The pool was small but our 3 kids liked it. They made a comment that they liked how warm the water was. Breakfast was very good both mornings. The property in general was clean and well taken care of. What we didn’t like was how the hotel had only 1 elevator working. It wasn’t mentioned to us either when we checked in. Our room didn’t have black out curtains. Just a see through curtain that we didn’t like. It was hard our first night to sleep because our room was lit up with the outside lights. Overall it was very quiet, we didn’t hear anything. Beds were perfect. The hotel is gated and well lite. Yes, there’s homelessness in the area. Don’t be surprised to see them on the outside of the gate. They were all friendly and left us alone.

Breakfast gets us going. Staff always friendly

Everything was great, except the air conditioner was very loud. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise.

I am very thankful for the front desk staff at this location. We arrived VERY late due to the Amtrak train being delayed. The front desk guy was super helpful and got us checked in quickly. A different front desk guy was super helpful in getting me to Enterprise the next morning for a rental. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.

Great bfast, quiet, great staff

As much as I loved the room in this hotel, the outside was an absolute tragedy. I have never in my life seen so many homeless people in one space. They were all surrounding the hotel and there's a tunnel right behind the hotel that they live in. That being said, we went to leave the next morning and alot of our stuff from our trip and clothes were all stolen. It's really a shame that there's not security or police involvement in this area.

Right off the 40. Easy to get to. Fenced in. I understand that Gallup is a pretty low income area, and it’s a very convenient place to stay off of the 40, but it can feel sketchy. It backed up to an old canal that’s all dried up-it seems like that’s where a lot of homeless and drug addicts wonder. They didn’t come on to the property. I guess there is security that monitors at night. So it feels sketchy, but seems like no one bothers the cars in hotel parking lots.

Overall the property was very clean. The food was delicious and rooms were quite comfy. There was no hot tub as indicated on their website. The pool is very small. There was 5 kids in the pool and it already looked like too many people were in the pool. There were also no pool towels. The emergency phone that was in the pool area did not work. You have to walk to the front office or call using your cellphone for pool towels. On a better note, the staff was very helpful and polite. They were tremendously patient with the children on their property.

Very much outside noise. We booked the two bed suite with couch trundle, mattress was stained. We will stick to another location instead.

The disappointment was great in many ways. The biggest problem is the noise issue. The train sound was relatively loud, disturbing my sleep, and the AC unit's sound was loud, but the bigger problem was that the wind kept blowing, making it difficult. No matter how much I tried to turn it off with temperature control and various methods, the wind kept coming out.

You over booked rooms...my room was givin away to another party...there was no more rooms but website said you had alot more. I asked if i can get a different room for the same rate and they said no.

AC temperature wouldn’t adjust so they must have a set temperature no matter what we changed it to. Didn’t sleep good at all.
