I like everything about the hotel. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and very clean bed. No dust mites bothered me because of allergies. Bigger, better bar soaps. Had pen, paper, iron, coffee pot, microwave, and fridge. The staff was very courteous and prompt. Excellent value and location. I didn’t eat the breakfast but was glad it was there. Nothing. It was excellent. I slept really good.

The location was nice. Close to a lot of food places, freeway, and gas stations. Nothing we had a short stay it was perfect.

The hotel was sparkling clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A++ staff! The location was convenient right off the freeway, but that meant it wasn't especially attractive surroundings, and there weren't any restaurants nearby.

Practical and well located hotel after a day of long driving! We use it as an intermediate location on our route from Yosemite towards Sequoia park.

Close too freeway with only 1 way out

The area was quiet. Easy on and off from the freeway. I expected eggs and sausage or bacon. Breakfast was nothing special. This is all hotels, but I would like the wifi connection still working the morning we are leaving so I could check maps on my phone for the next location.

Disappointing

Breakfast was bare bones. Not even a baekneitu cream cheese. Coffee was horrible. Overall, the breakfast is a big letdown.

Front desk staff was great, friendly and helpful. No fan in the bathrooms, tub could use refreshing. Hard water stains on the shower head.

Price was competitive and the room was a very good size. Sheets were very uncomfortable. No hot water (had to take a warm shower, but was not hot). Air conditioner did not work very well. Breakfast was very underwhelming.

There was nothing I did not like.

But the room wasn't clean and I had to give a $200 deposit for cleaning because I guess the room was supposed to be clean. I believe the ladies name is Punapuna was not a pleasant person at all. There was dirty soap in the shower, hair in the drain, candy or dog treats everywhere even at the head of the bed on the box springs between the mattress and the wall, cereal bits all over the floor I expected it to be cleaner due do the deposit but I was incorrect.

The beds were extremely comfortable. It was great place to stay for a rest to break up my long drive. For some reason, a homeless man with no shirt asked me if I could spare a shirt because he was cold. Not sure why he was in the parking lot without his shirt.

The Quality Inn at Fresno was great! Staff were very friendly and everything you could need is close by. Beds/room were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Overall, a great place to stay just outside of Sequoia National Park, would definitely recommend!

The room was clean but furniture was outdated

Despite claiming to have a pool, the pool is closed until May. There is no A/C in the rooms, only a fan., resulting in an uncomfortably hot nights sleep.

Nice hotel, and great price; however, it was really hot in Fresno, and the A/C stopped running every night, and we couldn’t get it to come back on until morning. It got very hot in our room, making sleeping difficult.

Very difficult to get into property from road. Right at a light. Drove straight down from Canada. Got there at 2. Told to go have lunch and be back by 3. Back at 2:30 and got a room.

Breakfast was skimpy. No protein. I would say it was a Continental light with a waffle. Sausage or Bacon, maybe eggs.

The free breakfast that’s served is one you make yourself. Waffle maker etc. We did enjoy our stay, the hotel is very quiet and parking is easy. If you need an elevator, and the bottom floor is full, you might need to try a different place. Other than that, we would highly recommend this Hotel and it is really close to good eating places and food stores.

The problem is they put me handicap room and i asked why in that room? Because i am deaf? They said Expedia choice that. I reserved 1 bedroom that all. Plus curtain cant be private closed which is ridiculous! Only good about the hotel is breakfast.

Super clean hotel and room. Staff not always at the desk, but answered the bell fairly quickly. Be aware there's no elevator, so if you're on the second floor you need to take your bags up the stairs.

