The room smelled very strongly of cat urine and all fabric surfaces felt damp both are signs of black mold. Fees were added at check in even though expedia claimed total price. Would avoid this property.

I was blown away how misleading this place was. People seemed to be living there, the rooms bath tub had woman’s hair all over it. Room furniture had holes in it, the sink connected to the bathroom was broke had to brush my teeth in the kitchen area. I’d never stay here again. Highly disappointed

Nasty , dirty , smelled HORRIBLE, I was itching my whole stay , everytime I asked for sheets , a wash cloth and towel it was NEVER ready it’s 7:00 at night they telling me to come back I had to wash up without a towel or wash cloth , staff never available it was , smelled so bad , toilet dirty . Tub dirty. Never will I ever stay there again even if it was the last option , elevator is dirty very trifling

I purposely left a cheap work shoes behind and notify the maid before leaving. To let me know, if I happen to leave anything behind… it’s been almost a week now, and have yet to receive a phone call from them… I had a very bad vibe there, I barely spend the night camelback @ 6. Woke up about 9 some… Long story short, I do not recommend this location, abort at all cost… Thanks 4 the lessons!!!

Clean, big room with stove & full size fridge. TV could be bigger but bed was comfortable. Breakfast is not much and there’s no pool/hot tub. Decent price, i would stay at this location again.

Old looking, needs an upgrade look. The parking lot was never plowed while staying during a blizzard. The folks weren’t really there at check out. Earlier breakfast for those that leave at 5am.

It was the worst experience, I got double charged, one by the hotel and one by booking.com. The facility was not as friendly at all and I am still a $100.00 short, neither the property or booking.com is willing to give me my money back. The stay was not the best, the breakfast was not the best at all, we heard things crawling inside the mattress or the room itself and did not sleep well at all. I pulled up and knew I should have never booked. It was very old and outdated. The rooms were super outdated and I started to sniff and cough just being there for 20 minutes. Everything is just OLD. Didnt feel comfortable whatsoever. The staff member there was super helpful so that was the only plus. I left within 15 minutes of checking in and booked at a better hotel

Property was disgusting. First room had a ripped stained carpet and foul odor. They changed our room. Which was non smoking but sned of smoke. We found 6 roaches on the bathroom. Had to buy our own sheets and towels we were so disgusted.

It was ok. On the downside of ok to say the least. We were there just to sleep. We were moving our daughter back home and this hotel popped up had good reviews and excellent price for 2 nights compared to others. Keys hardly ever worked on door or getting into the building. It smelled really bad in hallways I think this is due to trash chutes located by the elevators. I would not recommend to a friend unless you are like us and just there to sleep and leave. There is absolutely nothing close or within walking distance to do anything. I will NEVER stay at this chain or use hotels.com again.

Room is clean with a kitchen. Easy and free parking. The staff is nice and helpful. 7-evelen is in walking distance. Quiet location. The AC vent is right next to the queen bed. It was very cold and windy even with low wind/air. It would be too hot if turning off AC completely. No one could sleep on the vent side of the bed. We ended up with one person sleeping in the sofa bed. The staff was very helpful to get us a full bed set (sheets, comfort) so that we could make a sofa bed.

Again, no disclosure that upon check in, you will need to request pots, pans, dishes, and unbelievably...sheets. After a long trip, I would have never thought I'd have to make the bed upon arrival. I could complain about the moldy smell about the entire 1st floor, but it is evident that years of neglect did that. Never again.

Dirty room, no towels, no bedding for sofa bed, only 3 small pillows for 3 people, went to desk to to request bedding for sofa bed.… they had none.

Dirty room. Pubic hair all over the bed and sheets and bathroom. It was dirty and smelled disgusting. Lobby, hallways smelled like rancid garbage, almost made me throw up. The front clerk was incompetent and argumentative and basically no help . The front desk manager was even worse , she's a Racist and very offensive and passive-aggressive. They lost my paid reservation, even though I had a confirmation number. Not once did she ever apologize for anything and was rather aggressive. Not someone I would want as a manager or even a clerk . What happened to Hospitality????????Obviously she never had any training. The property as a whole is a negative # 3... don't waste your time or money !!!

