I loved the facilities and all the activities to entertain families. I would've really liked if there was a washer/dryer in the condo rather than the community laundry. I didn't like that there was not a cross walk to get across the road to the beach on a busy road.

Overall, the hotel is great. We had a little hiccup the first night when pulling out the sofa bed - We discovered that the underside of the sofa bed hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a ton of crumbs and little critter carcasses on the mattress. We also discovered a few dead tiny roaches on one of the mattresses in one bedroom. The hotel staff were super kind, however, and did come and sanitize the next day. The rest of our stay went off without a hitch - And I would definitely stay here again, just double triple check your mattresses.

2- THE POOL WAS TERRIBLY DIRTY 3- If you need bed sheets you will have to visit Front Desk at least 3 times

Location, condo size, bedding, facilities. Calling Guest Services and having to speak with someone who answered the phone and is having a conversation with you as well as someone in their presence. Called about a remote that didn't work and never received a replacement or a call back indicating a replacement wasn't coming. We were on vacation and it wasn't really necessary as we spent a lot of time out of condo but would have enjoyed watching a little TV before sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few “tips” for future travelers. The website is misleading. Only “Signature” guests have beachfront access; the majority have to cross a busy road and go under the “Signature “ building to get to the beach. You can use beach chairs free of charge by going to the first floor at Signature. We weren’t aware of this & happened upon it by pure luck! The bugs are horrendous. Do NOT walk on the grass or you will be attacked by some black bugs. Request a renovated unit. Also, the couples that we were with had a 2 bedroom unit for the same price as a one bedroom. The advantage is the balcony. However, with the mosquito situation being so bad, they couldn’t use it. We enjoyed Galveston Island, but wouldn’t pick this area again.

The signature villa is the best bang for your buck! Having access to the signature pool, signature fitness center and cafe were great. The two bedrooms were well stocked and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed having text access to the staff for answers to questions.

The resort, or at least our room lacked in the maintenance department completely. One door to the bathroom didn’t latch at all, the other stuck. There was an issue with the bathroom exhaust fan not working, constant humming. Maintenance checked it, turned off breaker and advised with fix the next day. The exhaust fan was still not working when we left the resort.

Signature is the only way to go with this resort. Amazing views, hands off management, if you plan on arriving after 11 you have to visit the security box instead of the front office to check in.

The stay in the Signature Villas was pretty good. It was a family trip, so the amenities were definitely nice to have. We definitely made good use of the kitchen. It was well stocked and ready to go. The whole place was very spacious. The mini golf, shuffleboard and playground were a nice touch here as well. The down side to this place is just that is does not seem well maintained. As soon as we checked in we had to call maintenance. They did send someone over in a timely manner to fix our issue. However, there was other things in the villa that needed repair but not immediately so we just finished out our trip without complaint. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Their maintenance/managers needs to do walkthroughs of the rooms once housekeeping has reported the room has been clean. There was a closet that had a handle that needed repairs. The master bedroom ceiling fan remote was missing and we had to locate the breaker to turn the lights back on for the bathroom.

I only have two complaints. One; the fourth floor elevator did not work so our family of six had to pack all of our luggage and coolers full of food up one flight of stairs. Definitely an inconvenience! The second complaint is the lounge chairs in our hotel room suite were about the most uncomfortable lounging chairs ever. When you’re done playing all day and want to just relax the only place to relax lay on the bed. The couch was comfortable archive loved it. Everything else was amazing. Definite going to stay there again!

It was secluded so I really enjoyed that. I wish there were more directions on how to check-in though. I had a hard time finding it at first.

The kids arcade wa broken when we went, the pool was kinda dirty, in a failure to skim it daily way... the place over all is an ok experience.

They overcharge on various fees that are in fine print. They also are predatory in sales to get you to do time shares.

I was unaware that our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator.

Clean room and friendly staff. We were put on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators in some of the room pods. My other family stayed in a pod with elevators and their elevator broke (she is wheelchair bound). There is also no breakfast or even coffee, which you would expect for the price. The nice amenities were only for the elite.

At first I was worried I wasn't' going to get the beach view. Because their were properties on both sides of the highway. As I checked in they told me our stay was on the other side beach front. They gave us a choice of which floor we wanted. Unfortunately they told us the elevator did not go up all the way to our floor and we would have to take the stairs one flight. That was not a deal breaker. Our room was absolutely amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean, the view was amazing of the beach, sunsets and sunrises. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Just make sure you request a signature room to get the best room and views.

