was in a cheap plastic like to go ketchup packet. I didn’t really expect these from a $150/night Inn & suite.

Pros: free parking basically right outside your door. For the price you pay, it's what it provided. Coffee in the room (though not the best). Coffee also in the front office. Very close to Great Wolf Lodge if you want to go to the water park but want a cheaper place to stay. There is a coin operated washer & dryer. Cons: Pool is not really usable. Has this weird posted rule that said if children are over 12yrs old, they will be charged more for staying in the room (not sure that is legal)

The room smelled like mold and there was wet towels left in the room that made it smell ugly so I had to change my room not happy with that.

The hotel is a bit older, but if you’re not picky about that, it’s an excellent value, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities you need.

I booked 2 rooms, one did not have a working shower and one had very low running water. One room had bed bugs. It crawled on my infant baby, and luckily I saw it. I do not recommend this property at all. The staff was not friendly or helpful.

All they need to do is update their TVs because only a certain few or some has operational HDMI television

Location is just across to a shopping area where theres restaurants and Starbucks. Staffs are friendly and free parking. What I don't like is that it’s on a busy road and at night you can hear cars speeding. If you’re a light sleeper request room that is not close to the main road.

This hotel is a totally acceptable crash pads, especially if you're not looking for anything fancy/plan to spend most of your time in the parks. The bathroom was not the cleanest, showers had really poor water pressure, and we couldn't get a hold of staff to assist with any needs that arose. There was only one elevator and it was quite far away from our room so if you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend this spot, there were also no carts for us to use to bring our bags up which wouldn't have been a huge deal but there was enough transient foot traffic around the hotel that we didn't want to leave anything in the car. Overall, we slept and got cleaned up just fine so if that's all you're looking for this is a great place to save some money and still have access to the harbour Blvd bus lines to the park (especially if you plan on eating breakfast in the parks anyways and aren't looking to take advantage of a hotel breakfast). We were happy with this stay but we did get what we paid for.

As soon as you get to the lobby is smells like armpits, the staff was not friendly. The receptionist told me tol hold on, walk to the side and was in a personal call laughing made us wait 10 minutes before she help us, also the light in the room was not working and we told her and she said just use the lamps in the room because the lights never work. The Bathroom shower did not have water pressure. ZERO STARS.

WIFI was free, it didn't have a strong signal. I had to go outside or in the lobby to get a strong signal. Besides the WIFI everything was great!

It wasn't the 1st time I stayed there. Only this time in my room 267 there was a smell in the toilets. The price is more expensive than before. Overwise everything is ok.

The bathroom shower had a little bit of mold in a few areas. Nothing crazy but noticable. The room itself is pretty empty as far as decor and you can tell where furniture and old decor was before due to holes/scrapes on the walls. Wasn't bad for a quick overnight stay but not something I would stay at if I was visiting for a nice vacation. Oh, it also shares a parking lot/area with a motel. I found this weird cause motels are normally cheaper so i couldve just paid for the motel and gotten the same result or better.

The drawers were dirty with something dripping down the front, walls and door were dirty. The bed was hard the pillows were so thin and uncomfortable. The couch had a strange white stain on it. I just cleaned for the first 20 minutes.

Tv had an awful dark picture that could not be adjusted. Hair dryer did not work.

It had a damp smell. The sheets were dirty. I didn't even use the room because it disgusted me to stay there.

Yet the bed felt almost too stiff, and gross with the dried up stains along it's middle sheet for "warmth".... I will end off with the hotel associates I did interact with, were pleasant with me during my check in and out experience. And I have to be honest, even when looking past the "hotel pests" and stains along the walls and sheet of questionable origins; I felt okay after each shower, despite the water top nozzle not positioning right for prevention of leakage. Despite the quality of our stay, it was close enough to our magical getaway to the Disneyland parks. All I suggest is to make it safer and less "dated" if possible.

The Harbor Inn and Suites has turned into our go to hotel. The staff is friendly, the room gets housekeeping daily and it is in a nice area.

If you're visiting for Disney this place is quiet and convenient. The bus stop straight to Disney is across the street. I chose to uber for flexibility which cost about $10 each way. Bring slippers as the floors are not cleaned very well. Other than that it felt clean and safe. There are reasonably priced vending machines available with water and electrolytes (other items too of couse). Saved me from having to stop at a store .

Floors and towels are dirty

I liked how the clean and spacious the rooms are.

The beds were lousy very springy. Felt like a box spring....

