Took my reservation for June 3, 2026 to arrive at 2:00 pm, did not arrive until 9:00 pm, once there did not have room ready. Waited an hour, finally a room, with no television no lock on the door mold in the shower, and the staff talked to me like I did something wrong. Take them off your list they are running a hot sheet inn, turning over room every few hours

It was a nightmare. No tv. No towels. Shower don’t work. Disgusting.

Everything was terrible we got there at 11pm and the parking lot had people living out of their cars drinking and the surrounding areas full of trash. When we went to check in there was no one at the check in window we waited and rang the doorbell it says to ring and no one ever came so we went back to the car to wait. On our way back to the car we noticed a young man that appeared to be tweaking looking in our car. We waited a bit and went back inside to cancel our reservation because it didn’t feel safe to stay there for us of for the sake of my car. Again no one ever came to the window to talk to us so we left ans called Expedia. Expedia tried to get in contact with them too multiple time that day and the following days ans they never answered so I was unable to ever get a refund. Everything about this place is awful the location, the people, the workers, the facility itself, the parking lot. It all bad there is not a single good thing about this place.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing with absolute urgency about the hotel stay you arranged. This was a life-threatening disaster. The room was infested with cockroaches, surrounded by gang members, and minors repeatedly entered. I was in my car most of the time, because staying inside was unthinkable. At 9 p.m., a gang member demanded my hotel key while I was in the car. I handed it over, knowing it was safer to comply than risk my health or worse. Blood-stained sheets, graffiti, a leaking sink—this was a total breakdown of safety and dignity. I demand a full refund, plus compensation for the trauma. Most crucially, this hotel must be removed from Expedia—no one should ever be exposed to this risk. This betrayal of trust demands swift, decisive action. I will not be ignored. Eventhough I had a reservation the staff at front desk told me they did not have a room. We two women had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Hotel did not look good anyways.

The building experienced a fire, resulting in the unavailability of rooms. Despite the incident being beyond our control, we were not informed of the changes in advance. Additionally, we were denied a refund, which we believe is warranted given the circumstances. Causing us to be unable to find a room last minute that late in the day.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. First room was occupied, my room had no toilet paper, no cups, TV didn't work. AC did work. Lots of flies, bugs an roaches.

I've stayed in extended stay motels before but this was the worst I've been in thus far. I arrived to the hotel, the parking lot was littered and the big trash bin was over full with garbage bags on top, beside and in front of it. I go inside to check in for my reservation, the front desk staffer tells me they don't have any rooms available then asks the woman sitting in the lobby in plain clothes to verify whether they have rooms or not, which during the conversation I learn is the one who goes around cleaning the rooms. Took about 5 to 7 minutes for the staffer to find my reservation, so as I'm walking to my room I noticed many people hanging around, kids playing riding scooters, bikes whatever as this is one of those extended stay joints. I noticed no cameras, a security guard no gun, residents cleaning the pool, rooms with broken windows and so on. I get to my room, open the door and it looked like a room in a trap house. Graffiti on the walls and mirrors, splattered dry paint on the floor, no television toilet paper or shower curtain, toilet and bathtub were disgusting, bed spread had cigarette burns. I sat down opened my phone, was able to find another hotel same night but higher rates, took my loss grabbed my bags and dipped out immediately. Pictures on the advertised page does not match what I saw in person.

Had the worst experience at this place the front desk wasn't professional walked around with a clipboard and did absolutely nothing. There were unattended children running around everywhere making a lot of noise and the front office stayed locked the entire time. We drove five hours to get to Fresno and was very tired from our trip and that was the service we got from this hotel!

Broken windows all over the place. Drug dealers and addicts in the parking lot which felt very unsafe. The room was filthy and the towels and bed sheets were skerry. Pictures attached.

Walking up to the check in office was just like out of a movie showing a trap house in the projects. There were people smoking and more just hanging out in the halls and stairway. The building looked like it would fall apart if the wind blew too hard. The property was dirty and overgrown with weeds. The parking lot had broken concrete and asphalt, along with potholes that were unavoidable. Thank God they were overbooked and turned us away. The night front desk person was not helpful and seemed liked he was in over his head with trying to manage the rowdy motel.

I do not recommend staying here at all. There was an unpleasant smell, the sheets were dirty, and on top of that, there was a long wait before check-in. They refused to refund my money because I didn't want to stay in their terrible room.