Great space for our family of 4. We loved being able to make meals and the kitchen was fully equip. When we visited the activity center, there were things for the kids to do each day.

My room was very DUSTY, pillow case had stains on it & shouldn’t have been placed on a pillow. One of the restrooms were left dirty (we had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean it), the bottom part of the refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly, the room reeked of cat/dog urine (but only service animals were allowed🙄), there’s NO swim up pool bar (has been down some time)! I could’ve stayed in a hotel w/ better features & amenities for a much CHEAPER price! It was some people above & their kids had NO home training. They literally STOMPED above us until about 2am & there’s NO staff on property after 10pm!

Wonderful property grounds, location was amazing. Huge room with 2 big bedrooms and gorgeous balcony. The only negative was that they were working on the elevator so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

This apartment is tightly designed but this makes sure that you have all of the amenities that you need. The bunk beds were strong and strudy so that our large university student children could sleep there with confidence. (just had to be flexible to get in the top bunk! :) ) It was clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that there was not anything in the kitchen other than dishes and pots. The cookie sheet was too large to fit in the small oven. But there was not even salt and pepper, or even enough for one pot of coffee. But over all it was a nice, clean, snug room.

The room was decent. The vents were unfortunately shut and we weren’t made aware of that so we slept in a hot room the first night and the shower temperature gauge was reversed so that was a little weird but once we realized that was an easy adjustment but the real reason for the low score is that the staff seemed to care more about selling their rewards scam then they did taking care of their guests. We were basically tricked into signing up for a meeting and decided we would rather enjoy that time doing what we came there for(a vacation) so we skipped it and ended up with a $50 fee. We asked for the meeting to be cancelled at the beginning but were told “the new system” wouldn’t allow that. $50 is a small place to pay to know we won’t be going back to a Holiday Inn Resort anytime soon. The manager was supposed to contact me but never did. Queue an automated response.

After reading a lot of reviews, i can agree that the floors require a deep cleaning. It seems only a surface cleaning is done between visitors. The threshold (and honestly entire entry door) needed to be replaced. The amount of wind and light that came in around the door was very large. We were on the forth floor. The elevator that went to forth floor, did not work. We were fortunate enough to rent the “signature” side so the photos and the listed amenities we had access too. We enjoyed our time, we would return but i do plan to bring my own cleaning supplies to meet our standard of clean.

After 4 hours of journey we arrived there.After checking when we got the key the front desk lady sent us the other desk to activate our keys. The horrible experience started right there. She worked for marketing department of the company. After a long journey with 2 kids we had to wait for 40 mins to get our keys.She didn’t stop there, she said if we don’t choose preview potion which is for 90mins class or whatever we can’t have access to the beach, activities and heated pool.We was shocked and kids was so sad when they heard that. We booked that resort for those activities and heated pool. She was ready to ruin our vacation. For the kids we had to choose 90mins preview class and she charged $30 if we missed the schedule.She didn’t mention that both of us had to be there. Me and my husband decided that I will take the kids to the beach and he will attend the preview class. When my husband went there they said i have to be there too 😡😡. Guys what , we missed the schedule and it cost $30 . What a joke 😡. The Holliday inn should think twice about this marketing policy. Very very disappointing

The signature room was great in that there was easy beach access

Place was clean and nice, no complains there, but I feel a bit deceived .. the property photos like the pool which showed a nice heated pool on the beach and no other pool, we ended up being told we didn’t have access to.. that was disappointing and misleading given it’s one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. I was also told over the phone when I called after booking that we didn’t have to cross the street to get to the beach; she assured me we did not… we did have to cross the street.. all this maybe could have been fine expect for the face that the pics lead you to believe one thing about location of property and amenities that we couldn’t have access to.. none of that was mentioned in the booking and/or room details at all.

Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is we had no hand soap in the bathroom. We notified the front desk and they said they would get us some. Soap was delivered to my neighbors door so we didn’t get it till two days before we were to check out. We were there for 5 days. But other than that we had a great stay

Not as advertised. All the amenities they show for the listing are all extra and part of a time share. To gain access to it you have to sit through an hour and a half sales pitch. If you don’t go to their sales pitch you don’t get access to anything and they are super pushy about joining their time share. The condo we stayed in was okay. It was pretty clean but there were a couple broken things and no body wash anywhere in the unit. Overall all it was nice enough but disappointing we did not get to enjoy the amenities that they advertise.

