For an older building, the rooms were well maintained, pleasant, airy (windows opened) and very comfortable. These people know Hospitality! We were sorry that we could not stay one more night.

I arrived early and the receptionist was very welcoming and arranged to get my room ready quickly.

Its always good when we stay there. The front desk people are always friendly.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and ready … new towels and soaps were offered in the morning … laundry on site was a life saver … I will definitely be back

I have stayed here before and I am really disappointed on the decline of service. The room is very clean but there are bugs running around. I didn’t notice at first. But at night I saw a huge one which I killed and have a photo of. Then I saw another close to my drink maybe 20 minutes later. After I switched room I moved my purse to see a baby cockroach hiding underneath. They switched my room but it wasn’t ready there was so much laundry on the bed and the toilet doesn’t flush

Services poor, floor very dirty. Sandsls have to be washed daily, as usage causes the soles to be "blackened after 10 minutes usesge

Clean, old 1960s motel. No coffee maker in room, which was supposed to be. Hair dryer provided was mounted on the wall too high to plug in, so I was glad I brought my hairdryer. Mattress was comfortable and clean.

Voucher did not work they made me pay again for the room I need a refund

Great customer service

The Indian gentleman at the front desk (owner?) was very kind and accommodating of my last minute booking. Wanting to extend my stay, he organized for my suitcase to be moved to my new room as I intended to be gone the whole day. The room itself is quite dated, but I would stay again for the customer service (and its convenience to Starbucks and In-n-Out).

For the price i could of rented a better hotel, the room smell old and the blanket was old with cigarettes burn. One of the bath towel had a whole the size of a silver 50 cents coin maybe even bigger. I would never booked this place again 😪 even if it was my last resort

Hooker in the room next to mine, rooms are gross and smell like cigarettes.

We like coming here every month it's a great place to get away. And I'll keep coming back on any given day

The room wasn’t ready and the gentleman wanted me to wait an additional 45 minutes to get a room clean . This was an hour after check-in time. I needed a room so he gave me another at a higher price. The gentleman was very rude about it all.

The property is quiet and the room was very nice. Was left alone the whole time. Great place. Only complaint was I had a man approach me outside and made me uncomfortable I went in too speak too the manager and he yelled, screamed and pointed his finger at me upset at me for the situation it was weird. Other then that it wasn’t a bad location

Room was very clean and had good, close parking. They had some welding and renovation going on but kept it very quiet. Neighbors were peaceful despite the hotel being next to a strange housing area.

This hotel is so old and dirty. There was a used face towel left in the freezer and a used soap in a soap dish in the shower room. Comforter is dirty carpet is smelly. They dis not even have fitted sheet for the bed they used flat sheet instead. So if you want to get sick. Stay in this hotel. So unsanitary. I wonder if housekeeper even clean after guest check out.

I was very pleased with the stay at Willow Tree Lodge. I'll be booking a room there in a couple of weeks. Friendly atmosphere.

It was cleaner than I thought. The air conditioner was extremely loud and I could hear the people upstairs walking around. I had what appears to be a partially "upgraded" room- vinyl flooring and the trim was newer and not sticking. The bathroom light was missing a fixture as well. Overall, it was good for the price

The neighborhood is sketchy. If you are going to stay near Disneyland, pick a place on harbor or Katella; its way less risk for the same price point.

It’s an older place. Which we expected. Price was good. Bed & towels were clean. But the shower wasn’t very clean or the bathroom wall and door.

Room was run down. Walls were dusty. Blanket had burn holes. Staff turned over the room daily. Front desk guy was friendly.

Side note: I’m 5’11” tall and the shower head was below the side of my face. Didn’t even use their shower and turned key and remote back to management the following morning and lady manager almost didn’t give me my deposit back to me just out of spite because I told them their room was substandard (nasty) and I wanted my money back which they declined to do. I’ll be making a claim to my credit card company regarding this business that should really be investigated by the health and fire department. What a slum!

Our need was just an overnight stay for a baseball tournament. The check-in process was a bit long but that wasn't a big deal. The carpet was stained and there was some type of shavings on the toilet seat cover and on the side of the toilet. The fridge was also in desperate need of a defrost. Functional.

The place seems good eventhough Expedia gave me one price it was changed to higher but not much. That was the only thing I had an issue but since the front desk gentleman has been nice I let it go. Overall for the price is better than the Travelodge on Euclid and Baker.