Nothing. Our room didn’t have blankets, towels, toilet paper or pillows. It didn’t have a working tv. The sink was clogged and leaking. There was cuss words written on the walls. Broken window. No secondary lock on door. No fridge. No microwave. Partying happening till 5am Atleast every night. Fighting and drug use out in the open. Didn’t feel safe leaving my stuff in the car or the room. There is security and staff but they are partying too and ignoring the chaos that everywhere there. Dumpsters were over flowing and the trash was being burned. Roaches all over. We had to sleep with the lights on….Do NOT stay here.

The room was extremely dirty and unsafe. There was trash everywhere and the bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. I even saw used needles around the property which made the place feel very dangerous. I could not stay there comfortably because it felt unsafe and unsanitary. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed on Expedia. I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property.

I booked my room online, received a confirmation number. Upon my arrival was told that there was no vacancies. When I said that i was already charged for the roo, i was informed that i will have to call and speak to someone about a refund.

The price is unheard of being that my Roommates won't even let me back in there house unless my clothes are washed at a laundry room and I showered and shake off ..those little hitchhikers are sneaky. No blankets towels are tiny and not enough, boys and girls get ready to air dry. Overall the quality of the room should be priced 30 bucks tops for long stay or over 12 days., you will make a lot more money but will have lot more survivalist. 50 bucks out the door tops for the night. Ramada hotel online is 76 a night

They gave us a room key and when we got to the room it was disgusting. The sheets were wrinkled and obviously were not cleaned in between guests. The room stunk of cigarettes. I went Back to the office and let them know the room was unacceptable they showed us 3 more rooms and they were all disgusting. We ended up bringing our own sheets and blankets because the ones they provided were filthy. The mattresses were even worse. The TV did not work. The bathroom had a cockroach in the bathtub. The entire place is jus disgusting and needs major renovation if not be condemned.

The front desk staff was a wonderful person, very helpful. Trash all over the walkways, no toilet paper in the bathroom, holes all throughout the bathroom walls, half the appliances were unplugged and dirty in the corner, cigarette butts on the floor of the room. The entire place was disgusting.

The floor was filthy, my feet were brown from dirt from walking around barefoot in the room. The white toilet was yellow inside from the lack of proper cleaning, it also ran on and off constantly through the night. When i got to the room the only light in the room did not work. I went to the office and told the man and his response was telling me he would look in the morning. When i said morning is not doing me any good now, his response was walking away. Not a good stay at all. Stay away from this one, it is bad. Zero stars should be an option

The room was horrible, it was so dirty that there was mold everywhere and cockroaches(plus other little insects). I would never recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. There was no curtain in the shower, the floors were so creaky it felt like we were stepping on little cockroach’s the whole time.

The room’s smoke alarm was not connected. It was resting on top of a small microwave oven. The toilet was plugged. The tub drained eventually. There were bugs in the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was badly bent. Only one set of towels. The bedside lamp was moved to the vanity because there was no light over the sink. Not even a waste basket! The building is in terrible shape but the A/C did work and ran quietly so that’s something! There was shouting and noises outside the room until 4AM or later. Right or wrong, I did not feel safe. Check it out before you book a room. Maybe it is a work in progress.

The beds were ok, the white comforter had black marks on them, the pillows were flat, two pillows didn't even have a pillow. I looked down at the pool and the water was very murky and green, would not let my dog swim in that pool. The furniture in the room was broken and mismatched. Even the travel brochures in the lobby had a thick layer of dust, it would be best to just get rid of the travel destination stand. The room had roaches crawling everywhere, the walls in the bathroom, the tv stand. The overall condition of the room did not match anywhere close the what is advertised.

Address lead us to Vegabond Inn Homeless people in front of motel. Two homeless tent in parking area. Went to check-in and were told that they had our reservation, but were sold out and didn’t have a room for us. Hotels.com was able to cancel and get us booked at another hotel. Honestly, it was a blessing that they didn’t have a room. My wife stated that she would have forfeited the funds paid and stayed in the car. Memorial Day weekend and we traveled an hour to the next place.

Overbooked their property, still charged me, was left with no room and now i have to wait weeks for my refund. Charge me the nightly rate plus a holding deposit. when I didn’t even stay there.

When I went to check in, I was told that because I didn't pay beforehand (which was a choice on the hotels.com website), I didn't have a reservation even though I showed the clerk my confirmation email. The website is deceiving as it had the choice to pay or not to pay; nowhere did it say that the reservation would not be honored if it was not paid for ahead of time.

I want my money back, because we don’t sleep on the hotel, I made a reservation we you and they don’t have no room available, I have to sleep on my car.

