We stayed in 422 and it was nice, we had breakfast there all mornings we stayed, and we used the spa! Only sad the fridge in our room didn’t work.

Very clean and beautiful staff. They helped me in so many ways as I becaame very sick day day and had target run me supplies. Would recommend based on being far away from Disneyland, but close enough to way. Also breakfast was a primary point for me, along with the frig in the room!

Our stay here was even better than expected. They provide full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and even lotion. The room was very clean. Breakfast provided every morning was very useful and delicious. Staff was very friendly. One thing i didn’t see listed was that they have coin washers and dryers available to use for guests, which is just an added bonus. Hotel was very close to Disneyland and crossing the street to target in case you forgot something for your trip. 10/10 recommend staying here

The parking was horrendous they have an ice cream shop next door that would get packed at night and hard to find parking the people from the ice cream shop would park in the hotel parking lot it was really bad, the teenagers would be out late and you can here them messing around outside.

The breakfast was good and being able to make your own waffles was nice. The facility was clean but our bathroom had visible water damage. I would stay here again as we only were there to sleep and have breakfast then off to Disney.

Always stay here when doing Disneyland

I originally booked a standard king suite for my fiancé, toddler, & I. However, upon arrival we were given a complimentary upgraded to a one bedroom suite because the room we had booked was sold out. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved our view. We were able to see the fireworks at Disneyland our first night there. There was a $150 deposit at check in & because parking was $25 a day (we stayed 3 nights) we were given back $75 from the deposit about a day later. The property was very clean & the free breakfast was good. There was a QR code by the front desk with instructions on how to buy & take the bus to Disneyland or it’s about a 25-30 minute walk. My only complaint is the parking lot. It’s a bit uncomfortable that the Joe’s Italian ice customers use the hotel’s parking lot to park their vehicles while they wait for their ice cream. They’re open late so it gets loud & many people hang out in the parking lot shouting & blasting music. Other than that, it was a great experience at this location.

The staff, in particular Benz was particularly professional and personable with us. The breakfast is better than most places I’ve stayed. The rooms were in great shape, and clean. The joes next door brings in some noise at night down the back of the hotel from kids hanging out, but that’s not Hamptons fault. Just an issue to keep in mind.

Very noisy by the main road; cars and motorbikes regularly rev their engines. The shower has very little water pressure. Otherwise it was pretty good

Save yourself the trouble don’t book this hotel. Staff is very rude. Beds are uncomfortable. No AC in the rooms. Location feels very unsafe. Be prepared to park your car a block away. I had to park my vehicle at the Trinity parking lot.

Rooms are clean. My room had a broken iron and a plastic smell from the extra comforter wrap. I wish it had a safe. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful, some more than others. The worst part was the parking. First there was a surprise daily fee, on Expedia it indicated that all fees were included in the total. Second, the customers of the adjacent popular with teenagers ice creamery park their cars in the hotel's parking, create traffic in the premises and force the guests to look for parking further back, away from the entrance.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable as well. The staff was helpful and recommended a shuttle If your going to Disneyland. It was very convenient to take the shuttle and costs less than Disney parking.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was , huge, spacious and super clean. There’s a Disneyland shuttle out in the parking lot for $7 per person unlimited usage for the day. Although you can walk to Disneyland from the hotel, it was a nice option to have due to the heat. Breakfast was included what a steal of a deal. We will stay again

The rooms are really outdated. Our bathroom shower had a huge crack on the shower wall, the metal part on the shower door was coming off revealing mold underneath. The mini fridge had a half broken handel. The microwave was not plugged in and when I called the front desk they asked if I could just plug it in. Which I would of of the huge entertainment center wasn't right in front the outlet. The only good thing was the continental breakfast and kiddie pool

Hotel was well maintained, staff were friendly. The limited parking and noise caused by the ice cream shop next door was the only real downside.

Our room was clean and there was plenty of storage for our clothes. The shower pull worked sporadically, with light shower pressure while the water alternated cold and hot. The bath tub water handle came off in my hand. Front desk staff said they would let maintenance know. Overall, I would still return! I like The Hampton Inn as a whole.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our newly adopted boys and us as new parents feel like VIPs. They were a part of giving us memories to last a lifetime!

They have very strong odor inside the property that you can’t stand. They really need to do something about that.

Outside of our room there was a lot of noises from the parking lot. My teenager was in a dance competition and really could have used good sleep for those nights. The staff was great and tried to help with the people making all the noise where we were. I would suggest not using that room for anyone with children. Otherwise, the hotel is a good value.

