Great hotel. Full kitchen and the beds are very comfortable.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice, calm, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a long term stay in a pinch!
- 5/5
Unfortunately, this day, the water was shut off, and I was unable to take a shower or even drink water from the tap the next morning. It was extremely inconvenient.
- 2/5
Rooms have a very strange, overwhelming smell. Room rates jump every week, no cleaning, fresh towels or linens were offered in the three weeks I stayed there. Extremely sketchy people hanging out outside all hours of the day and night. Not worth the money when there’s a nicer studio 6 right next door that’s cheaper and cleaner.

The room had a weird smell, and the smoke detector would go off when you cook. No cleaning services offered in the 3 weeks I was there and weekly rates kept going up.

I had bites all over my legs after our stay 😭😭😭
- 2/5
Convenient When you first walk in it was dirty the room I walked into wasn’t cleaned had to get a different room it also smelled like weed throughout the whole building yet all the signs say no smoking
- 2.5/5
The location was perfect for what I required. Upon inspecting the room I found that the bed was rickety it felt like it was going to fall when I sat on it. The bed frame was not attached to the headboard(which was damaged and fabric sticking from the pleather) Unlike other extended stays the room had no utensils. The TV sat very low on a table and it was smaller than all of the TVs in every hotel/motel I have experienced. Coffee only available in the am fortunately 7-Eleven is a 3 minute walk from the property.

Had complications with check in and never got to stay Pretty paid for my room and received confirmation of payment for the concierge to tell me that he could not find the reservation. At a desperate time I had to sleep in my car.

Location and all the staff was friendly except for management It wasn’t that clean and it is very outdated! Our first night staying, a big roach greeted me in the bathroom! The refrigerator was dirty inside and out. They don’t clean your room every 3-4 days, they clean biweekly. If you want them to clean before 14 day stay, it’s $10. As nasty as the hotel looks, they need to be cleaning them rooms everyday.

I chose this hotel as a halfway point for our trip. The area where the hotel is located is nice. The hotel room and hallways were extremely dated, dirty ahd smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable. The grab and go breakfast was coffee and a Nutrigrain bar. We were very disappointed in our stay and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Was very quiet
- 1/5
No available. Wasn't notified until I arrived at hotel
- 2/5
Location in the middle of office park. You can’t walk to anything. Hotel corridors are dirty. Lighting poor all over. Nutagrain is not a grab and go breakfast. No decaf coffee. Hallways smelled like marijuana and so did our room. For a non smoking hotel that is poor.

This property at 201 Professional Dr. was old musty and had a strong smoke smell. Furniture was old and worn. Carpet stains, burn holes and smelly. Person at front desk was unprofessional. No apparent dress code. We booked for 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night. There is another new property at 205 Professional Dr. right next door. But, online they both appear to have the same address. Be sure to ask for the newer property. Im sure it must be better.

- Wood laminate floor - no carpeting. - You have to ask for ALL kitchen appliances, including coffee maker, dishes, cups - EVERYTHING. - Housekeeping is $10 extra per service. - Free WIFI without internet - what is that??? - Not one extra pillow in the entire hotel! - Check out my picture of the included breakfast - coffee runs out within an hour of opening.

I didn’t experience anything in the property other than sleep in the bed.
- 3/5
has all the basics and nothing more. good for a short trip but if you want breakfast, pool, gym, etc. i would go to a better hotel in the area
- 5/5
I would stay here again the next time I pass through.
- 2/5
Seemed like such a hassle to get basic things such as toilet paper. Never stay here again. Leak that made the whole place smell like mildew.
- 3/5
Room smelled very strange. Shower worked weird. Doors didn’t close, some couldn’t, and there were only 2-3 open outlets available
- 3/5
Below average conditions. Room needs some updating and thorough cleaning.

- 1/5
Trash in the parking lot. You have to request utensils and dishes. No in room coffee. No carpeting/ Cheap old blanket.. Uncomfortable bed. Pillows felt like concrete.
- 3/5
It is an okay place to stay for a day when no where else is available. The area received a storm nearly a week ago and the parking lot, sidewalks needed to be cleared of snow. Lack of parking and it was pretty unsafe to walk around the property, even just from you car to the front door. Rooms were basic and okay.

