amazing experience from start to finish! staff was so great, friendly and helpful. the rooms are really nice and spacious didn't feel like everyone was on top of each other. ac worked great room was clean and well maintained. breakfast was amazing! so many options very clean environment staff constantly cleaning and making sure everything was refilled! would 100000% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Breakfast was great!! A lot of options for everyone even kids! Staff was amazing, very professional and very clean hotel.

Room was decent, but there was a very musty smell that caused us to get headaches. We had to get air sanitizer to alleviate the smell but it never went away. Breakfast was good. You could just tell the place needs some TLC.

Unfortunately the crib we requested and were told was in the room was not ready and not in our room upon check in. We had to wait a while for it and it was already late after a long travel day with a baby.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Excellent continental breakfast. The location was a little far from where our activities were. There is also road construction around the hotel that, at night, made it difficult to clearly see the entrance. Both the distance and construction were not the hotel's fault, it's just my experience.

The room was nice and cleaned. Some guest were rude and very loud slamming doors. Staff was pleasant and helpful of area for dinner. The breakfast area was very specious and good.

Everything was great except for the noise of the train at 3 to 5 am. I wish that it was a little less noisy and that at check-in we would've been warned. It wasn't until I was checking out that I saw in the corner of the front desk that they offered some ear plugs.

Checked in 7pm left 5am for my son surgery so I didn’t get to experience breakfast. However, the staff I met they were nice & understanding with my autistic son. I have no complaints about the hotel or room. I love there were no homeless or anyone around the parking lot making me feel safe. Starbucks is right there so that was nice to. It have to leave anywhere a quick walk to get a late night treat. Also there were cookies when we got to the hotel those were good. I will return again this time I hope for fun not medical reasons.

My stay was outstanding! The room was clean. The staff was great. It was hot outside in my room was nice and cool. Easy to adjust the temperature. Lots of towels and hot water. Free coffee ground from the beans. Nice cleaning staff helped me to find a terrific giant mall across from the hotel a beautiful access and gas to stores, a small marketplace and gas all in the same area.

Room was clean. I spilled a coffee and house keeping cleaned it up for me very quickly. The ac was a bit loud. It would go off and on every few minutes.

The staff was excellent & very friendly. The kitchen staff was extremely impressive with their cleanliness. Superbly outstanding & I will be back again to this hotel.

Staff was great no complaints about the customer service. Breakfast was ok and room was comfortable (but the pillows were a little stiff i recommend sleeping with one pillow). Overall Great Experience!

Good value hotel in Fresno. Our room was more spacious than it seems we usually have in similar hotels. The complimentary breakfast was average.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff in the entire location was amazing. Communication from the hotel was fantastic. They sent a text before I arrived and one after I left with information. The staff that checked me in was helpful and kind. The breakfast crew were working hard on a Sunday morning to make sure everything was stocked and the entire area was clean. Wonderful stay!

Overall was great ... but only one elevator is not enough specially withsoo many rooms and floors therw was one pint we had to wait 15 min for the elevator. We chose the stairs.

It was very convenient for my family of 4 with 2 kids the room suite we had was spacious and did not feel crowded at all.

Place was under renovation so it wasnt in the best of shape. Having said that the staff was warm and inviting.

Room was great, staff super nice and accommodating. Some minor construction in the breakfast room was hardly noticable. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Just a couple small issues that we had to deal with, none deal breakers: No water.. the water dispenser in the breakfast area did not work, no complimentary water in the room. Drinking fountain in the gym was the only free source. No fan in the bathroom, seems like this should be a standard item. Other than that all was well.

The hotel was the under construction and there was street work outside hotel.

Not really walkable area, got to drive to get anywhere but really nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and were responsive to any need we had.

Sraff and property were great; however, the disregard of smokers that stated before us, of the house policy of being 100% smoke free, was not appreciated. The manager addressed it with a sufficient discount for our inconvenience, which was very much appreciated! If only the smokers that stay in what reference themselves as smoke free properties were as respectful of hotel's guests as was the hotel's management.

