    Air conditioner did not work correctly and we sweated all night. Wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Beds were so high that you had to crawl into them. Too high to even sit on. One chair in the room required one to sit on the bed. The pool had not been filled. Breakfast was poor. Never again.

    The room was so so. Clean but old. The only chair was a desk chair. Breakfast was not great but they did have muffins and bagels which were enough to hold you over. The pool was empty. Hallways and other areas need painting.

    The bottom fitted sheet was old and past it's life. The elastic no longer held unto the corners of the mattress, so every night if you moved at all you were lying onto the mattress cover. One thing a hotel should have is a high quality sheets.

    Called direct to this local hotel to confirm they had a roll in shower, wheelchair access room. Upon "yes", I booked online. At arrival learned the ONE room they had was unavailable due to remodeling, so they had us booked anyway??!! Too late to find another hotel, so washed up in a too-high sink with too-high mirror, and tub I couldn't get in and out of without using my legs. Bed itself was too high to get into from wheelchair, so spouse lifted me up and down. The man who checked us in was apologetic, but of course couldn't do anything, and he even mentioned they had a note at the check in that we needed a roll in shower handicap access room. We are mostly Hitlon honors people, but periodically think about others like Choice hotels. We're done and already have told many of our friends our story.

    Currently minor renovations are being done but that wasn't a problem for me. The front desk staff were friendly and wonderful! The room was large and comfortable. Only negative was that the housekeeping staff's loud chatter and laughter was very disruptive to my virtual business meetings. Glad they enjoy each other, but would have appreciated consideration.

    Room smelled of mold, electrical outlet missing cover in bathroom over sink, no curtains, desk chair was in Terri le condition and torn. I was so tired when I checked in but was so close to depart and sleep in my car. With the condition of the room and property, I did not even think about getting breakfast in the morning with fear of what might be available…Terrible experience.

    Very Friendly staff and great location. The AC unit in the room was extremely loud, literally sounded like being on the runway at an airport. ALSO I strongly disagree with the additional $100 hold on my credit card to stay the night. I paid for room then when got there was told that we could not stay unless we allowed them to hold an additional $100 on my card. We almost left because of that but was late. Worst part is we didn't know about charge till we arrived at the hotel.

It took a half hour to straighten out with a canceled expedia reservation and a new hotel reservation. Why did neither of them think it was ok to ignore the issue until we showed up towing our luggage? The guy at the counter was helpful, but the two corportions sucked

We decided to stay in the room to avoid causing issues. As we turned down the bed, the sheets were wet and appeared to not be clean. The nice staff put us in another room. The AC did not work in the second room we changed to. The hotel needs upgrades and better cleaning staff.

    This was for sure the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. The coffee and breakfast were wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. The only down side we had was that they were waiting to get the pool inspected and had no signs or locks on the gate. The lady who let us know was very kind, and we had no issue. I would just worry that someone who isn't understanding like we were could have sued them if an accident occurred, since there was no signage or locks.

    The housekeeping staff were rude. On the morning of the first day, one of the housekeeping staff unlocked our door. We were waking up after a very late check-in the night before.     Once I got to the room and observed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and by the air vents, stains and tears on the sheets, and it had musky smell in the room. I went to the front desk for a refund and to check out at about 330pm, 30mins after check in. They said I had to request a refund through Expedia and after back and forths with Expedia they said they had to contact the hotel to see if they would honor a refund. Surprise, no refund because the hotel with the moldy rooms wouldn’t honor it, because they adhere to their “cancellation policy”. If there was an option to leave pictures, I would.

    I feel that the pet fee is too much, especially for dogs that do not shed and are house broken. As for the Expedia web site, I could not find a place to ask for possible discounts and I missed out on my military or senior discount as I paid for the room when booking. Also, even though I requested a pet friendly room, the property did not know that I had requested a room for my pet and had to rearrange rooms to accommodate my pet.

    This hotel needs to shut down and address the mold and mildew issues throughout the building. The room had visible mold and a strong mildew smell. The furniture was run down with scuffs and gashes. The curtains and bed linens were worn and stained. The mildew smell coming from the hallway rug was worse than in the room. We did not dare eat there, due to the pervasive mold issues. We had no other options so we told ourselves "it's only for one night". Some photos attached; do not recommend this hotel.

    The room was immaculate. Housekeeping does an outstanding job. The entire facility was so clean. Treat your staff well, they were all amazing and worth keeping!!. They were all very friendly and responsive. There was renovation happening in some areas but nothing affected our stay. Breakfast area was clean and food was your basic breakfast included fare. There are restaurants and stores nearby. I would book there again.

    AC did not work, then lost electricity in am. Shower ha lndle and faucet pulled away from wall and could only get luke warm water for a shower. Then, elevator did not work due to loss of electricy. Overall, did not sleep for most of the night.

    The halls and common areas had no air. But the worst was the bathroom was DIRTY. Hair on everything. I dropped a bottle of shampoo under the bathroom vanity. Went to retrieve it. Under there had NEVER been cleaned! Ties nails, hair balls. Yuck! The bottle of shampoo said under there.

    An employee may or may not tell you about that fee if you call them on the phone before you book it and specifically ask how early check-in works. Thankfully it was waived for us as because I was a little upset. They are renovating, but our hotel room was pretty gross. It looked like mildew (hopefully not mold) growing in the bathroom. Toilet wasn't attached to the floor, dirt and grime built up on the walls and around the door/window frames. DO NOT USE THE PULL-OUT COUCH!! I didn't get a picture of it when my husband and father-in-law pulled it out but the amount of gross, disgusting food and dirt and dust down behind the couch was... no words. My father-in-law ended up sleeping on the couch with a sheet. The couch had stains on it from God knows what but we truly didn't have a choice. We just hoped the sheet was clean enough. $189.95 for up to 2 people, 3 people $196.95 & 4 people $203.95 - absolutely NOT worth the cost even if you get a discount on Hotels.com or some other travel website. Hopefully once the renovations are complete and they replace all the furniture that desperately needs to be replaced it will be worth the stay. As it is now? Absolutely not!

    We contacted hotels.com customer support and they informed us that the hotel was now refusing to refund us and customer support had no way to answer our questions, pursue any other alternative ways to refund our trip, nothing. We were giving the run-around by customer service for two days with no change or refund for a hotel we never slept in. The hotel was dirty, bed sheets had bodily fluid stains, dried mystery liquid both ON and IN the side tables. Horrible experience both from the hotel AND hotels.com

    First off, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. When we parked around the side to unload and got to the back door, we couldn’t get in. Apparently the back door is broken and we were not informed of this. We thought our key wasn’t working but it was the door. The hotel looked clean, but it’s not well-maintained. I noticed construction trash bins in the parking lot, so I assume they may be doing some renovations. However, the room we stayed in has not been renovated. The mattress is in serious need of being replaced, and was not comfortable at all. None of the outlets worked, and one of the lamps wasn’t even plugged in. The bathroom appeared to be in good shape. The furniture looks old and worn. Again, all of the plugs on the lamps to make it convenient to charge your phone. None of them were working. The plugs in the wall weren’t working either , I finally unplugged my lamp since I knew that plug was working to plug my phone in. We have stayed at this location several times in the past and found that it was fine. It’s a convenient location for us to visit family.

    Front desk worker was very pleasant. Our room was extremely disappointing. We had absolutely no soap in our room, our comforter was ripped with stuffing hanging out on three sides with a big knot holding it together, there was a used napkin on the floor and a few of the outlets did not work. We are Marriott members but decided to stay here for convenience sake. We were VERY disappointed.
