The property is lovely and the rooms are spacious. Both elevators broke down and we were offered no assurance other than being told where the stairs were. Dragging luggage down multiple levels of stairs for an elderly person is a challenge. Staff should have offered to bring luggage down.

I didn’t eat breakfast at this location. I had early meetings and ate breakfast at restaurants near the hotel. I used the gym once. And the hotel room was clean. The location was very convenient for me and safe.

The hotel overall is beautiful. Very clean. The rooms are amazing. My girlfriend and I loved it. It was in walking distance to our date night dinner. The breakfast was not very good. Not a lot of options and the food was kind of warm. I know it’s free breakfast but ive seen a lot better breakfasts at lesser hotels.

Walking distance to supermarket and other dinning options. Parking right behind property, with some spaces to charge EVs. The gym looked good for basic things. The pool is small but inside, still a nice touch. Breakfast is ok, the same eggs everyday and cold, both scramble and hard boiled. Tea options all with caffeine. At least got oatmeal, cereal and bagels. The doors are so hard to open and I got hurt by one. When they close they are pretty heavy and can hurt you.

When I arrived, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We only planned to stay one night, but after having a positive and relaxing experience, we decided to stay an extra night. The room was just like the photos. It was able to accommodate my husband, who is in a wheelchair.

Large comfortable rooms, pleasant staff. Surprised by the size of the kitchen (which we did not need on this trip but will keep in mind for the future!) I love staying at this hotel! It's my home away from home. It's tucked away but still very easy to get to anything and everything. I lived how I could easily walk to a variety of restaurants or walk to Harris Teeter.

I’ve stayed here twice. The rooms have a great size kitchen and it feels like a little apartment. I love sitting in the lobby. The fireplace is lovely. The coffee is organic and great. The free breakfast is perfect. It’s so fun to make your own waffle or to decorate your oatmeal with the oatmeal bar. The eggs are fluffy. The staff is so nice. I could live at this hotel. Wish it had a pool though.

We didn’t get the floor we wanted but we did not hear any noises from the room we received. Spacious room with a well equipped gym. I asked for the twisting sink faucet that also had a slow drip to be fixed; they came once but never came back to fix it. The dining area was also tooooooo cold during breakfast. We enjoyed a small crab feast on the outdoor terrace. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Maple Lawn is a cute little area. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was actually good, and the room was spacious. It was our first time traveling with our baby and having a full size kitchen was awesome. My husband and I were both very impressed with the hotel. We go up there often to visit his grandma and we will definitely stay here again!
