Overall okay. Pool is shared with a neighboring motel. Pretty small and right along the road with no privacy. For a family with kids excited for a pool, it didn't impress. Room and facilities okay.

Everything was clean, water pressure was very lacking, breakfast was bland even with salt and pepper. Air conditioner in room worked great.

Thanks to excellent training I'm sure. Plenty of parking...

The room had a smell and decor dirty. Elevator door inside and out of was not clean. The breakfast was horrible, the only thing that was decent was the waffle. Juices watered down and breakfast serving dishes were tore up. Shower had stains and stopper in bottoms of tub was broke. Vent hood broke and had dirty fingerprints on top of ceiling around the vent hood. Overall, I would not return.

It’s close to many restaurants and shopping. It seems like they were using my room as storage. There were multiple lamps on the window side of the bed, like 3 floor lamps. Also the rod was broken off the curtain and was just sat in the corner. The next time I was gonna book to stay there, the price jumped $45 a night. Not staying in a storage room for $125 a night.

This was a great spot to stay on our way back home from a longer trip. My only complaint was the room smelled like it was previously an allowed smoking room. Like the some smell was in the carpet still, other than that clean and comfortable.

Parking was fine. Towels were replenished but room coffee was not. Everything was clean.

Breakfast was pretty gross , but for the price I really wasn’t expecting much different. To be fair I came towards the end of breakfast but it’s just bad food safety practices for everything to be as cold as it was .

everything was very clean peaceful and quite i travel a lot so i know what high quality breakfast taste like and i will give the breakfast a 5/10 because you can tell everything was processed eggs look and taste like it came out of a premade container idk. food was cold half the time, but other the that i was just thankful to have a buffet break fast in the morning. Staff was very nice and friendly. I will still recommend this place because the price and how clean it is and staff being very friendly, and its very peaceful.

Doorto the room would not shut unless slammed or locked. Safety issues. Breakfast was AWFUL. Food was cold and the breakfast area was disgusting. I asked for a receipt at checkout and the front desk lady was very unhelpful and had non stop excuses to why she couldn't give me one. I do NOT recommend this hotel and am rather disappointed in the over all experience here

In a decent location The bedding and curtains were not cleaned. The sheets had stains and so did the comforter. It looked like they just straightened up the bedding and never changed the sheets. The bedroom curtains were filthy as well.

They charged my card without my knowledge and ended up putting a red flag and getting my card blocked Expedia still charged me for pay at hotel extra although the hotel charged me before I got there Nobody cleaned rooms any day I was there all they did was refill towels

Love the location, the hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly, only down fall was out side every exit was piles of beer cans, could have cleaned up the outside better

The clothes drawers are lacking if you are staying for several days. The hang area is barely the size to hang shirts only. There was a tray that held coffee packs and cups but no coffee machine. Ice machine was pulled out of 2nd floor and had to go to main floor for ice. Breakfast area was very clean but not managed as many items were out and not restocked. The food chafing dish lids were up and food was cold. Then there was a pan of what looked like gravy away from the other food, but not labeled so not taking chances. On our departure day the food area lights were off. I guess they didnt want anyone to eat, even though there was food out. We aslo were informed that they didn't do room service every day but could cime down to desk as ask for towels. Okay value for the price

We have stayed here twice and both times we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the free breakfast. Everyone working there is friendly and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back when travelling to Gallatin!

Elevator broken, kids running up and down the hall all night!!! I assume the family that worked the desk was shooting fireworks outside out window for over an hour at 11:00 pm until we asked them to stop!!! Adults and kids set up games in parking lot under drive thru drop off area by front door had to park out a ways and carry stuff in while maneuvering and dodging kids!!!

I was there for 4 days and the heating trays that keep the food warm were never cleaned. I saw the same dried up food each morning on the outside of the warmers! The pool area had broken furniture and cigarette butts everywhere. I asked if they’d clean it so my family could use it, was told they would, they never did. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The staff was super nice and accommodating BUT we arrived at 11 pm and just needed rest due to having an event this morning at 6 am and the people next to us were up ALL NIGHT LONG. My husband went to the desk and unfortunately the rooms were sold out so we had to suck it up. The staff called them and asked them to please bring the noise down and it got worse.. All we heard was yelling and cussing and laughing until 3 am. If it wasn’t for the noisy guests this place would be a nice stay!

