Honestly nothing was good TV was spotted shower was broken there was bugs in the room then there was blood on the bed and blankets

I was supposed to get accessible room and was not the Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the room I got.

Hi. This place needs a lot of attention. Landscaping is ugly. The sheets on the bed had burn cigarette marks on them. Why would you put them. Wasn’t just one, the whole sheet had about 50 burnt marks. There was also a whole on the wall of the bathroom, like if someone had punched it. There was just way too much noise all night, slamming doors, yelling. I do not recommend this motel.

I would not recommend this motel near Shaw and Hwy 99. There was no hot water, the sink would not hold water, toilet seat was loose, ice machine had no ice, only one washcloth, bedcover was too light, and electric outlets only on one side of the bed. On the good side, it was insulated well from traffic noise, the refrigerator and microwave worked, checking was easy, and it was clean.

They cancelled my booking two times and they made me rebook it and they cancelled it again the manager was so rude and say to get out off the office just because I say y u sold the booking for more money and he say because he own it Everything was the worse

There was no parking near my room and there were a number of strange people wandering around the parking lot. The room was shabby and not well kept. Then, it sounded like the people in the next room were bowling in their room. I felt unsafe and decided to check out and find another hotel. This was all within 90 mins of checking in. I would never stay there again.

When we arrived we had to wait 20 min outside no staff. Room key was not working so we had to ask staff to let us in so we could not leave the room.

Room was dusty and was not properly cleaned I found a needle 💉 and a cap full of meth residence went to office and complained it had them switched me rooms and the room that they gave me was no better some of the lights don't work AC is not working good

This is a residential residence for pimps, hookers and hoes. Oh and selling drugs. The bottom floor rooms are almost completely rented out so handicap rooms aren't available. No elevator to second floor. I did manage to get a bottom floor as requested when I reserved room but only after a tense confortation. The good reviews I am guessing were from "the johns". I will say the room was clean but had been used and abused by the previous long term resident. The bath towels were bath mats and not towels. Again the room was clean but it appears management doesn't mind the criminal activity and seems to encourage it.

Surrounding area was very sketchy. They didn’t even have coffee because the machine stayed broken & no hospitality to get it fixed. Had to complain to Expedia, only then they brought clean sheets & towels. Thumbs down

Oh my gosh if I could rate negative zero I would! The amount of hair in the shower was enough to make a wig! The entire room was so disgusting, shower clogged, the walls oh my goodness the walls were horrendous. There is a security issue the doors do not lock! The bed was clean thank you for that at least! I will never book here again. So ghetto and scary

The room was adjacent to a noisy road and freeway. The shower floor was treacherously slippery and there was no plug for the drain if one wanted to take a bath.

Pet area was nice, room was nice. Service could have been a bit better.

The room was not clean the bed sheets the pillows and the towels were dirty. I killed a brown recluse spider in my shower. There was hair still left in the bathroom from the previous guest. My employees got beat up by spiders. The road was infested with flies.

Finally looking good inside the rooms are getting more cleaned just needs to be sanitized more in the rooms the doors to get in ur room light switches in the rooms the TV remote but overall it's all good the price nd it's comfort is at motel 6 shaw and 99 Fresno CA ty

The hotel is Rundown, Unsafe and Dirty the only good thing is right off interstate 99. NOT recommended for families. Just states 1 night because we arrive late and only one available.

The floors are nasty dirty. I asked them if they could mop the floors and they brought me a mop and bucket and left it with me. The lady asked me if I was going to do it, I said if you are not! So I wound up mopping the floor! When I first got there the microwave didn’t work so the next morning the maintenance guy came and swapped it out with the one next door. When I went to the bathroom the toilet wasn’t bolted down it almost fell over! Do they moved me to a different room! The king mattress was completely broken down on both sides, so I slept in the very middle of the mattress. Then all night long there was a road crew working outside with loud trucks! And to top that off it sounded like there was a heard of cattle running around upstairs above me for a few different nights! And finally 1 night I had to call the front desk about someone outside my door tweaking out blaring his stereo speakers in his car while crawling in and out of his truck for several hours! He had dogs that were crapping all over the sidewalk and in the yard! And they weren’t picking it up! I’m a 100% disabled veteran with a service dog and I was getting blamed for all the dog crap! Even though they saw me cleaning up after my dog! The staff was friendly. But you get what you pay for. Lots of prostitution and druggies and homeless running around. But that’s just about anywhere you go these days! The pool was nice to relax in! But it was short lived when someone showed up drunk and staggering around pool

