Our room was very clean the the ac was ice cold

Housekeeping was very sweet and helpful when you need them, But.. the room didn’t look very clean, nor did it look like our room was cleaned in the two nights we stayed. My wife was told on one instance that we weren’t on “rotation” and you can tell, because we found a lot of dirty areas and things in our room. Some of the cupboards and walls had stain drips, scuff marks and dirt marks, even some chipped paint. We did take the sleep sign off of our door before we went out for a few hours Tues morning and the housekeepers were several doors down from our room. We did call ahead to the front desk asking them to reach out to housekeeping to add a few additional pillows to our room. By the time we got back, the housekeeper was in our room fixing our bed and adding our pillows, unfortunately though, that was all that was done to our room. The shower head had rust on it, also be careful when you step in the shower cause it is kind of a slippery surface. They are a green site, so if you leave your towels on the rack, they won’t replace them. They didn’t even take the ones we left on the floor. Mini fridge was broken, had to get maintenance out for it. Staff was very friendly but everything else her was lacking. Will not stay here again.

In the night around 10:30pm saw a Cockroach in bathroom. I called front desk three times and room service, nobody pick up the phone. That is not good service. I told check out about the issue, they told me that I booked online, they can’t compensate me but they can eliminate parking fee. In fact, nobody told me that they will charge parking fee. That is very dishonest.

There was a huge party at the swimming pool. I called the management at 10:30 at night because there was no parking to stay at the hotel. She informed me that there was a baseball team that was there which were all minors with their parents who had invited relatives that live locally to come join the party at the pool. The management said they were gonna go talk to them, but obviously did nothing. The guest at the pool were allowed to stay until midnight but if it was anybody other than them, we would’ve been told at 11 o’clock when the pool closed to get out, nobody was allowed to enjoy the pool area because they allowed the party to happen. I will never stay at the hotel ever again. I will go back to the hotel across the parking lot from them. It was way nicer in a way quiet and I was able to enjoy the swimming pool over there when I stayed there the last Time. I even had some of the young kids baseball players as the manager said, run up to my door on the fourth floor and kick it as hard as they could and took off running I reported it to management the hoodlums were still running around, even though I talked to management! I absolutely will not recommend this hotel to anyone since management does nothing and allows people to have parties at the swimming pool and told them midnight, I will never spend any nights in the hotel! I woke up the next day and went to leave and the whole pool area was covered in beer, cans, and pizza boxes in garbage. It was absolutely disgusting!

This hotel fit our needs for the 1 night we were in town with our teenage boys. Location felt overall safe. There is construction of another hotel or building that appeared paused directly next door making our first impressions a little doubtful. Checking in was quick and easy. Our room was clean with nice cold AC. This hotel does allow pets, one of the downfalls as we had a dog barking nearly all night next door. The beds were not very comfy as other hotels we’ve stayed in the past. Breakfast was alright. Nothing spectacular. Basic eggs and sausage with your choice of bread. Waffle maker and cereal or yogurt. Breakfast area was crowded at times with seating very limited. Overall we were content but would try another place to stay on our next visit.

Received no room cleaning. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Paid $10 per night for parking in Fresno.

the front desk staff was very very kind and welcoming. have nothing but great things to say about all the staff i encountered. the shower was so gross and slimy to the touch that i couldn’t even use it. i tried to stand on the towel to be less grossed out but there was no way, there were hairs on the walls. on top of that, the handle to our room ripped off right away. i told the staff and they said “okay i’ll put in a work order.” but like… we couldn’t get into the bathroom without squeezing the little handle-less knob.

Dan checked us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room needed some updates. The bathtub was old and we pulled out the trundle bed and the mattress was dirty. Other than that the room was clean and suited our needs for one night.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I had some difficulty getting the shower head to stay in place.

Staff was very friendly. Property was old and dirty. Ottoman in room was dirty. Bathtub was either dirty or just old and gross. Outside is under construction all the way around the building. Pool walls had scum on them. There were a lot of unhomed people meandering around the parking lot and general area where the hotel is located.

Great hotel, location and room. Clean and the bed along with bedding very comfortable. Slept great. Staff were very friendly and polite. Doing renovations to outside but it didn’t have too much impact on our stay and no noise to wake us up.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was large and well-maintained. My kids had a blast! The breakfast was good too. We will be back!

The black out blinds were broken and the street light signals shined into the room.

Made a reservation not knowing that the hotel was under construction. Just a mess. Bed squeezed in to the room so it was hard to merely get out of bed. Postage stamp sized shower. Nowhere on your web site did it say the hotel was under construction- if I had known it, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Very clean and staff was great! Breakfast was good and lots of different options. It wasn’t a huge selection, but it was good. We’re a family of 6 and everyone ate without issues. Bedding was clean, rooms were well put together. I would definitely stay here again!

