- The staff was really nice and helpful. And they gave me another room. First room: - Fridge not working. - very bad smell in the - phone not working (unplugged, nowhere on the wall to plug it). Second room : - same issue with the phone - in the bathroom the ceiling was coming down and seemed about to fall off, certainly due to a water in the room on the floor above. Quite scary stuff...

Didn't realize the hotel was going through renovations. Property wasn't clean but not sure if that was due to the renovations or just the area in general.

The young lady at the front desk who checked us in on Friday afternoon (4/24/25) was great! She also assigned us a newly renovated room which was very nice. The rest of the property was a construction disaster! Sidewalks blocked with room debris, breezeway dark and dirty, pool closed, unmowed grass all around, parking lot in desperate need of repair/resurfacing. The “free breakfast” was also pretty disappointing. Our fault! We got what we paid for! That’s why it was so much cheaper than the surrounding properties.

The Inn was renovating rooms, and our room's bathroom was not finished. The room next to us was also being renovated, started at 8:00 AM.

Quick, easy, and convient. Did not stay for breakfast.

No issues with breakfast. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, wasn't looking for the tajmahal, something close to where I was going to be, lots of good food choices

Rooms clean but worn out, no tissues, spots on the bed and towels. Went for breakfast, no coffee at 730 am so went elsewhere. Okay place for overnight stop but nothing to write home about.

Room had not toliet paper, no conditioner, the exterior is horrible looking, very sketchy. However there were no bedbugs and it was very very cheap. Room wasnt that bad for the price. Good Budget option

Well unfortunately I got about 15 insect bites while staying there. The night time and daylight clerk both empathized and advised that they put notes for the manager. They indicated that someone would be calling me, however, I never received a follow up from management.

The woman Jessica at the front desk was very nice, accommodating and professional. The rooms on the other hand.......the first room they tried to give us, we walked up to the door being wide opened and the fridge in the room unplugged and sitting outside. After Jessica gave us a different room, we walked in and was hit instantly with what smelled like cat pee. (Like 10 cats have been peeing on the floor for days). We quickly went back to the front and said we weren't staying there. Jessica was very apologetic and understood. We got our refund the next day.

The room felt really neglected. Really bad energy. Trash in the room when we came in and behind the night stand. The couch was ran down. And the refrigerator was dirty. I stayed there 30 minutes.

Couch was stained and torn. Desk was broken.over spry on ceiling tiles in bathroom. New updated floors were nice. Staine towels, bed blanket and pillow case was gross.. cant get over stains on couch. Made me not sit near it

We stayed at this hotel last year and it was decent. This year it was disgusting. There were visible bugs in the room, it smelled, and the furniture was filthy disgusting. The water pressure was terrible and the toilet barely flushed. We only ate breakfast one morning and was told we could not take it back to the room, I was required to there to eat. They put us in a room next to the hotel laundry room and the banging was horrible. Lastly and most disturbing...while I was getting fresh towels there were guest checking in with no reservation and what they paid for their room was less than what i paid when booking (which I booked 9 months prior). I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and very comfortable but the area was really bad and felt very unsafe

All towels were stained. The room smelled like mold and mildew. We were allowed to have our dog, which is why we stayed there.

i booked a 1 king size bed with sofa. i was given a room with 1 queen size bed with pull on sofa. The mattress in the sofa had multiple orange/red stains. the shampoo in the bathroom was almost empty. i wasn’t told breakfast ended before 9 so when i walked to get breakfast i was told it was over but i could still go in and get something if there was anything left. at check in the guy was telling me my card declined and it didn’t, someone had already charged my booking through hotels.com and he didn’t even know it had already been charged. definitely won’t be staying there again. just isn’t a friendly atmosphere at all.

Pool was out of service. Very poor condition hotel needs upgraded. However, Jay, at the front desk was amazing. He even helped me locate a hotel w pool for the remainder of my stay with my 4 little grandkids for weekend.