Showed up to a nasty hotel. They canceled our booking and said I could check out a room if I wanted and pay more. Went in and there were cockroaches on the floor in a disgusting room

The rooms have an unpleasant smell, are not clean, The shower door does not close, the curtain is full of mold When we complained that there was no hot water for the shower, they tried to convince us that lukewarm water was considered hot, and only after we insisted, did they arrange hot water at 9:00 PM. The only bright spot in the place is the reception staff who did their best to help and the security man who approached introduced himself and did his best to give a safe and pleasant feeling. In conclusion, to put it mildly, I cannot recommend the place.

The service was actuality ok minus the lady doing the checkouts. She was rude and condescending. The rooms waa semi-ckean, the bathroom had no light, the door handle was broke (my girlfriend was actually locked in when she shut the door), the air vent rebister was on the ground. Last up the wi=fi was useless.

This is not the Fremont inn, it’s a Vagabond Inn. The room had mold, it smelled so bad of smoke, the tv was sitting on the couch, not mounted on the wall, and the bed sheets were dirty. We tried to get a refund and we immediately left and book a different nearby hotel.

PEST INFESTED, BROKEN WINDOW, BROKEN WINDOW SCREEN,SPACE IN DOOR,The managers like to change prices and deposit everyday. The managers was told about someone breaking the window screen on our window no one came to fix it. The managers hire different people who rent rooms to work at the hotel...they also like too chase off homeless people with golfing sticks.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room felt like a vintage setting. Was very nice. Loved that it had a sliding door that led to a balcony patio that overlooked a courtyard with a pool. The very was very peaceful and it was very quiet. No noise disturbance. I will definitely be coming back.

Broken door for restroom, mold in room ,super cold night since heater didn’t work had it at 90 all night just throwing cold air till we turned it off

City officials need to cite this place. The building is not up to code for a hotel. Dirty bathroom, towels, mattress, no wifi, cracked windows, rust and mold.

This place was out dated, dirty, and had roaches. Looked like a drug den. The blankets and sheets were stained and had cigarette burns in them. Very run down. They need to clean up, paint, fix broken outlets, fixing up what they have would be a start but a lite remodel would bring them higher revenue.

Booked for 2 queen bed, and they give one bed room.

This place is disgusting and needs to get shut down you should be ashamed of the conditions this place is in and when a customer is unhappy don't try to keep their money when you don't deserve even a $1 worth per room. It's sad what your nasty rooms look like and you have the nerve to say no refunds well ok.

Absolutely disgusting! First room they gave me had no lights that worked and a leaky faucet. The second room had a bugs on the bed and in the bath tub, plus hair on the floor. There was a TV sitting outside the door. The third room also had bugs and this is when I decided to go somewhere else. Also, they only take a cash deposit.

Nice and price

I like that location is convinience, a few seconds walk you have Denny's and Carl's Jr . Gas stations are near only 3min walk. Not clean,, and noisy at odds hours. I understand i lot of homies(less) here in Cali. And the hotel has some rules. Read those checkin chackoout rules others qise the owner would try charge you $20 to 70USD.lol

Walked into the room and it had roaches crawling all over the place, bed , wall, sink, coming out of the TV .. the room smell really weird and gross. I went downstairs to the lobby to inform the front desk , and they basically tried to say I was lying and proceeded to give me a can of roach spray. Then the husband or who ever he is at the property told me to take my issue up with Expedia The front desk refused to issue me a refund or even to check me into another room. I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot because I rather not share a bed and room with roaches.

It’s definitely budget, don’t have high expectations if you are paying for the low priced room, is ok just to sleep and go.

Run down motel

The beds were dirty & they wouldn’t help us at all in the room we’d have to go up to the office for anything and for a different towel we had to go alll the way to the laundry room and get it ourselves.

There is a very bad smell in room and insects are running on floor and wall and morning staff behavior is very rude

10/10 I would NOT recommend. Room looked run down. TV didn't work. There wasn't enough towels. Not enough pillows. Shower head was broken. Shower curtain was dirty. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

There were bed bugs in all the "nicer" rooms & roaches in the rooms that had holes in the old porcelain furnishings

Initial room had no working fridge or tv. The vent in bathroom was hanging exposed. Yes they moved me to another room tv barely had signal so there was static and lines and the hot water was the biggest problem. Kids couldn’t take baths due to water staying cold! No room service no phone and when asked for items was given one towel and one sheet. One lamp had no bulbs at all. Only one light bulb worked on center lamp post. I made it work but will not rebook unfortunately. Thank you.
