When the wash basin was clogged and whole lot of gunk was floating up, I called for room service. The person who came to unclog the basin said that the drain stopper got twisted blocking the water from draining. Their idea of fixing the issue if a clog where to happen again was for me to use my clean hand to twist the drain stopper to release it. When I told the person how illogical the solution sounded, the person got extremely defensive trying to say then maybe use a block of soap to unclog. Anyway after a slew of illogical suggestions they agreed to bring some device to unclog without me having to use my hand. After they returned with a box of gloves, I requested them to give me a few so that if a clog repeated I can glove myself to unclog. They also apologized for the inconvenience that they were fully booked that weekend and couldn’t switch my room. They did offer to refund the stay if we wanted to leave which we took instead having to deal with further issues. The whole scenario could have been handled better, however, I appreciate them understanding and refunding the stay. They should install drain stoppers that can we open or closed from the outside.

It is rather a motel then hotel, for the price it was only ok in my opinion. I did not like the bathroom that was outdated with a very noisy vent. Sheets and towels were very poor quality. The office with the front desk smelt with Hindu food, not pleasant at all.

The hotel does not offer a continental breakfast. Which is conflicting for what the website says. Hotel floors are dirty so wear shoes in room. Other than that the room was clean. Air conditioner had a slight odor.

The hotel is in really bad conditions. The tub was falling apart. The towels looked dirty. The online pictures don’t look nothing like the actual hotel.

The room was mostly, clean and in good shape. The vinyl floor was peeling upward on one spot. Only major complaint, on my second to last day there, my room was not cleaned. Which is why i gave it four stars

I was very disappointed I use Expedia very often for my travel and this was the worst stay I have had the Neighborhood was very sketchy and I was traveling by myself this was not a hotel. It was a motel. You can hear every conversation next-door like if they were in the room with me you could hear all their activities. It was awful. The bathtub had mold. The bath towels were dirty

The room was very clean. I was happy to see there was a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker available…the cleaning lady was courteous when we went to ask her for extra coffee packets. The gentleman that checks us in was also very nice, and helpful. Everytime we went to the office for help or a question, he was there and provided great customer service. Also, no issues with parking.

I don’t get these good reviews. The room we got was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The one chair in the room looked like it came from a landfill. There were stains on the walls. Bathroom was gross. The paper thin blankets had dinner plate sized tears/holes throughout. The walls were so thin you could hear everything from neighboring units. Our neighbors were smoking all night, which we could smell in our room, and then had rowdy play time for hours, which our kids could hear. I get that last part can’t be helped and good for said couple, but the dirtiness and general experience were very poor.

There were strands of hair in the bed sheets. The bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud. The beds were slow close to the walls, you couldn't get out of bed easily. Parking lot was very small for how many rooms they have, and only 1 or 2 handicap spots. The website started that the pool was closed for maintenance, so we didn't pack for that, but it looked open and accessible. Location was the only thing good about this place. Not worth the price I paid.

Rooms are renovated and are very comfortable. Towels and trash replaced daily. However, we stayed for 7 nights and our bed sheets were not changed once

The bed and bedding was super cozy and the ac unit worked like a champ. Only downfall is the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING on both sides of your room at night. Recently freshened up, but only stayed long enough to sleep for 6hrs prior to our flight and slept like babies we did.

The pictures show nice hotel when you get there and have to pay $100 deposit for some odd reason the room is run down the thinnest of the walls. I cannot go to sleep until three in the morning hearing the people next-door.. the rooms definitely need an upgrade to the painting into the floors. I’m not sure what you could do about the thin walls, but I won’t make this mistake again.

We will not stay at this property again. We are surprised that Expedia would carry a property like this. The room was not clean, the bathroom toilet was leaking water. Nothing about our stay was adequate. The charge for this room was high for what we got. There are much better properties in Fresno at a better price. For our next visit to Fresno we will investligate better.

Most of the room was not clean such as floor, toilet and overall bathroom. They clean everyday but the floors were not cleaned. The walls are thin so you can hear people from the rooms next to you. There are a lot of options to eat around but there are a lot of homeless in the area and doesn’t look safe.