Great location to Disneyland resorts and great staff. However, our room (325) had no bathroom fan, shower water did not get hot at all (first time ever staying in a hotel for me), and the room had a bit of a funky smell. Other than that, it was a great stay and did the job for what we needed.

We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was also good and had several different choices everyday. We used the shuttle and it was convenient, even though it sometimes was a long wait. We didn't have any issues with our room. It was nice. You could sometimes hear the people above you, but it wasn't when we were trying to sleep so it wasn't too disruptive. It felt pretty clean overall and I didn't notice anything unclean, other than there was a bit of mold in the corner of the shower. We walked to Target since we didn't have a car and it was convenient that it was pretty close. Overall I felt like for the price of the hotel compared to others- this was a very good value and stay. I felt like it was kid friendly and I would stay here again.

We always stay here because they offered shuttle service to and from Disneyland makes it very easy to come and go!! Sad to hear that they no longer have shuttle services. Nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed our stay the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable easy check in the staff was nice. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast food we don’t eat pork so only protein for us was eggs and they were nasty tasteless other than that everything was good would stay again.

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in April 2026. We were here to go to baseball games and Disneyland. We were impressed with the staff, the room was very clean, the bedding and bed and bedding was very comfortable, having shampoo etc in the shower was a big plus and it was great to have a fridge in the room. We did sit in the hot tub for a bit so really enjoyed that. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, you could make waffles, toast, there was eggs and either sausage or bacon, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice. All you could really want or need for a great breakfast. It was a convenient location for where we were going to and while parking was a little hard to find in the evenings as people parked there to go to the ice cream shop nearby, we were able to find a spot. I would happily stay here again.

We had multiple towels in our room and over half of them were either not washed properly because they had dirt/smudge marks on them. Came back to the room and the beds were not made

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean & comfortable, we were satisfied with the amenities we used (pool, hot tub, and gym), and the breakfast was also decent. We liked how it was close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

If you can find better hotel for $100 more just booked somewhere else this hotel needs and uplift , they clean you’re room every other day unless you request it I was there for 3 nights nothing, the breakfast was subpar, the rooms where okay it scared me because I saw another review of roaches and trust me I flipped the room upside to check for any bugs I was in the clear , just don’t recommend this place on my experience.

Great to have coffee throughout the day, yet the tub was not clean upon check in, I saw a large cockroach crawling on the wall, a staff member told my wife that she had to go to her room at 10pm and could not sit in the outside patio area - which was weird and unprofessional. We will not stay at the Hampton Inn in Anaheim again. We'll find a more suitable hotel for our next trip to Disneyland. Thanks.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and roomy and the continental breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

My stay at this hotel was very good. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and the kitchen staff did an excellent job keeping everything well stocked and promptly refilling items as they ran low.

I don’t like that you only make the beds and give new towels every other day. It should be an option offered upfront when checking in. Also nothing‘s wiped down. They didn’t replace the toilet paper.

We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast was a great plus for us. The kids loved making fresh waffles and there was enough variety to keep them happy. I would have liked there to be an egg option for peiple who don't eat cheese. The egg omelets looked good, but we couldn't eat them. My daughter enjoyed the pools and hot tub, even though it wasn't that hot during our stay. We had a problem with the tv and were moved to a better room, which was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a good location and lots of food options nearby.

Convenient for Disney Park.

Hampton Inn Garden Grove was a simple, nice, clean stay for my Anaheim Ducks and Disneyland stay. Great breakfast and clean room. It was a little farther from the Disneyland Resort than I had anticipated but they offered shuttle services (through ART at the time of my stay) to help accommodate for the distance.

the parking lot was constantly full took over 15 mins to find a spot both nights we were staying. tv didn’t work upon arrival. the free breakfast was not good only had a couple of items i booked room for the breakfast so will choose different hotel next time for better breakfast. staff was super nice ! yogurt place down the road is a blight and causes tons of traffic and unsafe drivers. lots of teens and kids littered everywhere because of it.

I would not stay here again. Was expecting more for the price but it felt like a low rated motel. At check in we asked for a crib and was told they would send a pack n play to our room which never came. The bed cover had a big stain on it and we called to get a clean one, they came with a cover which felt rough. We didn’t end up using it. In the evening there was so much noise coming from the parking lot, there was a security in the parking but the traffic and noise was not controlled, it was hard to sleep. Overall it was not a comfortable stay.

