Quality Inn Gallatin - Nashville Metro

Rooms are clean and spacious! However looking on the outside you may rethink your stay. Overall my stay was great.

Great location for overnight stay.

We were in a corner room of the building. The wifi did not reach to our room, which was a major inconvenience. Other than that, the hotel was as advertised.

The price was a bit high. The pool floor had not been vacuumed.

So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken crock pot, 3 biscuits left just terrible. We ended up eating out. The place is overall in bad shape, needs paint job, needs cleaning. And perhaps it’s an Indian family that runs the place. Do not stay here, you will regret it.

We stayed here because they accepted pets. Our 2 dogs are crated. We were not told of what the additional fees were when we reserved the room. We were also not told we couldn’t leave them unattended even though they were crated. It looks like an older motel and it wasn’t kept up well. Most of the staff were nice, save one person. Won’t be staying there next visit to Gallatin

Room was in need of an update. Room door didn't seal tightly. It was okay for a short stay. Breakfast buffet had a large selection. All staff were friendly.

The room was cool. Shower was hot and lasted a long time. Clean room. TV didn't work.

Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. Great location and a great price! Rooms could have been cleaner. Comforter/blanket had multiple stains and is the first thing you see. Shower had plenty of hot water but could've used some spackle and new paint. Overall...it was a good value for the price paid.

The hot breakfast was inedible. Luckily they had bananas and oranges. Overall I would never recommend this property.

Motel had no water for a big part of the night. The phone did not work in our room. Wake up call that was asked for at the front desk came to my cell phone an hour late. The room smelled bad. Was supposed to be in non-smoking room

Water troubles and leaky bathtub but room was good. Ask for ground flood due to disabilities but was refused. Last time I stay there and encouraging all my event partners to move also

Bathroom was disgusting, had no water pressure for 3 hours and the breakfast was just edible. I’ll never stay there again.

The rooms and complementary breakfast were great! The shower was a little old school.

The toilet had to be flushed 2 or 3 times for everything to flush completely and the tank had a lid that didn't fit at all

Needs more cleaning of the rooms.. bathroom walls, floors. Also, shower gels should be provided instead of 1 little soap for 2 people which is not enough. Coffee packages should be provided daily in the room, since we prefer to eat elsewhere.

The bed in my room was broken/ slanted. We had to sleep on the " foot-end" because it was higher.

The tub and shower was not cleaned completely there was hair everywhere, In the tub on the floor around the toilet.

The room was dirty. I found two spiders on the furniture in the room. The staff had a very nasty attitude with me at the front desk. Can’t make accommodations for handicap individuals upon request?

I just looked at my bank account and I saw an additional $80 charge from this hotel so I called and they said it was because there was makeup on towels, I asked don't you wash them isn't that what the towel is for, for wiping my face they charged $20 a towel, this is absolutely asinine.

It was pretty clean, but needs to be remodeled soon! The fixtures are old, in the bathroom, and need updating. Everything else was great, espescially the great breakfasts!!

There was mold in the shower and ceiling. Pool was GREEN. There was bugs in the room. I hated everything. Worst experience ever.

Great location. We booked it for location and pool knowing it would be a hot week. Pool was out of commission for most of our stay. We didn’t get to use it. Had we been notified before our trip we would have canceled and booked another hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast ended at 9 and was mediocre. We ate elsewhere.

Definitelt not a 8.2 rating. Front door was barely hanging and concern for security, pool closed, bathroom dirty and old, carpet very nasty.

When we arrived the pool filter was being fixed, we were told it would be set in a day or two. We were there for a five night stay and never got to enjoy the pool.

The room had been updated save for the bathroom. The sink counter was mist high height on myself and I'm only a couple inches over 5'. Noisy above us all night, more than is typical. Parking lot was littered with trash. It was conveniently located though.

Loved our stay. Breakfast was hot. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel is very central location. Close to many restaurants and WalMart. Would highly recommend!!

Smell was the worst thing. Breakfast was god and the bed was comfortable. We are not accustomed to staying in facilities with exterior doors. Stairs were well worn and rusty.

I had a good stay, it was clean and the staff was excellent.

The room was meh. Had to have housekeeping change sheets when we first got there. Stains on sheets were scary. Also, you all need to use bleach on your whites. Cause they’re not white anymore. Towels are worn out and tired. Pillows were flat. Rooms smelled mildewed.

Really nice and safe! Never felt unsafe or dirty.

This location was ok. I did have to keep the fan running to keep the humidity and temp down. The sticker in the room said the high touch areas are cleaned. That is probably true but I did have to wipe the bathroom doorframe as there was a sticky residue there. I had to reconnect the wire to the tv. So little things like that make it less than excellent.