It was a December visit so it was quiet. We were there for an event that started at 4 so I called to see if I could check in a little early and was told "if the room is ready." They didn't make any effort to give me a definite answer or help me solve my timing issue. From the looks of it, the resort was not very busy so they could have made arrangements for us to be able to check in early if they tried.

Excellent place to stay if you are needing a place for more than a day or two. Had a room on the 4th floor and unfortunately the elevator only went to the 3rd floor but it wasnt bad at all. Loved the view. Easy walk to the beach. Private covered parking is provided. Stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing.

We booked a stay in a Signature Room for two nights, but we had multiple issues. The first night we were assigned to Room 106 - highly do not recommend. First off, it was a handicapped room, which we did not ask for. Half of the room’s locks did not work, the door separating the master bedroom and bathroom was busted and didn’t close all the way or have a lock at all. The ‘view’ that we paid for was 75% blocked off, as the room is positioned directly behind the pool house. The master bedroom on the beach side has absolutely no view of anything but a wall. The living room has a partial view of the ocean, but only if the pool is empty. The balcony is not private at all, as stated in the Expedia description. The A/C was completely out in half of the suite, and the other half of the suite was hot and humid from working overtime, even with the doors closing off the half not working. The floor was also soaked in the room without working A/C. We checked in around 9pm, and by the time we realized this, the staffed hours had closed. I called right after 7am the following morning to see if we could get a room change, to which the attendant agreed but was clearly not happy about it. We then got moved to the room directly next door in 106, and it was better, but still not worth the extra for a Signature Room. The A/C at least worked, and the doors locked, and it wasn’t handicapped, but we really did not have a great experience.

Gorgeous rooms, clean, and great staff, only glitch was upstairs neighbors were very very noisy. But the room was except!

The room smelled of mildew, not swept or mopped. My crawling daughters legs and knees were black with dirt. The smoke detector went off three times during our stay when the shower turned off. Didn't realize check-in has two sections. Took about 20 minutes to check-in. Bombarded with questions on spending more money with them when I told them I had a conference to go to. Seeking some form of reimbursement.

The balcony view over the bay was awesome. The infinity pool on the seaside is also cool and there’s a bar at the pool and two hot tubs. Our roommate of smelled like mold. It we dealt with it. The toilet handle broke and they repaired it right away.

Our stay was wonderful, very clean, and as a mother of 3 boys all different ages there was something for each. My youngest being 4 having access to the pool so close to the beach so close to the room felt like an actual vacation to me. It was great.

Beautiful room and accomodations. Would recommend but showers had cold water, no elevator access to third floor room, and not enough pillows/sheets provided for sofa bed sleeper. Still would definitely stay again as these drawbacks would not likely repeat.

At check in the front desk said our Expedia purchase included the timeshare presentation. That required a $50 deposit. When we went to the presentation, they told us it wasn’t required and said our $50 deposit would be returned. That was a lie. I had better experiences at the cheap motels down the street. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The tv had a broken wire and we werent able to use any of them the first night. Blake, the gentleman who fixed the issue was polite, professional, and a good employee for the company. Other than that the stay was great

Room could use curtains, it was very bright from the lights in the walk way in front of the rooms ( we were on top floor). It was also odd the shower in the king room set off the fire alarms every time we used it. Overall really good value especially with kids. We would stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. Our signature room was exceptional. Our fridge was not working and when we called, help arrived within the hour. They couldn't repair it and promptly replaced it. Great service done with a smile. I plan on booking another stay soon. (I hope all of the elevators are soon in working order, the only hiccup)

The room itself was spacious, but you can tell it’s not high-quality fixtures. One towel rack fell off the wall when we just reached to take off the towel and there were ants in the bathroom. Also the beautifully pictured pool by the beach is only for their “signature” timeshare members and not available to us booking through this website. Another deception! Knowing now that something labeled a “vacation club” is actually a timeshare, I will never stay at this property or one like it again.

Website deceptive - not near the water, small pool. Staff wrote "my" suite number down and it didn't exist. Minor things wrong in the room that did not affect the comfort though. Beds were comfortable, rooms were a good size.

