Econo Lodge Gallatin - Metro Nashville

Inconsistency in their deposit requirements. No soap or shampoo in the shower holders. People smoking pot and grilling in the parking lot. Floor and sheets were dirty, room chair was broken. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

friendly staff, great price, CLEAN room ( way cleaner than I ever expected at the price), comfortable, quiet. I stayed an extra night in the same room for the same price on a Friday night. I will stay there again if I ever stay in Gallatin again, if this awesome review doesn't force the price up much! The bathtub did not drain properly. It would probably have just needed one push of a plunger. Low water pressure. Parking was very competitive near the pool. I would choose the same room again though, despite the parking dilemma.

Nothing I booked a king bed and got a twin size bed with dirty sheets and the tub was painted black. Hands down worst room I’ve ever had in my life.

The AC/heater in the room kept me quite toasty as I am not used to the cold in that part of the country. The room was very clean and updated, however new linens might be in order. I had blood stains on my sheets which I did not . I was expecting at least a continental breakfast as that is what the website shows I was extremely disappointed as I was looking for a hotel that did offer this due to my schedule in the morning. Also the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted in my entire life

Clean room

It was not clean at all. Wads of hair in floor. Something sticky in floor next to bed. No hair dryer or breakfast. Bedding had burn holes in them and we were supposed to have non smoking room

2nd shift lady in office is rude... the hotel is nasty, every room smells like cigarettes

I enjoyed my stay but sad to see that the pool closes cause it’s no longer summer but it’s 90° outside almost everyday

The front desk employee who was there 8/30/25 at 10 ish through 11 pm was amazing she was super kind and made me feel very welcomed!!!!! No free breakfast even tho it says free breakfast

Asking for clean linens was dreadful. You ask and you don't receive. The room was on a busy road and I heard cars and ambulance all night.

We checked in but didn’t stay here. Stayed elsewhere. Was kinda gross… bed was clean though.

Not satisfied at all hotel was nothing like the pictures or description at all the blankets on the beds were just decorative sheets each queen bed had 2 very thin and tiny pillows smoke detectors were not even hooked up as well as no batteries bathroom was disgusting! Over all very terrible stay! Will not be back!!

Astounding quality.

There was raw sewage coming up through the toilet rendering it un useable during my stay. Had to use the Wendy's next door.

Hair dryer was damaged and left hanging on the wall. Strange smell in the room, stale. Lighting like a clinic not warm. Not enought towels.

The room was in good shape. The only drawback was there where no hangers in the room. But since my stay was just two nights, I was able to get by.

Clean rooms and quiet

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever booked. The bathroom was filthy, with poop all over the toilet bowl that hadn't been flushed. After being moved to another room, I found the woodwork to be in poor condition. The room lacked basic amenities like hand soap, tissue paper, and a hairdryer. The toilet won’t flush too. The metal racks were rusted, and the noise level was unbearable. I was woken up multiple times by loud noises and train sounds. If you're expecting a quiet, comfortable stay, this hotel is not recommended.

No frills or thrills but basically what you need to sleep for a quick stay!

Everything was fine except our door lock battery was dead and for 3 days we had to have the desk clerk let us in

My stay was ok. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I still have not got my $100 deposit back on my credit card for the rooms.

The check in process was great, wish I could remember the ladies name who checked me in. It was around 9pm. She was extremely nice. Room was very clean and ample bathroom space. Bed was also comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice affordable room in the area.

I was in my room for about 15 minutes and I just couldn’t be there! It smelled of mold mildew and cigarettes. It was extremely dirty and disgusting

It’s was ok for the price. Room stunk, the bed was super loud just moving around, and the shower wouldn’t stop dripping. Like I said it wasn’t bad for the price

The pool needed to be open until 10 am to 10pm than closing it at 8:30 pm and the bed where to hard and pillows wasn't soft

Disgusting, dirty, and unsafe! The 2 rooms I reserved both had bugs, the mattress was absolutely Disgusting and the fire alaarms were removed from the wall? When we asked for different rooms we werre told the front desk person couldnt help wirh this. We left and couldnt stay there in the unsanitary and unsafe rooms. WANT A REFUND!!!