I had booked my reservation online and upon my check-in he refused to allow me to stay. He took my ID and treated me like scum. What a terrible experience.

Poor customer service, was not even apologetic. He treated us like we broke his plumbing and did not offer any alternatives. He called up an hour later saying that the plumbing was fixed and we had two hours to come back for the reservation. Again, he sounded irritated at us. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

By the time we got to the hotel to check in they had given our room to some one else. So we had to spend more money than we were going to spend at the willow tree for 2 nights, for 1 night at the motel down the street.

prepare for her wedding. We rented two rooms side-by-side, which resulted for a very smooth and perfect start of the wedding. We were very thankful for the manager's gracious attitude. We would definitely stay there again. No frills, but quite comfortable and clean.

The Staff and Management is very humbling, honest, and understanding. Management has integrity. I’m very impressed by the service, cleanliness, and courteous attitude of personnel. My family and I will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

They turned me and my boyfriend away because they don't rent to anyone with a bike.

I left the room before I was allowed to finish my trip because the manager didn't allow me to stay. I was charged and didn't have the room. The housekeeper stole my belongings and denied it but she left her ID in my things. Rosa stole over $40, my wallet, my makeup items, my backpack! I I wouldn't recommend this place even if it's the last rental available!!

We were very happy with the day. The only thing I can say is the house keeping needs to check to see if anything is needed. We had to ask them for towels because room wasn’t serviced in two days. Over all we are happy and will return again.

Reserved a non-smoking room. Was supposedly 'upgraded' to a suite with 2 rooms but turned out to be a smoking room. Horrible smell and room was outdated and dingy. Blankets dirty with cigarette burns. Walls and bathroom door trim dirty. Was told no non-smoking rooms available. Got a refund and left.

I really enjoyed the Location of the property it is around various stores and gas stations movie theaters and restaurants.

The location is excellent and their pricing is very reasonable.

Room wasnt that clean..trash under nightstand. Corners of restroom were dirty . Like housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning. Deadbolt on door didn't lock. Just spun & didn't latch in. Room felt & looked dated. For the $95. Rate I expected alittle nicer cleaner room. Won't be returning to this place again.

Aside from the shower door not closing all the way and the shower sink being a bit plugged up at first everything was great!

Went in late left the next the next morning, so I really can’t give a good review.

This is an older property, but clean inside. There are plenty of parking. The staff is nice and helpful. It is close to Costco, Target and downtown Fullerton. Please bring your own coffee pot and shampoo.

The air coming out of the air conditioning smelled like urine.

I was just a little apprehensive about this trip after reading a few of the unfavorable reviews -- happily for us, those concerns were unfounded. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was really nice and consistent. We had enough towels. There were no noisy neighbors. The room was older and there were a few things that need fixing -- painting over wall patches and refinishing the bathtub, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We would go back again.

We had originally booked for 1Q Bed & we were upgraded to a King Suite for my Birthday. That was a kind gesture. Our Rm was descent for what we paid & expected by the look of the place. It was fairly clean however Bathtub could have been cleaned better, It was very difficult to sleep since the walls are thin w/the rooms close to each other. Our next door neighbors were talking up a storm until after 3am. Aside of that it was an "Okay" stay. We really only needed to sleep but didn't manage to get much of it. We might be back someday as a last resort...

i wont stay there again. it was not clean sheets smelled. there was food on the ceiling. there was trash and the carpet was dirty.

The property and amenities were extremely dirty. The staff gave me the wrong key so I entered a strangers room. My reservation was not there upon arrive due to a ‘printer jam.’ Also they accidentally double chartered my card.

Dirty and disgusting. Homeless and drug addicts wondering the property. Paid for a non smoking room and it was clearly a full on smoking room. I doubt not smoking rooms exist here.

Hotel staff are more than accommodating. They're friendly, honest, and do their best to accommodate any need. However, the rooms are in need of attention. Whether it be paint or repairing doors. The staff more than make up for the condition of the facility, though. I will not stop visiting any time soon.

The guy was kind of rude as we checked in however after going into a room it was kind of dirty so we can get up later on we kept hearing noises turns out there was a rat on the properties and they had an exterminator they're trying to get it I don't know if they caught it and we witnessed it

The only problem we had was neighbors going in and out and slamming their door. Otherwise, it was nice.