When we checked in the clerk was stumped as he couldn't find us as having preregistered and prepaid for our rooms. Only when we were able to produce a copy of the reservation di he check us in. When we went up to our room we could clearly smell cigarette smoke in the second floor hallway. Our room was dreary and when we pulled out the sofa bed it had no sheets, blankets or pillows. We found out later that you have to go back to the front desk and request those items and you had to pick them up at the front desk. The tub in the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been really deep cleaned in a while and the toilet showed rust stains that hadn't been seriously cleaned. The bathroom sink also needed a serious cleaning. The room was supposed to have a fully equipped kitchen, but there was nothing but empty cabinets. The paint was pealing off some of the cabinet doors. We would have gone somewhere else to stay, but nothing else was available near our price range and we had already paid for this room. Fortunately we only stayed two nights, or we would have had to go somewhere else. I forgot to mention, they suggested that there was a breakfast, but it turned out to be something called "Grab and Go" which was a coffee maker and a couple of plastic wrapped muffins that were on a counter top in the lobby. I can guarantee that we will never try this place again.

Location was good. Parking was good. Very dated. Not the cleanest. Moths in room. Breakfast was included but it was coffee and granola bars. Air conditioner sounded like a spaceship and kept me up all night. No utensils or any kitchen items in kitchenette.

Staff was nice but the room smelled like vinegar and we saw a roach. Also the toilet tissue holder was broken. The second night there were people cussing and fighting in another room. It also sounded like someone was breaking things.

Last resort type of option. Says it’s non-smoking but the second you open your door you get hit with cigarette smell, I bought a can of febreze to mask the smell and a whole can couldn’t do much. Super dark and dingy, I’m sure the towels are washed but still very stained. “Complimentary breakfast” means a hostess muffin and coffee, don’t expect much. But like they say you get what you pay for. So it’s expected. Book if you have no other option.

The unit was big but a bit dirty and a roach problem. I killed at least 5 per day for 4 days straight. Couldn’t sleep because I thought there might be bed bugs.

The first room had lots of cockroaches, broken range and old carpet. second room was better (with only 2 brown friends in 7 days), although the plugs on the kitchen never worked, maintenance never showed up in all 7 days of our stay. The biggest thing that impacted our experience is a dog pee on the stair ways...as well as right outside the entry door.. it was so bad, one could hardly walk by .. despite reporting, wasn't cleaned.

Had confirmed reservations but upon my arrival after a long fly, I was informed that no rooms were available. No assistance with finding other options.

My first room was dirty with medium-sized roach crawling up the wall. Moved to a second room and a couple of bugs and small roach was there again! Sheets had stains on it. Only good thing was bed was comfortable enough. But mine was pretty sunken down on one side. Had a deep dip on one side (left) on bottom half of bed but top half was level! Just was not a good experience. A young male front desk staff was dry and did not make small talk at all. Did not even apologize once I had to change rooms the first time around! Could tell he did not want to be there or did not care! Even got locked out of my room the next evening after booking two nights in a row. So had to go downstairs to get a new key. And of course no accountability or apology on their end again! Breakfast counter sucked as well with only two muffins left, hot cocoa, and coffee around 8:45am the first morning. However, breakfast lasted until 9:30am. So did not return to breakfast the second morning. Will never go back to an extended stay again in MD! Had 3 bad experiences at different locations already!

I booked 2 rooms, both with king beds, but given 2 rooms with double bed. The room smells.

The service was good but not very friendly. A smile can go along way in enjoying the day. The breakfast was not anything but a muffin and oatmeal and a breakfast bar. Coffee ran out and was not usually refilled. They need a trash can near front door and that would help in keeping car lot clean.

I'm sorry to say I was disappointed. the facility was extremely dirty a very harsh odor on every level in the corridors. The rooms are worn out I believe it's not due to the cleaning staff It looks like it would be overwhelming to keep up the cleanliness in this facility. The rooms are very dark..dark wall colors appliances and furniture that's worn out. an elevator that does not work and as for breakfast it's almost non-existent coffee and a muffin that's packaged. I understand the price reflects with what you get but I ended up staying out of necessity because of the renovation that was going on to my own home. unfortunately I will probably never be revisiting any extended stay America suites I'm too embarrassed to post any photos.

I checked in the hotel and the room had bed bugs. They offered me another room but after thinking about it I felt uncomfortable and wanted a refund and they refused! I have the video that will go up! I was in the room for less than an hour and no help from them at all!!!