When I got there, there was no place to park. Lots of construction workers staying here and their equipment was parked all over the carpets in the rooms were worn and dingy the next morning. There was no breakfast after 7 o’clock. I got down there and the construction workers have eaten all the hot food. There was no milk for cereal and nobody around to help you. I ended up taking my stuff and leaving that day and going and staying somewhere else.

The doors close hard and don’t lock ! There are cockroaches , these guys from sleep there. That are from railroad or some sort dirty buddy boots and food limited overall not worth it at all

King suite was perfect amount of room and room was pretty clean. Breakfast was decent and staff was great. For the price you couldn't beat it

the handle for the faucet in the bathroom sink was about to fall off (room 322). it would flop around when trying to turn it on or off. Also, would be helpful to have an extra shelf in the shower.

I would like to know that the handicap accessible rooms have liw profile beds. It is extremely difficult for a handicap person to get into a high bed

After reservation. They then kids us our of two rooms put us in one room while i was laid up in the hospital. They then charged my credit cad double, for three days even though we checked out early two days

I've visited this property several times. They never disappoint on the hospitality or cleanliness of the hotel . The coffee could me stronger but other than that it's a great place to stay. I'll be back.

Staff are very nice, polite, and accommodating. The place is very clean, bed was very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and came back to stay another night-our last night before heading home to California. We had a good night's rest for all the four nights we stayed here. Free breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Highly recommend this place especially to people with allergies since this hotel does not allow pets. Definitely would here stay again.

Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Bathroom was clean; however, the water pressure in the shower could’ve been greater. I’d recommend the Sleep Inn to anyone staying in Gallatin.

Room was clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed. Breakfast was an 8 on a 1-10 scale, food could be kept hotter. Good selections.

Very pleasant stay

The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival. Bad dirty stain in tub and shower area. They don’t regularly clean the rooms like most hotels that I’ve stayed in. Don’t waste your money here. There are better hotels right in the same vicinity. I would never stay here again.

The room was booked and paid in full 3 days before arrival. At check-in we were told a card was needed to put “on file” for incidentals. I provided a card that was not going to be used during our visit and I had frozen it. I asked if the card would be ran and was told it would not, so therefore it didn’t matter that it was frozen. After parking, we entered the front lobby to go to our room and the front desk person yelled loudly “your card was declined, you can’t proceed to the room”! There were 4-6 other customers waiting and heard him yell. It was very embarrassing and unprofessional. I explained that the card was not “declined” but it was frozen because we didn’t plan to use it. I also reminded him that he told us it would not be ran, only “put on file”. The hold amount was $150! So in addition to the $249 charge for the 2 night stay, he was trying to process a $150 “hold” after saying he would not actually run it. I became very upset and to avoid further humiliation I walked off crying. After a 6 hour drive, it was very disheartening to have this happen. Noise & Interruptions: The first morning there, housekeeping was beating on the door at 8am! She said she was not aware we had a 2 night stay and apologized. At 8:30am the next morning, a male staff member was yelling at a female staff member in a foreign language right outside our door. It woke us up and we had to ask them to please relocate. Nice place, but an unpleasant experience.

Our room was nice and clean. Not huge but perfect for two people in one bed. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom was remodeled and included a stand up shower, but needed additional towel bars. There was only one small hook for everyone's towels. We enjoyed the extra chair in the room and the desk/chair combo was convenient. Very small space for hanging clothes. Breakfast was meager. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping.

The room was spacious and nice!!! Loved the Huge shower and we arrived early and they so gracious enough to check us in early. Only con was that the ac unit was kinda loud and I could hear every step the guest upstairs made!

Overall the place was clean. Beds were comfy. I did see a small roach in the bathroom so im sure there are more. The thing i liked most for the comfort and the staff was really nice. The thing i hated most was they will put a hold on your credit card for $150 and it might take up to a week to getnit back. They did however allow me to only give them $100 cash and gave it back the next morning after inspection of the room.

The door to the room you had to play with it to get it to lock, otherwise you could just push the door open. And the latch lock at the top of the door was broken off.
