Breakfast is fantastic for a continental. Bed is super comfy. Room was clean and spacious.

The blinds didn’t work in our room. There was something wrong with the plumbing so water from the drain would randomly come back up. There were random hairs on the walls of the shower as well. They play loud music in the lobby which can be heard in the rooms. They said it would stop at 8:30 but they continued to play music past 10:30. We notified the staff who said they forgot because it got too busy; there must have been a lot to do for all of the people in the empty lobby since they took their sweet time before turning it off.

Staff was friendly & tried to be helpful. Unfortunately we got a room where the privacy screen didn't work. Staff tried to get it to work but wasn't able to & maintenance guy wasn't available, ended up having to use 2 pillows to block the window. Shower was a bit run down, there was no barrier to keep the water from flowing out into the rest of the bathroom so we had water near the toilet & sink even though we did our best to aim the water away from the area. Had trouble with TV remote as had to push the off button a certain way to get it to turn off, ended up giving up most of the time. Couldn't get another room as they were fully booked & most hotels were booked due to graduation & swim meets that were going on in the area.

Quality to be expected from IHG. Friendly staff, large and confortable room, easy parking. Close to the highway to Yosemite NP.

AC was rattling on and off all night, which affected our sleep. The bathroom fan also had a crazy rattling noise. Everything else was good.

No one at front desk, view of freeway, way overpriced, bathroom floor dirty, none of the keys worked, broken equipment such as ice machines or doors to ice machines don't open with no signage to go to 1st floor, couldn't get into pool, elevators sketchy and got stuck once. Staff was kind and at time alone to cover entire facility leaving front desk vacant on arrival 30 mins... breakfast was great.

Good convenient location located near many restaurants and shopping, although not necessarily in walking distance if you require that. The only negative would be that there was some freeway noise outside of my window, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

There was mold on the ink growing in the silicon under the sink. Every 2-3 a loud bang would happen and wake me up after just having surgery. I was there to recover and I won’t be coming back.

We always stay here because it’s usually very clean and conveniently located. The staff is always super sweet as well. This time, it didn’t look like the bathroom had been fully cleaned. There was hair from the previous guest on the counters, floor, and in the shower. There was also some trash left over under the sink (shaving razor cap, etc.) There was also a thick layer of mold in the sink.

Great location. Near the fwy and shops. Loved they had 24 hrs coffee and tea for guests. Staff was attentive to guests needs. The fwy noise.

I took my boys tennis team (10 High school kids) to Fresno from LA and was quite satisfied with the overall stay. Even though we were up against the freeway the noise didn't bother our sleep and the breakfast was good. The water pressure in the showers was a little low but that's my only complaint :)

The breakfast was good and had a good selection. There was big altercation in the room next to us where it sounded like it got physical between a man and a woman. It went on most of the night and into the next day with no check up or anything on the room happened which seemed like it was allowed. This put my fiance in an uncomfortable and unsafe state. They were really loud so I know the staff could have heard them or anybody else for that matter which they were probably not wanting to report it or too frightened to. I woke up at 6 in the morning as I am used to sleeping through these types of conditions and had under a sleep machine (been in the Army almost 20 years) and reported it to the front desk and which seemed like the couple left. I asked about it prior to me checking out and the front desk lady just simply said they probably were just arguing. In my opinion, it did not seem like unsafe matters or these type of situations were a priority at this hotel as my Fiance did not get any rest and was worried most of the night due to the banging and when I woke up sounded pretty physical. So that was a big red flag to me as this situation should have been addressed right away as I had my Fiance, and two kids including a baby less than 1 years old and this does not seem like the place I would go back to if these situations are allowed.

All else was okay. The toilet was too short. There was no railing to assist me with standing up from the toilet. Had an issue with the shower floor. I was looking forward to scrambled eggs, not the cheese choice.

The breakfast offered also included: fresh fruit, several cereal and oatmeal options, juice, fresh pancakes, yogurt, home style gravy, various bagels, tea, and hot cocoa. Great variety for all appetites. From check-in to check-out and in between, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every staff member I encountered had a smile and was genuinely interested in me. I really appreciated the staff. Thank you.

It was great. We had a hard time getting back to the hotel due to road way being blocked off because of the marathon. They extended our check out free of charge. It was much appreciated.

The phone in the room was broken and didn’t work, so I couldn’t call anyone. Also, the motor to raise and lower the drapes on the windows didn’t work. We were never able to lower our window drapes and a light came in all night long. A light in the room didn’t work. The hotel stated Hotels.com might be able to refund us a portion of our stay.

The beds were not well made, there were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed and they knew 6 people were coming. The halls smelled bad, the rooms were rundown, it felt like a motel. The front rest agent was rude and not welcoming. We checked in at 10pm on a Thursday night. She never made eye contact, she didn’t tell us about breakfast or how to access the internet. She has one job and she can’t even do that. The breakfast was ok unfortunately they only had one person doing all the work. So tables were dirty, trash was full, I should have just stayed at the one closest to the freeway and not gone out of my 20 minutes just because the pictures looked good. This property doesn’t use accurate images. I guide it 👎👎 2 thumbs down

The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean. The pool bathrooms were locked and the door to get back in from the pool didn't work but the overall experience was great. The included breakfast was very good and varied. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fine enough, but hotels.com says they have roll out cribs for our little one, they do NOT. Not sure if hotels.com is to blame for inaccurate info or the hotel itself. Also they charge 5 dollars for a little bottle of water which is just too much for such a small bottle. Other than that stay way ok enough.

