Nice hotel, convenient location.

Bradford at the front desk was very nice & helpful! Loved the warm cookies & coffee that was provided when we arrived! Our room was very clean & loved the Crabtree & Evelyn products in shower! Loved our stay, we will be back!

The room was clean, the price was good. There was a latte machine in the lobby with complimentary hot beverages and fresh cookies too.

Staff very helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will stay there every time we are in town and need a room.

No manager ever called. We were declined a room. They would not work with us for later arrivals. No one ever contacted us for concerns.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was very small, the deep end was 4’. And with 4 people, it was too crowded.

Location. Indoor pool. Size of room. Room to be ready when at check in time. It was not. The smell of our room smelled like campfire. The noise level above us was extremely loud. Lots of stomping around and banging. I wish breakfast was included and could eat in peace without feeling like the staff is watching me.

The computer lacking in performance... Took more than 25 minutes to check in. Robert, receptionist, did everything he could to accommodate us While dealing with the poor / nonperforming system.

Everything was perfect. The morning front desk staff was outstanding.

This is my 4th time staying at thus hotel. I consider it MY HOTEL becauze its right down the street from my sons house. The food is delicious. There is a breakfast and lunch cafe thats two blocks away. Walmart and a lot of restaurants are within walking distance for convenience.

The room was clean. The bed was a bit stiff for us. I asked for a shower chair for my handicapped husband but none was available as they were all in use. The staff was friendly.

This place was nice but one of the reasons I picked to stay here is because I was under the assumption they provided breakfast. It was actually $12 per person for breakfast. That should have been made more clear because I paid $200 for a night to also have to pay for breakfast.

Ok 3 stars hotel nothing fancy, also charged 12 dollars for breakfast, most 3 stars hotels breakfast is free.

The pool was closed and the bar and restaurant both were closed at night. Everything else was fine!

Only issue bar was closed the entire weekend.

We were in town for a music event of which we were part. From the time we walked in to the hotel until we left it was very relaxing and inviting. The restaurant was fantastic. Had one of the best burgers that I had eaten in a long time. Service was great. Fitness center was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful Hilton stay. The beds were comfy; there were down pillows, a great exercise room and a very nice made to order breakfast. Staff were wonderful; special thanks to Karyn and Bradford for their southern hospitality and welcoming personalities.

The management of this Hilton Garden Inn clearly cares about the property and guests, The cleanliness of all common areas and rooms, the warm and welcoming staff, and the convenient location make the property an excellent option for a visit to this region.

I booked online left my credit card on file said no money would be taken out and could pay at the front at checkin. When I went in I was not greeted with any professionalism. The lady at even shift ask me to put my credit card in I ask for what she said to pay and also I would be charged an additional 20 dollars which I understood . I told her I was paying cash since my card was on file no accepting cash so I said I want to cancel proceeded outside to car and realized that the hotel had already taken out earlier the full amount of stay. The booking site said cancellations no cost. I than called the receptionist from my cell phone and told her they took my money on my card she escalated her voice and hung up in my face. Apparently lacking the professionalism and customer service . I tried to call back no answer waited until the next day and talk to the manager lacking professional phone and customer service said I would not get my money back and said it was The Hiltons policy. What about customer service and treating others well? If someone took 140 dollars off the card they work hard for and didn't get anything out of it the would be upset too. I would love to stay and enjoy a night there but due to the family emergency with my mom it wasn't possible. I pray ? the employment guidelines needed to be revised and hire respectful employees. Room was nice and clean. Good size. They cleaned the rooms daily while we stayed. Lady at the front desk wasn't the most pleasant person to be around.

This hotel was absolutely amazing the people were so friendly,the restaurant was nice and the food was very good.

Housekeeper either stole or threw away something we left behind when I called within hours. Bad service on that.

The front desk staff surpassed high end hotels we have stayed at. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff! It was also extremely clean and well maintained.

Charging extra for breakfast on top of the cost of the room is a bit on the greedy side, especially since the food wasn't great. The staff were excellent, however, so I'd stay here again.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the bed was uncomfortable. The guests above us kept us awake all night and people ran up and down the halls yelling, we were never able to get sleep. It was awful! After booking the room I was double charged. The breakfast was not good and they charged for it. The staff wasn’t friendly when I tried to get the double charge taken care of.. wasn’t a good experience at all

TV was not easy to use. When we called for help, they just said sorry. Room thermostat did not work--room was way too hot, even for the month of December. Charged $9.50 per person for a poor breakfast. Ice machine broken on our floor. No solutions for any of the inconveniences. Will not be staying here again.

I hate to give an average review. But my room smelled like smoke. And it’s a non smoking hotel. It’s just frustrating to pay for a non smoking room and end up in a room that smelled like cigarettes. Otherwise, the property was fantastic. And the staff were great.

Friendly service. Always greeted as we came in the door. Room was clean and quiet. Air worked great. Nice shower and vanity. Only thing bad was the toilet-really low to the ground but, we are used to a taller one. Pool was clean and always had towels. Definitely would stay again.

I wanted to compliment the breakfast server Karyn. She was very friendly and efficient. I was greeted with a smile and served with a smile. I guess this is what “southern hospitality” is all about. Front office staff was very friendly too. I appreciated the choice of take-out food, since the restaurant didn’t serve lunch.

The bartender that evening was so attentive. Breakfast was delicious and checkout was a breeze. I would stay here again and again.

Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The nearby train track is loud enough to wake you when they blow their whistle for the crossing. I used the workout room. Treadmills are basic, but there are plenty of other options.

Its a GREAT HOTEL for a weekend get away. The restaurant in the hotel was good.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The room was very spacious and quiet (even though we were directly across from the elevator). The young man who checked us in was really nice and very genuine, and he even recommended a local restaurant with a great atmosphere and great food.

We choose this hotel for the restaurant and bar and both were closed for the night due to no manager for the restaurant/bar.

Poor construction quality of this building. You can hear the people above and around you easily. Had to call because the room above was sounding like a basketball court all night long. In addition, the shower drain pipe is next to the bed from rooms above, so you can hear the shower water running down inside the wall. The showers are all fake plastic tile inside as well - cheap cheap cheap.

The Libby is nice, there’s a bar, check in took a minute. My only complaints was the shower trickled water and my room smelled bad.

We didn’t really understand why they added another $20 charge on top of what we thought we were paying when we booked online. They said it was an Amenities charge. We thought it might be for breakfast, but we had to pay for breakfast on top of the $180. It seemed overpriced for sure. We won’t stay there again unless we win the lottery!

Housekeeping entered the room even though the "do not disturb" hanger was on the door, in addition to signs posted that housekeeping cleans upon request only. I called the front desk to ask why my room was entered and half-cleaned, and the front desk associate was extremely rude. Upon checkout, I had an early flight and an uber on the way -- no one was at the front desk to complete my checkout. I waited about ten minutes. The staff could use some hospitality training.