Great property and clean rooms. Staff very professional and pleasant. Bed comfy. Only downfall was no heads up of the main entrance having construction work being done and closed off for vehicles.

The staff was amazing , however it was not told to me that the hotel was under a remodel and our room was definitely not up to date. The water pressure was poor and the bed was not a king size bed which is what was requested and advertised.

There’s land in the parking lot that’s gated off so getting to the front of the hotel is weird but once you are in the right spot, there’s plenty of parking.

The toilet stopped working, and the front desk asked if i had “jiggled the handle” which i did. I have knowledge of how these work and did what i could to try to fix it. I asked for maintenance to come to my room, but they were unavailable and to stop the constant water running they asked me to turn the water off. No other king bed rooms available, so i couldn’t be moved and that made it so my only toilet was the community restroom. The hot tub was maybe 97 degrees and was not working on night 1. I noticed when i got into the shower my feet were very dirty. Being that i was in shoes all day, that didn’t make sense. I noticed that the carpets were very dirty causing this to happen. The walls are very thin, and being dog friendly, i was woken up multiple times by a dog barking throughout the night. The coffee maker has never been cleaned, lots of hard water stains. If you’re picky at all, do not stay here. The rates do not match the property.

The bed was so comfortable. I want one for my house. What kind of mattress was it. I haven’t slept that good in years. And the heavy comforter was amazing.

Good overnight stay, ten for parking was hard to understand.

Checked in around 9pm. No pack n play could be delivered like I requested when I booked. The front desk guy said he’s the only person staffed for the evening and can’t leave the front desk to go get one for me. I said you’re the only one working tonight in this hotel? Replied yes. I asked what if there is a plumbing issue, heating/cooling issue in the room. Does someone come to fix it? He said no, they’ll try to switch our rooms. Fine, not the end of the world. Left and bought one for $70. Got back at 10pm to go to our room. Hair on toilet seat. Too late to deal with other than wipe it with toilet paper myself. Next morning, checking out at 5:45am. No one at the front desk. I waited 5 minutes, said hello loud, and couldn’t wait anymore. I walked behind the counter to where there was an office with the door open and noise could be heard. There was a lady completely KNOCKED OUT sleeping with her hoody on either on a Zoom or doing training videos. I knocked on the door twice and she didn’t move. I said hello loudly. She woke up and said sorry. I said I need to check out. She said do you need a receipt and I said no. She said leave the key at the front desk.

Hotel sits next to a major roadway that is busy all night! Room are no insulated very well.

You need a door from the sink area of the bathroom to the bedroom. There is no way someone can use the sink area without waking up the other person who is still sleeping.

Overall everything was amazing! We loved the breakfast area, it was really accommodating, and quiet, which my parents loved since it was their first time traveling. I did see that some things need repair, like the refrigerator and the bathroom door they didn’t close properly. Really happy with our stay, thank you to the staff who was very helpful.

Shoulda listened to the many reviewers who rated this hotel 6/10 and warned of sub-par amenities, but I took a chance. Our 5 person family (16, 10, 8yo kids plus hubs and I) needed something close to Fresno State, a Petsmart (dog hotel) & the freeway. The Springhill Suites fit the bill & was reasonably priced. When the room I initially booked wasn't available, I was immediately contacted by the staff to ask me if I was interested in any other rooms & I appreciated the very thorough communication instead of them just waiting til I got there or canceling the reservation. Another kudo point I'd like to give them is their prompt room turnaround. Check in isn't until 3pm but my room was ready at 10am which really came in handy! The front desk is really friendly, accommodating & personable, which goes a long way for me. Unfortunately, although I really liked the customer service, I can't say the room itself met the high standards of the staff. While I can agree with most reviewers that the size of the rooms are GREAT for larger families, the overall comfort is lacking. Our room on the 2nd floor had uneven, squeaky floors, the beds were very uncomfortable & bouncy w/ dirty mattresses & tattered fitted sheets that wouldn't stay on! The bathroom shower head is the handheld kind that wouldn't stay put & kept turning toward the wall...it's so tall that my younger ones couldn't adjust without help & tub wasn't very clean either. My 5'10 teen son stayed on the long couch & said not comfy

This place charge $10 for parking per day! Breakfast is very limited and the staff seems unhappy working the breakfast bar. Front counter staffs were friendly and helpful. Great thing about this place is they have a heated pool and jacuzzi with bathrooms. Downside, you have to ask for towels every time you use the pool and return them to the counter. (Pool close at 11pm, 👍)

Then the manager and very elderly security guard had zero patience for kids making noise and having fun. Their pool hours were 6a-11p and we were beraded by the guard twice for kids laughing and splashing around in the pool prior to 10 pm.