Newly renovated, extremely friendly staff, and amazing location. Only downside is that we boarded our puppies because the property has a no pets policy, but when we got there, so many people had their pets with them. Not service animals…. Pets. We were kinda bitter about that, but it’s not a real representation of how we were treated. No real complaints. Great place to stay.

I should've read the reviews. I chose this hotel for the pool in the pictures and only on arrival we learnt that we didn't have access to this pool because we didn't book a signature room. What a bummer. Other than that we had a great stay. Well maintained and equipped mini golf course and tennis courts that we used, nice and quiet beach with private shaded parking. Well equipped kitchen as well.

Staff seemed unmotivated. I arrived 10 minutes before the front desk closed and the 5 people behind the desk wanted me to wait until after the front-desk closed to check in with security because it was going to be an inconvenience to their closing process.

I booked based on these photos and felt misled when I learned about the restriction. When I raised the issue with Expedia, they dismissed my complaint, saying the property “does have a pool and the pool is open,” even though the advertising was deceptive. Open pool is not the same as available pool. Because of this experience, I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and with the Federal Trade Commission / Attorney General regarding deceptive advertising practices.

Property is very clean and family friendly.

Very nice and clean. The stay I’m at is huge 2 bedrooms. Me and my husband have plenty of space to enjoy . The only thing we not very happy is we booked too close to our trip so we couldn’t get the stay right at the beach. We have to walk across the street. About 10 min to the beach. We don’t have the access to get to the pool right on the beach

Not what was advertised, shows a pool on the edge of the beach with a dining area. Property is on the other side of the road away from the beach. A long walk from the beach. No eating area, no bar. The main photo they use is of another Holiday Inn that is a separate facility according to the staff across the road on the beach side

Not represented correctly online, no easy beach access with chairs and umbrellas, room had a terrible sewer odor, smoke alarm went off every time you used the shower...beautiful property though...

Beautiful place.

We booked a three nights stay at the IG Galveston Seaside location as it looks nice and great for kids. To our dismay, our first room had bed bugs. As someone who has been in hotels quite a bit, I understand that it happens. They set us up with a new room and low and behold that one has them too. At this point I am totally disgusted. We give them a third shot, they upgraded us for free to the signature building right on the beach. The manager swore she checked the room first. Great, right?! Wrong! That room had more bed bugs than the other two combined... Of course that was the last straw. After fighting with them for a refund, we were able to have hotels.com bacK us up and get a new hotel. They also refused to hear treat our luggage. GROSSSSSSS!!!! I'll so disgusted now!

This property is right on the beach and the fully furnished condos are beautiful. Only downside to this stay was elevators were broken and there was no hair dryer

We planned a stay cation in Galveston. The pool at this property caught my attention when looking for a hotel. We're a party of 6 and breakfast is also a plus! Our room was perfect! It was a two bedroom suite with a pullout bed. The disappointment was the amenities. Turns out there was no breakfast included and the beautiful infinity pool is for Signature Members only. The pool photo is the first one shown when this hotel is searched online. It was very deceiving and extremely disappointing. We only had access to a simple rectangular pool where sand covered the bottom and the steps were slippery and slimy. So if you are drawn to the property for the pool don't fall for it like I did!

Booked the room and thought it came with free breakfast. The room, pool was not at all what the pictures showed. Thought we were on the ocean side of seawall and was not. Talked to 2 more groups of people and they thought the same thing. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. Just not what we were under the impression we booked… looks can be deceiving !!!

Our condo was beautiful But far from pools or other activities.

The only bad thing about our stay was the oven in the restaurant was broken the entire time of our stay. You do have to leave off the property to eat when that happens. But EVERYTHING is was amazing. Room and service on the property were nice. The infinity pool and being right on the beach was right was we expected and needed. Splurge for the signature rooms as they are right on the beach. The other rooms at the property are across a busy street. The signature rooms are all upgraded and tons of space for multigenerational vacations like ours. Would come back again!

Our stay was amazing! Loved building 13 Salvatore, no sun on the balcony, quick walk to putt putt. Room was great, spacious rooms, nice fluffy beds, complete decked out kitchen was able make my crew a breakfast to start their day! And by simply crossing the road we had beach access! Absolutely perfect! Thank you!

I don’t like how my whole stay was 843 then they tried charging 1012 for the last 2 days

The resort was nice but room had a “moldy” smell, no elevators and lots of noise coming from upstairs. Pool had no towels.

Best vacation ever!