Stayed for a baseball tournament and it was clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Does have pool ans hot tub. Offered a late check out due to real late arrival. This was a nice place. Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly.

This is a very nice hotel but my room was overlooking highway 99 and it was very noisy all night long. Next time I will request a room on the opposite side of the building.

Recently remodeled, modern rooms that are so comfortable! Excellent breakfast with many options. The pool area was perfect to relax at in the afternoon. Definitely will book here again if in the area. Owner is excited to have you as their guest and takes great pride in their hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The bathroom door cannot remain open

A men’s volleyball tournament was in the area. At least 6 teams were on our floor and they were in and out of their rooms, leaving the latch open so the heavy doors didn’t totally close. The doors were banging all through the evening, even after 10pm and started again at 6 am. They were speaking very loudly so that it seemed they were in our room. Also, there weren’t any filtered water bottle stations available.

Service was great however there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms (or in the one I was assigned to) so the bathroom was muggy and hot and the mirror was foggy and you can't prop the door open for fresh air from the room because the bathroom door is weighted to self close. Also the shampoo and conditoner dispensers were installed in way that you cant barely pump anything out. Very odd. The hallways and breakfast area were very hot for a cold and windy day and there were tons of flies that were swarming the lobby/check in area.

Cons: (1) the tv would turn on, but I could not get it to do anything else.(2) There was a lamp at the desk that would not turn on, (3) there was only one trashcan for the entire room, and that was in the bathroom which made it inconvenient. Other than those minor issues, the room was great and so was our stay.

Booked a room with a King bed. Get to my room and the window was broken and the road noise was crazy loud as a result. Front desk put me in a room with 2 queens. I wouldn’t usually complain about that but the shower faucet sprayed water all over the bathroom, and the TV didn’t work. The gym had a water leak in the ceiling and the fountain was broken. The hotel could have been cleaner. Beds and pillows were comfy (Holiday Inns are usually good for that). Staff was nice but overall the hotel is built like a POS and could be cleaner. Better places to stay for sure.

This was a great place to stay the area is still being developed which was nice there is a huge shopping center just up the street with tons of food options the room was spacious and clean Briana who checked us in at the front desk was welcoming and helpful she made check in quick and easy the property was well kept and breakfast was amazing!! We come to Fresno yearly for taekwondo tournament for our son we will definitely stay here again

The room had a heater that was ineffective and loud. The noise from the outside made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel and surrounding area was under big construction. Nowhere did we get a warning of that fact. The elevator didn't work when we arrived and we had a room on the second floor. I am disabled so it was difficult to have to climb the stairs. Noise was constant. Daytime it was construction outside and at night the traffic was loud and persistent. Also whenever we left the room for a little while we had to have our card key recoded. The noise alone will keep us from going back.

I did interact three times with staff via phone prior to our visit. Definitely not satisfactory or friendly phone calls. Basically was told there was nothing they could do to help us.

Was there for a wedding and everything was good. The hotel lost some points for running out of breakfast early but other than that it was a good weekend stay.

The accidental fee is more than the room charge itself. And the whole place was under construction. Just looked messy. Charged the accidental fee and still haven’t received the credit back. Not like other places nicer than this, they usually just keep the card on file, but this place says they take it out and release it back after the stay. Who knows how long that will be to see the amount back. There was a whole lot of issues with other checking in around the time we did. A mess up with rooms. They really need to figure things out.

Road construction and renovation on bottom floor

Perfect room for an overnight stay.

The property was very nice but under construction. The fitness room had no equipment which was one of the main reasons I chose this one. However, the room was very nice and clean. Staff were excellent and very courteous. Also, kinda noisy at times as it was next to the rail line. Overall though it was a great visit.

Hotel was under construction & the roads were too, it was a mess! No vending machines, no water in room for coffee, tv when out, sink in bathroom was very slow draining. Wish i would've been told upon making my reservation it was uder construction. I would've booked somewhere else. I've always been pleased with this hotel in the pass. Hurry up & finish!

