Great hotel for our weekend stay with the kids. Good hot breakfast makes a morning much more relaxing and pool with jacuzzi really elevate it above other places. Will stay again.

The room was.clean, staff was accommodating, fantastic breakfast. Only negative was the bed and pullout bed were harder than rocks...my back is still trying to recover from the springs/rocks they both felt like.

The bedding comes popping off the edges too. Love the salad and soup plus the stocked food store. Need to fill up the pint ice creams. The gym needs a jump rope or two maybe? The TV internet is shotty sometimes.

Location is quiet, but there is also a construction site nearby the hotel. The entire corridor was filled with the smell of cooking, and the ventilation system was very poor.

Friendly staff, I appreciate how cheap deposit was and that it accepts cards that they would say"prepaid cards like chime! That it's a u shape building and confusing at first just to get to front desk or to the courtyard. .

It’s not courtesy parking off there is a fee. Double check what Booking.com says on the price because the property charged me about $50 more and that was not including the $10 parking fee.

It just wasn’t a good experience. They never gave me info about breakfast or a map to find my room. Just by word of mouth maybe at best. I was so tired from traveling. Breakfast closed early like 9am. Did not make it to that. Was a fycking maze trying to find the room. I don’t understand how a handicap person is supposed to survive there.

The location was perfect for us because my husband had an early morning surgery at St. Agnes. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave too early. I can’t think of anything.

The Only thing is elevator depending where your room is, elevator is far. Then we asked if there was an elevator closer , staff, oh yes right here. We realized first floor elevator to front was worse and further. I would stay here again.

Our room had strong odor of food like the previous guest just cooked, ate and checked out. . We were also not informed about hotel interior renovations until arrival. The hotel across the parking lot is also under going renovations so there is a lot of noise. Additionally, the hotel charges $10 for daily parking, and the property does not have any EV chargers.

Check in was super fast and the employee was very nice. The room was large and clean and dog friendly which is why we chose this hotel. It’s a bit loud in the room due to being on a busy street with our room (145) right near an exit with doors slamming from early morning on. But breakfast was decent with hot options like eggs, hash browns and waffles. There’s a convenient grassy area for dogs in the back. It worked well for a 1 night stay passing through.

The biggest problem is when I booked, I was under the impression I would get a room with a big tub and the staff told me expedia was showing the wrong photos/description. Also the pool isn’t working and we had to go to the pool next door. I paid a high amount for nothing special, so pretty disappointed.

I love staying with Hilton but was not impressed with everything wrong at your hotel. First the gym was out of order and then the elevators were broken. In the room there was no hand soap which is really big when traveling with kids.

The accommodations were great for our overnight stay. Our room was very comfortable for our family. Enjoyed the fact that it had a large refrigerator to store our perishables and drinks. Ayla at the front desk was super nice and notified me immediately when the room was available which was only a few minutes. Loved that the location. Is nearby a CVS pharmacy that we utilized as well as a major shopping mall nearby that we also visited. We would surely stay here again in the future.

This was a first-time experience for us; I've never encountered a situation where a hotel room wasn't ready at the specified time. We were informed that the previous guest had a late check-out and were asked to return in 45 minutes. There was no apology or compensation offered for the inconvenience. Additionally, when we returned for check-in, I was surprised to find that we had to pay for parking. Maybe I missed the parking fee information online? This was our first experience of having to pay for overnight parking at a hotel suite. Considering our room wasn't ready at check-in time, I expected this fee to be waived or be compensated in some way, but no such offer was made. As a result, we'll explore other hotel options next time.

I travel to Fresno quite a bit and I have to say this is one of my favorite places to stay. It is quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travel as well as families.

Staff super nice but always had to wait for service because they are checking in customers. My room had roaches .. came out when lights where off. Nice place but need to work on the bug problem

The hotel staff and overall hotel was nice. Then kids enjoyed the hot breakfast in particular. I was just disappointed in our actual room. We checked in late and I had a fussy baby or I would have asked for a different room. The baseboard was hanging off by the door that we moved it was safety of my infant around the room. The cushions on the couch had a hole and was coming apart. The curtains in the room were broken so when attempting to get dressed in the morning I had to do it in the bathroom as we were next to a parking lot and I could not close it. There was water damage on the ceiling in our room and the ironing board was broken. I was disappointed in the room but the staff were nice and the lobby and other areas looked nice and modern.

Good spot for a business stay for a few days if the location is close to your meetings. Ample room, with kitchen, and pleasant courtyard.

We had All the amenities we needed. Eleanor was great at check in. So friendly and helpful

We stayed here to go to the national park. Was about 1 hr away. Alot around the hotel for shopping and eating. Does have a full kitchen. A smaller full size refrigerator

We had a queen suite. It was perfect for our group with 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Lots of space!

I could not check in until after 5 pm. They were understaffed for cleaning the rooms. Besides that, everything was fine.

Stayed check in was 3pm. At 3:48 when we arrived to check in we were told check in “starts” at 3pm. That didn’t mean our room would be ready at 3pm. I have NEVER heard of a hotel saying that. She refused a late check out or any sort of comp for the inconvenience. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. And we went to get drinks and there wasn’t even basic WATER BOTTLES for sale. Extremely disappointed. Will not be staying again.

Cable was out of service, cockroaches outside the building was disappointed with those two however everything else was pleasant.

Breakfast wasn’t that good and room clean up needs to be requested in advance and they do the bare minimum. The $10 parking fee is ridiculous specially when rates are $160-$180 per night.

Our room was not cleaned properly. We found dog pads, socks, and dryer sheets in our room.
