It was unsanitary, visable stains on the bed sheets and pillow, hasnt been properly cleaned who knows how long. There are visable damage on the ceilings and walls. Terrible cover up with paint and masking tape to cover up potential water damage and visable water damage on one of the doors

Showed up to an empty office, never entered the facility, called, no answer, left a message. Received a call back approximately 4 hours later, stated I was no longer on the island as I had no place to stay. Was told I could not get a refund.

The room was so insanely hot out, dirty, and had blankets over the windows instead of curtains. Way overpriced for what it was and only had a window unit to cool the whole place which didn’t help at all. It was gross and hot and we couldn’t even stay there we had to pay for a whole other hotel. We are from tulsa and have stayed in our fair share of cheap hotels but this was the worst I’ve ever seen.

Nothing. No one checked us in and no one answered phone or email. They kept my money no refunded Everything. Especially keeping my money and didn't even get to stay there as no one answered the office door or phone calls or emails.

It was a terrible hotel with the office bolted shut, no answer to phone call so we went somewhere else

Our room was dirty n bathroom,had a oder in room but didnt complain cause price was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel owner wouldn’t allow me to stay because bookings.com never paid her. Still waiting on a refund from you!!!!? Refund my miney asap!

It was very run down creepy the shower didn't work they say on the web site u can park there but they only have like 5 parking spots and say u have to pay 20dollars to park it wasn't somewhere i felt comfortable

Location, that’s all… Property in need of repairs. Went to urinate and toilet clogged. Manager not polite. Property owner did not honor price from website.

Nothing Everything. I cannot believe that this motel is operating legally. The building is structurally unsafe neither the lights nor appliances work and the place was unhygienic; including rotting facies in the toilet! When we complained, told them that we could not stay in such an appalling facility and and asked for our money back, the manager refused. I regularly use Booking.com and am very surprised and disappointed that you allow this facility to advertise on your site.

It was not a hassle to check in or out. We were not disturbed by any neighboring rooms. Can not beat the location, close enough to the seawall to walk, and with the two trolley systems, we didn't have to drive. Parking, motel has four spots in front but I believe those are for the owners that live on site. Not an issue except most of the surrounding area is permit parking for resident. We ended up parking two streets up and one street over. The only thing I really did not like was the shower as there was zero pressure but the entire facility is under renovations so this may not be a problem much longer. I was able to bathe so was not mad about it.

The property was so bad we had to just ignore the reservation. Pics don’t do this place justice. It’s falling down.

The location was great for the sea wall and pier. The air conditioner worked great! It had a fridge and micro-wave. no bed bugs visible. The hotel is run down and very dirty. I don't know if our room was cleaned or just not cleaned well. There were dirty socks under one of the beds. Used bar soap all over the bathroom. The Bathtub was filthy. Holes in the walls.

Nothing. Payed for the room online, got to the place to check in and owner was no where to be found. The owner is very irresponsible whenever it comes to booking a room at this place. I made reservations online which there is a non refund disclosure listed. When I made it there was no one at the front desk. I called multiple times, knocked for a little over a hour with still no response. I logged back on to booking.com to attempt to get a refund from the owner which was denied in minutes of me requesting it. I get a call 5 hours later at 9pm from the owner asking me if I was coming to check in. I told her I had already made reservations elsewhere. Then when I explained the whole situation to her the only thing she could say was I can give you a discount on your next stay. No ma’am I will never stay here again and highly recommend nobody else does either. The place isn’t worth it and this just seems like a money scam operation the owner is running

Roach infested, room had nasty odor, sheet was nasty, refrigerator and microwave were nasty, bathroom sink an tube nasty, sink by refrigerator nasty, pipie sticking out when you walked in , floor nasty, also smelled of gas, lady was rude about everything, steps to room weak and shakes walking on them, steps falling apart, whole place needs repairs

Vårt rum var inte städat, allt var trasigt, slitigt och fuktigt. Wi-Fi funkade inte. Tv-funkade inte. Lampa glappade. Silverfiskar i duschen. Inga handdukar. Låg smutsiga tvättlappar och hår kvar. Sängarna var inplastade och hade bara underlakan, inga påslakan utan överkastet var täcke. Vi hade med egna lakan så sov ovanpå sängarna och checkade ut tidigare.

This was the worsst hotel that i have ever seen. Very old and rundown. the Room was clean, but everything else was terrible. The bedsheets and towels were old and worn out. Tje sink was closgged. The decor was from 50 years ago. Chairs were torn and dirty. The Lady that runs the motel was so abrupt and rude and difficult, Not friendly at all. She should not be running a motel. Overall, this was the scariest and worst property ever. i only stayed overnght to go on a cruise, so it was okay. but i would never stay more than one night. Not suitable for any type of enjoyment or vacation. Even for one night to arrive and go on my cruise, i would never stay here again. i only stayed because i had already paid and was very tired, so went to bed and got up the nect mornng and went to my cruise ship. Otherwise, i would have run away and gone somewhere else. This motel is actually disgusting

This place was the only one we could find with room that had power the weekend after hurricane Beryl that wasnt super expensive. For the price it should have been a bit better but the property wasnt great and the parking limited. It was alright to sleep for one night. The staff was super friendly.

No paying looked like a ghetto and air conditioner had no plug everything was roasted out and looked like nothing has been serviced or replaced in 20 years

Honestly was scared to stay with the look of the hotel, the single parking space couldnt fit our van and the building was uninviting to put it politely. No refund on the same day so had to just take the hit and book elsewhere for peace of mind. It is the best price i could find and would rather have stayed in the car.

Curtains hanging off the rods and nasty spots on the matress pad that looked like blood or feces.

Had more rooms than parking spaces only 5 in front and online says they have a microwave and refrigerator which there was NOT either. Lady at front desk was rude AF second morning, I was going to leave & she told me I didn’t have to. She needs to have training on customer service

They do not even offer toilet paper. Put water in empty mini fridge before we left. Came back later, open fridge and there is someones glass tumbler and can in the fridge, that was not there before we left.

Bugs on bed we didn’t even stay there we left ! Bc of how dirty it was never again