Will never stay at this location EVER AGAIN!! from the noise disturbances on multiple occasions, to the way I was spoken to by 2 of the staff memebers while simply expressing my safety & comfort concerns. This is my first and Last Econo Lodge experience. [It takes a lot for me to complain and/or write a bad review & i've stayed at low budget motels before but this by far has been the worst & and the most stressful experience].

There for business and room was clean but no chair for desk or arm chair to sit in. Towel rack in bath was falling out of wall and shower had no pressure. light switch controlled nothing. TV was very snowy on all but two channels. Really not a place to stay when you don't have anyplace in the room to enjoy.

The property had no running hot water at all! Apparently they have been without hot water for several days. They refused to help find a solution or give a refund considering that it did not state this online when I was booking the room.

good location ....first room had no electricity, second room had two cockroaches...finally got third vroom and it was ok. was by myself luckily because wife would not have stayed there. got back from trip and tried to contact the front desk regarding bill ...they never answered or returned phone call. will never go back there again.

The price was great and it was a better place to stay than the ones I stayed at in a nearby town.

Rm#133 was a piece of garbage, it's like we got the dirtiest room there, broken beds, curtians had vomit or something like vomit on it, the shower curtain had a tissue box holding the curtain in place, something brown was on the floor by the toilet, i think I'll stop there, but NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE

I liked the parking and the big bed and it was spacious as well .. would come back to stay and the shower was nice as well usually motel shower heads are all jacked up but not this one ..

Asked to leave after one night's stay and request refund for residual days.

They were jack hammering with us in room! We were there to support my sister during a funeral

Every time I entered/left my hotel room, I was menacingly glared at by a large gang of men who seemed to just hang out in the parking lot. One of them was pushing on the trunk of my car, another was standing outside my hotel room window trying to peer in, and I frequently pulled into a parking lot where they would be hosting literal shirtless fist fights that you would have to casually guide your car through to park. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel desk agent, she said that they “always stare like that” and they just “hang out out there when they’re not working construction.”; She handled this poorly. I checked out early because I felt unsafe as a female.

The cleaning staff ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign and barged their way into my room without alerting me to their presence when I was actively getting in the shower. They then attempted to get into the bathroom while I was in there telling them the bathroom was occupied. The bed sheets were covered in stains and cigarette burn marks. Dirt was all over the floor and ants were crawling on the bed when we first arrived.

It was really good for the price

There is no coffee shop nor cafe on site. The room that we stayed in didn't have dressers so there was no where to put the clothes. The closed the pool because of rain.

It was a fine stay

This hotel was something like Bates motel the worse reservation I ever made in my life the rooms were filthy had a lot of flys in it the top cover had holes in it the bathtub wasn't clean cigarette ashes in the drawers sheets were dirty this was the first room ask to be moved and the second room was the same way and on top of that only had the room for one night and the charge me for two and a $50 deposit witch I have to wait on till the 22nd of August the need to close this motel down don't ever book this hotel

No phone service in the room. Had to retrieve my own towels. Tv stopped working, door key stopped because you couldn't use the micro (electrical shortage).Furniture was very very old...looked liked it was grabbed off the trash heap. I wasn't expecting much but this was less than minimal.

There were a few problems such as the shower needed to be unclogged. It was iffy taking a quick shower. Also the bed was horrible i am glad i was only there to nap before my drive home.

Need to be Properly examined for anything All of the little things they need to be finished are fixed door framing door locks extra towels ice buckets but overall I have peace of mind

Customer service at desk was nice at check in and out BUT......our renovated room had a chair that was ripped and dirty and the floor was filthy. This is a budget hotel ($130) the biggest disappointment was how dirty the floors were. Once they address this and remove old stained chairs, the place will be ok.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location. Really good price compared to some other places in the area with primitive and fewer amenities. The pool looked enticing as well.

Room had unmade beds, urine stains on the toilet, smeared something in the sink, and overflowing trash can, was not the room I had reserved, and then I was charged twice for it, they have not responded to my messages and have not refunded the overcharge. I have pictures of all the issues referenced above.

Loved having a brew pub next door!

There was male body fluids all over the bed in our room so we got moved to another room and there was litteraly a giant pee stain in the bed. We got a refund and left but i still have yet to receive my refund and it caused me to lose money for my vacation. Seriously do not stay here. The only thing i have nice to say about this place is the dude at the front desk was super chill.

Great customer service was happy with our stay overall but the mattress was a little rough to sleep on and cable was fuzzy.