There was plenty of workspace with an ergonomic desk chair, which was very convenient. The hotel’s location near the freeway and numerous eateries made it especially convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with a beautiful room and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Always accommodating on 1st floor because it would take me long time to walk up the stairs and I would myself. Location is great because you have variety of places to grab something to eat and drink down the street. Plenty of gas stations and even tire shops. Close to where my family is at when I visit. Room was dirty. Top sheet had makeup stains from the previous person I guess, curtains for window had stains on them, and the bathroom tub didn’t look very clean. Overall, it was alright. I just needed a place to stay for the night so I just dealt with it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I’m most disappointed that Expedia listed this property as having laundry facilities as an amenity, only to find out that was completely false. That was one of the main reasons I chose this place, so I could avoid a laundromat on this trip. Also, I know beds are a very personal preference, but the mattresses are very soft, which for me is a negative. Also, 2nd floor has no elevator which was not a problem for me, but may be for some people. Lastly, I wish the free breakfast started before 7am for the early risers. It seems like most hotels start breakfast at 6 or 6:30 so 7am was disappointing.

The bed... Honestly it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. So comfortable that I chose to skip breakfast for a couple more hours of sleep. I'll be coming back to this hotel whenever I'm in the area.

I was very upset that the curtains didn’t close correctly. Light was so bright and came in through the room. The restroom was not stocked, didn’t have enough toilet paper maybe less than half. And was just very unhappy.

We only stayed one night arriving at 11:30 PM. My concern was that our shower /shower head did not spray well and had very weak pressure. Coffee seemed watered down and was hoping for some protein like hard boiled eggs if not doing scrambled eggs.

The pool is not heated and it needed to get to certain temperature to have it opened. The pool was closed for our stay on April 25 thru 27. There is no gym but again the rating of this place is 2 star so that part is acceptable.

Nice for receptionist to allow us to book in an hour earlier than normal time Room was nice and large ,good comfy beds 2 main issues, road noise as close to road where traffic lights were so all cars taking off made road noise a problem Second, the fridge mad a constant noise all night with a funny tapping noise The last problem could of been solved by turning it off but had had stuff in it that needed keeping cool Breakfast was good and filling for the days drive

Bathrooms were dirty hair on the walls in the shower furniture stained shower head clogged barely any pressure ripped shower curtain exhaust vent dirty just felt like a roadside motel that should have been $25 a night.

When I spoke to the front desk attendant, he told me that he wouldn’t be able to get me a refund, I would have to call Hotels.com who I booked with, or he could put me in a different room. We decided to give it another chance and went into the second room. We began inspecting the room and found similar issues on the comforter again. It is evident that this hotel is not washing the comforters between guests. I wanted to make sure that this hotel did not rent the room out in its condition to another guest, so I left a plastic bowl in the room to indicate that the room had not been cleaned. We went back downstairs to ask for a refund and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the attendant to check the rooms. When he came back he said that he would only approve a partial refund because we had left trash in one room and the comforter in disarray in the other room. This indicated to me that the hotel intended to rent the rooms to other guests without properly cleaning them. Why else would it be an issue that the comforter was in disarray? I would appreciate a full refund. It isn’t my fault that the rooms were filthy. Nobody should stay there after seeing the comforters are not cleaned properly.

Check in time was at 1pm we arrived at 2:30pm and we got the room. When we open the door the bed was a mess, restroom was dirty, and the room just had a nasty smell. We go up to the front desk and ask for another room and believe it or not that room is even worse. It took us about another 20 minutes to find a room that was clean. Never again!

Extended our stay. Pricey on the premium days. Breakfast was lackluster. No meat or eggs. Waffles and cereal seemed to be the choices. Bed was comfortable pillows were ample and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really nice rooms and comfy beds. Very clean, I have no complaints. I like how breakfast ends at 10 because you don’t have to wake up so early and still get good breakfast they also have a variety of great breakfast options. Overall 10/10

There were roaches in the property. The area is decent, and not an issue. But the property is undergoing some repairs and there were noises of the work.

Front door is very difficult to maneuver with luggage and completely unacceptable for anyone with a handicap.

The staff was excellent, the maid service was exceptional, rememberers to always tip the maid, at least $5.00 a day. You will get the best service and always the best towels

This is the last place before we get home this evening. It was comfortable, clean, and wonderful.