Conveniently located near the freeway

This is our second stay at this hotel in the area. I felt like was at home. Already planning for another stay in the next coming months.

The property is currently under construction on the 1st floor, which they don't mention on the website. The floor I stayed on was nice and appeared to be new. But the elevator was slow and made a strange shaking noise when it stopped. (Maybe caused by the construction?) The ice makers were really loud and made weird noises as well. Because of the construction bins in the parking lot, parking was limited and door entrances were not in use. It also made the parking unsecured. The SUV next to me had a break in. As a senior it was a lot of walking to get around the building. In my opinion, they should have shut down, completed the renovations and reopened when it was completed.

I stayed there because you showed you had a gym. But the gym was closed. I would not have stayed if you let me know first. Very disappointed

The first floor was under renovation, but the staff were all very accommodating. This Holiday Inn Express s a small step up in price but a big step up in cleanliness, comfort, and service, with a welcome, delicious, warm breakfast ready in the morning. One drawback was the limited parking. We arrived late after a long day of driving and took the last parking spot left at the very end of the parking lot.

Staff was very polite. There were 2 people at desk, but one girl trying to check everyone in. Alot of customers arriving at one time. She was trying to accommodate everyone as quickly as she could and ended up keying our room incorrectly. Property under construction right now, but our room was wonderful!

The hotel was going through some renovations so the first floor was still being worked on but the rest of the floors were fine. I'm not sure why the renovations were being done since the hotel seemed as if it had been constructed not too long ago. This was the 3rd time I've been at this location and the road work around the property seems to have stopped making it odd since it looks the same as when I was there the first time. Starbucks and Taco Bell near-by is a plus.

Worst Holiday Inn Express Ever. Move on and find a different hotel. The hotel is undergoing major renovations that we did not know about until we arrived. This impacts all the common areas that include the breakfast area and workout facilities. Loud trains sound all night, as tracks are directly adjacent . The room we had was newly renovated but was not ready for guests. The TV was not set up for TV service and there was no hair dryer. The front desk said there was no hair dryer in the entire hotel they could provide for us. They also had no idea how to make the new TV work. The manager was not available to discuss the issues but we were promised she would meet with us in the morning. As it turns out, the manager was not even scheduled to be at work for the next week. We were promised by the assistant manager that the manager would call us to make up for the issues we encountered when she returned from her time off. We received no call. Don’t waste your time and money on the hotel or the people that work here. The employees could care less that our stay was unpleasant.

This hotel is brand new and still under major construction. There is limited parking due to the construction and the gym is not yet built. The pictures online show a complete gym, which is why I booked here. Other than that, the room was clean and new and the staff was friendly.

Also, there was no mention of this hotel being under construction with renovation. It was messy outside where the construction workplace was, and they took up several parking spaces.

I checked in at 10pm after deriving 4 hours. It was 44 degrees outside and was put in a room with no heater. I called the receptionist a few times for assistance and at around midnight I was told all they can do was give us more blankets. The room was freezing cold and I requested another room. The only available room had 1 king bed so I slept on the sofa so my parents can sleep on the bed. This was a terrible experience and I don’t know if I can stay at a Holiday Inn again.

There is a lotmof commercial and road construction in the area, but wverything else was great. Clean, comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection.

We were there for a wedding and was given room 118, which was right by the dining area and I was woken up around 7 from all the commotion and people laughing and talking, you might as well of put me in the kitchen! I didn’t even pay the wedding reservation price and that was a less then what I paid!

Rooms by conference meeting rooms get too much noise early AM from tables and chairs banging against the wall. Given only 2 rooms before exit door, it would be better to have this space as offices and rooms can be away from noise

One problem. Bathroom set up for handicapped. Unsatisfactory shower. Level too low. Water did not drain properly. Instead of draining to a central drain in the floor it just pooled. Half the floor remained very wet. A big slip hazard