We booked this property as a getaway for a few days. My past experiences with Holiday Inn Club vacations has been good until now. This property is misrepresented through pictures on their homepage. The infinity pool shown is only for members of their timeshare program. There are multiple buildings without elevators available, meaning you have to use stairs. This is not well represented in their information until you get to the property. The front desk agent did change us to one of the only properties with an available elevator due to my disabled Mother-in-Law being with us. The beach access is quite a walk. We chose to drive instead down to a state park and use their beach access. Overall this was a disappointment for our stay. I would expect better from a major company such as IHG. We will be choosing to stay at the other Club Vacations property in Galveston next time.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here. Check in was great, staff was very accommodating, rooms were clean, spacious, easy to access. We enjoyed the pool and other great activities the hotel had to offer. We will definitely be returning.

The elevators didn’t work! Staff didn’t bring towels! Mini Golf and other amenities are run down and not at all what they are shown to be on the pictures.

We were not aware until we got there that it is a timeshare. The rooms were good but still some construction being done. The elevators were not working. Some of the amnemities are not available to you like the infinity pool. We really couldn't use the amnemities during our stay as it rained. We went to Moody and it was fine but kind of far from everything. It want what we thought. Next time will stay closer to Galveston

Anyway we arrive, the condo is decent but neither the front door would close all the way, we were able to slam them shut to get them to lock at least. The decor is nice and beds were okay. TVs in every room and could not watch a single on. They don’t have Netflix or anything. You can stream but their internet is horrible. Some won’t care about that but we like to watch tv at night when we get in. Overall not happy at all. I did not get what I booked.

When we walked into our unit, it wasn't ready. There was a bag of someone else's clothes on the kitchen island, and the sofa pillows were all off the sofa, and all the drawers and cabinet doors throughout the until were open. A large bag of trash was outside our door and remained there until we checked out, even though I called down as soon as we checked in and asked them to remove it. They never did (though they did come remove the close and fix the broken microwave), so crows kept hanging around the bag that we had to encounter each time we came/left. Room was cute and spacious, and we had a perfect beach view. Easy parking. Convenient to beach. Loved the signature pool. Elevators were out of service.

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed in one of your presidential 2 room villas. The only thing I would recommend is that you keep a broom and dustpan in them for guests to use to sweep up the kitchen and dining areas.

The cleanliness of our Villa was excellent!! Wish there were more amenities on the non-signature side of properties though.

Impressed with this place. Our condo was super clean minus the wet dog smell upon arrival. Looked brand new. Easy parking but no elevator so dragging luggage up and down sucked. Resort fee seems odd since you're already paying a lot. We liked our stay though and has good amenities.

The Grand Villa was perfect for my family, loved the balcony, clean, friendly staff, great extras like mini golf, volleyball, easy beach access! Highly recommended!

The layout of the property, and the location was very nice.

Did not like paying for a Presidential Villa where half of the Villa (including the living and dining areas) were unacceptable due to Broken A/C unit and it being between 77-79 degrees INSIDE. Maintenance had to come to our room to install a portable unit just for us to sleep through the night and when we woke up, there was a huge hole where the portable unit didn't fit the window so hot air was coming inside all night and morning until we left. The portable unit leaked water all over the carpet by one side of the bed so it was a soupy walking mess come morning. They were, however, very accommodating to a request I had for an umbrella and beach chairs up on our arrival down to the area of beach out in front of their resort property so that's outstanding.

The property is beautifully maintained, and the beachfront views were simply breathtaking. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony with an ocean view. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, full kitchen, comfortable beds, and even a washer and dryer. It truly felt like a home away from home. The resort amenities were top-tier. The pool was sparkling clean and never too crowded, and there were plenty of fun activities for both kids and adults. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. It’s also perfectly located, just far enough from the hustle of downtown Galveston to feel peaceful and private, but close enough for a quick drive to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation with all the comforts of home.

It was a very nice room. Everything was clean except the tubs and shower. The room took a full 5 days for the AC to drop past 72 degrees. The pictures on their website should be updated. There is now a very small play ground that is not toddler friendly, the pool pictured is only for signature guest that also wasn’t stated. They have a basic pool for all other guest. They do have put put golf and shuffle board available which is so nice and free of charge. My kids enjoyed those activities. I’m not sure I would stay again. I’ve been to a lot of holiday Inn resorts. And this one was my least favorite for sure.