Quiet, room was spacious for a person with disabilities.

When I booked the hotel stay it said it was pet friendly and then I get there and they charge $20 a night for my little dog. Ridiculous. They had carpet in the pet rooms which is just gross. There was stains on the comforter, also stains on the sides of the mattress base from probably someone’s dog that was not properly cleaned. I won’t be staying there ever again.

Bathroom floor was not clean

Surprisingly quiet for being in a fairly busy area. The room was clean and staff were all very friendly.

This is not a high end hotel but was a good value. Hot breakfast was good and i would stay there again.

I’ve stayed at the same Quality Inn for the past 4 years during the same time period each time. The service is always good. However, the breakfast has gone downhill massively. The hot breakfast; eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy were barely on warm side. There was no oatmeal available or grits. These are items that were usually available at breakfast.

Black mold and bugs all throughout the building. Very sketchy. Room smelled

This hotel was horrible! The room was stinky, old paint, not updated at all (it can be old, but at least try to make it nice and clean) towels were stained, lamps were old, bathtub leaked from the faucet and out into the floor, holes were patched, but looked like crap and walls were dirty! Stayed for 5 nights and after the second night asked when they were cleaning the room and they stated it would be done after 3 days…it never got done, we had to ask for clean towels etc…oh and please do something about the coffee it was awful!

We stayed from 10/4 to 10/7, we brought in at least 5 rooms of business to the hotel, for a family event. When we arrived the room seemed clean to the eye, smelled good etc. By the second night we started to notice a black place above the bathroom door, we also smelled a smell when in the bathroom area.. busy with event preperations, trying to find a new, close to the venue hotel, hadn't been an option. When we returned to our room on the second day, we noticed our room wasn't cleaned and we had no fresh towels. We go to the desk and tell them our room hadn't been cleaned and we had no clean linens. He asked what room we were in , we told him Our room number, he says, that room gets cleaned on thursdays, it was Saturday. Gross. Our family event was on that next morning, again no time for switching, as we are getting ready for the event , we found a cockroach in our bathroom, 2 dead in the bathroom light and 1 outside the bathroom by the sink. AGAIN GROSS. We had to get to our event, when we returned to the room very late that night, we realized the black spot in the bathroom was actually black mold and it had tripled in size. Needless to say we couldn't wait to check out & get out !! When we informed the front desk, his reply was " hhhmmm" yep thats it...wouldn't recommend unless they renovate the place & start caring about their customers !!

This was a 1 night stay. Check in with prompt and the clerk was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was firm but comfortable.

Convenient, friendly, helpful staff

My first room had A LOT of little spiders on the walls and ceiling and curtains and one in the bed. I didn’t use the shower and the toilet ran a lot. I requested a room change for the second night. It had only one spider on the wall, shower wouldn’t drain so the water was ankle deep by the end, and this toilet ran too. But for the price, this was adequate for our needs for two short nights.

After looking at different hotel options in the area I chose the Quality Inn. No regrets. First I was given an early check in. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely return!

I asked for two connected rooms because I was traveling with my elderly father and two special-needs siblings. Not only were our rooms not connected, they weren't even together. The clerk said they had two side-by-side rooms upstairs, but they have no elevator (is that ADA compliant?) and my dad uses a walker, so that was out. The rooms were fairly comfortable once I sprayed air freshener to get rid of the industrial disinfectant smell.

Lady at the front desk upon arrival was awesome!! Probably the best part about our stay. First glance at the room looked pretty good. I always pull sheets back to check for bedbugs. Which I did not find. However there were stains on the mattress pads. Bathroom was a little on the small side, the amount of hair left in the bathtub and the floor was quite disturbing. My son was unplugging a lamp by the hvac unit only to find a mini Gatorade bottle with tabacco chew spit in it. I’m usually never or to leave reviews but seeing as I was charged and extra $40 after leaving and not knowing the reason until i finally got an answer.. saying due to damages/missing items. Wasn’t told what the damage was but was told they were missing 2 bath towels and 1 bath mat. My son did accidentally stick a bath towel in his bag. Totally own that! That was it though! I even made sure All our trash was picked up and taken out, dirty towels all in the tub, and even stripped both beds! (I used to work the hotel industry) I’m not to satisfy to say the least.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and two days. Once my husband and I got to the hotel we could already see that the rooms wouldn’t be clean. We had a smoking room which for the two of us that smoke the smell was bad. We looked at another room non smoking and still not any better rooms had smell to them and didn’t look clean. We didn’t even check in. We got stuck paying for a night. We went to the hotel that were close together and we went with the sleep hotel.newer, very clean.