Disgusting room!!! The king bed sinks down in the middle and felt like springs poked our backs. The couch has stains so bad we wouldn’t dare sit on it. The ceiling vent was falling off and dirty. The bed sheets had stains on them. The “clean” towels had some black residue on them. The white shower floor was brown. I will post my photos as proof on all platforms that take photo reviews. When I mentioned the horrible room conditions to staff, they literally shrugged it off until I told them that I would definitely be leaving a review with images was the only time I got any type of “apology.”

The manager is rude, and they don't have a label to put on the door to ask for cleaning, so they don't clean until you ask them to...

Rooms are nice. Pool is at the main entrance next to the street access which doesn’t make it too relaxing but otherwise it’s a nice place. Staff is helpful and very nice. I would stay here again.

All I need was a covinient, clean, safe and quite room to sleep during my business trip. That was what I got. The receptionist was friendly. I parked right in front of my room. The room was clean and smell good. I slept throughout the night. No noise. The AC worked well.

I chose this place because my mom was having surgery nearby. Since it's really just a single story motel I could park right in front of our front door, making it easier for Mom to go in and out. Pros: seemed clean, had a fridge and other basic ammenities, well priced, neighborhood felt safe, convenient location, lots of variety of restaurants nearby. Cons: front desk guy seemed annoyed when we checked in at 1 am and came out in his boxer underwear + I woke up with clustered, super itchy bites on my legs after both nights. After first night I just assumed they were mosquito bites from the day before. But I spent that whole day sitting in the hospital and still woke up the next morning with 12 new fresh itchy bites. So I think there were bed bugs. However, I examined the sheets and mattress and could not find any signs of them beyond the bites. So to be fair, I'm leaving a 3-star review. But if it was bed bugs, they deserve only 1-star. Sleep in room 106 at your own risk.

Great find when in Fresno or nearby areas. Booked two rooms and both were clean and comfortable beds. Pool was nice and cool in the summer heat.

However, no breakfast like advertised, was one of the reasons I chose this place. The property manager told me they had put the coffe machines in the room instead of breakfast but they didn't even refill our creamer and sugar sachets on the second or third night. He did mention that they were changing managers soon and they might reinstate breakfast... I guess it depends if they're gonna want to cut corners too. They don't make the bed during room service but they do clean and give you clean towels. You can hear almost everything coming from adjacent rooms and outside, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep fine. The pillows are very uncomfortable tho. Honestly pretty decent for the price so I'm putting out things that you might expect. Would have given 4 if only they hadn't lied about having breakfast.

I was surprise to know that it was in a safe environment not far from grocery shopping.

The property was clean. The AC says it is on 66 but the room is superrrrrhot and humid muggy hot the AC did not cool the room at all. Was cooler outside than inside.

It had plenty of amenities, from the fridge to the conditioner. I didn't realize it was so far off the 99.

The front desk had no record of our reservation made through Expedia. I had to retrieve from my car a printed confirmation of the reservation. Still, the front desk clerk could not "see" the reservation at his terminal. The clerk had to call his manager, who was able to access the reservation. Due to this process, there was a significant delay of about 15 minutes in the check-in process and in obtaining the key to our room. This is unacceptable.

Good size room with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and toiletries provided. The massaging shower head was a pleasant surprise.

The floors were extremely dirty and when I talked to staff about it, he seemed like he didn’t care at all, he’s response was “I look in to it” and that’s it he dismissed me, he did not want to look at the pictures I took. The costumer service is not the same, I’ve been making reservations here for a while and today was a very bad experience, and I will not stay at this hotel anymore on my trips to Fresno.

The shower curtain liner was dirty, had cobwebs in the corners and the bed was uncomfortable. Wouldn't stay again. I also think he took my picture without my permission.

We arrived very very late, around 2:30am. I rang the bell at the service window and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. He got me checked in and informed me about when breakfast in the lobby would be available. Our room was clean and quiet and I really enjoy how you can park right outside your actual motel room. We felt safe and slept well. We would stay here again.

I am a return customer. This place is the best value for your buck in Fresno. I like this place because its clean, safe, quit & comfortable. The free internet is strong enough to power a PS5 and other streaming devices uninterrupted. Parking is never a problem. Nobody is ever lurking around outside and management is quick to deal with the street walkers that may wander onto the property. Convivence stores and restaurants are plentiful in this area. This is a diamond in a the rough when it comes to Motels. This is always my first choice when in town for work.