Also I saw that one of the other guest vehicles parked out front of the hotel had a busted window in broad daylight. Don’t leave anything in your vehicles. Overall, an okay hotel if you’re on a budget; bed was clean but the room itself felt a little gross.

We pulled into this hotel as a pit stop from driving all day & I would just like to say WOW! Everything about this hotel was amazing the staff the breakfast the environment was great!

there was a bench in front of the building were you could sit out and enjoy the breeze. It was a quiet and safe spot we enjoyed sipping tea before going to bed. it was nice complement to our stay at the hotel!

After a long day of traveling we walk in to an empty lobby. There was a note saying they would be back shortly. Only person there was another customer who was there to complain about their dirty room. Once we were able to get our room it was clean but seriously needing an upgrade.

Front desk gal brought up some deodorant for us herself last night . Very nice. And thank you for replacing something we forgot without charge. Room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. East to find and very close to St Agnes Hospital.

We were booked and confirmed through expedia.com to stay in this hotel but when we got to the hotel to check in they said the hotel is full and turned us away, told us to contact Expedia and they will not charge us. But I still got charged!

The staff and manager where great and friendly. They were very accommodating and nice.

Check in was relatively quick. Hotel and room were very clean. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was fine. Only downside is, outside of Chilis, there aren’t easily accessible restaurants.

Upon arrival to check in, I overheard the receptionist ask on her walkie talkie, if the room we were assigned to was clean and they told her yes. As we entered our room we noticed the room was not clean and I took the pictures below to show the receptionist. I went ahead and showed the receptionist and asked if they can clean up our room while we stepped out of the hotel to run errands. We came back and noticed the room had not been cleaned as we requested. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t get room service for at least a tidy up while we were out running errands. The worst hotel experience ever

After 6 hours drive on sequoia and kings national parks When I got there at 4:15 for check in I was told my room isn’t ready and it took another 50 minutes for the room to be ready and the hotel host was very rude i don’t remember her name

Everything was great except the room right above us was noisy. Sounded like child jumping around until very late. We had to be up by 5:00.

The only thing I would wish that they change is for the customer to be able to control the thermostat in the room. Otherwise, a great place to relax.

Its a good hotel. breakfast is good. there were just few things that did not meet my expectation like the microwave in the room is not working properly it stops into a certain point. There were not able to provide us small things as well.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The staff are superb. My dad was having eye surgery near by. Patrick was very accommodating. He helped get me a room a little early so I could help my dad right after surgery. We liked the free breakfast. The rooms are updated and clean. Thank you staff!

Great hotel with a great price. The location is convenient being right next to the freeway, however, it’s loud. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the freeway and you’re good to go. Staff was awesome.

Check in was a breeze. Staff has been courteous, very helpful, and friendly. Room is deceltly clean, but could use some minor maintenance. Overall the room is great. I love that there is a microwave and refrigerator. Four pillows per bed, which I love and they are even marked firm or soft! I do wish the TV had streaming options (unless it does and I'm too old school to find it) because cable is pretty outdated and boring. AC works great. Shower is big. Ample lighting and plugs. I'm staying here for a surgical procedure at Kaiser and the room has been very accommodating. Overall, I'm impressed.

We did not stay. Even though our reservation was non refundable we chose to drive several hours more to get home We stayed there earlier in the week. The beds are so soft they are unsleepable.

We arrived late, great reception and room directions. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good!

The overall stay was great. Very clean. Very comfortable. My only problem…. They didn’t have any sports channels. No ESPN, No NFL network, MLV or NBA.

I was offered room 213. Very noisy as you are next to HWY 41. Plumbing in wall was also noisy as I heard running water for most of the evening. The thermostat was in maintenance mode, I turned on heat and the supply air stunk! Switch to cooling, that worked, but I needed heat. I ran for 15 minutes, went to fan only for an hour, shut it off and went to sleep. Should have asked to switch rooms, but too tired. Do not get a room on the HWY side, very very noisy!!

The property was perfect for us. I had surgery at the St Agnes hospital very close to the hotel. Staff was very helpful and very nice. The only thing that made it difficult returning to hotel after surgery was they had no wheelchair. Other then that everything was perfect. Thank You!

Very good hotel. Great location on the perfect side of town to stay in when visiting Fresno. Since I lived here for most of my life, I stay in this area when I visit now and only this area. Staff is professional rooms are clean new furnishings etc

Customer service was great but cleanliness of our room should have been better. The bathroom was not up to standard of other Holiday Inn hotel's I’ve stayed. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The AC made a vibrating noise through out the whole night. We stayed in room 303. Aside from that the customer service was good and the breakfast was also good.

The staff is excellent but the facility is horrible! Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside the room, the room above you can literally hear every footstep and it sounds like they are jumping! There was spiders all over the room!

The front desk staff was very helpful and the room was super clean. The bed was heavenly and we felt so well rested and wonderful in the morning. The breakfast options were delicious and employee that worked there was absolutely delightful.

The front desk lady, is horrible, can’t communicate of conversation, we arrived very late, and forgot the ID, setup DMV ID and my wife’s as well. My kid on the car,

This place is very close to the freeway so there’s a little road noise. I’ll ask for a room on the opposite side to avoid having that noise. Everything else was great, comfortable, and great breakfast choices.

The friendly staff from the front desk, breakfast preparation lady, housekeeping to maintenance personnel. All were polite, friendly, professional and helpful. Shopping close by and easy access to Highway 41.
