Clean room, great pool area and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent but room had a strange smell.

The location is close to family we came to visit. The towels had a sour smell to them. Didn't smell clean

Easy to get to. Close to restaurants Our room was not very clean. Had stains on the walls and carpet. The bed frame had quite a few scuffs and scrapes. We stayed at this location a week before and our room was much nicer and was cheaper.

Breakfasts were good and ample. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The snack store was appreciated. We were given a room on the backside of the elevator. The movement of the elevator was loud, so we asked to be moved to another room. That request was accommodated.

Wifi was little to none in the room

Breakfast & staff was great, hot, very clean & maintained. All staff was very nice, polite, & took care if any questions. Facility was clean ,staff was always busy checking everything. Very pleased with house keeping never had to ask for anything. Rates could have been little better on multiple night stays. Wi-fi not the best.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The only small issue we had was when we first checked in. The lady at the front desk want very forth coming in information about things like what our room number was, where the elevators were, or anything important we needed to know. We didn’t even know what time breakfast was served, or over with. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

Mattress in room #218 was terrible! Needs to be replaced! Also a broken toaster in the breakfast area. Quite a back up during breakfast time. Spoke with staff at front desk( Young lady with red hair) and she didn’t seem very responsive with my concerns regarding items that I mentioned. Kind of like “ Yeah, we know!”

I would suggest putting grab bars outside the tub, even for non-handicap rooms. The tile floor is slippery getting out of the shower.

Breakfast was fresh. We stayed two days and they had two different offerings for breakfast choices. The rooms were clean. The showers were exceptionally clean. Definitely would stay here again.

The only flaw in the whole stay was a medium sized spider climbing up the wall in our room.

I liked the location of this property due to the close restaurants and stores to shop at when needed a few items. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I would stay here again.

In town for softball tournament and the hotel was nice and convenient location to the fields.

If I had a complaint is that when looked out window it was a wall with vents. Not really see anything. But was not a big deal.

My husband and I spent the night for my graduation the next day and it was clean and comfortable and they took good care of us. The room was nice and we had lots of amenities!

Frequently no staff at the front desk. Room service collected towels but failed to leave fresh towels. After two stops at the front desk I gave up and took towels from the pool

Reserved a handicapped room for a guest in a wheelchair, but upon arrival one was not available and a guest without a handicap was in one of the 2 HC rooms the hotels has. Fortunately, that guest was kind enough to move so we could get the room we needed. We brought our grandkids and only after checking in found out the pool was being resurfaced and would be closed during our stay. When you pay a premium price for a Hampton you expect much better communication and service. We were never offered any compensation for amenities not available or for the room mishap. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We've stayed at MANY Hamptons as they are one of the few that have roll-in showers. This location was quite a disappointment especially for the cost of the rooms.

The staff was super friendly! The room was clean! The beds weren't the most comfortable I've ever slept on but I'm a 'soft' mattress kind of sleeper and these were just more firm. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a lot of variety! Overall I give the hotel a 9.5!

I have text messages that I have sent to Jaceyln and talked with the Manager on site Jasmin about my disappointment as two maids entered our room without our permission and I was sleeping while my husband was reading his book. We had until noon to check out... I have serious health issues and for this to disturb my rest and getting ready is very unacceptable. The hotel itself and room were perfect except the maids. We would like a full refund thank you.

I went to a family friend wedding and just needed a place to hang my hat. I also had my dog and was delighted to be able to bring her (Great Dane). The only downside was the carpet had spots and looked bad. I knew it wouldn't be perfect in a pet friendly room but I looked really bad. Other than the serious pet spots (prior to my dogs arrival) The bathroom and sheets were sparkling and the customer service was fantastic.

Super clean and comfortable Hampton Inn in Gallatin. It is not new but gives off a new vibe- the front desk check-in person was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really large and the bed was very comfortable. the internet was down in the hotel and they had the AT&T folks there working on it- I do not hold that against the hotel. We did not eat the breakfast since it was crowded and I do not like crowds so I cannot speak to that but would definitely recommend if you are in the area. If I have one recommendation it is that they include TV instructions in the room. To get the Guide, you have to go to Channel 2 which is not really intuituive for those of us who have a Guide button on our remotes at home.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately the wifi was not working at all due to a problem with the router. We find it essential each day as we travel. No offer to reduce the rate at all, only sorry. Major problem is that the roon doors have no tension adjusters on them, including the outside ones, so every time someone goes in or out of their rooms or outside, there is this intermittent banging during the evening until about 11 and then it begins again about 5-5:30 for the next couple of hours. Not a very restful sleep, which includes the creaky, soft beds.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so nice, the food was good, the amenities were nice. It was a solid experience.

The first floor accessible room with roll-in shower was excellent. The fold-down shower seat was very secure and strong, and the shower appliances were easy to reach. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet even though it was close to an exit. Great room.

I liked the overall experience at Hampton. Staff were friendly and the room was nice and comfortable. The only issue I had, which was really out of their hands, was the difficulty it took to reach any local spots, specifically if I were to walk to them.

Do not go by pictures on there so called breakfast was NOTHING like they say. Horrible. When we told lady at desks about beds and horrible night sleep. She was says ok thanks. 😡. We will not be returning

Over all it was ok. I wouldn’t stay there again mainly due to how the employee spoke to me I would not be back.

Due to a mixup on quoting a rate to us, the Manager required us to switch rooms @ 10:15 at night. She actually told me to come back to the Hotel to switch during the day. I refused because I was grieving with my family over the loss of a family member in the school shooting. Possibly the most insensitive approach to Customer Service I have ever witnessed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very knowledgeable. We visit Gallatin often and plan on making this our go to hotel when we return.

Everyone and everything was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Less than a mile to Walmart and restaurants. Very quiet. Great breakfast selection. Just so pleasant overall. Stayed 3 nights with no issues.

When we checked in the first day the staff was great! The room was clean and I was overall pleased. I wasn’t disappointed until the next morning. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 06:00, and it still wasn’t ready at 06:30 when I had to leave the hotel. The staff the next morning was not nearly as friendly and seemed to have zero motivation to get breakfast out on time. Very nice hotel, but too expensive for that service and to not even get the breakfast you pay for.

This has been a convenient location for visits to Gallatin. We've not been in about two years, due to the pandemic, and it was refurbished during our absence. Very nicely redone.

We loved it here! We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend while visiting family. The hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful at check-in, and when we checked out. The hotel felt and smelled VERY clean. Our room was perfect; we had a king suite with a little sectional couch. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom had amazing counter space. The continental breakfast was delicious every morning as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was surprisingly pleasant and meticulously cleaned. The people that work here are pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was well run and kept stocked up. We will definitely stay here the next time we are going to the area.

"THE HEIGHT OF THE TOILET SEAT WAS TERRIBLE"!.........FOR ANY HUMANAN OVER 4 FOOT HIGH, IT WAS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AND DANGEROUS. YOUR TOILET SEAT HEIGHT WAS EXACTLY 16" OFF THE FLOOR,...RIDICULOUS!!!.....I ACTUALLY WENT OFF SITE TO TAKE #2.......I WOULD BECAUSE OF THAT, NOT RETURN FOR VISIT.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was always hot and yummy. Coffee 24/7 was a plus .big clean rooms close to shopping and restaurants and everything else. 5 Stars to staff and accommodations. Thank you for a week of fun The Bartuccio Family