The room was only cleaned every other day, and the soap was not refilled. When we called to request soap, no one brought it. The breakfast was very basic.

we stayed at the hampton for a total of three nights, breakfast was alright, definitely a small selection of stuff to choose from. the interior of the hotel looks a bit run down and old. we also had to ask the front desk to switch rooms after we discovered our hotel bathroom seemed to be messed with and it couldn’t have been housekeeping since they weren’t scheduled to come that day. weird!

Our first night around midnight, my daughter woke up to ants in her bed. When she got up, there were ants crawling on her and throughout the bedding. I immediately removed all of the bedding and placed it in the closet to prevent them from spreading further. The morning Thursday, I informed the front desk and showed them the dead ants on a tissue, and I also have photos documenting the incident. The staff did offer to move us to another room; however, we were already scheduled to leave for Disneyland, so relocating was not practical at that time. I later reached out through the hotel chat requesting compensation due to the situation. I was offered one night of free parking, but given the circumstances especially considering my daughter now has visible ant bites on her face. I requested to speak with a manager but was informed she was unavailable due to lunch and then in a meeting when I called back. I have stayed at Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties many times and have never experienced an issue like this before. This situation was distressing, particularly as it involved my child. I would greatly appreciate a follow-up from you to discuss this matter further and work toward a fair resolution. I was never given a call back from the hotel manager. I will be calling Hilton 800 number. I will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, you have every store just minutes away if needed. The room we stayed was spotless. The breakfast was good waffle, eggs, cereal ect. The only issue we had was the parking was very compact some spots were better then others but was a tight fit even with a sedan vehicle.

Staff was great, room was clean. Was told check out was at noon and it is 11, also was told they have a shuttle to Disney that was not the ART bus, but that also was not the case. They do not have their own shuttle.

Everything very good

The staff was kinda & the room was clean. Overall the hotel itself was good. The biggest downside was we were assigned a king bed on the first floor which again is fine. However, they are located next door to a very popular gelato shop that is open and packed very late and people use the hotels lot to park and walk over. We hardly got any sleep with how loud it was outside our window with the foot traffic and people/ teens revving their cars to show their friends. I myself probably wouldn’t book here again just based on my own first experience BUT that was just mine and again there was nothing wrong with the hotel itself. I guess i just wish they had security and were strict on the parking being for hotel guests only.

Mattress could have been a little better.other then that we were really happy with stay.

The other issue is that the property is adjacent to a very popular ice cream shop that had guests until at least 11pm each night who were quite loud (revving engines and talking loudly right outside the window) and the dumpster was emptied two of the four mornings we stayed at 4am. Unfortunately, the truck must have to back up 4-5 times to turn around from the dumpster, and so the beeping woke us up a couple of times. We still had a good visit, but it could have been better sleeping.

Check in was fast, the clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. I could hear talking and vehicles from the parking lot directly below the room. The building proximity to Harbor Blvd was pretty close. Could also hear the louder vehicles from that. The worst was, being woken, literally at 4:45am - 4:50am, from the trash truck banging the trash bins as they emptied them and the beep, beep beep warning sound. Check out was fast, the clerk was friendly too. If I ever stayed there again, I would ask for an even numbered room. I was in room 407.

The 2 young guys preparing breakfast are exceptionally efficient I think one of them’s name is Rodrigo(as shown in his name plate) we watch how quick they move even under pressure.

Room was clean and large. Overall had a good stay, location was close to what we needed. Downside is the additional parking fee that is not on the booking site. I told the desk that it was not listed as an additional fee on hotels .com and they did not seem to care. $25 per day. Also the loud crowd from the ice cream shop in the next lot over is kind of annoying after a long day and you want to go to sleep but can hear everything outside.

The staff was courteous and that was the best part. The jacuzzi has not been maintained and we could not use it because it was yellowish brown and it smelled bad. The breakfast was just okay and the parking situation is terrible. Not enough parking spaces and very tiny parking spaces, yet, they charge you $25 per night to keep your car there.

When I first checked in, the room looked neat. However, when I examined the bed more closely, I noticed small, round black particles that looked like mouse droppings, as well as a red stain on the blanket. I immediately spoke with the front desk. They told me housekeeping was done for the day, gave me a blanket, and promised that housekeeping would change the bedding the next morning. I was out the entire next day, and when I returned at night, the bed looked neatly made. But when it was time to sleep, I noticed the same red stain in the exact same spot. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed as promised—only remade. I called the front desk again. They apologized and said housekeeping would come to fix it. A short time later, someone knocked on the door and handed us clean sheets and blankets. However, no one changed the bed for us. I had to change the bedding myself. I do not think this is acceptable. I paid to stay at a hotel, not to do housekeeping myself. This experience was disappointing, especially since I have been a repeat guest and expected better service.