Beautiful, spacious room that looked to be recently remodeled. The beds were SUPER comfortable, including the pullout, which was a nice surprise. We loved the pools and the convenient beach access. There are very few dining options close by, but we really wanted a quiet, relaxing stay, so we just brought our own food. Just be prepared for some pressure when you check in to attend a timeshare presentation. We declined, and had to say it a few times before they let up. But after that, no issues for the rest of the stay, and every staff member we encountered was so friendly and polite.

Only complaint was AC didn’t cool the room, and the fire alarm kept going off.

When we first arrived the air conditioner didn’t work in our original room, they dispatched service but it was taking too long so I requested a new room and they obliged. The picture seen on here is not the building we were booked in so I said something about that also and they made it happen to where we had access to what was pictured on the booking. Great service!

We had a great time! Our room was amazing. The only complaint was that we thought we would have access to the pool across the street.

Everything about the property was great! We stayed on the beach side. Had to pay an upgrade fee to get in on that side. We really disliked the birds constantly flying overhead above the swimming pool area and crapping on us. It would have been a great stay if it wasn't for that.

Love the ocean view of the Signature rooms. Awesome time. Just a shame that cafe/bar is not open earlier/longer.

The property and staff were amazing.y family lives the infinity pool and hot tub. The area was clean and the view of the ocean was perfect. Ocean access was easy. The room itself met our needs and having a full kitchen was nice. Overall we loved our vaca and would easily return to this same property.

I love that there was two bedrooms two bathrooms. Everybody had their own little private area! Will definitely be returning to this resort

All buildings except one are across the street from the beach… A long walk or a drive. Upon registration we learned we were across the street and we had to pay an upgrade fee to get in the building that faced the ocean that building is lovely but if you are looking for a unit that you can see the ocean from their ads are deceiving

This property is VERY quiet with no dining and shopping options within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the putt-putt and ping pong (apart of the $10/day resort fee). Pool/spa was very nice however the swim up bar was closed our entire stay. We also stayed @ the Signature Collection with the infinity pool and found it hard to get loungers as others from the property across the street where using the chairs. The inifinity pool was for Signature guests only but not enforced. The room and views for our Signature room were great, VERY large accommodations. Unfortunately we paid for this room for the in room laundry. Upon wanting to use found the washer full of black mold. We ran the cleaning cycle twice and bought bleach to try and clean, nothing worked. The mold was embedded into the machine. They gave us a key card for the room next door, also FULL of mold. We then had to load and drive our laundry across the street to the other location. These were very small and always full. This was a disappointment after having paid for the in room laundry. The dryer was also so packed with lint that the screen catcher wouldn't fit. My husband had to use the kitchen tongs and the vacuum to try and clean it out so we could at least use the dryer. Don't plan to do laundry in a Signature room. Finally, they try to sell you a timeshare @ check in. I told them the first day we were not interested and they again called the next day to the room to try again.

Love the pool and views of the beach but hotel is starting to look a little old now. For the price of the condo, rooms should be well maintained. But customer service was great the staff tried as much as possible to make us feel comfortable.

Pool wasn’t heated. If it is supposed to be it must’ve not been working properly. Other then that it was a great place for a family vacation.

them the issues, front desk ladies where on their cell phones rather than trying to help. Told one lady the issues and she told me I had to talk to the other. While I waited on them for 15 minutes the First Lady talk to the other lady about things she saw on Facebook. Then the lady they said could “help” just wrote this issue on a sticky note saying they couldn’t do anything about compensation but they’d have their supervisor call in the morning. Why couldn’t the first woman do that!? Wasting MORE of my time on my vacation I worked hard to earn, on their mistakes. Came back to our room after dinner to find they didn’t fix the nasty mess until the next afternoon, or shampoo. The supervisor called the next morning saying they would refund the deposit, and I reminded them for shampoo (still didn’t get any). Just bought my own, shouldn’t have to tell them a third time. TV didn’t work in the living room which was annoying. Just a crappy experience and would never visit this location again.

This was my first time going to this property. It was an awesome birthday trip I had for my 12 yr old daughter. Her, her friend, my mama and myself loved it!!! The views were breathtaking and the place was very nice!!! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again!

the bathroom showers could use cleaning & updating. The living room furniture is definitely in need of replacing. Very uncomfortable for watching television. Few details would make this an amazing getaway destination.