3days into my 7day stay you want me to pay a pet fee? I Did not.some guy knocked on my door early that morning looking for someone name wendy i didnt open my door, a different guy knocked on my door a few hours later asking for Wendy and kept trying to sell me dope. Sketchy spot. Not the cleanest tolerable. They will get no more of my money!. If you do decide to stay be sure to have your lysol. Ladies if you travel alone like i do stay vigilant! There is no shortage on weirdos

I had a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. The towels even smelled smoky. The bathroom was pretty clean but the microwave was pretty dirty. Its okay for a 2 night stay.

Other than the state of tbe bath, which had been shattered and cemented back together, this was a perfectly adequate and comfortable stay. To be very clear, the room was clean and housekeeping is very obviously on top of things but the bath let the whole thing down.

Surroundings are empty, didnt felt safe staying with family. Bathtub is not clean and tidy. Breakfast is just for namesake.

Check-in was pleasant and seamless. Breakfast was adequate. There was a cakey, gunky substance in the tub floor, like putty. It didn't bother me because I always bring shower shoes, but the drain was slow. The drain was slow in the sink, too. The room was clean, but the bed was not as comfortable as we prefer.

Bit dated property, but they make do. I don't expect a lot, but it was clean, no bugs, beds were decent. I never turned on the TV and cannot comment on that. Toilet seems dated, the hot water could have been hotter but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was lacking, some token effort a protein or eggs would be nice - but this is normal for 2024. It was quiet, no drama, no thugs and 10 hours of bass outdoors - i'll be back

The room was nothing special, but it was clean, cheap and convenient - everything you want in a hotel for a business trip. The breakfast wasn’t much to speak of, but the location is close to a number of different restaurant options.

The property is clean. The area around the is fairly nice. The staffs are nice. The location is easy to find.

Do not. Do not waste your time or money. The ceiling in room was falling down from water damage , there was only wires where the smoke detector should have been and the exhaust fan was taped to the ceiling. Was dirty. Rundown. Depressing looking. And this was the second room we got after the first one the door didn’t open.

It’s very dirty. I reserved two rooms. I didn’t go into the room, but my daughter took pictures of the roaches in the room. She said they were also in the microwave. In my room the shower walls and tub were brown with soap scum and looked like they’d not been cleaned in a long time. There were also holes in the shower walls. The sink was new but it had also not been cleaned well if at all. The carpets were so dirty I had to wash my feet before getting into bed because the bottom of my feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. The towels and bedding all looked clean but the bedding smelled like they had soured in the wash. It was better than sleeping outside, but definitely not somewhere I would choose to stay again

A 2 night stay to visit with family in the area. Room was clean and functional. No TV the 2nd night because of a severe thunderstorm. Will likely stay here again next time visiting family.

The room I stayed in was broken the shower was broken the lock on door was broken the bed was rough but the guy that checked me in is the reason I'm giving 5 star rating I was very exhausted I think he seen that in my eyes and ensured he answered all my questions I had to the best of his knowledge and that helped me feel safer and I slept better .

Non smoking rooms weren't. Small cramped desperately needs updating. Double beds barely bigger than twins. I had to wash down bathroom wall and tub before i would even stay there and if it hadn't been non refundable i wouldn’t have stayed!! Best thing about it was the girl at front desk and it was just her first day!!!

For the most part it was a place to stay. Could have done with out the people that live there drama yelling and screaming over what sounded like drugs right outside my door at 9am.

Door stuck and was hard to open and close. Bed was pretty hard. Clean. Nice digs. Good for a night. Right of interstate. Wasn’t loud. Would stay again maybe for a night but not comfortable and nice enough for long term.

We were waiting to check in 25 minutes. The lady arrived on a rush and with a dirty appearance, her uniform dirty and nails. The Manager must be more committed to this hotel. Room 126 is a room that needs repairs. It was unpleasant to find flies like bobas stuck on the wall. The cracked bathtub, the ugly toilet lid and parts of the walls and dirty doors. Uncomfortable beds. Pay $95.00 a night and it's not really worth $59. But as it was an emergency. But it's not to a hotel that I'll come back. I really stay in other Quality Inns and this one really takes away its reputation. The administration must put more effort to improve the service and its appearance. Very unfortunate.

Were covid compliant. Wasn't currently serving the hot breakfast advertised to remain covid compliant, which meant more to us than the hot breakfast. Will absolutely be staying here each time we are in town!