Perfect for family of 5.

We came with a large group for a Savannah Banana group. Families and kids. We called a week ahead of time to request families be put on the same floor. The lady wrote names down and said they would try their best but to call day of check in to remind them. 3 families checked in and got 3rd floor. They said to tell the rest of the group 3rd floor. I check in 5 minutes later and the man said 3rd floor is full to capacity. I asked for 2nd floor, he said full. Puts me on 4th. Several families check in later that evening and all got put on floor 3 and 2. Also, the suddenly tell us the pool is closed and we aren’t allowed any towels. I talked to front desks and told them I feel like they are keeping us from pool on purpose, suddenly 10 minutes later pool is back open. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. It was a full hotel because of the game and several large groups, and I don’t think they were prepared.

Arrived by midnight and found out my room, reserved under my name, was given to someone else, so it took the front desk clerk at least 10-15 mins to fix the issue. Next morning, ready to shower and there is no shampoo or conditioner or body wash. The person at the front desk said he was too busy, so I should wait or come and get it myself. Air conditioner control wall screen was dirty/greasy. Was automatically charged for parking when I had no car. Front desk clerk should have asked me when I checked in. Awful experience.

Music was low many complaints about our room had to switch rooms at 10pm . Also so many roaches in our room it was disgusting.

They didn't really make it clear upfront that they charged $10/day for parking. A bit of mold in the shower soap dish, and the light switches were hard to find on some lamps. Otherwise very nice, and they didn't charge for the pet we had in the room (more than off-sets the parking charge!).

Clean room, clean bathroom (very important). The door handle to the bathroom was broken, so the bathroom door didn't lock, which made it open to unfortunate incidents with a curious toddler. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the parking was great.

Great oatmeal bar and breakfast was fine. I think the gym was decent too. Looked like they maintained the hot tub though I unfortunately didn't get a chance to use it.

Property photographs much nicer than it actually is. Room was run down and had cracked tiles, dirty cabinets. Weird inconveniences like no clock in room, no surface area to put anything down in bathroom. Common spaces on property were nice and clean, but the room left much to be desired. Will not stay here again.

The property was nice and breakfast was your standard options with hot and cold. Was disappointed in the fact that they had a boiler out and it took 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water. It would’ve been nice if they would have. Let me know when I checked in.

Strange construction site infront of hotel.

Great place to stay. Rooms and hotel has an updated feel to it. No smells and very clean. The parking fee is annoying but thats the only complaint.

Usual stay feel, didn't find very clean as the carpets had some sink. First room that was given had completely wet carpets. Had stomach upset after the second day breakfast. So, overall not a good experience this time around.

The only negative was the coffee. But i would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here two years ago and the place looked new and cleaner. Two years of wear and tear has made the carpet on floor 4 look worn and dirty. The couch in the room looked a bit dirty. Bed was comfortable, but pillows, not the best.

From a super easy check in, to very polite and professional staff. We enjoy our stay breakfast was awesome, my girls loved it. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, and night swimming in the pool was fun very clean pool area. Definitely a positive experience. Great job.

The stay was very comfortable for my family and I. Staff there was super friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay & for sure coming back!

They were sold out, so after getting to my room, I noted the large stain on the floor, and knew there was no clean room to go to, so I Tried to unpack, only to find their was no full length rack to hand dresses. Bad to have your dresses on the floor. No freezer area in the little refrigerator to chill my ice pack, but to make matters worse, the ice machine out in the hall, backed up to my room and every 10 minutes or so, as I am TRYING to sleep, the ice would loudly dump. Ugh. Additionally, the room could not be made dark enough. I light in the vanity area was part of the eclectic outlet, and there was no way to cover it.. After a lousy and restless "sleep" i went down to "breakfast": loads of carbs, over-ripe fruit, and scrambled "eggs". One of my coworkers cannot have any wheat products or fillers. I took one bite and said "you may want to ask what they added to this, because it sure doesn't taste like eggs." She tried to find an employee, finally, went to the front desk. The front desk guy did not know. so he went to the "kitchen area" and asked, they sent someone back who came out and said, "the package just said eggs". . What kind of eggs comes in a package? Dehydrated? Chemically preserved? We left to find food that was edible. The only bonus was one single female front desk clerk who was polite and smiling. The only plus to a dismal two day stay. Because I came in through a "3 party" (hotels.com), they would do ZERO. Not what I am used to for a Marritt of any kind.

Clean, comfortable, large room. Odd setup in room, but very spacious. Decent breakfast, pleasant staff behind the desk.