When we contacted the front desk, they responded immediately and changed us to another clean room. That one seemed fine. If it had been like that from the start, it would have been a solid 5-star experience.

The staff were excellent. The rooms were pretty good too but beds were a little squeaky but comfortable. It’s the staff that made the difference for me. They were very attentive I asked for a room close to elevator and they were able to accommodate easily. Room had a nice fridge and microwave.

The noise from the ac unit in our room sounds like there is a helicopter. If we were not tired from our Disney trip every time we come in the room, we wouldn't be able to sleep with that noise whenever it's trying too cool the room. It was very loud.

The hotel was not great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The shower in my room didn't work properly and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable so I got hardly any sleep. The front door had a sign that said it would be locked at 11 and they locked it at 10. While it shouldnt be a huge deal, one of the people I was traveling with booked the same room as me and got a free upgrade and I didn't. With so many other options in this area, I'm not sure I'll be returning. It was an uncharacteristically poor property compared to other Hilton ones I've stayed at.

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. Something needs to be done with parking and the charge to park overnight when between 9-11pm it is near impossible to get parking near the front entrance.

Outside the hotel by the handicap parking spot there’s a 3 tier curb uneven which my husband tripped and got hurt really bad. Ruined our whole trip and ultimately had to cancel. The parking situation from the neighboring business had chaos all night. It’s very loud. The parking situation is the worst.

We got in late for our trip to Disney land. The hotel has a great location for the local bus service and the front desk folks were helpful and friendly.the room was clean and the maids we met were friendly as well. We are already looking to stay again!

Although the price was a great deal and included breakfast and close to parks, the cleanliness of the facility was not good. Our room had stained sheets and towels, the toilet never flush properly, leaving us to either flush multiple times or unclog it ourselves, the shower was dirty when we got there, along with both the showerheads corroded. Hotel team and safety was great, but If the hotel was cleaned, I would stay here again, but due to cleanliness, I will not.

My family and I enjoyed this hotel. It was our first time staying here. Great service, updated hotel, free breakfast and great amenities in the hotel and the area. Alright place, could be better with how much you pay, especially parking not being included nor disclosed unless at the bottom of the website in fine print. Just be aware of the security deposit is for parking in there parking lot. When arrived we got told they needed to hold a security deposit of $150 and would get reimbursed what was not used from the the little shop they have, nothing about parking was told would be taken out of the security deposit, we would have found free parking, especially with how much we already spent on the hotel, and our first trip to Disneyland.. Called and to discuss what the charge was for got told 25$ a night plus tax for parking was taken out of the deposit, all the representatives could say was it was stated at the bottom of the website I asked why it wasnt discussed when told about needing a security deposit. Just a little disappointing with how much our trip was then to see that charge. Just That much for parking and not to even get a guaranteed parking spot or a spot near the entrance to the hotel.

Everything was excellent, except I needed to ask the front desk for earplugs because I could not sleep at all without them from the surrounding noise. Disney noise is to be expected like the fireworks, but there were groups to the side of my hotel room being incredibly loud till late in the night, weird loud in the room behind mine, and cars revving around the block for hours. I might just not be used to what’s typical noises for the area… but either way it was an unpleasant sleeping experience.

We liked the convenience of this hotel was close to Disneyland and many other business properties around the area. On the other hand, my family and I were disappointed that we booked a 1 bedroom suite which included a kitchenette, but there were little to no cookware, and the smallest cups and bowls. We weren’t able to utilized the kitchenette as how we would’ve liked, so it defeats the purpose of us booking a more expensive room. We called the front desk and their response was so nonchalant, and directed us to the mail the supervisor. We also thought we would be able to see fireworks from our room, as pictured on the website, but that all fluffs. They need to do better with providing cookware and dinnerware, and stop with the false advertisement.

First stay here and we really enjoyed it. The free breakfast is a MUST HAVE, I’ve never experienced anything like that with great prices for the stay.

Nice staff, rooms were clean. The only con was paying the $25 for parking and struggling to find parking space, due to the ice cream shop nearby many of the parking spaces were taken so we parked pretty far. The security guard did end up assisting in finding parking but it was the inconvenience of driving around a couple of times just to find parking.