Check in was quick and easy, parking wasn’t an issue and free, room was very clean, only thing to note is that the bathroom of the room I stayed in was definitely aged, mild tile cracking and discoloration but that won’t stop me from staying here again!

The motel was very quiet. I arrived on a Monday so maybe that is why it was not that busy. The room was clean, everything in order. It had everything I needed including a mini frig, microwave and coffee maker. Basic shopping directly across the street, very walkable. Overall a basic nice clean room and safe place to stay.

This is my families second stay. We play travel ball and this place is conveniently located around food, freeway, grocery stores and more. The price was right for us. We will continue to stay at this location while in Garden Groce 👍

The water pressure in shower was almost non-existent. I went into the lobby and there were hardly any choices for creamer or coffee. No spoons or utensils to stir creamer. Advertised ice coffee but no ice.

Very dirty rooms dust bunnies and crumbs everywhere and mold on walls. Not clean. Only option in star or I would have moved hotel.

Weekend Disney Land trip was great. The hotel is an easy Uber/Lyft or drive to the park. The room was really big and clean. Parking is convenient. Has restaurants in walking distance. Definitely will return.

It was amazing the room was clean only thing I recommend we asked for a iron they brought it 1 hour late that was the only thing other than that the stay was amazing

Loved but never got room service.

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel for our yearly Disneyland visit. We love it! Only downside this time was when we arrived into our room, we found a ziploc bag full of rice inside our microwave, which we were surprised about because we’ve never had issues in the times we’ve stayed there. Other than that, we plan on staying here again this upcoming may for our next trip.

The ‘good’ was nice pillows and bed, jacuzzi tub, and the tv…but not worth paying $172/night.

I was on the first floor and the people on the second floor above us made too much noise moving furniture around for about two hours. It was difficult to sleep.

Rude customer service, when got the room for an extra day. Before check out time, the front desk banged on the door rudley so i can fill out the new paperwork. Also i ended up getting flat on the premises in the parking lot, and i didn't move my car in three days, so someone put a blade in my tire. When i asked front desk about it the gentleman did e en care or apologize for the inconvenience and i asked him about cameras in parking lot, he it wasnt working were i parked. Wort place ever i stayed, i dont recommend this to no one. Plus the tv was old, could hear the speakers and screen was off the center of picture.

Was perfect for what I needed

This room was booked as a "staycation" type experience. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away the day before, when I inquired about a refund they refused. I thought that was interesting but I knew it was a no refund room so I thought I better just go and try and make the best of it. When I walked into the office to check in the staff was not friendly and it smelled musty. They take a $100 deposit which was interesting for the type of property. Again, I wanted to make the best of it. I got the King Deluxe room with a jacuzzi tub. Upon entering the room I noticed the floors were dirty and there were spiderwebs in all of the corners of the room. The room seemed clean enough other than that. In the evening when I got excited to use the jacuzzi tub I realized it did not work and when I let the property manager know he said he was not the manager and that I would have to wait for a call back. He also asked me if I was told at check in it didn't work? I requested to be charged for the regular king room since the one amenity that warranted the $200 price was not working. The phone didn't work, there was a broken piece of floor siding, and the bed was insanely hard. Both my partner and I tossed and turned all night due to the stiff mattress. Overall, I would suggest staying anywhere else. There are many nice reputable properties nearby that have great service and you get what you pay for. I would add photos but I took videos to show the manager.

Nice clean property with easy access off Harbor Blvd. and plenty of parking. Disney Land is just straight up the street. Close to downtown Garden Grove, Little Saigon, Santa Ana.

Person at the counter was rude! Instead of listening to my request said he could not help me at all!

A little outdated.

The room floor and bathroom floor were we stayed was duty. the bathroom floor has some debris from who knows when as the carpet around the beds and fridge. The day we checked out one of the second floor ceiling was liking lots of water and have to wait for the receptionist for 20 min.

We freaked out and went straight to the front desk, told them what happened and they said all they can do is offer a different room, but at that point we figured all the rooms must have bed bugs , they said it was to difficult to refund the money because expedia is a third party and it difficult to get refunded by expedia , we settled for a different room because we had. O other money to get a different hotel and was forced to stay there and didnt sleep all night, just waking up every 30 minutes checking if we had bugs on us , we were too tired to enjoy Disneyland the next day Christmas eve, messed up our special Christmas vacation. We would truly like to be refunded for both days even if we cant get out vacation back. Room 216 was the original room. But all rooms need to be inspected for bugs .