It's a nice play to stay in for a night or two

This property was so run down that even though I’d already paid for the room we left and got a room at the Hampton Inn and Suites in the same town. This was expensive, but I wasn’t going to sleep in this hotel — I’d be worried about bedbugs all night.
- 5/5
Had probably 1 of the best nights of sleep in a hotel. Very quiet. Bathroom needs some maintenance. The shower was good.
- 2/5
Very old and dirty conditions and felt like I was part of a rehab center.
- 3/5
I am trying to keep in mind that most people who are in the hotel likely live there and are not just visiting for the weekend like my bf and I were for our trip...but the upstairs unit was loud, woke us up at 4:30am on Saturday and 3am on Sunday due to loud footsteps that seemed to be going in circles. You could also hear their shower/toilet running. People seemed to run down the halls. The toilet in our unit seemed like it was not completely stable, when you sit down and then get up it would shift and bang into the wall. The sink had some sort of marker stains or something. Ceiling above our shower had obvious signs of water damage. The grab and go breakfast, while grateful to have it and again trying to remember a good amount of people live there and probably make their own food, it was kind of lackluster. The muffins were quite small, the coffee was very bland and gross honestly. But it was fine for just a small snack before I headed out. The surrounding area was good, had lots of food variety nearby.
- 3/5
On a positive note, the hotel staff was pleasant, the beds were comfortable, and the location was good/quiet. However, the overall vibe was generally just sad. The rooms looked like a lot of corners had been cut when it came to repairs. For example, the room door didn’t fully close, and had an odd rubber pad around the doorframe as a fix of some sort. There were also a lot of dents in the door. The sink water was consistently grey. The bathroom was full of very obvious holes that had been patched over and painted with different colored paint. There was uneven and excessive grouting around the countertop (to hold it all in place?). The shower itself didn’t really function well (the faucet was very dated - and there wasn’t a good supply of hot water). The “free breakfast” was a couple of nutrigrain bars and muffins, and some oatmeal packs. Didn’t feel unsafe, but had a sense it was used mainly for transitional housing. I’m not generally picky when I travel, but I wouldn’t book here again.

Tye property needs an upgrade and so are the furnitures. It smells bad and there are 2 different properties. Good forcone night. Also toilet paper is given out when you ask fir it as well as towels. Breakfast is grab and go. Close to walking and lots of food places.

Worst service ever. They have bed bugs and we left and they would not refund my money
- 3/5
The staff at check in was very friendly, but I booked 3 rooms and ended up only having two. Each of the rooms were in the adult's name that was staying in the room. I ended up losing out on over $145, because it had to be in a different name for each room. Hoping hotels.com will reimburse for this. As for the hotel, not recommended. we were on the second floor and it reeked of marijuana, as well as the staff that checked us in. The "grab and Go" breakfast consisted of coffee....not even good coffee.
- 1/5
It was extremely unsafe. My girlfriend and i were approached by a person who seemed very unwell. He was screaming and shouting at the hotel clerk while we were trying to check in. Then he started telling us that " this place is dangerous" i was more concerned of him. We decided to check in and i asked to be on a floor far away from him. When we got to our room, we noticed that the room wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. It was a non smoking room. Yet smelled like smoke. We immediately lefted. Then i asked for a refund. So at 7pm we went to a better hotel but unfortunately paid more since it was at the last minute. I wouldn't recommend going here. Its scary 😨
- 1/5
When we walked in the room it smelled like someone had slept in their clothes for an entire week. It reeked! The towels had black spots on them and the “grab and go” breakfast that was supposed to start at 6:30 am was absolutely nothing but warm coffee. It was a horrible place and we had rented 3 rooms! The other two rooms we just as unacceptable, as the tub was dirty and there was a sticky substance on the counters in the kitchenette. Seems it’s more of a shelter than a hotel
- 5/5
Nice and quiet place for stay and rest.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, very quiet area I rest like a baby
- 5/5
Friendly, easy parking.
- 2/5
Heavy smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Lots of people milling outside and in the halls. Two pitbulls in the room across the hall.

My car gave trouble during a drive from Florida to Maine and was left today for repairs in Rockville, MD In error, I left my wallet in the car when given a loaner for overnight use. Using PayPal, I ordered a motel room, only to be refused entry tonight because I could not present photo ID. This has led to great hardship. I must now fight with Expedia for a refund.
- 5/5
Nice and friendly
- 4/5
Quite good but some trouble with water pressure in shower...it worked but only a gentle spray. Very quiet upstairs where we were on the third floor. Kitchen was great. Bring dish detergent! Otherwise everything provided and we were not asked to return for sanitation. They did that job when we left. Overall quite good for low price. Dont count on the breakfadt for much. Just granola bar or muffin. Friendly, helpful staff.
- 4/5
I had to request service for house keeping for my room several times and sometime days before the service was done. Management need to train or retrain the staff on good practices in customer service. Mr Kush was not attentive to requests i made drugged his feet in most of whatever needed to be done. Ms Brianna was excellent , made feel good and enjoy our stay at the hotel. Was very attentive to our needs whenever called upon. Thank you Brianna!

If I am in need again, I will choose Extended Stay America.
- 5/5
Overall condition of the property and management is good
- 5/5
The stay was nice and quiet.
- 2/5
Dirty worn out room. Sheets so wrinkled I wasn't sure if they'd been washed. No shower pressure. I made this reservation for my friend and myself. Was SO embarrassed with what I reserved.
- 1/5
I stayed at 3 different hotels in the area at similar price points all in one week. This was run down, patched holes, smelled. The grab and go breakfast ran out and had no coffee!