Unfortunately the room smell like sweat and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room was big but these other issues were too much.

This was a last resort place to stay, room was dirty. We entered the lobby to an unmanned front desk, or do we thought. The receptionist was setting off to the side basically hiding. Only got up to answer a phone call and proceed to act as if we were not standing there. I will not recommend this hotel chain to anyone. Worst experience ever.

You get what you paid for. The place is dirty. Carpet has stains that look like a murder scene. Mildew smell. No extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Request for them only to be told they don't have any. Would not stay again.

This hotel television did work, had no remote to go to it. I had to retrieve one from the front desk, and it still didn't work. The room had a terrible smell, even after Febreezing the room and putting up air freshner, after 2 hours it still didn't work. I left and got my money back, terrible experience!!

So I booked this property through Expedia and my room was ready when I arrived, we got in late and the room was rough. We contacted the desk the next morning to have some unacceptable conditions fixed in our room; shower rod falling, lights without like bulbs, slow drain. The company refused to fix the room and did not offer a different room so we checked out after one night and changed hotels. The extended staff has not communicated with us and has not refunded the 2 unused nights back to us.

Awful hotel. It seemed as it is a place where people are allowed to stay for free or very low price. There was a lady smoking weed outside, there was a guy who pretended to have cerebral palsy and was asking for money at the closest light and later was at the hotel without limping or obvious physical problem. The AC did not work and was never fixed. It was the worst place I have ever stayed.

Based on the entire experience, I will likely never book with Extended Stay again!

Hallway smells like marihuana . Room had broken shower handle . When asked about at front desk to have it fixed was told no one available till tomorrow afternoon! I received key to other room 5 room down same hallway and was told you can use this room to shower . When opened that room (tv was on , bed looked like someone came out of few min ago , pizza on the table , towels on the ground) . Walked back to room the hallways dirty with cups in the middle. I checked out asked for money back and left . At least front desk Lady did not have an issue with it, was polite and returned $.

Its okay if youre only staying one night. Its pet friendly and you can tell by the smell, they dont separate the rooms that are and arent. Supposed to be a breakfast bar but is not replenished at all. Sheets are probably machine washed but stained, just replace them at that point. I think its understaffed, only one person working at any point, sometimes front desk is unmanned.

The room was modest, yet clean. We had stained and dingy towels in our room. Bath tub was chipped and needed resurfacing. No tub stopper was available but was provided upon request. The general condition of the public spaces in this hotel are poorly maintained. Dirty elevator compartment. Discolored carpeting and paneling were seen in all public ares. Outside, the pillars holding one corner of the portico was broken through. No clock on the room. We requested a courtesy call for wake-up time. No call was made.

We got here at approximately 10:20pm and weren't able to find a suitable room til 11:15. The first room was cold and the mattress has what looked like a stain from dried blood and the heat wouldn't turn on. The second room they gave us had a fire alarm that kept ringing. The clerk went with me to check other rooms to make sure that everything worked and we went through 9 rooms before finding one that didn't have issues. All i needed was a warm room with running water to spend the night. Never again will i stay with this chain.

Hotel was not very clean and outdated. Other occupants were very loud and the quiet time hours were not enforced by staff. The beds are super hard but clean. Trash had not been taken out so room had a smell. If you just need a cheap room, this hotel is ok but if want any comforts at all, this is not your place.

Elevator was out of order, climb the stairs way to 3rd floor. Plus, as far as location on a hill, had to take stairs to get to lower ground. Lots of stairs but pleasant stay

There was one person in front desk that seems to do everything -- checking in guests, providing towels, doing laundry, etc. The requested bedsheets & pillows for our sofa bed were finally available after 3 attempts. They were given to us directly from the laundry, unfolded in a plastic garbage bag.

I was given an option of two rooms. One stated to be better than the other. One smelled of wet dog and the other had a leaking shower faucet which made the room smell of chlorinated water. Fortunately, I only needed the room for a single night. These rooms clearly need maintenance and attention.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked, we looked at the rooms and decided not to stay since this is more like a 1 star hostel, very disappointing.

The guest services was horrible. Wifi connection was very bad. It has false advertising about breakfast included. It is not a real breakfast. It is a to-go breakfast.