The bathroom door would not close the walls was warped from water damage no smoke alarm ac was broken all my food got spoiled in mini fridge the tv kept disconnecting only one light worked ice bucket was used and dirty any they didn’t have a new one to give me overall experience terrible oh and it was a non smoking room and so strong with cigarette smell and burnt blankets

The shower pressure is low. And it takes a “while” for the water to get hot! The tile floor in my room has not been mopped in a while! So stain your socks if they’re white. Fortunately mine are gray. But if you walk on the floor barefoot your feet will get nasty! So I keep a wet washcloth by the bed to wash my feet with before getting into bed. The pool is nice! Staff is friendly. The microwave didn’t work the first night I was here the next morning they came and switched it out. There was also some guy playing music really loud outside in his vehicle around 1am! Fortunately they have security guards who got them to stop!

Check in and out service was fast and pleasant. However first room given, mattress was broken and floor and bathroom was very sticky and filthy. Second room, broken mirror (no problem, since there was another one), but refrigerator doors, tables and counters filthy. I Lysol and clean down everything that housecleaning should have done. Good check in and check out service with office but poor cleaning crew that doesn’t care about sanitary

We were given a smoking room even after booking a non-smoking one. Room was smelling very bad. There were bugs in the room and even roaches. We checked out immediately after seeing the state of the room. The area where this motel is very unsafe.

Arrived extremely tired, check in process was quick. They gave us a room on 2nd floor..beware no elevator so you have to use stairs. The room was filthy and everything was broken from smoke alarm to light cover. We asked for a room on first floor and he said there were no more rooms. We stayed 4 nights and made it work but if i had a choice, i would've left and booked elsewhere.

Area and motel had alot of prostitution and drug use alot of fighting, yelling, police showed up 3 times in 48 hours. We had 2 roaches in room, mini fridge leaked water all over the floor.Will never, ever stay there again.

The whole time I stayed was pretty good except my last few days there when receiving fresh bedding didn't receive a top sheet for the one bed and couldn't convince them I didn't, so guess they just think I took it

This hotel was extremely dirty and the doors to the rooms were broken. There was drug use occurring within adjoining rooms and we were double charged for our stay.

DIRTY!!!!! Homelessness everywhere heavy drug use seen everywhere my room was not clean there was some kind of substance on the tv wall the bathroom was gross!!!! Tagging on the mirror shower was DISCUSSING!!!! shower curtain was missing hooks just overall the WORST!!! Place to be

This facility is extremely run down. The room and bathroom were dirty. Fly traps were hanging inside the room. The pool had trash and other stuff floating. Could not enjoy even if you wanted. And the price was ridiculous for such disgust. I would recommend others to skip hotel and not waste the money.

One of my favorite motel sixes I have to admit stay there for quite some time they’re friendly if there’s any issues or problems they are taken care of in an efficient manner. I really appreciate them the great girl in the office. Amazing. Amazing I love their staff all of their staff is just friendly they greet you as soon as they see you they say hello very friendly environment him I would stay again definitely recommend everybody definitely definitely for sure today if you’re looking for the price to be right comfortable that’s what she needs definitely this is for you.

Room smelled of urine and old smoke. No shampoo, front desk said only bar soap. One towel in room. Towel rack broken. No mirror in bathroom. Hot water took 5 mins. Holes in bedding. Marijuana smell outside, some would sneak in when AC running. Next to freeway on-ramp, extremely noisy.

Somebody was yelling up a storm at the edge of the parking lot. A guest at a different room was outside their room upwind and smoking, which made its way into my room.

Good little budget hotel. Love that they are pet-friendly and don't charge for pets. Rooms are clean and no pests.

The room was clean but the room I had, #224 had no water pressure from the shower, barely enough to wash your body.

At the property couldn't take a shower for the nastiness inside the shower and I have pictures to show also they wouldn't accommodate me another room I couldn't a shower and the room smelled like fire the following morning had to have the security guard come check the room out very awful

Neighboor is sketchy. Room was remodeled but floors had not been cleaned walking in socks they ended up black. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Shower had no pressure.