It's an unsafe dump. No breakfast. No english speaking staff. Drunk homeless guy in the stair well drinking a case of Bud.
- 5/5
Clean room. Need rooms updated.
- 1/5
The whole place was filthy. Found bacon and pancakes ( moldy) in microwave, floors filthy, I wiped up some spots with a towel it was black when I finished. Parking lot dirty, trash pushed into weeds. Unsavory people hanging out in parking lot drinking beer.
- 2/5
They claim they have breakfast but it's just a coffee and tea with no creamer!
- 2/5
Smelled like weed, scratched furniture, stained ceilings, hair in tub, no hot water for the oatmeal breakfast
- 1/5
A terrible experience and came close to leaving. The place needs extensive repairs, my shower did not work at all. I had to use the kitchen sink to wash my hair.
- 4/5
Price was right, would have no problem recommending
- 1/5
They had roaches in the bathroom, the smell in the whole place. The staff is non-existent. As I left nobody was there for check out. Not all of them are properly trained. I had to throw away my toothbrush and shake out all my clothing. I will not be returning to this hotel.
- 2/5
Let me start by saying that all the staff that I encountered were wonderful and friendly. After that however, things are not so nice. It should be noted that this location is being used as subsidized housing. If we had known this, we would have never stayed here. The hallways and elevator (once it was working) wreaked of pot, there was garbage in the stairwells and in the elevator, the hallway of the third floor (which was the only room available with no working elevator at time of check in), stunk so bad you wanted to hold your breath. The room had a faint smell of body odor to it, and there was some kind of stain on one of the chairs that we didn't want to think too hard about. You had to ask for a coffee maker and dishes at check in, otherwise no go. There was just really no feeling of safety or real cleanliness, and we seriously considered finding another place to stay for our second night, but with a pet that can be hard to do.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Everything
- 1/5
Though the receptionist was polite, that is the only nice thing about our visit. Our first room was damp and the toilet the broken. The super said it was normal to have newspaper stuffed in the tank and the water to spray from the valve. We also woke with bug bites. The second rooms air conditioner only blew hot air and though the fixed it, our last day packing down all the belongings the only elevator was broken…we were on the third floor. Never again.
- 3/5
The facility is older. Cleaning especially of stairwells is poor. There were cigarette butts that were never swept. Behind the building people have thrown trash down an embankment and it is all about the grass areas. The room itself was clean, good size. There were absolutely no amenities that you’d expect for and extended stay suite like facility. No coffee maker, cups, mugs, utensils, coffee. I returned to the desk and was shown a table card that the clerk pulled from behind her desk that was entitled “complimentary items”. Apparently you must request them. I got a coffee maker, coffee, mugs and coffee. They have no milk or cream. Only non-dairy sweetened creamer. Breakfast is horrible. Self-retrieved from a tiny room near the check-in desk. Cold package muffins. We passed on that. The bed was ok. Not the most comfortable. People were smoking standing on the landing to the entrance doors. I reported it to the clerk as there is a designated smoking area. Didn’t seem to yield any change and the landing was littered with cigarette butts and the entrance to the stairwell constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. If I’m ever in the area and can’t find anyplace else I guess I would stay here. Note there is another building at 201 just in front of 205 (where we stayed). Same company etc. Much newer and nicer.
- 2/5
Thank you.
- 2/5
Not clean, and the breakfast was a coffee with a granola bars. For me it was a last minute reservation as I was driving back from the South to the North. Would I reserve again? answer is NO
- 2/5
room smell , no convince outlets near to bed . lobo area is no clean .
- 5/5
The hotel is clean and the Staff keep the room safe and comfortable . I enjoy staying here temporarily .
- 5/5
You have the convenience of apartment living but you don't have apartment living. You get coffee in the morning and the crew is more than willing to do that which is within ordered. I recommend that if you need a temporary place to stay Extended Stay America is the place.
- 5/5
I went to grab coffee at 9.50 (breakfast was supposed to be until 10) and there wasnt any there.
- 5/5
I enjoy the convenience of the hotel . I can walk to my job and I can cook in my room. The staff is so kind and caring from the front desk to the housekeeping staff.
- 5/5
I enjoy the convenience of apartment living in the hotel 🛍️ being able to cook and have amenities that I would normally have to pay for if I was in a apartment. I am currently staying in the hotel because it is the best time for me 😂. The staffing is very good in providing for you . The rooms are kept clean and if you have a maintenance call they take care of it right away. So for now living at the Extended Stay America is very good for me. Arleen Walker

Food stains on kitchen counter. The whole building smelled bad. Nothing was in good condition.
- 2/5
Not a clean and there is stench in the hallways.
- 4/5
The property needs to be updated. The beds were surprising ly comfortable.
- 3/5
Not cleaned by staff as expected, there was dust on the bathroom sink, the shower did not drain fast and the tub filled with backwater as I showered. the floor was not clean, there was bits of paper and lint everywhere. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel, unless for a last resort. The staff was not friendly, they seemed very tired and did like to to engage in conversation. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana and it came into my non-smoking room. The refrigerator froze my leftovers and my water bottles. The are seemed safe and the outside was very clean.