If you’re staying the night after a Disneyland day, go to the hotel prior to going in the park and do a “pre-check-in”. Leave your car there and get an uber or lyft to the parks (with tip our total was ($9). It was super convenient and only had to pay for parking at hotel.

Our stay began with checking in behind an obvious sex trafficker who insisted on paying with apple pay and using his victim's passport as identification. After checking in, they were provided a welcome bag. I checked in with no welcome bag and charged $50 to park my vehicle in a half empty unattended parking lot. This hotel was listed as "free parking" during the booking process. I pointed this out and the staff did nothing about it. A short time later, my 12 year old alerted me to a large amount of blood smeared on the wall of the elevator. I told the front desk about the issue and the employee didn't even verbally respond but rather just blankly stared and me and moved on. The sausage at the breakfast buffet was miserable and was inedible. I received the obligatory text from the hotel asking about my experience and when I pointed these things out, they did nothing to correct them.

We stayed as a family of three for almost a week during our Disneyland trip, and I honestly cannot fault this hotel. It exceeded our expectations and truly made our holiday special. The front-of-house staff were warm and friendly, the hotel was spotless, and breakfast was plentiful and varied. We went down for breakfast early each morning before the parks opened, and it was pleasantly quiet at that time. The walk to Disneyland was a simple, straight route, but buses and taxis were also readily available. Highly recommended!

I went to this hotel with my family for a Disney trip. We arrived at 1am and the first room we were given smelled like dog. It smelled worse than a single dog, it smelled like a pound! I went downstairs and left my family in the dog room while I requested another room. The lady at the front desk was not too friendly and when I told her about the smell, her response was “That’s weird, there hasn’t been a dog in that room in a month”. She gave me a new room but said I had to bring down my entire family in order for her to give me a new room key. It was almost 2am at this point and my entire family was tired from traveling and I explained this to her and that it made no sense making them bring down all the luggage’s just to go back up again, and she said that if we were not all downstairs we wouldn’t be able to switch rooms. After having everyone come downstairs she gave us the new room and we went to sleep. The next morning I was able to take a look at the room and it was FILTHY! The bed had black hairs in the sheets (neither my son nor I have black hair) and the comforter was full of stains. A section even looked like it had dried oatmeal. The towels were full of stains, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. I went down in the morning and immediately checked out and took my family elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the breakfast was good and the young lady working in the front that checked us out early was very nice.

The experience I had at this property was not good. It had very bad plumbing problems. They moved me to another room and had more plumbing problems. Had to cancel plans to Disneyland twice. The front desk was not polite nor understanding. It was like if I was inconveniencing them. Wrote a letter to the CEO about it. I hardly if ever have negative reviews and im upset writing this.

We recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites at this particularlocation for the first time . The rooms were comfortable, and the $25 nightly parking fee seemed reasonable. However, parking was a major issue over the weekend. Visitors to the nearby Joe’s Italian Ice Cream frequently used the hotel lot, making it difficult for paying guests to find spots, especially with two young toddlers. The hotel should either enforce parking restrictions more strictly or reconsider charging a parking fee when spots are not reliably available. This parking situation left a negative impression, and we cannot recommend this hotel.

We got to see a great Disney firework show! My only complaint is the windows. They are so thin and offer no barrier against the loud street below. We stayed on the 6th floor and it sounded like I was sleeping on sidewalk. Minus one star for customer service but only because we never interacted with staff but they all seemed nice enough. I would stay again but choose a room not on the street side and I would bring earplugs.

We didn't like the 25.00 parking fees. Room service every other day. Had to ask for towels 2 times. No glasses in bathroom for brushing teeth. Had a strange odor as you walk in. They also turn the public parking lot into a private lot after 10pm, and force you to pay 25 bucks a night to park your car in it. So you can park for free all day, but overnight. You pay. Breakfast was actually pretty good, they offer a couple of breakfast options, yoghurt, bagels, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, tea, coffee and a couple of "fruit juices.". They did have eggs on one of the days, and sausages. The hotel was okay, overall. It was very clean. Employees are very nice, but they are rigid. "I'm sorry, our policy is..." Pricing was better than average, but not significantly so.

AC was loud and smelly. The toilet was not working, they had a plumber come and informed us that it would be changed once we checked out! Didn’t even switch rooms for us m so we had a clogged toilet during our stay. Very disappointed.
