The location in walking distance to lots of food places. The could have been cleaner. Sink was dirty. Under couch cushions very dirty with bugs and crumbs definitely haven’t been vacuumed. Shower could have been cleaned better. Other than that. The bed was decent and it was quiet.

Okay place to stay overnight

The room was clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave oven and a good flat-screen TV with good channel selection. The only reason I dinged the facility was because the shower temperature was only lukewarm...even with hot full on and cold completely off. It wasn't the best surprise in the morning.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great. Near everything The bedding was covered in cigarette burns. The little mirror on the wall and the corners of the walls were covered in dust. The bathroom needs to be updated. There was a roach on the wall.

The management, the way I was treated, the way our room was given away, the way the manager on duty lied that I didn't have a reservation when I clearly did and how I was over charged for one night also there was NO hot water the morning I woke up and couldn't shower and the manager ignored my concerns stating no one else has an issue with theirs

It was an OK place but the person on duty that night 10-09-2025 said i didn't have a booking when clearly I did, they had gave my room away all because I had not paid at the time of booking because I was paying at the location. The hotel is well maintained with a great location and quiet. The only problem for us was the heating unit fan was very loud when the heater came on.

Only drawback was some questionable characters hanging around the property. Overall, you get what you pay for, but would I stay again? Maybe.

Got there late. Check in lady was nice. In the 2 nonrefundable rooms we booked—Roaches dead and alive, cigarette burns on the comforters. Cars coming and going all night blowing the horn to drop people off and pick up ?? I don’t know what. The facility check in was nice but only gave one key per room bc couldn’t find any others, the pool was not in working condition, continental breakfast — juice drink machine broken, coffee out, 2 pc of bead, no waffle maker…there was nothing except broken equipment. This was not a cheap hotel off hotel.com it was the same price as the others but we needed 2 rooms so we picked this one. Never again. I have driven across country and have stayed at many hotels but this was by far a disappointment.

There was no pool ,as it stated there was, also the manager charge me 50$ because I took all the bedding and towels and set them out the door to be collected and washed.. but I also had to go spend my money to wash them when I first rented my room.. also I cleaned my own room sweep and moped it

The cold water tap in the bath leaked constantly. The evening staff when I checked in were very courteous. The morning staff were quite busy and delayed a bit. Overall, I was very, very pleased with my stay.

If anything in the room had a top edge, it was filthy. The wall above The shower was coming apart and the sink counter was falling off the wall. Floors were cleaned poorly, very sticky. It was a non smoking room, but almost everything had cigarette burns.

To start with I’m an OTR truck driver and me and my wife got the room to spend time with our kids. The manager accused my wife of have a party in our room. My wife asked for extra towels and he told her we had too many people in our room. He said he knew we had several adults and several kids. That was not true. It was just me and my wife. And family brought us our 3 kids. But my sister in law and brother in law brought us our kids and picked them up. But did not stay in the room. The pool stayed closed almost the whole time we was there. I had to ask for it to open. The girl didn’t open it until the manager left.

They had no breakfast like they advertised it was honestly just toast. Try hey refused to open the pool staying they had to service it and then last but not least the refused to open the gym. When traveling with children these were the 3 main reasons why I choice to stay there never again will I go back there very unhappy and very dissatisfied.

The furniture is kinda old and needs to be updated, but everything was clean and in good working condition. It has a great location with a variety of stores and restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was friendly.

Our room was for a long stay. They don't tell you, you will Not have housekeeping! You have to ask for it. That would be nice to know when checking in. After that everything went well

Allison at the desk was nice. But the procedure to check In later is crazy. Stood out for in the freezing cold for like 20 minutes. Would not stay again. I feel so dirty. Can’t wait to get to my destination.

Pool was closed. Parking is the worst. Only has parking on one side of the hotel. Has very limited parking so people with kids or older adults may have to walk a ways. Lots of homeless on the corner of the property. We encountered several shady people walking around our vehicles. Very uncomfortable. Rooms were clean for the most part. Need updated.

I've stayed here ao many times cause of it's location. Now they i have to give a $50 deposit and they been doing that for two years. I've been there at least 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months and never had to pay a deposit. I didn't like the way they did things last time i was there and not in a hurry to use them again.

We booked last minute as we just needed a cheap place to sleep. There was footprints on the floor and everything was sticky. It was dirty and quite frankly scary. But it was a cheap sleep.

This hotel is VERY out of date, however they are making updates to try and improve the overall conditions of the hotel. This hotel currently is only good, if you are tired and need a quick/cheap place to sleep for the night.

This was the lowest end accommodations I have ever stayed in. I arrived late and didn't immediately notice but the room smelled like stale smoke. There was nothing memorable about this place and I would definitely NOT stay there again.

Late night (11:03PM) check-in guests treated like bank robbers here. Have to transact business through a bank deposit style drawer even though I was clearly a non-threatening older woman. Check-in agent had no map to show me where my room was and his instructions were very confusing - so I spent 10 minutes wandering around in the dark trying to find my room. In morning - absolutely no one staffing the hotel. Other guests also complained bitterly about broken showers, non-functioning toilets, etc. This is not the place to stay - find another hotel.

There was a sign in the lobby that said no refunds after 15 minutes after check in. I should have been able to read between the lines on that sign.

An amazing trip for visiting family in Spartanburg over the memorial weekend. Enjoyed the peace, and quiet of the local neighborhood kept decently quiet. There's a skating ring just next door, and if you have children the local Gaffney Police will be the security of the property to keep your children safe. Will look forward to returning for the quiet atmosphere, and comfortable beds without any bed bug issues, and clean rooms kept wonderfully clean by the hotel staff.
